Description

Method for promoting growth of tea tree cutting seedlings
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plant cutting propagation, in particular to a method for promoting the growth of tea tree cutting roots and tea seedlings by soaking tea tree cutting branches with citric acid solution.
Background
At present, the main tea tree varieties for production and popularization are clonal varieties, and the clonal tea tree varieties are mainly used for production and cultivation through cutting propagation and seedling raising. However, the requirement on soil conditions is high, and the existing farmland is used for building a nursery, and after ridging, a layer of acid yellow mud new soil with Ph4.5-5.5 of a non-tillage layer of about 5cm is paved on the surface of the furrow, and then tea tree cuttings are planted in the new soil layer. If the cuttings are directly inserted into the soil of the ridge surface formed by stacking the soil of the plough layer, the cuttings are difficult to grow roots and grow slowly. And because the tea tree can not be continuously planted by cutting (namely, the tea tree can not be continuously planted for 2 times or for many times on the same land), otherwise, the cutting branches are difficult to grow roots and slow to grow, and the tea seedlings are poor in quality. However, the laying of new soil on the ridge surface not only consumes a large amount of labor, but also influences the growth and yield of the planted crops after the tea seedlings are outplanted; nowadays, a method for directly cutting tea seedlings in the soil of a plough layer is urgently needed.
The invention patent 201310599945.5 discloses a tea tree seedling cultivation method, which adopts a method of applying quintozene and thiophanate methyl to a seedling field by two times of interval deep ploughing, and drying a soil layer after deep ploughing and pesticide application for disinfection and harm removal, so as to realize no need of laying yellow mud new soil on the surface of a furrow, thereby reducing labor force and cost.
The abovementioned patent needs to spread quintozene, which is easy to cause chemical pollution to soil and has higher cost.
Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method which can directly cut tea seedlings in the soil of a plough layer and promote the growth of the tea tree cutting seedlings.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method for promoting the growth of tea tree cutting seedlings, which comprises the three steps of selecting cutting shoots, cutting and managing the cutting seedlings; before cutting, the cutting slips are put into 1 g/L-10g/L citric acid water solution to be soaked for 60min-180 min.
As an improvement of the method for promoting the growth of the tea tree cutting seedlings, the method sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1, cutting nursery ridge surface arrangement;
s2, cutting and soaking the cutting slips;
s3, cuttage: directly cutting the cuttings soaked in the step S2 into the nursery bed surfaces finished in the step S1;
s4, management of cutting seedlings: and managing the cutting seedlings which finish the cutting work in the step S3.
As a further improvement of the method for promoting the growth of the tea tree cutting seedlings, the method comprises the following steps:
the cutting of the cutting shoot in the step S2 is as follows: cutting strong branches of the same year and reddish brown at the stem base of the parent tree of the clonal variety of the tea tree into cutting slips which have a complete leaf and are connected with 2.5 cm-3.0 cm stem sections below.
As a further improvement of the method for promoting the growth of the tea tree cutting seedlings, the method comprises the following steps:
and in the step S3, the cutting slips after soaking treatment are directly cut into the nursery bed surfaces arranged in the step S1, the cutting row spacing is 8-10 cm, and the plant spacing is 3-4 cm.
As a further improvement of the method for promoting the growth of tea tree cutting seedlings of the present invention, the method for managing the cutting seedlings in the step S4 comprises the steps of:
A. building an arched shed by using moso bamboo chips with the width of 4-5cm and the thickness of 0.3-0.6cm, wherein the highest position in the middle of the arched shed is 40-45 cm away from the ridge surface, and covering the arched shed by using a black sunshade net with the light transmittance of 50 +/-5%;
B. watering the leaves in the morning (before 8: 00) and at the night (after 17: 00) every 1-2 months after cuttage once every day until the surfaces of the leaves are fully wetted (the watering amount in each time is about 1.0-1.5L/square meter);
C. watering 1 time in the morning (before 8: 00) each day until the beginning of the 5 th month of cuttage after the step B is finished, and watering each time until the surface of the leaf is completely wetted (the watering amount of each time is about 1.0-1.5L/square meter);
D. removing the sunshade net after the beginning of the 5 th month of cuttage, and stopping the watering operation every day, namely, in a state of no watering, no fertilization and no sunshade;
the states of no watering, no fertilization and no shading last for 3-4 months; and then fertilizing once a month under the conditions of no watering and no shading until transplanting (transplanting the fertilizer into a new tea garden).
As a further improvement of the method for promoting the growth of the tea tree cutting seedlings, the method comprises the following steps: the fertilizer is a compound fertilizer (N: P)2O5:K2SO420: 8: 8) the dosage is 30 +/-3 g/square meter each time.
