本发明涉及一种柴油机油组合物及其用途。主要解决现有技术中内燃机油抗磨、极压性能不足的问题。本发明通过采用以重量份数计,包括以下组份:a)2~5份的金属清净剂,所述金属清净剂为磺酸盐与硫化烷基酚盐复配而成;b)1~5份的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂;c)1~3份的抗磨防腐剂,所述抗磨防腐剂为长链伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌复配而成;d)0.5~3份复合抗氧剂,所述复合抗氧剂为胺型抗氧剂与酚脂型抗氧剂复配而成;e)0.5~3份抗磨剂,所述抗磨剂为硫代磷酸酯类、硫代氨基甲酸酯类和硫代氨基甲酸锑中的一种或几种复配而成;f)85~105份基础油的技术方案较好地解决了该问题,可用于车辆柴油机系统中。

Description

柴油机油组合物及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油机油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
抗磨、极压性能是内燃机油的重要性能之一,优异的抗磨、极压性能有助于降低机械零件间的黏附磨损和表面疲劳磨损。通过在摩擦表面形成润滑剂膜的形式,可降低摩擦并支撑载荷,因此可以减少表面磨损及划伤,保持零件的配合精度。
在车辆高负载及爬坡等恶劣工况下,发动机润滑会进入边界润滑状态,润滑油黏度提供的润滑效果变差,需要润滑油中的添加剂形成物理吸附膜、化学吸附膜或化学反应膜才能对发动机进行保护。使用优异抗磨极压性能的油品有助于减少活塞磨损,延长发动机寿命、降低拉缸风险,同时还可以在部分特殊情况下应用于传动系统,对其中齿轮等摩擦副在极压条件可以提供承载能力。
文献CN108085091A公开了一种可用于重负荷、大功率、恶劣工况下使用的内燃机油。文献CN107987918A公开了一种使用磺酸盐与水杨酸盐复配的CH-4柴油机油组合物。文献CN106318525A公开了一种使用磺酸盐与硫化烷基酚盐复配的CH-4柴油机油组合物。
上述文献的柴油机油组合物均能满足CH-4柴油机油质量等级的性能要求,但其抗磨、极压性能与仍有提升的空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是现有技术中柴油机油组合物抗磨、极压性能存在不足,提供一种新的柴油机油组合物。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的柴油机油组合物的用途。使用所述柴油机油组合物,在各性能达到CH-4的基础上,具有优秀的极压抗磨性能,可以更好的适应重负荷等恶劣工况,降低车辆磨损,延长发动机寿命。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)2~5份的金属清净剂,所述金属清净剂为磺酸盐与硫化烷基酚盐复配而成,磺酸盐与硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为2:1~1:2;
b)1~5份的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂;
c)1~3份的抗磨防腐剂,所述抗磨防腐剂为长链伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌复配而成,长链伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的重量比为1:1~4:1;
d)0.5~3份复合抗氧剂,所述复合抗氧剂为胺型抗氧剂与酚脂型抗氧剂复配而成,胺型抗氧剂与酚脂型抗氧剂的重量比为2:1~1:2;
e)0.5~3份抗磨剂,所述抗磨剂为硫代磷酸酯类、硫代氨基甲酸酯类和硫代氨基甲酸锑中的一种或几种复配而成;
f)85~105份基础油。
上述技术方案中,所述金属清净剂中的磺酸盐为低碱值磺酸盐与高碱值磺酸盐复配而成,其中低碱值磺酸盐碱值范围为15-40mgKOH/g,高碱值磺酸盐碱值范围为250-600mgKOH/g。
上述技术方案中,所述金属清净剂中的硫化烷基酚盐为中碱值硫化烷基酚盐与高碱值硫化烷基酚盐复配而成,其中中碱值硫化烷基酚盐碱值范围为100-200mgKOH/g,高碱值硫化烷基酚盐碱值范围为200-400mgKOH/g。
上述技术方案中,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份g)0.5~10份的黏度指数改进剂;所述黏度指数改进剂选自聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙丙共聚物、聚异丁烯和氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份h)0.1~1.0份的降凝剂;所述降凝剂选自聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烷基萘和聚α-烯烃中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份i)0.01~1.0份的防锈剂;所述防锈剂选自磺酸盐、烯基丁二酸和烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份j)0.001~0.2份的抗泡剂;所述抗泡剂选自硅油型、非硅型和复合抗泡剂中的至少一种。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:所述的柴油机油组合物用于车辆内燃机系统及传动系统。
上述技术方案中,所述柴油机油组合物的组份、重量份数以及优选范围与解决技术问题之一所采取的技术方案中的相同。
本发明组合物的制备方法为:将各组份按比例在50~65℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~5小时,使其全部溶解,即可得到本发明的组合物。
本发明柴油机油组合物通过添加剂复配,均衡各项性能,使油品各性能在达到CH-4柴油机油质量等级的基础上,大幅提升油品抗磨、极压性能,适应重负荷等恶劣工况,降低车辆磨损,延长发动机寿命,其极压性能甚至可以达到对传动系统中极压性能的要求,取得了较好的技术效果。
本发明组合物的性能由FZG试验及最大无卡咬负荷PB进行评定。
FZG实验是按照NB/SH/T 0306-2013《润滑油承载能力的评定FZG目测法》方法,使用FZG齿轮试验机以逐级增加载荷直至达到失效级别的方式对油品极压性能进行测试。每一级试验后都会检查齿面状况,评估齿面累计胶合状况。载荷级别共12级,失效级别越高极压性能越好。
最大无卡咬负荷PB通过国家标准GB/T 12583《润滑剂极压性能测定法》进行测试。将四球机的一个顶球,在施加负荷的条件下对着油盒内被试样浸没的三个静止球旋转。主轴转速为1760r/min±40r/min。试验温度为18-35℃。按照标准的规定逐级加负荷,做一系列的10s试验直至发生烧结。在试验条件下不发生卡咬的最大负荷被称为最大无卡咬负荷PB,PB的数值越大,油品极压抗磨性能越好。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~4】
将各组份按比例在65℃下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~5小时使其全部溶解,得到本发明CD柴油机油组合物。具体见表1。
【比较例1】
根据专利CN108085091A中提到的实施例1,调和成复合剂,以11.8%的剂量加入与实施例4相同的基础油中,制备成组合物。
【比较例2】
市售某品牌CH-4 15W40柴油机油成品。

