Abstract

Description

含温泉或矿泉水和防痤疮或抗老剂的化妆或皮肤用组合物
本发明涉及用于缓慢治疗人的脸部/和或身体皮肤(其中包括头皮)，同时进行水合的，以温泉水和/或矿泉水为基质物的化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物。本发明还涉及这种组合物的应用，以及化妆治疗皮肤痤疮、皱纹和/或ridules(隆褶)的方法。
目前这些治疗使用的活性剂是选自于α-和β-羟基酸及其衍生物、视黄醛化合物(retinoide)及其衍生物，尤其是视黄酸及视黄醇(全部反式，13-顺式)、过氧化苯甲酰中的溶角蛋白剂。
在β-羟基酸中，具体地发现了水杨酸及其衍生物。水杨酸用于治疗痤疮(参见EP-A-281812)和皱纹(参见文件WO-A-93/10755)已为人们所知，这种酸的某些衍生物用于治疗皮肤衰老，尤其用于延缓和/或减轻皱纹与redules的出现(参见EP-A-378936)也为人们所知。
人们也知道视黄酸可防止皮肤皱纹和/或ridules出现。
另外，人们已经知道这些溶角蛋白剂用于改变出现的粉红皮肤的颜色，用于除去皮肤上出现的色素沉着斑点，消除鳞屑。以及改善皮肤的弹性。
可惜，一旦涂到皮肤上，由于这些溶角蛋白剂对皮肤角蛋白造成神经刺激，所以它们引起痒、刺痒、抽痛，这些都使人们感到很不舒服。
此外，皮肤敏感的消费者使用这些产品往往可造成严重阻碍。
由文件FR-A-2608426已经了解到，为了水合表层和深层皮肤，化妆组合物中矿泉水以脂质体存在。
另外，文件ER-2668063指出，为制备化妆组合物，使用稳定在ADN凝胶中的温泉水脂质体。按照这个文件，这样一种温泉水使用形式能使其有针对性的渗透到真皮和表皮之中。
可惜，这些以温泉水或矿泉水为基质物的脂质体化的组合物不能治疗脸部和/或人体皮肤或头皮上的皱纹、ridules和/或痤疮。
因此，还需要有以温泉水和/或矿泉水为基质物的化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物，它能使皮肤变得年轻，并且能消除粉刺，同时还避免了上述的缺陷，尤其是有利于表层与深层皮肤水合。
申请人观察到，上述溶角蛋白剂主要通过皮肤炎症机制起作用，这种炎症轻微但足以能达到在皮肤上涂几个月后可使皮肤变得年轻、脸色好。
因此，为了保持这些溶角蛋白剂的炎症性质，同时能使皮肤水合申请人打算在化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物中使用至少矿化400毫克/升的温泉水或矿泉水，其组合物含一种或多种溶角蛋白剂。
这样，本发明涉及的是，在含有至少一种具有刺激性付作用活性剂的化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物中，使用至少矿化400毫克/升的水，以便消除这种刺激作用。所用的水具体地是温泉水和/或矿泉水。
本发明还涉及一种化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物，该组合物在可接受的化妆和/或皮肤病学介质中含有至少一种具有刺激性付作用的活性剂，并且含有选自于至少矿化700毫克/升的温泉水和/或矿泉水缓和剂(un agent apaisant)。
在本发明中，关于＂矿化＂应理解为温泉水或矿化水中阴离子和阳离子浓度之和。使用强矿化水的这种事实正好能补赏作为溶角蛋白剂的化妆和/或皮肤病学活性剂的刺激作用。
本发明可以毫无区别地使用温泉水或矿泉水。一般地，矿泉水适宜于消费，而温泉水则并不总是这样。其中每种水中都含有已溶解的矿物和低量元素。人们都知道这些水根据它们含有的低量元素和特殊矿物被用来作特殊的治疗。例如皮肤的水合与脱敏，或某些皮肤病的治疗因此，根据所使用水的类型，除了减轻某些活性剂的刺激性付作用，还可以专门治疗皮肤。
事实上，水矿化越高，水越难加到组合物中，这是因为制备这些组合物时容易生成沉淀。
根据本发明使用的温泉水和/或矿泉水矿化可达到至少700毫克/升，尤其是碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐总浓度至少为150毫克/升，更优选为至少360毫克/升，特别是碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠超过2毫克/升。本发明组合物使用的水中硅氧化物浓度可以优选为至少6毫克/升，更优选为至少9毫克/升。
根据本发明使用的温泉水或矿泉水可以选自于Vittel水、维希(Vichy)盆地矿泉水、Uriage水、Roche Posay水、Bourboule水、Enghien-les-bains水、Saint-Gervais-les-bains水、Néris-les-bains水、Allevard-les-bains水、Digne水、Maizières水、Neyrac-les-bains水、Lons le Saunier水、les Eaux Bonnes、Rochefort水、Saint Christau水、Fumades水和Tercis-les-bains水。
在这些水中，矿化低于700毫克/升而高于400毫克/升的水是Roche Posay水、les Eaux Bonnes、Saint Christau水。
在这些水中，碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐总浓度高于360毫克/升的水是Vittel水、Bourboule水、Fumades水、Enghien-les-bains水、Roche-Posay水、维希盆地矿泉水、Uriage水。
在这些水中，碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐浓度为150-360毫克/升的水是Digne水、Maizières水、Rochefort水、Saint-Gervais-les、bains水。
在这些水中，含有至少2毫克/升碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠的水是Roche Posay水、Vittel水、维希盆地矿泉水、Uriage水。
含有至少9毫克/升硅氧化物的水是Roche Posay水、Vittel水、维希盆地矿泉水、Uriage水。
具有刺激付作用的剂类尤其是溶角蛋白剂，也可以是抗真菌剂、抗菌剂、抗皮脂溢药。
本发明使用的溶角蛋白剂可以选自于：α-羟基酸(乙醇酸、扁桃酸、乳酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸)、β-羟基酸及其衍生物、视黄醛化合物(视黄酸或视黄醇)及其衍生物、过氧化苯甲酰，以及这些不同化合物的盐。
溶角蛋白剂优选是β-羟基酸，如水杨酸或其中一种衍生物，或许是成盐的。优选地，溶角蛋白剂是由或许成盐的水杨酸衍生出来的一种。作为水杨酸衍生物，具体可以列举在文件FR-A-2581542和EP-A-378936中描述的那些衍生物，尤其是5-n-辛酰基水杨酸、5-n-癸酰基水杨酸、5-n-十二烷酰基水杨酸、5-n-辛基水杨酸、5-n-庚基氧水杨酸、4-n-庚基水杨酸，以及它们的季铵盐，如二甲基羟丙基铵盐。还可以使用在文件EP-A-570230中叙述的水杨酸衍生物。
优选地，本发明组合物包含维希盆地矿泉水和5-n-辛酰基水杨酸。
本发明组合物中溶角蛋白剂的比例，例如是以该组合物总重量计为0.1-5％(重量)。优选地，这个比例以该组合物总重量计为0.1-2％(重量)。
温泉水或矿泉水的量优选选择以该组合物总重量计高于0.1％(重量)，例如至少等于5％(重量)，更好地为5-75％。组合物中的温泉水或矿泉水可补加蒸馏水或软化水。
本发明组合物的另一个优点是在化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物中能使用同时含有高浓度碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐离子的温泉水或矿泉水，和高浓度正离子(如钠和钙离子)，由于溶角蛋白剂的性质而不必害怕生成钙沉淀。
本发明的组合物可以呈溶液、含水凝胶、乳化液(水包油或油包水)或脂泡分散液形式，并可能具有洗剂、乳清、乳油或凝胶形态。它还可以含有至少一种与具有刺激性付作用剂不同的亲油或亲水活性剂，具体地选自于防晒剂(filtre)、神经酰胺、蛋白质及其水解产物、和水化剂。
本发明组合物还可以含有至少一种在化妆上或皮肤病学上可接受的添加剂，其添加剂选自于表面活性剂(乳化剂与共乳化剂)、脂肪、防腐剂、香料、胶凝剂、络合剂、中和剂。
本发明还涉及前面定义的组合物用于化妆治疗皮肤痤疮、皱纹和/或ridules，以及这种组合物用于制备供治疗座疮、皱纹和/或ridules用的皮肤病软膏。本发明还涉及皮肤痤疮、皱纹和/或ridules化妆治疗的方法，该方法在于将前面定义的组合物涂到皮肤上。