The compound fertilizer is directly spread on the surface of the ridge.
As a further improvement of the method for promoting the growth of the tea tree cutting seedlings, in the step S1, the cutting nursery bed surface is arranged as follows: firstly, turning a plough layer by 20-25 cm, removing weeds and other plant residues, stacking the plough layer into a furrow surface with the furrow height of 25cm and the width of 130cm, and reserving a ditch for draining water of 30-35 cm between furrows; then, the soil on the ridge surface is smashed, leveled and compacted, and a watering pot is used for watering the ridge surface until the water flooding depth is 1 +/-0.1 mm; finally, cutting after the accumulated water permeates to the surface of the ridge and the water is dried to be not sticky.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical advantages that:
1. the cutting slips are treated only by the citric acid aqueous solution, so that the cutting slips can be directly cut in the soil of the plough layer, and the rooting rate and the survival rate of the cutting slips are improved.
2. The treatment cost of the invention is lower than that of soil disinfection measures of preparations such as quintozene and the like, and chemical pollution to soil can not be caused. The cost of the method is only 30 yuan/mu, the cost of spreading the yellow mud new soil is more than 500 yuan/mu, and the cost of 201310599945.5 is more than 150 yuan/mu.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1, a method for promoting growth of tea tree cutting seedlings, sequentially comprising the following steps:
step 1, cutting nursery plot bedding surface arrangement: in a rice field after harvesting early rice or a dry land for planting other crops, a plough layer is ploughed completely (with the depth of 20-25 cm), weeds and other plants without residues are removed, ridge surfaces with the ridge height of 25cm and the width of 130cm are built, and a ditch with the width of 30-35 cm is arranged between every two ridges for drainage and walking of operators. Breaking, flattening and compacting the soil on the ridge surface, and sprinkling water on the ridge surface by using a sprinkling pot until the water-logging depth is about 1 mm; and cutting after the accumulated water permeates to the surface of the ridge and the water is dried until the ridge is not sticky.
Step 2, preparing a citric acid aqueous solution: 100g of citric acid and 20L of water are mixed to form 20L of citric acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 5 g/L.
Step 3, cutting and soaking the cutting slips: and (3) cutting the current-year strong branches with reddish brown stem bases on the mother trees of the tea tree clone variety Zhenong 117, cutting the strong branches into short spikes with one complete leaf and 2.5-3.0 cm stem sections connected below the complete leaf, and soaking the short spikes in the solution prepared in the step (2) at room temperature (20-30 ℃) for 120 min.
Step 4, cuttage: and (3) directly cutting the cutting slips processed in the step (3) into the nursery bed surface finished in the step (1), wherein the cutting row spacing is 8-10 cm, the plant spacing is 3-4 cm, and each row is about 30 slips. The cutting time is 7 middle of the month.
Step 5, management of cutting seedlings: and (3) after cuttage, building an arched shed by using moso bamboo chips (with the width of 4-5cm and the thickness of 0.3-0.6cm), wherein the highest position in the middle of the arched shed is 40-45 cm away from the ridge surface, covering the arched shed by using a black sunshade net with the light transmittance of about 50% before 11 middle ten days, and removing the sunshade net after 11 middle ten days to receive natural illumination.
In the middle ten days of 7 months to 8 months, the water is respectively watered once in the morning (before 8: 00) and at the evening (after 17: 00), and the water amount is 1.0-1.5L/square meter for each time.
And then, in 11 middle of the month, watering 1 time in the morning (before 8: 00) each time until the surface of the leaves is fully wetted (the watering amount is about 1.0-1.5L/square meter).
The sunshade net was removed from the middle of 11 months, and the daily watering was stopped. That is, the plants grow under natural conditions from the middle of 11 months to the end of 2 months in the next year without watering, fertilizing and shading.
The next 3-10 months without shading and watering, but fertilizing compound fertilizer (N: P) once a month2O5:K2SO420: 8: 8) the fertilizer dosage is 30 g/square meter, and the compound fertilizer is directly spread on the surface of the ridge.
Step 6, investigating the growth condition of tea seedlings: the root formation quantity and survival rate are investigated at the end of 11 months in the current year, and the specific investigation method comprises the following steps: randomly digging 10 tea seedlings, counting the rooting number of the root of each tea seedling, and expressing the rooting number by using an average number. And simultaneously randomly extracting 3 rows, counting the total cutting quantity and the quantity of the survival tea seedlings, and calculating the cutting survival rate by using a formula (survival rate (%) -100 × the number of survival plants/total number of cutting plants). When the bottom seedlings were out of nursery in the next 11 months, 10 plants were randomly selected and the plant heights (height from the root to the apical bud) were measured, and the average of the plant heights for each treatment was represented.