如表2所示,本发明的CH-4柴油机油组合物各项试验结果远远好于比较例,说明其具备优秀的抗磨极压性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种柴油机油组合物,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)2~5份的金属清净剂,所述金属清净剂为磺酸盐与硫化烷基酚盐复配而成,磺酸盐与硫化烷基酚盐的重量比为2:1~1:2;
b)1~5份的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂;
c)1~3份的抗磨防腐剂,所述抗磨防腐剂为长链伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌复配而成,长链伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与伯醇基二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的重量比为1:1~4:1;
d)0.5~3份复合抗氧剂,所述复合抗氧剂为胺型抗氧剂与酚脂型抗氧剂复配而成,胺型抗氧剂与酚脂型抗氧剂的重量比为2:1~1:2;
e)0.5~3份抗磨剂,所述抗磨剂为硫代磷酸酯类、硫代氨基甲酸酯类和硫代氨基甲酸锑中的一种或几种复配而成;
f)85~105份基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于,所述金属清净剂中的磺酸盐为低碱值磺酸盐与高碱值磺酸盐复配而成,其中低碱值磺酸盐碱值范围为15-40mgKOH/g,高碱值磺酸盐碱值范围为250-600mgKOH/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于,所述金属清净剂中的硫化烷基酚盐为中碱值硫化烷基酚盐与高碱值硫化烷基酚盐复配而成,其中中碱值硫化烷基酚盐碱值范围为100-200mgKOH/g,高碱值硫化烷基酚盐碱值范围为200-400mgKOH/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份g)0.5~10份的黏度指数改进剂;所述黏度指数改进剂选自聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙丙共聚物、聚异丁烯和氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份h)0.1~1.0份的降凝剂;所述降凝剂选自聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烷基萘和聚α-烯烃中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份i)0.01~1.0份的防锈剂;所述防锈剂选自磺酸盐、烯基丁二酸和烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述柴油机油组合物中还包括组份j)0.001~0.2份的抗泡剂;所述抗泡剂选自硅油型、非硅型和复合抗泡剂中的至少一种。
8.权利要求1~7任一所述的柴油机油组合物用于车辆内燃机系统及传动系统。
