An artificial breeding method of salix integra comprises the following steps:
1) seed strip collection: collecting lignified branches of salix integra to obtain seed strips; the branches are lignified branches of salix integra from 11 months of winter to 2 months of next year before spring; usually, the tree is picked from the beginning of winter in 11 months to before spring in 2 months of the next year, the tree belongs to a dormant period, and the tree is used for cuttage for breeding seedlings, so that the effect of subsequent cuttage operation is guaranteed;
2) preparing the seed ears: cutting and trimming the seed strips, specifically cutting the seed strips back and immediately into strips with the length of 13cm and the end thickness of 1cm to obtain seed ears; then, the seed spikes are moved into an underground cellar and buried by wet sand, the relative humidity of the wet sand is 65%, when the seed spikes are buried, a layer of wet sand is paved on one layer of seed spikes, finally, the wet sand with the thickness of 25cm is covered, and the temperature of the underground cellar is 0 ℃;
3) land preparation and bed making: after land preparation, making a high furrow with the height of 10cm and the furrow surface width of 120cm, raking the furrow surface, and spraying oxyfluorfen (50 ml of oxyfluorfen and 15 kg of water per mu) for sealing the furrow surface in a week before cuttage;
4) ear-planting treatment: soaking the seed ears in a treatment solution for 8 hours to obtain treated seed ears; wherein the treatment liquid comprises the following raw materials: 1kg of brown sugar, 1kg of white vinegar and 100kg of water; by soaking the treatment solution, the nutrients of the salix integra ears are increased, the physiological mechanism of the salix integra ears is changed, and the salix integra ears are promoted to root as soon as possible;
5) cuttage: carrying out cuttage on the treated seed spikes, wherein the cuttage density of cuttage is 400 plants per square meter, immediately watering thoroughly after cuttage, watering timely according to the situation, watering once every 10 days until rooting, and carrying out field management to obtain salix davidii seedlings; wherein the field management comprises measures of artificial weeding, pruning, pest control and the like.
Example 4
The artificial breeding of salix integra (the time is 2011, 4 and 20 days, and the seed sticks are collected from the wild salix integra) is performed according to the artificial breeding method of salix integra in the embodiment 3, and the artificial breeding method is specifically divided into an experimental group and a control group, wherein in the experimental group and the control group, the conditions are the same except the conditions during the seed spike treatment, the specific seed spike treatment refers to table 1, and the rooting rates of the experimental group and the control group are correspondingly counted.

As can be seen from the comparison of the data in table 1, the nutrients of the salix integra spikes are increased by soaking the treatment solution, the physiological mechanism of the salix integra spikes is changed, and the salix integra spikes are promoted to root as soon as possible, wherein the rooting rate is 85% at the highest when the treatment solution with the ratio of brown sugar, white vinegar and water being 1:1:100 is soaked for 8 hours, and the rooting rate is 3% of the non-treatment rate of the control group at the lowest.
Example 5
The artificial breeding of salix integra is carried out according to the artificial breeding method of salix integra in example 3 (the time is 4-15 days in 2014, and the seed sticks are collected from salix integra in a nursery), and the artificial breeding method is specifically divided into an experimental group and a control group, wherein in the experimental group and the control group, the conditions are the same except for the condition during the seed spike treatment, and the specific seed spike treatment refers to table 2, so that the rooting rates of the experimental group and the control group are counted correspondingly.

As can be seen from the comparison of the data in table 2, the nutrients of the seed ears of salix integra are increased by soaking the treatment solution, the physiological mechanism of the seed ears of salix integra is changed, and the seed ears of salix integra are promoted to root as soon as possible, wherein the rooting rate is the highest and 98% when the treatment solution with the ratio of brown sugar, white vinegar and water being 1:1:100 is soaked for 8 hours, and the rooting rate is 17% of the rooting rate which is not treated in the control group.
Furthermore, as can be seen from a comparison of the data in tables 1 and 2, the rooting rate of the nursery seed strips (collected from the nursery willow) is 98% higher than that of the wild seed strips (collected from the wild willow), which is due to domestication of the nursery seed strips.

The artificial breeding of salix integra (collecting seed strips from salix integra in nursery garden) is performed according to the artificial breeding method of salix integra in example 3, and the artificial breeding method is specifically divided into an experimental group and a control group, wherein the experimental group and the control group have the same conditions except for different conditions during seed spike treatment, and the specific seed spike treatment is shown in table 3, and the rooting rates of the experimental group and the control group are correspondingly counted.

As can be seen from the comparison of the data in table 3, the nutrients of the seed ears of salix integra are increased by soaking the treatment solution, the physiological mechanism of the treatment solution is changed, and the seed ears of salix integra are promoted to root as soon as possible, wherein the treatment solution prepared from brown sugar, white vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:1:100 has the highest rooting rate (98%) after soaking for 8 hours, while the rooting rate treated by the brown sugar and the water alone is 74%, and the rooting rate treated by the white vinegar and the water alone is 67%.
Example 7
An artificial breeding method of salix integra comprises the following steps:
1) seed strip collection: collecting lignified branches of salix integra to obtain seed strips; the branches are lignified branches of salix integra from 11 months of winter to 2 months of next year before spring; usually, the tree is picked from the beginning of winter in 11 months to before spring in 2 months of the next year, the tree belongs to a dormant period, and the tree is used for cuttage for breeding seedlings, so that the effect of subsequent cuttage operation is guaranteed;