Claims (24)

1.在含有至少一种有刺激性副作用活性剂的化妆和/或皮肤病学组合物中，矿化度为400毫克/升并高至在制备所说组合物时没有形成沉淀的量的水用于消除所说刺激性作用的用途。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途，其特征在于水是矿化度为400毫克/升并高至在制备所说组合物时没有形成沉淀的量的温泉水和/或矿泉水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用途，其特征在于温泉水和/或矿泉水的矿化度为700毫克/升并高至在制备所说组合物时没有形成沉淀的量。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的用途，其特征在于，温泉水和/或矿泉水的碳酸盐与碳酸氢盐离子总浓度至少是150毫克/升并高至在制备所说组合物时没有形成沉淀的量。
5.根据权利要求或2或3所述的用途，其特征在于温泉水的硅氧化物浓度是6毫克/升并高至在制备所说组合物时没有形成沉淀的量。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一权利要求所述的用途，其特征在于，水是选自如下的温泉水：Vittel水、维希盆地矿泉水、Uriage水、Roche-Posay水、Bourboule水、Fumades水、Enghien-les-bains水、les Eaux Bonnes。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一权利要求所述的用途，其特征在于具有刺激性副作用的活性剂是溶角蛋白剂。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一权利要求所述的用途，其特征在于溶角蛋白剂选自于：水杨酸及其衍生物、α-羟基酸及其衍生物、视黄醛化合物及其衍生物、过氧化苯甲酰以及它们的盐。
9.根据权利要求1-3中任一权利要求所述的用途，其特征在于活性剂是水杨酸衍生物。
