Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,所述织物面料为双面结构,正面由经过防水、防油和防污功能整理后的三防纱编织,贴肤面由普通纱编织,采用双面结构织造成坯布,所述双面结构面料为双罗纹组织、空气层组织、添纱组织、卫衣布等任意一种组织结构。本发明的三防面料经后道染整后,正面具有较好的三防性能、贴肤面具有较好的亲水性。可以有效避免水渍、污渍、油渍,贴身面具有亲水效果,避免汗液凝结,提高了穿着舒适性。

随着人们生活水平的提高,不再满足于单一服饰产品,而是更趋向于功能性服饰产品,人们对于防水防污服装的喜爱程度趋高,因此三防服装应运而生,目前市场上的三防产品主要集中在鞋类产品,衣服面料三防产品相对较少,因此开发此类产品具有较高的应用价值。
公开号CN104074061A发明了一种棉织物具有正面防水拒污、背面3D吸湿快干的功能,对织物正面采用单向导湿剂DM-3420全底印制处理,使得背面具有3D吸湿快干的效果,但是印花处理后的面料手感较硬,穿着舒适性差。
公开号CN101092776A发明了一种多功能防护面料的制作方法,该方法使用抗静电纱织成面料,在染色处理过程中,通过浸轧工艺进行三防和阻燃整理,制成多功能面料,该面料透气性差,且贴肤层拒水,影响穿着的舒适性。
公开号CN 109720045 A发明了一种防水透气复合面料,该面料从内到外依次设置布料层、竹炭纤维层、TUP聚氨酯薄膜,面料吸湿透气性和防水性较好,但是成分和制备工艺太复杂,且成本高。

本发明的一种具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,所述织物面料为双面结构,正面由经过防水、防油和防污功能整理后的三防纱编织,贴肤面由普通纱编织,优选的,普通坯纱为经正常纺纱工艺得到的纱线,采用双面结构织造成坯布,所述双面结构面料为双罗纹组织、空气层组织、添纱组织、卫衣布等任意一种组织结构。
在本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法中,所述织物面料为双面结构,由防水、防油、防污功能的筒染纱和吸湿速干筒染纱织造而成,正面具有防水、防油、防污功能,贴肤面具有吸湿速干功能。

