Abstract
本发明涉及一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,包括:将尼龙/涤纶针织面料进行前处理,然后按浴比1:10~30置于清水中,加入染色助剂运转,再加入酸性染料升温,再加入阳离子染料运转,经升温‑降温处理,然后进行皂洗,固色,水洗,得到染色的尼龙/涤纶针织面料。本发明采用一浴法染色,既缩短了时间,节约了用水、电、天然气,达到节能减排的目的;又改善了面料的色牢度、手感等问题,提高了面料的服用性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于面料染整技术领域,特别涉及一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法。
背景技术
随着纺织产业的进步,随着人们着装观念的改变,人们对运动休闲面料的功能性、舒适性提出了越来越高的要求。目前市场上运动休闲面料领域以棉和涤纶纤维为主,但涤纶面料产品对于功能性运动面料的服用性方面,仍同尼龙纤维差距较大。
涤纶面料抗皱性、保型性、强力比较好,但是,涤纶面料吸湿性差,穿着有闷热感。与涤纶相比,尼龙纤维其柔韧性、弹性回复性率、耐磨性、耐碱性、耐疲劳性、吸湿性好,而且在减轻衣物重量方面有极大的优越性,而以尼龙纤维织成的外套,加上人工涤纶绒的衬里具有更好的保暖效果。于是运休闲动服装开始使用尼龙/涤纶开发面料,并逐渐成为主流。
但是尼龙/涤纶面料在染色阶段存在着一定的问题:一般采用两浴法染色,先在130度高温下染涤纶,然后在99度染尼龙。这种方法染色,染色成本高,面料色光稳定性差、色牢度不好;同时高温情况下,尼龙手感可能会发硬,影响面料的服用性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,采用一浴法对尼龙/涤纶针织面料进行染色,克服了传统的两浴法染色成本高,染色面料色光稳定性差、色牢度不好等缺点。
本发明的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,包括:
将尼龙/涤纶针织面料进行前处理,然后按浴比1:10~30置于清水中,加入染色助剂运转,再加入酸性染料升温,再加入阳离子染料运转,经升温-降温处理,然后进行皂洗,固色,水洗,得到染色的尼龙/涤纶针织面料。
所述染色助剂为2~4g/L的无水硫酸钠、0.3~0.5g/L的冰醋酸、0.6~1.0g/L的释酸剂和0.5~1.5%owf的匀染剂。
所述酸性染料的用量为0.01~1.5%owf。
所述阳离子染料的用量为0.01~1%owf。
所述运转的时间为5~15min。
所述加入阳离子染料运转时间为5~15min。
所述加入酸性染料升温的工艺条件为:以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至45~55℃。
所述升温-降温处理的工艺条件为:先以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至100~120℃,保温30~50min,再以1~2℃/min降温至75~85℃,排水。
所述皂洗的工艺条件为:注水,加入1~3g/L的皂洗剂,以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至65~75℃,保温10~30min后排水,重新注水,以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至55~65℃,保温8~12min后排水。
所述固色的工艺条件为:注水,加入2~4%owf的固色剂和0.8~1.2g/L的冰醋酸,以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至65~75℃,保温10~30min后排水。
所述水洗的工艺条件为:60℃水洗1次,然后冷水洗1次,水洗时间为8~12min。
有益效果
(1)本发明采用改性涤纶/尼龙针织面料在一定程度上综合了改性涤纶和锦纶纤维的优点,具有良好的服用性能和独特的风格。
(2)本发明采用一浴法染色,既缩短了时间,节约了用水、电、天然气(煤),达到节能减排的目的;又改善了面料的色牢度、手感等问题,提高了面料的服用性能。

实施例1
将尼龙/涤纶针织面料置于高温高压喷射染色机中,将面料进行前处理后,向缸体注入清水,然后向染浴中加入染色助剂,包括无水硫酸钠2g/L、冰醋酸0.3g/L、释酸剂0.6g/L匀染剂0.5%(owf),运转10min后,再加入酸性染料0.85%(owf),然后以1℃/min升温至50℃,再加入阳离子染料0.69%(owf),运转10min后,先以1℃/min升温至100℃,保温40min,再以1.5℃/min降温至80℃,排水;重新注入清水,加入皂洗剂1g/L,以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温20min,排水;重新注入清水,以1℃/min升温至60℃,保温10min,排水;重新注入清水,加入冰醋酸1g/L,固色剂2%(owf),以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温20min,排水;再重新注入清水,60℃水洗1次,冷水洗1次,水洗时间为10min,排水,出缸,得到染色的尼龙/涤纶针织面料。
