Claims (11)
- 전방도어(11) 양측 상단에 상단외측브라켓(12)과 상단내측브라켓(13)이 상측연결대(14)로 연결된 상태로 삽입고정되어 전방이동후 양측으로 슬라이딩도록 형성된 전방상측롤러부(10)와,상기 전방도어(11) 양측 하단에 하단외측브라켓(21)과 하단내측브라켓(22)이 하측연결대(23)로 연결된 상태로 삽입고정되어 전방이동후 양측으로 슬라이딩되도록 형성된 전방하측롤러부(20)와,상기 전방도어(11) 일측에 형성된 후방도어(31)가 슬라이딩되도록 후방도어(31) 양측 상하단에 후방외측브라켓(32)과 후방내측브라켓(33)을 형성한 후방롤러부(30)와,상기 전방상측롤러부(10)의 상단내측브라켓(13)과 전방하측롤러부(20)의 하단내측브라켓(22)이 전방으로 이동 하면서 슬라이딩되도록 후방도어프레임(34) 상하단면과 후방내측브라켓(33) 상하측면에 안내레일(41)을 형성한 전방레일부(40)와,상기 전방도어(11)와 후방도어(31)가 양측으로 슬라이딩되도록 함체 상하단에 직선레일(51)을 형성한 직선레일부(50)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전방상측롤러부(10)의 상단외측브라켓(12)과 상단내측브라켓(13)은 직선레일부(50)의 직선레일(51)을 따라 슬라이딩되도록 상단직선몸체(15) 저면에 전,후방으로 상단직선롤러(16)를 형성하고 상기 상단직선몸체(15) 내측에서 베어링(B)에 의해 전,후방으로 슬라이딩되어 전방도어(11)의 전방 이동을 안내할 수 있도록 전방도어(11) 상단 양측에 삽입고정되는 상단이동몸체(17)를 형성하여 상기 상단직선몸체(15)와 상단이동몸체(17)의 일측에 연결된 복원스프링(S)에 의해 탄력설치하며 상기 상단이동몸체(17)의 이동시 충격을 완화하도록 상단직선몸체(15) 저면에 스므브(18)를 형성하되 상기 상단내측브라켓(13)의 상단이동몸체(17) 후방도어(31)측으로는 안내레일(41)을 따라 이동하도록 상단이동롤러(19)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전방하측롤러부(20)의 하단외측브라켓(21)은 직선레일(51)을 따라 슬라이딩되도록 하단직선몸체(24) 상면에 하단직선롤러(25)를 형성하고 상기 하단직선몸체(24) 외측에서 슬라이딩되어 전방도어(11)의 전방 이동을 안내할 수 있도록 전방도어(11) 하단 외측에 삽입고정되는 하단이동몸체(26)를 형성하여 하단직선몸체(24)와 하단이동몸체(26) 외측을 복원스프링(S)에 의해 탄력설치하며 하단내측브라켓(22) 후방도어(31)측으로는 안내레일(41)을 따라 이동하도록 하단이동롤러(27)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 후방롤러부(30)의 후방외측브라켓(32)과 후방내측브라켓(33)에는 후방직선롤러(34)를 형성하여 직선레일(51)을 따라 슬라이딩디도록 형성하고 후방내측브라켓(33) 전방도어(11)측으로는 상측연결대(14)와 하측연결대(23) 후방에 구름접촉하여 슬라이딩 되도록 연결대롤러(35)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 후방롤러부(30)의 후방도어(31) 하단에 형성된 후방외측브라켓(32)과 후방내측브라켓(33) 후방으로는 완충기에 걸림되는 완충걸쇠(36)를 연장 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 후방롤러부(30)의 후방도어(31) 하단에 형성된 후방외측브라켓(31)과 전방하측롤러부(20)의 하단외측브라켓(21)의 저면에는 전방도어(11)와 후방도어(31) 하측으로 돌출되도록 손잡이(60)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전방레일부(40)의 후방도어프레임(34)에 형성된 안내레일(41)은 직선으로 형성하고 상기 안내레일(41)과 연결되는 후방내측브라켓(33)의 안내레일(41)은 후방으로 휘어진 곡선레일로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 상단직선롤러(16)는 전방도어(11)와 수평으로 형성하고 상단이동롤러(19)는 수직으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 상단외측브라켓(12)과 상단내측브라켓(13)의 상단직선몸체(15)의 후방에는 완충기에 걸림되는 걸림쇠(15')를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 하단직선롤러(25)와 하단이동롤러(27)는 전방도어(11)와 수직으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 후방롤러부(30)의 후방도어(31) 상단의 후방외측브라켓(32)과 후방내측브라켓(33)에 형성된 후방직선롤러(34)는 후방도어(31)와 수평으로 형성되고 상기 후방도어(31) 하단의 후방외측브라켓(32)과 후방내측브라켓(33)에 형성된 후방직선롤러(34)와 연결대롤러(35)는 후방도어(31)와 수직으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이용 도어의 슬라이딩 장치.
