背景技术
人体78%是由水组成的,饮料是人体补充水的一种方式,所以饮料在人们生活中起着重要作用,由于人们生活的改善,对饮料有了新要求,注重色、香、味和营养价值,因此出现了果蔬饮料和植物蛋白饮料。现代工业和科学技术发展的同时,也带来了环境污染,所以保健食品引起了人们重视,继而出现了养生饮料,20世纪80年代,我国饮料工业得到了很大的发展,养生饮料倍受欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种养生饮料产品组合,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种养生饮料产品组合,包括综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料、复合果油和复合果汁。
作为一种优选,所述的综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料的制作流程是:
1)按重量比1:2:1:1:20的比例称取青枣、苦瓜、番石榴、杨桃和矿泉水;
2)将称取的矿泉水放置到酵素桶内;
3)将称取的青枣、苦瓜、番石榴和杨桃洗净后削皮,切成片状,放置到酵素桶内;
4)搅拌1~3h;
5)密封发酵10~12天;
6)将发酵液低温干燥成果蔬酵素粉末;
7)向果蔬酵素粉末中加入益生菌和分解酶,制成综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料。
作为一种优选,所述的复合果油为100ml,其主要成分为松子精华果油10ml、火麻仁精华果油10ml、印地安印加果油35ml和橄榄精华果油45ml。
作为一种优选,所述的复合果汁为柠檬和梅子采用冷压萃取工艺制成。

一种养生饮料产品组合,包括综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料、复合果油和复合果汁。
所述的综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料的制作流程是:
1)按重量比1:2:1:1:20的比例称取青枣、苦瓜、番石榴、杨桃和矿泉水;
2)将称取的矿泉水放置到酵素桶内;
3)将称取的青枣、苦瓜、番石榴和杨桃洗净后削皮,切成片状,放置到酵素桶内;
4)搅拌2h;
5)密封发酵12天;
6)将发酵液低温干燥成果蔬酵素粉末;
7)向果蔬酵素粉末中加入益生菌和分解酶,制成综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料。
所述的复合果油为100ml,其主要成分为松子精华果油10ml、火麻仁精华果油10ml、印地安印加果油35ml和橄榄精华果油45ml。
所述的复合果汁为柠檬和梅子采用冷压萃取工艺制成。
本发明一种养生饮料产品组合的使用方法为:第一天下午,取30ml综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料加入到150ml温水中摇匀喝下,第一天晚上10点,将复合果油和复合果汁混合饮用,第二天清晨5点,取30ml综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料加入到150ml温水中摇匀喝下。
本发明的作用原理为:第一天下午取30ml综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料加入到150ml温水中摇匀喝下,可以促进肠道蠕动,将宿便水解排出,第一天晚上10点,将复合果油和复合果汁混合饮用,复合果油中的松子精华果油可以促进胆汁分泌将肝脏细微肝沙排出,火麻仁精华果油可以帮助肝胆排出的结晶异物排出体外,印地安印加果油对心血管有净化作用,橄榄精华果油可以将肝胆排出的结晶物包裹排出体外,复合果汁可以调整酸性体质,软化胆管,利于肝胆结晶异经过胆管排出,减少净化过程的不舒服感,第二天清晨5点,取30ml综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料加入到150ml温水中摇匀喝下,可以将肝胆排出的结晶物快速排出体外。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生饮料产品组合,其特征在于:所述的综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料的制作流程是:
1)按重量比1:2:1:1:20的比例称取青枣、苦瓜、番石榴、杨桃和矿泉水;
2)将称取的矿泉水放置到酵素桶内;
3)将称取的青枣、苦瓜、番石榴和杨桃洗净后削皮,切成片状,放置到酵素桶内;
4)搅拌1~3h;
5)密封发酵10~12天;
6)将发酵液低温干燥成果蔬酵素粉末;
7)向果蔬酵素粉末中加入益生菌和分解酶,制成综合果蔬酵素粉固体饮料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生饮料产品组合,其特征在于:所述的复合果油为100ml,其主要成分为松子精华果油10ml、火麻仁精华果油10ml、印地安印加果油35ml和橄榄精华果油45ml。
