本发明涉及一种汽车安全座椅,尤其涉及一种本体与可挠性层结合紧密的汽车安全座椅。
背景技术
汽车安全座椅也称为儿童安全座椅,是幼儿在乘车时所必须使用的安全保护装置。汽车安全座椅的常规制造方法是先成型好本体,然后在本体上设置座布或垫体等。其中,本体是利用聚丙烯(PP)等热塑性塑料以射出成型方式在一射出模中形成,其成型后质地较硬,因此需加装座布或垫体来提高汽车安全座椅的舒适性与安全性,以供幼儿乘坐。但是,为了将座布或垫体固定在本体上,本体需增设相关固定机构,这种配置存在增加成本与组装时间的问题。
为解决上述问题,公布号为CN101731880A的中国发明专利申请中提供了一种新的汽车安全座椅制造方法,其中本体上不再外加座布或垫体,而是通过发泡成型的方式直接在本体上增加一可挠性层,该成型的大致过程如下:将本体放入模具中,合模后注入热塑性发泡材料(EPP)以成型包覆在本体上的可挠性层,冷却后开模,对本体及其上附着的可挠性层进行烘烤及冷却,最后剔除毛边即可。
这种新的制造方法中发泡成型的原理为:模具内注入发泡材料后,向模具中通入高温蒸汽,利用蒸汽带来的温度与压力的共同作用,使发泡颗粒发泡并结合到本体上,从而形成可挠性层。然而在实际生产中,模具中的本体往往会对蒸汽形成阻挡,使部分发泡颗粒无法与蒸汽充分接触,从而影响了发泡效果及可挠性层成型质量,导致可挠性层与本体的结合紧密度不足,而本体上又没有其他固定可挠性层的固定机构,故存在脱落风险。
因此,有必要提供一种本体与可挠性层结合紧密的汽车安全座椅。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种本体与可挠性层结合紧密的汽车安全座椅。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种汽车安全座椅,包括本体与可挠性层,本体上设有多个沿本体的前后方向贯穿本体的透气孔,可挠性层成型于本体的表面以及透气孔中,本体包括承载部及环绕并固定于承载部边缘的肋边,透气孔分布于肋边上。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明本体上开设了多个透气孔,因此在发泡成型的过程中蒸汽可以藉由该些透气孔穿过本体,不会被本体遮挡,使所有发泡颗粒均能够与蒸汽充分接触,确保发泡效果良好。同时,可挠性层不仅成型在本体的表面,还会在透气孔中成型并将透气孔填满,使得可挠性层与本体之间的结合更加紧密,降低了可挠性层从本体上分离的风险。
较佳地,透气孔前端的孔径大于其后端的孔径。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种无需加装座布或垫体的汽车安全座椅1,包括本体11与可挠性层12。其中本体11先单独成型,然后将本体11放入模具中,利用发泡成型的方法在本体11的表面成型该可挠性层12,成型后的可挠性层12完全覆盖并附着在本体11上。该可挠性层12的硬度远低于本体11,因此可供幼儿乘坐,保证舒适性与安全性。
如图2所示,本实施例中本体11使用PP以射出成型方式在一射出模中形成,其包括承载部111及环绕并固定于承载部111边缘的肋边112。承载部111中间围出一空间,是供幼儿乘坐的主体,肋边112相对承载部111的周壁向外翻开。将幼儿乘坐于本体11时面朝向的一侧定义为本体11的前方,而相对的另一侧为本体11的后方。在本体11的肋边112上设有多个沿本体11的前后方向贯穿本体11的透气孔113,这些透气孔113可密集或疏松地分布于整一圈的肋边112,也可以只设置在肋边112的某一部位。透气孔113可以是圆孔、椭圆孔或方孔等等,其形状不受限制,只要前后贯穿肋边112即可。透气孔113可以是孔径保持不变的形状,但在本实施例中透气孔113前端的孔径大于其后端的孔径,较佳地,透气孔113是由前向后孔径逐渐缩小的渐缩结构,如图3所示。透气孔113可在本体11成型的过程中利用模腔内的凸起结构直接形成,也可以在本体11成型完成后再通过钻孔的方式得到。
继续参照图2,在肋边112上还设置有多个凸起的结合部114,结合部114设置的位置相对透气孔113的位置更接近肋边112的边缘。本实施例中结合部114的末端弯折成钩形,但结合部114的结构也不限于此,还可以是圆柱体,或倒置的圆台等。将结合部114做成末端尺寸大于固定端尺寸的结构,能够起到较佳的效果。
结合图1、图2,使用EPP等发泡材料成型的可挠性层12覆盖于本体11的表面并包覆本体11上的结合部114,同时,发泡材料也会进入透气孔113中,使可挠性层12在透气孔113中成型。与现有技术中的汽车安全座椅相比,本实施例中通过使可挠性层12在透气孔113中成型并包覆结合部114,能够使得可挠性层12与本体11之间的结合更加紧密。由于本体11的前侧是发泡过程中的主要成型区,因此本实施例中将透气孔113设为前大后小并在结合部114的末端设置钩形,均能够进一步增强可挠性层12与本体11之间的紧密结合。另外,在发泡成型的过程中,模具中的蒸汽可以藉由透气孔113穿过本体11,而不会被本体11遮挡,使得所有发泡颗粒均能够与蒸汽充分接触,因此发泡充分,成型后的可挠性层12的质量得到保障。
在本发明的其他实施例中,透气孔113与结合部114可以不设在肋边112而设在本体11的承载部111上,甚至,可以只设置透气孔113而不设置结合部114,也能够达到使可挠性层12与本体11结合紧密的效果。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,其作用是方便本领域的技术人员理解并据以实施,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:包括本体与可挠性层,所述本体上设有多个沿所述本体的前后方向贯穿所述本体的透气孔,所述可挠性层成型于所述本体的表面以及所述透气孔中,所述本体包括承载部及环绕并固定于所述承载部边缘的肋边,所述透气孔分布于所述肋边上。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述透气孔前端的孔径大于其后端的孔径。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述透气孔是由前向后孔径逐渐缩小的渐缩结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述肋边上还设有多个凸起的结合部,所述可挠性层包覆所述结合部。
5.如权利要求4所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述结合部的末端弯折成钩形。
6.如权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述本体上还设有多个凸起的结合部,所述可挠性层包覆所述结合部。
7.如权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于:所述可挠性层由发泡材料形成。
