背景技术
一般来说,为了使收纳在带有收纳空间能够收纳物品的收纳柜或者书柜或衣柜等家具中的物品不能从外部被看到,都在家具的正面设置有多种门。
这种门根据开关方式的不同大致可以分为开关式和推拉式两种,这种开关式门采用的是通过铰链或者合页以旋转轴为中心旋转开关的方式,推拉式门采用的是沿滑道滑动并根据门的宽度开关的方式。
所述开关式门在旋转过程中需要与门的宽度相当的空间,推拉式门根据门的个数设置有滑道,为了防止各个门之间相互干扰,必须使门之间保持一定的间隔,因此家具必须容纳门的宽度。

本发明的特征在于,设置在所述后面滑轮部的后门上端的上端后面外侧支架和上端后面内侧支架上的后面直线滑轮与后门水平形成,设置在所述后门下端的下端后面外侧支架和下端后面内侧支架上的后面水平滑轮和连杆滑轮与后门垂直形成。
发明效果
如上所述,当本发明的推拉门通过滑动彼此重合时,即使门与现有的滑道结合,也能使处于一条直线上的前门与后门重合而将门打开,从而能够提高产品的兼容性,并可以将推拉门的两侧门同时打开及关闭,由此可以同时使用收纳在家具或者卫浴柜任何一侧的物品,从而能够提高产品的使用效率。当门向前方移动或者回归原位时,可以在移动过程中使冲击得到缓冲,从而减少产品的噪音,增强耐久性。

为了能够充分理解本发明及本发明操作方面的优点以及通过实施本发明实现的目的,需要参照图解本发明理想实施例的附图及附图中记载的内容。
下面,将参考本发明的具体实施例对本发明进行更加详细的说明。列举下述实施例的目的仅在于对本发明进行更加详细的说明,并非意味着本发明的技术范围即限定于此。
实施发明的形态
(实施例)
图21是本发明推拉门滑动装置的组装状态示意图。
如图所示,本发明推拉门的滑动装置,包括:前面上侧滑轮部10和前面下侧滑轮部20,其用于对前门11进行开关;后面滑轮部30,其形成于后门31上;前面滑道部40,其用于供所述前面上侧滑轮部10与前面下侧滑轮部20滑动;直线滑道部50,其用于供前门11、后门31滑动。
如图1至图3所示,所述前面上侧滑轮部10的上端外侧支架12和上端内侧支架13以通过上侧连杆14连接的状态插入前门11两侧上端进行固定。
为了确保所述前面上侧滑轮部10的上端外侧支架12和上端内侧支架13能够沿直线滑道部50的直线滑道51进行滑动,在上端直线体15底面前后设置有与前门11平行的上端直线滑轮16。为了确保所述前面上侧滑轮部10的上端外侧支架12和上端内侧支架13能够依靠所述上端直线体15内侧的轴承B沿前后方向滑动从而引导前门11向前方移动,在前门11上端两侧插入固定有上端移动体17。
在上端直线体15底面设置有减震器18,其与连接于上端移动体17一侧的复位弹簧S进行弹性设置,确保所述上端移动体17移动时产生的冲击能够得到缓冲,并沿内侧设置有与前门11垂直的上端移动滑轮19。
另外,在所述上端外侧支架12和上端内侧支架13的上端直线体15后方设置有锁钩15',其与位于壳体上侧的缓冲器锁扣在一起。
在所述前门11两侧下端设置有前面下侧滑轮部20。
如图4至图5所示,所述前面下侧滑轮部20的下端外侧支架21和下端内侧支架22以通过下侧连杆23连接的状态插入固定在前门11下端两侧,确保其能够向前方移动后再向两侧滑动。
为了确保所述前面下侧滑轮部20的下端外侧支架21能够沿直线滑道51滑动,在下端直线体24上面设置有与前门11垂直的下端直线滑轮25。为了确保所述前面下侧滑轮部20的下端外侧支架21能够从所述下端直线体24外侧滑动从而引导前门11向前方移动,在前门11下端外侧插入固定有下端移动体26。
将所述下端直线体24和下端移动体26外侧通过复位弹簧S进行弹性设置,在下端内侧支架22上设置有与前门11垂直的下端移动滑轮27。
在位于所述前门11一侧的后门31上设置有后面滑轮部30。
如图8至图12所示,为了确保后门31能够滑动,所述后面滑轮部30在后门31两侧上下端设置有上、下端后面外侧支架32、32'和上、下端后面内侧支架33、33'。
在所述后面滑轮部30的上端后面外侧支架32和上端后面内侧支架33上设置有后面水平滑轮37,在上端后面内侧支架33朝向前门11的一侧形成有连杆滑轮35,其与连杆23后面滚动接触进行滑动。
另外,沿位于所述后面滑轮部30的后门31下端的下端后面外侧支架32'和下端后面内侧支架33'后方延长设置有与减震器18锁扣的缓冲钩36。
在位于所述后面滑轮部30的后门31下端的下端后面外侧支架32'和前面下侧滑轮部20的下端外侧支架21底面设置有向前门11和后门31下侧突出的把手60。
所述后面滑轮部30中设置在后门31上端的上端后面外侧支架32和上端后面内侧支架33上的后面水平滑轮37与后门31平行,设置在所述后门31下端的下端后面外侧支架32'和下端后面内侧支架33'上的后面水平滑轮37和连杆滑轮35与后门31垂直。
