本发明涉及沿着导轨自由引导工作机械的工件台或各种输送装置的平台的运动引导装置。
背景技术
作为这种运动引导装置已知有专利文献1所公开的装置。该运动引导装置具备:敷设在机床(bed)等的固定部上的导轨,以及能够沿着该导轨自由移动并能够固定引导对象的平台等的活动体的移动块。上述移动块通过滚珠或滚子的多个滚动体而组装于上述导轨上,并且,在上述导轨上沿着长度方向形成有滚动体的滚行面。在上述移动块上设有与上述导轨的滚行面相对的滚动体的滚行面,并设有使上述滚动体从该滚行面的一端朝另一端循环的无限循环道,上述滚动体在该无限循环道内循环,由此上述移动块能够沿着上述导轨自由地进行运动。
另外,在上述无限循环道内与上述滚动体一起组装有用于将该滚动体的间隔保持为固定的保持带。上述保持带由具有挠性的合成树脂等材料所成形,在该保持带以固定间隔排列着收容滚动体的袋体。另外,将保持带的全长设定为比无限循环道的路径长度短,在保持带组装到无限循环道中时,使保持带的两端部在该无限循环道内隔着间隔彼此相对。滚动体一边在该保持带的袋体内旋转一边在上述导轨的滚行面和上述移动块的滚行面上滚行,随着滚珠在无限循环道内的循环,使得该保持带也在上述无限循环道内循环。

如上所述那样,上述保持带的两端部彼此相对地组装在上述无限循环道内,因此,因如上所述的无限循环道内的滚动体的运动而引起在保持带的端部出入上述负载通道时沿着循环方向拉伸的力重复作用于上述保持带。伴随于此,该保持带有可能相对于设置在方向转换道的带导槽产生部分强力的摩擦而促进偏磨损。

(发明效果)

以下,使用附图对本发明的运动引导装置进行详细说明。
图1是表示可以适用本发明的运动引导装置的一例的立体图。该运动引导装置具备呈直线状延伸的导轨1,以及通过作为滚动体的多数滚珠3组装到上述导轨1上的移动块2,并且通过在固定部上敷设上述导轨1且相对于上述移动块2搭载各种活动体,从而能够沿着导轨1自由往复移动地引导该活动体。
上述导轨1形成为剖面大致呈四角形的长形体。在该导轨1中沿长度方向隔着预定的间隔形成有多个从顶面贯穿到底面的螺栓安装孔12,能够将导轨1用插入到这些螺栓安装孔12中的固定螺栓牢固地固定在机床、柱等的固定部上。在上述导轨1的左右两侧面沿着长度方向分别设有突部,并在这些突部的上下各设有一条滚珠的滚行面11,作为导轨整体而共设有四条滚行面11。此外,设置在上述导轨1上的滚行面11的条数并不限定于此。
另一方面,上述移动块2大体上具备:金属制的块主体21;以及安装在该块主体21的移动方向的两侧处的一对合成树脂制的端板22。该移动块2相应于上述导轨的各滚行面11而具备多个滚珠3的无限循环道,该无限循环道通过将上述一对端板固定在上述移动块2的两端处来完成。在各无限循环道中组装有挠性的保持带30,在该保持带30呈一列排列有多数滚珠3。因此,当上述移动块2沿着上述导轨1的长度方向移动,使得上述滚珠3在上述导轨1的滚行面上滚动时,上述保持带30与滚珠3一起在上述无限循环道循环。
另外,在上述移动块上固定有封闭该移动块与导轨之间的间隙的各种密封构件4、5、7,防止附着在导轨1上的尘埃等侵入上述无限循环道的内部。另外,在图1中为了掌握上述无限循环道内的滚珠3和保持带30的存在,切除了上述移动块2整体的四分之一后示出。

