であれば、前記結合ベルト部32が案内溝5の内周面5aに擦れる以前に、前記保持ベルト30の最先端が最後端を押圧し、前記保持ベルトは先端部からの引っ張り力だけではなく、後端部からの押圧力も伴って、前記無限循環路内を移動することになる。これにより、前記結合ベルト部32と案内溝5の内周面5bとの摺接が緩和されて、当該保持ベルト30の偏摩耗の発生を防止することができる。
Claims (1)
- 軌道レールと、
前記軌道レールを転走する多数の転動体と、
前記転動体の無限循環路を有すると共に前記軌道レールに沿って運動自在な移動ブロックと、
所定間隔で前記転動体を収容するポケットが形成されると共に、前記無限循環路に組み込まれて前記転動体と共に当該無限循環路内を移動する可撓性の保持ベルトと、を備え、
前記無限循環路は、前記転動体が前記軌道レールと前記移動ブロックとの間で荷重を負荷しながら転動する負荷通路と、前記負荷通路と平行に設けられた戻し通路と、前記負荷通路と戻し通路とを連結して円弧状に形成された一対の方向転換路と、を含み、
前記無限循環路には当該無限循環路内における前記保持ベルトの移動を案内する案内溝が形成された転がり案内装置において、
前記無限循環路内で互いに向かい合う前記保持ベルトの両端部の最大すき間をtmax、
前記負荷通路内の前記保持ベルトと前記戻し通路内の保持ベルトとの間隔を2c、
前記方向転換路における前記案内溝の外周面の円弧頂点までの深さをA、
前記方向転換路における前記案内溝の内周面の円弧頂点までの深さをB、
前記保持ベルトの厚みをd、
a=(A−d/2)、b=(B+d/2)とし、
前記案内溝によって案内される前記保持ベルトの前記方向転換路内での長さが楕円の半周長に相当すると仮定し、
楕円の軸2c方向をy軸方向、楕円の軸2a方向又は2b方向をx軸方向とし、θをx軸からの角度とし、
と表現されるδに対して、tmax<δを満たすことを特徴とする転がり案内装置。
