本发明涉及一种润滑油的改进,具体涉及一种高温性能好,且几乎没有积炭和结焦倾向,高温下油品的粘度仍然合理,对设备链条的保护明显更好,同时氧化稳定性好,挥发性低、清洁性好,防生锈性能好、抗磨性能好,润滑性能佳的合成高温链条油。
背景技术
对于链传动,即使链条和链轮设计的非常符合使用条件和环境,但是如果润滑不良,那么想要充分发挥设计的性能和保证使用寿命是不可能达到的。链条在使用中有良好的润滑和润滑不良,其磨损量可相差200-300倍,一旦润滑不充分,则销轴和套筒将发生磨损,并由此引起链条与链轮啮合失调,噪音增大,链节伸长。甚至造成断链事故。滚子与套筒之间润滑不良将造成这些零件早期严重摩损而无法继续使用。
高温行业使用的链条的工作温度基本都在200℃以上,有些行业在250~260℃,甚至会短时间达到280℃,在这样的高温下,一方面,链条油应该极少产生烟雾,更不能产生有害气体,这样会影响整个生产车间的正常生产;另一方面,链条油的粘度就会变得很低,粘附在链条的油膜的很薄,很容易造成油膜破裂导致润滑不良。因此在高温下链条油在链条表面必须有足够的油膜强度来提供润滑,极低的蒸发损失,确保设备的正常使用。
高温热氧化安定性也是高温链条油的重要性能指标之一。链条工作时本身温度高达200℃以上,而且与空气接触,加上使用环境中的水分、杂质等作用,使其很容易被氧化,产生氧化物或油泥,可能促使链条油的粘度增加,而粘度增加会使链条油很难渗透到轴和轴套的内部,这样就不能润滑轴和轴套。另外,氧化后生产的焦质和积炭在链条上,不仅会使能耗增加,增加设备维护是的清理问题和停工时间,更为严重的是会使得链条的润滑完全失效,导致设备故障。因此,要求高温链条油具有极好的热安定性和氧化安定性,极低的积炭和结焦倾向。

合成高温链条油的制备方法,将各个组分混合,搅拌均匀,即可获得产品。

实施例3
合成高温链条油,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
所述润滑油抗氧剂由屏蔽酚、醛、二硫化碳、二烷基胺、汽油抽提反应产物和水,依次按质量比为:42:12:10:32:26:26混合后制成。
所述醛为多聚甲醛。
所述润滑油增黏剂由在机油中加入二元乙丙橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶或二元乙丙橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶的混合物后加入到65-70℃,再加入双环戊二烯基铁,再升温到120-130℃,反应时间为12-13h,最后冷却至常温,即可制得。
所述润滑油极压抗磨复合添加剂由HVI350基础油、氯代烷烃、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷基苯酚、乙丙共聚物、二烷基磷酸铵、2%二甲基硅油煤油溶液,依次按质量比为:26:26:21:0.15:2.6:0.21:0.26混合后制成。
合成高温链条油的制备方法,将各个组分混合,搅拌均匀,即可获得产品。
检测结果:
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明以聚酯、羟酸酯和特定的水不溶性聚醚为基础油,这些原料是互溶的,该基础油不会出现积炭和结焦的情况;本发明提供的合成高温链条油的粘度指数在150以上,即使温度高了,油品还保持较高的粘度,确保了在链条表面的粘附性;本发明明显提高了产品的高温性能,几乎没有积炭和结焦倾向,高温下油品的粘度仍然合理,对设备链条的保护明显更好,同时氧化稳定性好,挥发性低、清洁性好,防生锈性能好、抗磨性能好,润滑性能佳。

Claims (6)

1.合成高温链条油,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
润滑油抗氧剂 0.5-2.5%;
润滑油增黏剂 0.6-1.5%;
润滑油极压抗磨复合添加剂 1.0-2.0%;
聚酯 40-60%;
羟酸酯 10-15%;
水不溶性聚醚 余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成高温链条油,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
润滑油抗氧剂 0.5-2.5%;
润滑油增黏剂 0.6-1.5%;
润滑油极压抗磨复合添加剂 1.0-2.0%;
油性剂 2.0-5.0%;
聚酯 40-60%;
羟酸酯 10-15%;
水不溶性聚醚 余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成高温链条油,其特征在于,所述润滑油抗氧剂由屏蔽酚、醛、二硫化碳、二烷基胺、汽油抽提反应产物和水按质量比为:(40-60):(10-35):(8-30):(30-45):(25-80):(25-80)混合后制成。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的合成高温链条油,其特征在于,所述醛为甲醛或乙醛或多聚甲醛。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成高温链条油,其特征在于,所述润滑油增黏剂由在机油中加入二元乙丙橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶或二元乙丙橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶的混合物后加入到50-70℃,再加入双环戊二烯基铁,再升温到120-130℃,反应时间为12-15h,最后冷却至常温,即可制得。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成高温链条油,其特征在于,所述润滑油极压抗磨复合添加剂由HVI350基础油、氯代烷烃、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷基苯酚、乙丙共聚物、二烷基磷酸铵、2%二甲基硅油煤油溶液按质量比为:(25-30):(25-30):(20-25):(0.1-0.3):(2.5-3.0):(0.2-0.3):(0.25-0.30)混合后制成。
