一、玛卡6~10份、鹿茸5~10份、枸杞10~15份、扇贝20~30份、海参30~50份进行处理,去掉表面附着的砂石等物质, 用组织捣碎机粉碎,粉碎后过200目筛;
二、中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
三、过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
四、混合:将果汁和中草药浸提液混合;
五、离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
六、调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
七、均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀。
八、杀菌:调配好的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
九、灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。

(2)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(3)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(4)混合:将果汁和中草药浸提液混合;
(5)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(6)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