脱水-烘干-络筒:筒纱进行脱水烘干后进行络筒。

无氟功能整理剂处理:筒纱前处理后加入纱线重4.0-6.0wt%的亨斯曼PHOBOLRSH无氟防水整理剂,在50-75℃*25-35min;
脱水-烘干-络筒:筒纱进行脱水烘干后进行络筒。
在本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法中,采用双面结构织造成坯布后再对坯布进行后处理,具体工艺为:
前处理配方及工艺:双氧水(20-40%):2-8g/L,片碱:1.0-1.8g/L,去软剂DM-1114:0.5-1.5g/L,85-100℃*20-40min,浴比为1:10-25;
染色:将0.1-8.0wt%的活性染料加入染缸副缸,于40-60℃化料8-15min,然后打入染缸,常温运转3-8min,副缸回流,并从副缸加入0.5-1.5wt%元明粉,化开后打入主缸,运转5-15min,后续按此方法,每隔10min加入2-5wt%元明粉,染色浴比为1:5-15;
后处理:以2℃/min升温至40-70℃保温3-8min后加入0.5-1.5wt%纯碱,10min再加入2-5wt%纯碱,再过10min加入3-6wt%纯碱,保持温度40-60min后排掉液体,水洗1次,加入1.0-3.0%wt%醋酸,在60℃运行20-40min,再水洗两次,然后再加入皂洗剂WRL2.0wt%,在85-100℃下运行8-15min,水洗两次,浴比为1:15-25,然后按1-3℃/min的速率升温至40-60℃,运行15-25min后,以1℃/分钟的速率降至常温,排水,脱水,110℃烘干。
在本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法中,采用双面结构织造成坯布后再对坯布进行后处理,具体工艺为:
前处理配方及工艺:双氧水(25-35%):2-6g/L,片碱:1.1-1.5g/L,去软剂DM-1114:0.8-1.2g/L,90-98℃*25-30min,浴比为1:15-20;
染色:将0.1-8.0wt%的活性染料加入染缸副缸,于45-55℃化料8-12min,然后打入染缸,常温运转4-6min,副缸回流,并从副缸加入0.8-1.2wt%元明粉,化开后打入主缸,运转8-12min。后续按此方法,每隔10min加入2-4wt%元明粉,染色浴比为1:8-12;
后处理:以2℃/min升温至50-65℃保温4-6min后加入0.8-1.2wt%纯碱,10min再加入2-4wt%纯碱,再过10min加入3-5wt%纯碱,保持温度45-55min后排掉液体,水洗1次,加入1.5-2.5%wt%醋酸,在60℃运行25-35min,再水洗两次,然后再加入皂洗剂WRL2.0wt%,在90-98℃下运行8-12min,水洗两次,浴比为1:15-20,然后按1-2℃/min的速率升温至45-55℃,运行15-20min后,以1℃/分钟的速率降至常温,排水,脱水,110℃烘干。
本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A.设于贴肤面的吸湿速干筒染纱:
普通纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.2-2.0g/L,片碱2-6g/L,80-100℃*20-60min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料按照所需颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,30-60℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至50-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 1-2.0g/L,在85-100℃下运行5-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
筒纱上油:加入吸湿速干整理剂TF-620,用量为2-5wt%;最后烘干制得吸湿速干筒染纱。
B、设于正面的三防筒染纱:
外层纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.0-3.0g/L,片碱4-5g/L,80-100℃*20-60min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料,按对应颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,40-50℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至50-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M9161.2-1.8g/L,在85-95℃下运行10-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
上油:加入三防功能整理剂,三防整理剂为传化的TF-501GS,用量为3.0-8.0wt%,最后烘干制得三防筒染纱;
D、织造,将织造后面料经后处理水洗工艺,常温加入除油剂DM-1119为1g/L,纯碱为1g/L,升温至70℃处理20min,再经过烘干平衡获得成品面料。
可以选择的是,本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A、设于贴肤面的吸湿速干筒染纱的制备
普通纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:1.4-1.8g/L,片碱3-5g/L,85-95℃*30-40min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料按照所需颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,30-60℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至60-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 1.2-1.6g/L,在85-95℃下运行10-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
筒纱上油:加入吸湿速干整理剂TF-620,用量为3-4wt%;最后烘干制得吸湿速干筒染纱;
B、外层三防筒染纱制备工艺:
成纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.5-2.5g/L,片碱4.5-5g/L,85-95℃*30-40min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料,按对应颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,浴比为1:10,40-50℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至50-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 2.0g/L,在70-100℃下运行5-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
上油:加入三防功能整理剂,三防整理剂为传化的TF-501GS,用量为4.0-7.0wt%,最后烘干制得三防筒染纱;
织造,将织造后面料经后处理水洗工艺,常温加入除油剂DM-1119为1g/L,纯碱为1g/L,升温至70℃处理20min,再经过烘干平衡获得成品面料。
本发明技术方案的有益效果为:
1)本发明中的面料,耐受性能优异,其经过后道染整工艺处理后,正面仍然具有优良的三防效果。
2)本发明中面料的贴肤面为普通纱,其经过后道染整工艺处理后,具备优异的亲水性,使面料亲肤舒柔,穿着舒适。
3)本发明方法制成的面料,三防效果持久,多次洗涤后仍有良好的效果。
在本发明中,所有的百分比均为对织物或纱线的重量百分比,所有的原料、设备均可以从市场购得。