由此形成前面滑道部40,以确保所述前面上侧滑轮部10的上端内侧支架13和前面下侧滑轮部20的下端内侧支架22在向前方移动的过程中能够滑动。
所述前面滑道部40在后门框42上下端面和上端后面内侧支架33上侧面形成有导轨41,前面滑道部40的设置在后门框42上的导轨41形成直线状,与所述导轨41相连的上端后面内侧支架33的导轨41形成向后方弯曲的曲线滑道。
另外,如图15至图16所示,为了确保所述前门11和后门31能够向两侧滑动而设置有直线滑道部50,所述直线滑道部50在壳体上下端形成直线滑道51。
下面,将对具有上述结构的本发明作用与效果进行说明。
首先,在形成有收纳空间的壳体正面设置前门11和后门31。
为了使所述前门11和后门31在关闭壳体时处于一条直线上,而当以推拉方式打开时使前门11和后门31保持重合的状态,如图18所示,固定于前门11上的上端外侧支架12和上端内侧支架13以及下端外侧支架21的上端移动体17和下端移动体26就在上端直线体15和下端直线体24上滑动并向前方移动,由此维持前门11和后门31重合的状态。
在这种情况下,为了使前门11向后门31的前方移动而重合,使设置在上端内侧支架13的上端移动体17上的上端移动滑轮19沿着设置在后门31的后门框42上下侧面与上端后面内侧支架33的上侧面上的导轨41移动,使设置在下端内侧支架22上的下端移动滑轮27沿着设置在后门31的后门框42下端面和上端后面内侧支架33'下侧面上的导轨41移动。
由此,前门11沿着导轨41向前方移动而进行开关门的操作。
如上所述,当前门11移动时,将固定于前门11上的上端外侧支架12与上端内侧支架13连接起来的上侧连杆14就和设置在将下端外侧支架21与下端内侧支架22连接起来的下侧连杆23后面的下端后面内侧支架33'上的连杆滑轮35进行滚动接触,由此可以提高开关门时的稳定感。
如上所述,由于前门11沿着设置在后门31上的导轨41移动,因此即使同时将前门11与后门31打开,也可以在使前门11与后门31以重合的状态而打开。
因此,如图19至图20所示,设置于前门11上端的上端移动滑轮19和设置于后门31上的连杆滑轮35处于同一个平面上,滑轮之间没有间隔,保持面对面接触的状态进行滑动,从而确保能够稳定地进行开关门,没有任何晃动,而且还能够同时将前门11及后门31通过滑动打开。
如上所述,前门11与后门31的内侧后端也因下端移动滑轮27和连杆滑轮35处于同一个平面上,滑轮之间可以没有间隔地进行滑动,从而确保能够稳定地进行开关门,没有任何晃动,而且还能够同时将前门11及后门31通过滑动进行开关。
另外,设置在所述前门11的上端外侧支架12和上端内侧支架13的上端直线体15上的上端直线滑轮16和下端外侧支架21的下端直线体24使下端直线滑轮25沿着直线滑道51滑动。
设置在下端后面外侧支架32'和下端后面内侧支架33'上的后面水平滑轮37通过与所述直线滑道51滚动接触进行滑动,从而使后门31移动。
如上所述,当前门11与后门31重合之时,设置在上端直线体15与上端移动体17上的复位弹簧S和将下端直线体24与下端移动体26连接起来的复位弹簧S就保持拉伸的状态。
在这种状态下,当前门11和后门31处于同一条直线而将壳体关闭时,就会按照与上述滑动方法相同的方法进行滑动,如图17所示,在设置在上端直线体15与上端移动体17上的复位弹簧S和将下端直线体24与下端移动体26连接起来的复位弹簧S的恢复力作用下,上端直线体15与上端移动体17及下端直线体24与下端移动体26就会插入至原位置而恢复原状。
在这种情况下,当前门11恢复原位时,设置在上端直线体15底面的减震器18就会对上端移动体17移动产生的冲击进行缓冲。
如上所述,门的开关可以通过握住设置在下端后面外侧支架32'与下端外侧支架21上的把手60而进行开关,从而使开关操作非常方便。为了使开关门时产生的冲击得到缓冲,通过在上端直线体15上设置与设置在壳体上下端的缓冲装置锁扣在一起的锁钩15',以及沿下端后面外侧支架32'与下端后面内侧支架33'的后方设置的缓冲钩36来进行缓冲。

Claims (11)

1.一种推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
由以下几个部分构成:
前面上侧滑轮部(10),其中上端外侧支架(12)和上端内侧支架(13)以通过上侧连杆(14) 连接的状态插入固定于前门(11)两侧上端,由此向前方移动后再向两侧滑动;
前面下侧滑轮部(20),其中下端外侧支架(21)和下端内侧支架(22)以通过下侧连杆(23)连接的状态插入固定于所述前门(11)两侧下端,由此向前方移动后再向两侧滑动;
