( 2 )开始和面,将所述步骤( 1 )得到的面团放置在和面机中,并连续和面30-50min,直至面团表面细腻柔滑,不粘手即可;
( 3 )将步骤( 2 )得到的面团分成若干小面团,后用保鲜纸一一包裹,放置在常温下醒发至少4小时,即得到油条面团的成品。
(4)然后再将所述油条面团进行炸制,即得到所述油条。
本发明实施例2提供的亚麻籽粉食品中的亚麻油条,以亚麻粉和小麦粉为主要原料,具有调中开胃、益肺宁心、清湿热、利肝胆,降血压,抗动脉硬化,预防肠癌,美容养颜,延缓衰老等多重保健功效,也是糖尿病人的适宜佳品。
Claims (4)
1.一种亚麻籽粉配方食品,其特征在于:所述亚麻籽粉配方食品为用含亚麻籽粉的混合面粉加工成的亚麻水饺和/或亚麻油条,所述混合面粉中亚麻籽粉与小麦粉的重量份为亚麻籽粉5-15份,小麦粉30-40份,两者均匀混合形成混合面粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻籽粉食品,其特征在于:所述用于加工亚麻籽粉配方食品的混合面粉中亚麻籽粉与小麦粉的重量份为亚麻籽粉8份,小麦粉35份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻籽粉食品,其特征在于:所述亚麻籽粉食品为亚麻水饺,所述亚麻水饺由以下重量份原料制成:小麦粉30-40份、亚麻籽粉5-15份、百香果汁4-6份、芹菜20-25份、猪肉20-30份、食盐2-3份、食用植物油2-3份、十三香1-2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻籽粉食品,其特征在于:所述亚麻籽粉食品为亚麻油条,所述亚麻油条面团主要由以下重量份的原料制成:小麦粉30-40份、亚麻粉5-15份、花生油8-10份、食用臭粉1-1.2份、盐2-2.2份、温水3-4份。