4) ear-planting treatment: soaking the seed ears in a treatment solution prepared from brown sugar, white vinegar and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:100 for 8 hours to obtain treated seed ears; by soaking the treatment solution, the nutrients of the salix integra ears are increased, the physiological mechanism of the salix integra ears is changed, and the salix integra ears are promoted to root as soon as possible;
5) cuttage: carrying out cuttage on the treated seed spikes, wherein the cuttage density of cuttage is 400 plants per square meter, immediately watering thoroughly after cuttage, watering timely according to the situation, watering once every 10 days until rooting, and carrying out field management to obtain salix davidii seedlings; wherein the field management comprises measures of artificial weeding, pruning, pest control and the like.

Example 10
Artificially breeding salix integra according to the salix integra artificial breeding method in the embodiment 7-9 to obtain salix integra seedlings (the cuttage time is 5 months and 15 days in 2013), and counting the quality of the corresponding salix integra seedlings, wherein the specific statistical result is shown in table 4; wherein the height is more than 1m, and the ground diameter is more than 0.35cm, which is the seedling meeting the afforestation requirement.

As can be seen from the data in table 4, in this embodiment, the average annual height of the salix integra seedlings with the cutting density of 400 plants/square meter is 130cm, the average ground diameter is 0.4cm, the requirement of afforestation is met, the seedlings out of the nursery belong to high-quality seedlings, and the optimal cutting density condition is that the cutting density is 400 plants/square meter.
The method has the beneficial effects that the embodiment of the invention provides an artificial breeding method of the salix integra, and the artificial breeding method of the salix integra comprises the steps of seed strip collection, seed ear production, seed ear treatment, cuttage and the like; the processing liquid containing the raw materials of brown sugar, white vinegar, water and the like is adopted to soak the seed ears, so that the nutrients of the seed ears of the salix integra are increased, the physiological mechanism of the seed ears of the salix integra is changed, the seed ears of the salix integra are promoted to root as soon as possible, the rooting rate is high, the cost is low, the method is suitable for expanding popularization, the salix integra can be protected by an artificial propagation forestation mode, the economic benefit is considerable, the problem that the rooting rate is low in the existing artificial breeding method of the salix integra is solved, seedling conditions are created for saving endangered plants of the salix integra, and the method has a wide market prospect.
The artificial propagation method of the salix integra is asexual propagation (spring cutting), the specific implementation places comprise a forestry center nursery of the south-of-the-Ganshun county in Heilongjiang province, a salix robusta nursery of the south-of-the-Gansu county, a seedling center of the salix rhynchophylla seedling (Qiqi Harl city), a forest farm of the south-of-the-Gansu county and the like, the rooting rate is 85-98% by soaking the salix rhynchophylla seedling center in the treatment solution for 8 hours, the method is an effective method, can be used for the artificial asexual propagation in spring, solves the problem that the salix rhynchophylla cannot be artificially propagated, creates seedling conditions for saving endangered plants of the salix rhynchophylla and building artificial forest of the salix rhynchophylla, and repeatedly tests for 7 years, adopts the treatment solution with the weight ratio of brown sugar, white vinegar and water being 1:1:100, the rooting rate being over 95% for soaking for 8 hours, so that the salix rhynchophylla, has great economic benefit and social benefit.
It needs to be further explained that the construction of the artificial forest of the salix integra is feasible, the endangered tree species can be protected by artificial propagation and forestation, millions of high-quality salix integra seedlings can be produced every 10 mu of land, and the economic benefit is considerable. By utilizing the method in 2018 and on the basis of obtaining the cutting seedling raising experience, 120 thousands of seedlings of the salix davidii are raised, seedlings are provided for depression forestation and river diking, and millions of seedlings of the salix davidii are produced in the current year, so that the method has great economic benefit and social benefit.

3) ear-planting treatment: soaking the seed ears in a treatment solution to obtain treated seed ears; the treatment fluid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-1.5 parts of brown sugar, 1-1.5 parts of white vinegar and 101 parts of water;
4) cuttage: and carrying out cuttage and field management on the treated seed spikes to obtain the salix integra seedlings.
2. The artificial breeding method of salix integra according to claim 1, wherein the shoots are lignified shoots of salix integra during the period from 11 months to 2 months in the next year.
3. The artificial propagation method of salix integra as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting and trimming is to cut the seed strips into strips with a length of 12-14cm and a thickness of 0.6-1.5 cm.
4. The artificial propagation method of salix integra according to claim 1, wherein the soaking time is 6-10 h.
5. The artificial propagation method of salix integra as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of storing the seed ears before soaking is carried out, and the storing step is to bury the seed ears at 0-5 ℃ by using wet sand.
6. The artificial propagation method of salix integra as claimed in claim 5, wherein the relative humidity of the wet sand is 60-70%.
7. The artificial propagation method of salix integra as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a land preparation and bedding step before cuttage.
8. The artificial propagation method of salix rhynchophylla as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting density of the cutting is 400-600 plants/square meter.
9. A seedling of the salix integra bred by the artificial breeding method of the salix integra as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of the artificial propagation method of salix integra according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for asexual propagation of plants.
