步骤四、染色工艺:染色过程包括前处理、染色和后处理工艺流程;
(1)前处理工艺流程:常温下先加入前处理助剂,以2-3℃/min的速率升温到85-100℃,保温20-30min,之后以2-3℃/min的速率降温至75-78℃排水,然后水洗1-2次,冰醋酸洗1-2次,过氧化氢酶洗1-2次;
(2)染色工艺流程:前处理完成后,降温至35-45℃加入染色助剂和染料,以2-3℃/min的速率升温到70-75℃,保温10-15min,再以1-2℃/min的速率升温到95-105℃,保温45-60min,之后以2-3℃/min的速率降温至75-80℃排水,热水洗、固色、水洗;
(3)后处理工艺流程:染色完成后缸内加入柔软剂柔软,或出缸柔软;
步骤五、后整理工艺:染色柔软完成后脱水,烘干定形,温度120-130℃,车速15-25m/min。
进一步地,上述染色工艺中:染色机型为日阪溢流染色机,主泵转速50-55、提布轮速度60-65、喷嘴位置90、60-65S/圈、间隙4-5。

Claims (8)

1.一种超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、原料:锦纶纱和氨纶纱;
步骤二、织造工艺:选用40N高针距织造设备编织成氨纶全吃、锦纶添纱的棉毛结构组织和单面汗布变化组织结构,制成面料;
步骤三、预定型工艺:将所述步骤二制得的面料进行预定型,定型机温度设置为160-180℃,车速为20-25m/min;
步骤四、染色工艺:染色过程包括前处理、染色和后处理工艺流程;
(1)前处理工艺流程:常温下先加入前处理助剂,以2-3℃/min的速率升温到85-100℃,保温20-30min,之后以2-3℃/min的速率降温至75-78℃排水,然后水洗1-2次,冰醋酸洗1-2次,过氧化氢酶洗1-2次;
(2)染色工艺流程:前处理完成后,降温至35-45℃加入染色助剂和染料,以2-3℃/min的速率升温到70-75℃,保温10-15min,再以1-2℃/min的速率升温到95-105℃,保温45-60min,之后以2-3℃/min的速率降温至75-80℃排水,热水洗、固色、水洗;
(3)后处理工艺流程:染色完成后缸内加入柔软剂柔软,或出缸柔软;
步骤五、后整理工艺:染色柔软完成后脱水,烘干定形,温度120-130℃,车速15-25m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺中:染色机型为日阪溢流染色机,主泵转速50-55、提布轮速度60-65、喷嘴位置90、60-65S/圈、间隙4-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,前处理助剂的配方如下:洗涤剂0.5-1g/L、渗透剂1-2g/L、精练剂1-2g/L、纯碱2-10g/L、双氧水5-15g/L、除油剂1.2-2.4g/L和过氧化氢酶0.3-0.6g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,染色助剂的配方:六羟甲基三聚氰胺3-6g/L、浴中抗皱剂3-6g/L、柔软剂10-20g/L、氯化镁2-8g/L、醋酸2-10g/L、硫酸铵1-2g/L、磷酸三钠0.3-0.8g/L、元明粉10-40g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,后处理助剂的配方:固色剂2-10g/L、冰醋酸0.3-3g/L、净洗剂4-8g/L、软油精5-16g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺中:采用两种染色方案,即:浅、中色以分散染料染色;中、深色以中性染料染色,辅以弱酸性、活性等染料,以弥补色谱不全,从而获得较为满意的染色效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,柔软剂的配方:石蜡油100-200g/L、硬脂酸10-15g/L、硬脂酸甘油酯10-15g/L、三乙醇胺10-15g/L、水10-15g/L。
8.一种根据权利要求1-5任一项所述制备方法制备的超弹高回复性瑜伽针织面料。