实施例2
将尼龙/涤纶针织面料置于高温高压喷射染色机中,将面料进行前处理后,向缸体注入清水,然后向染浴中加入染色助剂,包括无水硫酸钠3g/L、冰醋酸0.4g/L、释酸剂0.8g/L匀染剂1%(owf),运转10min后,再加入酸性染料1.2%(owf),然后以1℃/min升温至50℃,再加入阳离子染料1.0%(owf),运转10min后,先以1℃/min升温至100℃,保温40min,再以1.5℃/min降温至80℃,排水;重新注入清水,加入皂洗剂2g/L,以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温20min,排水;重新注入清水,以1℃/min升温至60℃,保温10min,排水;重新注入清水,加入冰醋酸1g/L,固色剂4%(owf),以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温20min,排水;再重新注入清水,60℃水洗1次,冷水洗1次,水洗时间为10min,排水,出缸,得到染色的尼龙/涤纶针织面料。
实施例3
将尼龙/涤纶针织面料置于高温高压喷射染色机中,将面料进行前处理后,向缸体注入清水,然后向染浴中加入染色助剂,包括无水硫酸钠4g/L、冰醋酸0.5g/L、释酸剂1.0g/L匀染剂1.5%(owf),运转10min后,再加入酸性染料0.66%(owf),然后以1℃/min升温至50℃,再加入阳离子染料0.54%(owf),运转10min后,先以1℃/min升温至100℃,保温40min,再以1.5℃/min降温至80℃,排水;重新注入清水,加入皂洗剂3g/L,以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温20min,排水;重新注入清水,以1℃/min升温至60℃,保温10min,排水;重新注入清水,加入冰醋酸1g/L,固色剂2%(owf),以1℃/min升温至70℃,保温20min,排水;再重新注入清水,60℃水洗1次,冷水洗1次,水洗时间为10min,排水,出缸,得到染色的尼龙/涤纶针织面料。
对比例1
采用常规方法对尼龙/涤纶面料进行染色与采用本发明方法对尼龙/涤纶面料进行染色的参数对比如表1所示,可知本发明的染色方法中染色时间、染色用水均有节约,染色面料的强力和色牢度均有提高,本发明染色方法可提高面料的服用性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,包括:
将尼龙/涤纶针织面料进行前处理,然后按浴比1:10~30置于清水中,加入染色助剂运转,再加入酸性染料升温,再加入阳离子染料运转,经升温-降温处理,然后进行皂洗,固色,水洗,得到染色的尼龙/涤纶针织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述染色助剂为2~4g/L的无水硫酸钠、0.3~0.5g/L的冰醋酸、0.6~1.0g/L的释酸剂和0.5~1.5%owf的匀染剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述酸性染料的用量为0.01~1.5%owf,阳离子染料的用量为0.01~1%owf。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述运转的时间为5~15min;加入阳离子染料运转时间为5~15min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述加入酸性染料升温的工艺条件为:以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至45~55℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述升温-降温处理的工艺条件为:先以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至100~120℃,保温30~50min,再以1~2℃/min降温至75~85℃,排水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述皂洗的工艺条件为:注水,加入1~3g/L的皂洗剂,以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至65~75℃,保温10~30min后排水,重新注水,以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至55~65℃,保温8~12min后排水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述固色的工艺条件为:注水,加入2~4%owf的固色剂和0.8~1.2g/L的冰醋酸,以0.5~1.5℃/min升温至65~75℃,保温10~30min后排水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙/涤纶针织面料的染色方法,其特征在于:所述水洗的工艺条件为:60℃水洗1次,然后冷水洗1次,水洗时间为8~12min。
