Abstract

本发明是一种儿童座椅,特别是具有一体成型的可挠性构件形成于其本体上,而不需提供额外的座布或垫体固定于本体上的儿童座椅。本发明是采用二次成型加工方式将可挠性构件直接成型在座椅的本体上。藉此配置可降低成本及减少组装时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童座椅,特别是涉及具有一体成型的可挠性构件形成于其本体上,不需额外座布或垫体固定于本体上的儿童座椅。
背景技术
目前市面的儿童座椅(例如儿童汽车椅或高脚椅等),其通常于本体壳体上会外加座布或垫体,增加本体柔软度以提供幼儿乘坐,本体壳体上通常具有固定机构以将座布或垫体固定于其上,而此种配置增加成本及组装时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不具座布或垫体的儿童座椅。
本发明的儿童座椅,其特征是该座椅包含一本体及一位于该本体上的可挠性构件,该可挠性构件是通过二次成型步骤一体成型在该本体上。
本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明的儿童座椅具有一体成型的可挠性构件形成于本体上,因此不需额外座布或垫体即可固定于本体上。

具体实施方式
〔第一实施例〕
下文藉助数个优选实施例及附图来对本发明儿童座椅加以详细说明。
参阅图1及2,在本发明的第一优选实施例中,所述儿童座椅是以一儿童汽车椅1构形,其包括一座椅12及一底座14。座椅12以可移离结合方式结合于底座14上。座椅12包含一本体18及一位于本体18上的可挠性构件16,其是采用二次成型的特殊加工方式直接一体成型在儿童汽车椅1的本体18上。可挠性构件16在经过二次成型后,会附着于本体18上表面,并与本体18形状相符合而不可分离。因此可提供类似垫体或座布的功能,而不需另外组装上座布或垫体。
二次成型步骤包含利用一第一热塑性塑料(如PP聚丙烯)以射出成形技术在射出模内以形成坚硬的本体18。其后,再将本体12放入另一模具,以一第二热塑性塑料加以包覆,构成可挠性构件16附着于本体18上表面。该第二热塑性塑料与第一热塑性塑料材质不同,第二热塑性塑料可以是,例如IPV、SEBS、PU发泡、EUAEPS、EPO、EPP等弹性体。
〔第二实施例〕
如图3所示的第二优选实施例是一婴儿提篮(infant carrier)2。婴儿提篮2包含一本体部22及一可挠性构件26。可挠性构件26采用如第一实施例所述的二次成型的步骤直接成型在本体部22的上表面上。婴儿提篮2并具有一把手25,方便使用者,例如父母的提取。
〔第三实施例〕
如图4所示的第三优选实施例是另一种型态的儿童汽车椅3。儿童汽车椅3包含头靠部31、背靠部32及座椅部33。头靠部31包含本体34及一覆盖本体34上的可挠性构件36。头靠部31位于背靠部32上方,并可相对背靠部32移动,以利进行高度调整来适应不同年纪大小的幼儿。座椅部33包含本体37及一覆盖本体37上的可挠性构件36,其位于背靠部32下方。背靠部32包含本体35及一覆盖本体35上的可挠性构件36,背靠部32以可拆离结合的方式连接于座椅部33上。当背靠部32拆离后,座椅部33可作为一儿童汽车椅(booster)以供较大的儿童使用。可挠性构件36是采用如第一实施例所述的二次成型的步骤分别直接成型在头靠部31、背靠部32及座椅部33上。因此不需另外组装座布或垫体于各别部分31、32及33上,即可提供类似垫体或座布的功能。
〔第四实施例〕
本发明的第四优选实施例是应用于其它儿童座椅,例如高脚椅(参见图5)上。高脚椅4包含一架体45及一结合于架体45上的座椅部41。座椅部41包含一座部43及一设置于座部上方的背靠部42,座部43包含一座部本体44、及一位于本体44上的可挠性构件46,背靠部42包含一背靠本体47及位于背靠本体上的可挠性构件46,座椅部41可相对架体45进行高度调整。可挠性构件46采用二次成型的特殊加工方式分别直接成型在背靠部42的背靠本体及座部43的座部本体44上。因此不需另外组装座布或垫体于背靠部42及座部43上,即可提供类似垫体或座布的功能。此外,由于不需另外组装座布或垫体于各别部分上,故背靠部42可自由地相对座部43进行倾斜角度的调整,不受任何拘束及干扰。
虽然本发明是在参考各具体实施例的情形下加以叙述,但应了解本发明并不局限于该等揭示的具体实施例。下列权利要求的范畴应广义的阐述,以涵盖所有的修饰例、等效结构及功能。

Claims (12)

1.一种儿童座椅,其特征是该座椅包含一本体及一位于该本体上的可挠性构件,该可挠性构件是通过二次成型步骤一体成型在该本体上。
2.如权利要求1的儿童座椅,其特征是该本体是利用一第一热塑性塑料以射出成形方法在一射出模内形成。
3.如权利要求2的儿童座椅,其特征是在该挠性构件是将该本体放入另一模具,以一第二热塑性塑料加以包覆形成,以附着于该本体上。
4.如权利要求3的儿童座椅,其特征在于该第一热塑性塑料与该第二热塑性塑料材质不同。
5.如权利要求4的儿童座椅,其特征是该第一热塑性塑料是聚丙烯。
6.如权利要求1或3的儿童座椅,其特征是该可挠性构件是位于座椅上方的上表面。
7.如权利要求4或5的儿童座椅,其特征是该第二热塑性塑料是IPV、SEBS、PU发泡、EUAEPS、EPO、或EPP弹性体的任一种。
8.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的儿童座椅,其特征是该儿童座椅是选自儿童汽车椅、婴儿提篮及高脚椅的任一者。
9.一种儿童座椅的制成方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
采用一第一热塑性塑料以射出成形方法在一射出模内形成一本体;
将该本体放入另一模具,以一第二热塑性塑料加以包覆形成,以附着于该本体的上表面上。
10.如权利要求9的方法,其特征在于该第一热塑性塑料与该第二热塑性塑料材质不同。
11.如权利要求10的方法,其特征是该第一热塑性塑料是聚丙烯。
12.如权利要求10或11的方法,其特征是该第二热塑性塑料是IPV、SEBS、PU发泡、EUAEPS、EPO、或EPP弹性体的任一种。