图5是表示上述无限循环道6的剖视图。上述无限循环道6具有负载通道60、返回通道61和一对方向转换道62。在构成上述移动块2的块主体21形成有与上述导轨1的滚行面11相对的滚行面23,滚珠3在导轨1的滚行面11与块主体21的滚行面23之间一边承受载荷一边滚动。上述无限循环道6中的滚珠3如上所述那样地一边承受载荷一边滚动的通道部分为上述负载通道60。在上述块主体21中形成有与上述负载通道60平行的上述返回通道61。通常,该返回通道61贯穿上述块主体21而设置,其内径设定为稍微大于滚珠3的直径。另一方面,上述一对方向转换道62位于上述负载通道60的长度方向两侧,并且连接该负载通道60的端部与上述返回通道61的端部。各方向转换道62设置在上述端板22中,将一对端板22固定在上述块主体21的两端的预定位置,由此使上述方向转换道62连接上述负载通道60与上述返回通道61,完成上述滚珠3能够循环的无限循环道6。
将在上述袋体34中收容有滚珠3的上述保持带组装在上述无限循环道6中。上述保持带30的两端部在该无限循环道6的内部彼此相对,在两端部之间配置有未收容于上述袋体34中的滚珠(以下,称为“自由滚珠”)3a。该自由滚珠3a是与排列在上述保持带30的袋体34中的滚珠3相同的部件,并且与其他的滚珠3同样地在上述导轨1与上述块主体之间承受载荷。另外,该自由滚珠3a的球面与上述保持带的末端间隔部31a的凹面座33a抵接。因此,在上述无限循环道6内以相当于上述间隔部31的厚度的固定间隔排列有多数滚珠3。
为了使上述自由滚珠3a与上述末端间隔部31a的凹面座33a一直接触,上述无限循环道6的路径长度A设定为小于上述保持带30的全长B与上述自由滚珠3a的直径C的和。即,如下。
(B+C)>A
在此,上述无限循环道6的路径长度系指在该无限循环道内滚珠3的中心所描绘轨迹的一周的长度。另外,当在上述末端间隔部31a形成有与上述自由滚珠3a接触的凹面座33a时,上述保持带30的全长B系指从该保持带的一端的凹面座33a的最深部到另一端的凹面座33a的最深部为止的距离。
因此,只要满足下式,上述保持带30即可在朝其长度方向推压紧缩的状态下组装在上述无限循环道6中,从而位于该保持带30两端处的一对末端间隔部31a一直与上述自由滚珠3a接触。其中,该下式为:
δ=(B+C)-A>0
另一方面,为了将上述保持带30和自由滚珠3a组装在上述无限循环道6中,需要将该保持带30的全长朝向长度方向推压紧缩上述长度δ。关于这点,将上述保持带30的各袋体34的直径X设定为大于收容在其中的滚珠3的直径Y,收容在该袋体34中的滚珠3与上述间隔部31之间存在有间隙(X-Y)。因此,能够通过排除该间隙从而顺利推压紧缩上述保持带30,此时的各个结合带部32处于仅稍微被压缩而弯曲的状态。
当将排列在上述保持带30的滚珠3的总数设为Z时,在排除各滚珠3与间隔部31之间的间隙而推压紧缩该保持带30的情况下,其最大量为如下。
δmax=(X-Y)Z
即,在达到该δmax之前上述间隔部31不致被压溃,能够使上述保持带30的全长顺利朝其长度方向推压紧缩。
从以上说明可得知,当以满足如下条件的方式设定无限循环道6的路径长度A、保持带30的全长B、自由滚珠3a的直径C、保持带30的袋体34的直径X、滚珠3的直径Y、排列在上述保持带30的滚珠3的总数时,能够一边在组装到上述无限循环道6中的保持带30的两端部之间夹着一个自由滚珠3a,一边将该保持带30的末端间隔部31a一直压接于上述自由滚珠3a。其中,该条件为:
(X-Y)×Z>(B+C)-A>0
在上述无限循环道6内上述保持带30与滚珠3一起朝向一个方向循环时,由于该保持带30通过在上述负载通道60内滚行的滚珠而移动,因此相应于无限循环道6内的保持带30两端部的位置,较大的拉伸力会作用于该保持带30。
此时,只要将保持带30和自由滚珠3a以满足上述条件的方式组装到上述无限循环道6内,关于在该无限循环道6内的保持带30的循环方向,上述保持带30的前端就一直推压后端,因此能够减轻作用于上述保持带30上的拉伸力的变动,并且能够防止无限循环道6内的上述保持带30的偏磨损。
另外,本发明不仅可以适用于以滚珠作为滚动体的运动引导装置中,也可以适用于以滚子作为滚动体的运动引导装置中。另外,使用图1具体表示的运动引导装置也仅为其中一例,可以适用本发明的运动引导装置的形状并不限定于此。

Claims (4)

1.一种运动引导装置,其特征在于,具备,
导轨(1),
多数滚动体(3),其在所述导轨上滚行,
移动块(2),其具有所述滚动体的无限循环道(6),并沿着所述导轨自由运动,以及
保持带(30),在该保持带形成有以预定间隔收容所述滚动体的袋体,并且该保持带组装在所述无限循环道中而与所述滚动体一起在该无限循环道内移动;
所述保持带的一对端部在所述无限循环道内通过一个自由滚动体(3a)彼此相对;
满足以下条件:
(X-Y)×Z>(B+C)-A>0
A:无限循环道的路径长度,
B:保持带全长,
C:自由滚动体的直径,
X:袋体直径,
Y:滚动体的直径,
Z:排列在所述保持带的滚动体数量。
2.如权利要求1所述的运动引导装置,其特征在于,
所述保持带(30)具备以固定间隔排列成一列的多个间隔部(31)、以及连结这些间隔部并具有挠性的一对结合带部(32),所述滚动体的收容袋体(34)设置在彼此邻接的一对间隔部之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的运动引导装置,其特征在于,
各间隔部(31)具有所述滚动体(3)接触的凹面座(33),位于所述保持带的端部处的末端间隔部(31a)具有所述自由滚动体(3a)接触的凹面座(33a)。
4.如权利要求1所述的运动引导装置,其特征在于,
所述自由滚动体(3a)的直径与收容在所述保持带(30)的收容袋体(34)中的滚动体(3)的直径相同,所述自由滚动体(3a)在所述导轨(1)与所述移动块(2)之间承受载荷。
