The method for inoculating cistanche salsa by atriplex canescens disclosed by the invention comprises the following two parts:
one-time field planting atriplex canescens
The arid desert regions in northwest China have dry climate, less rain, strong evaporation and sparse vegetation.
Atriplex canescens (Atriplex canescens) belongs to Chenopodiaceae Atriplex genus perennial quasi-evergreen shrubs, is a foreign introduced species, is originally produced in the midwestern plateau of the United states, has various excellent characteristics of drought resistance, cold resistance, saline-alkali resistance, barren resistance and the like, is palatable, can be used as grassland pasture, and can also be used for preventing wind, fixing sand and improving saline-alkali soil.
We choose atriplex canescens planted in the northwest arid desert area of China.
1. Planting field
The field planting method of atriplex canescens is characterized by that according to the growth habit of cistanche deserticola, the cistanche deserticola is generally grown on fixed semi-fixed sand dunes, so that the atriplex canescens can be field-planted in the soil whose sandy loam is mainly used.
2. Time of permanent planting
Atriplex canescens belongs to quasi-evergreen shrubs, and sprouts early in spring, so the atriplex canescens is planted in spring in arid regions, generally 4 months, 20-5 months and 10 days.
If the container seedlings are used, the seedlings can be planted in spring (generally 4-5 months) or autumn (generally 10-11 ten days).
In summer, the temperature is high and the humidity is low, so the field planting is not suitable.
3. Forestation
The afforestation mode of the atriplex canescens generally adopts the following steps: ditching for afforestation or digging pit on the flat ground for afforestation.
(1) Ditching afforestation
Referring to fig. 1, on the sandy loam land which is deeply ploughed, the land is leveled, then furrows are dug on flat ground, the width of the furrows is 40cm, the depth of the furrows is 30cm, the furrow distance is 150cm, planting pits are dug on ridges, the diameter of each planting pit is 30cm, the depth of each planting pit is 40cm, and the planting distance of each planting pit is 150cm × 150 cm.
The afforestation nursery stock is 2-year-old atriplex canescens seedling, the seedling is excavated and afforested, the nursery stock is placed in a planting pit, when soil is buried to the height of a fixed value pit 2/3, the nursery stock is pulled up a little, then trampled, and finally the soil is filled and trampled.
(2) Open pit afforestation on flat ground
Referring to fig. 2, on the deeply ploughed sandy loam, the land is leveled, and then planting pits with a diameter of 30cm, a depth of 40cm and a plant-row spacing of 150cm × 150cm are dug on flat ground.
And (3) afforesting the seedlings, namely 2-year-old atriplex canescens, digging the seedlings and afforesting the seedlings, putting the seedlings into the planting pits, burying soil to the height of the fixed value pit 2/3, pulling the seedlings upwards a little, treading the seedlings, and filling and treading the soil.
4. Nursery stock management
Timely irrigating after planting atriplex canescens, and irrigating enough water for the first time; and at the initial stage of field planting, irrigating water once every 10-15 days, and continuously irrigating for 3-5 times.
After the root system of the atriplex canescens reaches a certain depth (about 7 months later), the irrigation amount is reduced, irrigation is carried out for 1 time or no irrigation in 7-10 months according to the weather condition, and irrigation for 1 time in winter in 11 middle ten days is carried out. The atriplex canescens is barren in soil resistance, and does not need to be fertilized, weeds are removed at regular time, water is only irrigated twice in spring 4 months and autumn 11 months in the second year, inoculation can be carried out in the third year, and if the inoculation is carried out at the bottom of spring 4 months and in the first 5 months, the spring water can be irrigated after the inoculation.
Secondly, inoculating cistanche salsa
1. Time of inoculation
Cistanche salsa can be inoculated in spring or autumn.
The planting time in spring is generally from 4 months to 20 days to 5 months and 10 days.
The planting time in autumn is generally 10 months 1 day to 10 months 20 days.
2. Treating seeds
Selecting the cistanche seeds which are newly harvested in the previous year, have full seeds and have no diseases and insect pests.
The seeds are firstly placed in the burning sun for over 8-10 h to break the dormancy of the seeds and improve the activity of the seeds, and then the seeds are placed in an incubator at 50 ℃ for 1h and finally treated in an incubator at 4 ℃ for 30 d. The temperature-changing stratification treatment is carried out on the seeds, so that the activity of the seeds is excited, and the effect of accelerating germination is realized.
3. Inoculating cistanche salsa
The amount of the cistanche deserticola is relatively large, and the cistanche deserticola is inoculated by adopting a three-dimensional inoculation method, which is shown in figure 3 and comprises the following steps:
(1) digging a pit: and digging a seed pit with the depth of 40-50 cm and the length and width of 30cm on the sunny side of the atriplex canescens plant from the main stem of the plant, and piling the dug soil on one side of the seed pit.