后面滑轮部(30),其在后门(31)两侧上下端设置有上、下端后面外侧支架(32、32')和上、下端后面内侧支架(33、33'),确保形成于所述前门(11)一侧的后门(31)能够滑动;
前面滑道部(40),其在上、下侧后门框(42)上端面和后面内侧支架(33)上侧面设置有导轨(41),确保所述前面上侧滑轮部(10)的上端内侧支架(13)和前面下侧滑轮部(20)的下端内侧支架(22)向前方移动的同时能够滑动;
直线滑道部(50),其在壳体上下端设置有直线滑道(51),确保所述前门(11)和后门(31)能够向两侧滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
为了确保所述前面上侧滑轮部(10)的上端外侧支架(12)与上端内侧支架(13)沿直线滑道部(50)的直线滑道(51)进行滑动,在上端直线体(15)底面沿前后方设置有上端直线滑轮(16),同时为了确保依靠所述上端直线体(15)内侧的轴承(B)向前后方滑动从而引导前门(11)的前方移动,形成有在前门(11)上端两侧插入固定的上端移动体(17),在上端直线体(15)底面设置有由复位弹簧(S)弹性设置的减震器(18),所述复位弹簧(S)连接至所述上端直线体(15)和所述上端移动体(17)的一侧,用于缓解所述上端移动体(17)移动时产生的冲击,为了确保沿导轨(41)移动在所述上端内侧支架(13)的所述上端移动体(17)的后门(31)一侧设置有上端移动滑轮(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
所述前面下侧滑轮部(20)的下端外侧支架(21)在下端直线体(24)上面设置有下端直线滑轮(25),确保沿直线滑道(51)滑动,为了确保能够使其从所述下端直线体(24)外侧滑动从而引导前门(11)向前方移动而在前门(11)下端外侧插入固定有下端移动体(26),将下端直线体(24)与下端移动体(26)外侧通过复位弹簧(S)进行弹性设置,同时为了使其能够沿导轨(41)移动而在下端内侧支架(22)的后门(31)一侧设置有下端移动滑轮(27)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
在所述后面滑轮部(30)的上端后面外侧支架(32)与上端后面内侧支架(33)上设置有后面水平滑轮(37),其沿直线滑道(51)滑动,为了与上侧连杆(14)和下侧连杆(23)后面滚动接触进行滑动,在上、下端后面内侧支架(33、33')的前门(11)一侧设置有连杆滑轮(35)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
锁扣至减震器(18)的缓冲钩(36)延长形成于在所述后面滑轮部(30)的后门(31)下端设置的下端后面外侧支架(32')与下端后面内侧支架(33')后方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
在形成于所述后面滑轮部(30)的后门(31)下端的下端后面外侧支架(32')和前面下侧滑轮部(20)的下端外侧支架(21)的底面设置有向前门(11)和后门(31)下侧突出的把手(60)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
设置在所述前面滑道部(40)的后门框(42)上的导轨(41)形成直线状,与所述导轨(41)相连的上端后面内侧支架(33)的导轨(41)形成向后方弯曲的曲线滑道。
8.根据权利要求2所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
所述上端直线滑轮(16)与前门(11)平行设置,上端移动滑轮(19)与前门(11)垂直设置。
9.根据权利要求2所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
在所述上端外侧支架(12)与上端内侧支架(13)的上端直线体(15)后面设置有锁扣至减震器(18)的锁钩(15')。
10.根据权利要求3所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
所述下端直线滑轮(25)和下端移动滑轮(27)与前门(11)垂直设置。
11.根据权利要求4所述的推拉门的滑动装置,其特征在于,
设置在所述后面滑轮部(30)的后门(31)上端的上端后面外侧支架(32)和上端后面内侧支架(33)上的后面水平滑轮(37)与后门(31)水平形成,设置在所述后门(31)下端的下端后面外侧支架(32')和下端后面内侧支架(33')上的后面水平滑轮(37)和连杆滑轮(35)与后门(31)垂直形成。