实施例1
本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料按如下方法制备:
1.贴肤面用普通纱制备工艺:
普通纱原料为普通棉成分,经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,采用赛络紧密纺纺制成纱,纱支为50S1。
2.正面用三防纱制备工艺:
先将原料纤维仿制成纱,采用赛络紧密纺纺制成纱,纱支为40S1,再进行筒子纱功能整理。
筒子纱处理工艺路线:
松筒--装笼-前处理--无氟功能整理剂处理-脱水-烘干-络筒。
松筒工艺:先用松筒机进行松纱,单个筒纱重量为0.5kg。
装笼工艺:用大筒管配套的专用塑料碟装笼,笼纱需配有螺丝杆纱钎。
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.5g/L,片碱3g/L,85℃*30min,前处理工艺浴比为1:10。
三防处理工艺:筒纱前处理后加入5.0wt%亨斯曼PHOBOL RSH无氟防水整理剂,60℃*30min。
脱水-烘干-络筒:筒纱进行脱水烘干后进行络筒。
3.面料织造工艺:
采用双面结构织造成坯布,贴肤面为普通纱,正面为三防筒子纱。
4.面料处理工艺:
前处理-染色-后处理:
前处理工艺:为双氧水(27.5%):4-6g/L,片碱:1.5g/L,去软剂DM-1114:1g/L,98℃*30min,浴比为1:20。
染色:采用常规活性染料,染料配方为:活性红3BSH 0.8wt%、活性艳兰0.7wt%;染料倒入染缸副缸,50℃化料10min,打入染缸,持温运转5min,从副缸加入1wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转10min,每隔10min加入3wt%元明粉,浴比为1:10;
后处理:以2℃/min升温至60℃保温5min后加入1wt%纯碱,10min加入3wt%纯碱,再过10min加入剩余的4wt%纯碱;保持温度50min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸2.0wt%,60℃在运行30min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂WRL2.0wt%,在98℃下运行10min,水洗两次,浴比为1:20。然后按2℃/min的速率升温至50℃,并运行20min后,以1℃/分钟的速率降温,浴比为1:20,排水,脱水,110℃烘干。
本实施例的面料具有以下特征:
a)面料的防污性能符合过GB T 30159.1-2013纺织品防污性能的检测和评价第1部分:耐沾污性国家标准;
b)面料的透湿性符合GB/T 12704.1-2009透湿量测试标准;
c)面料的防水性能符合AATCC193-2005抗润湿性:防水/乙醇溶液试验美国标准的要求,洗前8级,洗后6级;
d)起毛起球马丁代尔2500转4级;
e)里层面料滴水扩散时间小于3S。
面料的防油性能符合GB/T 19977-2014抗碳氢化合物试验:洗前6级,水洗8次后6级。
实施例2
本发明的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料按如下方法制备:
1.贴肤面用普通纱制备工艺:
普通纱原料为普通棉成分,经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,采用赛络紧密纺纺制成纱,纱支为60S1。
2.正面用三防纱制备工艺:
先将原料纤维仿制成纱,采用赛络紧密纺纺制成纱,纱支为50S1,再进行筒子纱功能整理工艺。
筒子纱处理工艺路线:
松筒--装笼-前处理--无氟功能整理剂处理-脱水-烘干-络筒;
松筒工艺:先用松筒机进行松纱,单个筒纱重量为0.5kg;
装笼工艺:用大筒管配套的专用塑料碟装笼,笼纱需配有螺丝杆纱钎;
前处理工艺为:精炼剂:1.8g/L,片碱:4g/L,80℃*30min,前处理工艺浴比为1:10;
在筒纱前处理过程后加入三防功能整理剂,三防功能整理剂为亨斯曼的PHOBOLRSH无氟防水整理剂5.0wt%;
脱水-烘干-络筒:筒纱进行脱水烘干后进行络筒。
3.面料织造工艺:
采用双面结构织造成坯布,贴肤面为普通坯纱,正面为三防筒子纱。
4.面料处理工艺:
前处理-染色-后处理:
前处理工艺:双氧水(35%):2-4g/L,片碱:1.1g/L,去软剂DM-1114:1g/L,98℃*30min,浴比为1:20。
染色:采用常规活性染料,染料配方为:活性红3BSH 0.8wt%、活性艳兰0.7wt%;染料倒入染缸副缸,50℃化料10min,打入染缸,持温运转5min,从副缸加入1wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转10min,每隔10min加入3wt%元明粉,浴比为1:10;
后处理:以2℃/min升温至60℃保温5min后加入1wt%纯碱,10min加入3wt%纯碱,再过10min加入剩余的4wt%纯碱;保持温度50min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸2.0%wt%,60℃在运行30min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂WRL2.0wt%,在98℃下运行10min,水洗两次,浴比为1:20。然后按2℃/min的速率升温至50℃,并运行20min后,以1℃/分钟的速率降温,浴比为1:20,排水,脱水,110℃烘干。
5.将织成面料经过烘干平衡再烘干得到成品面料进行功能性测试。
本发明的面料具有以下特征:
a)面料的防污性能符合过GB T 30159.1-2013纺织品防污性能的检测和评价第1部分:耐沾污性国家标准;
b)面料的透湿性符合GB/T 12704.1-2009透湿量测试标准;
c)面料的防水性能符合AATCC193-2005抗润湿性:防水/乙醇溶液试验美国标准的要求洗前8级,洗后6级;
d)起毛起球马丁代尔2500转4级;
e)里层面料滴水扩散时间小于3S。

实施例3:三防面料的制备经过以下步骤:

后处理:升温至65℃保温5min后加入1.5wt%纯碱,10min加入3.5wt%纯碱,再过10min加入剩余的5wt%纯碱;保持温度65min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸2.0wt%,60℃在运行30min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 2.0g/L,在98℃下运行10min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20。
在筒纱上油过程中加入吸湿速干整理剂TF-620,用量为5wt%,最后烘干值得吸湿速干筒染纱。
2.设于正面的三防筒染纱:
外层纱原料为:100%棉成分,经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纺纺纱工艺采用赛络纺,纱支为60S1;
筒染工艺路线:前处理-染色-上油(防水防污整理)-烘干。
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.5g/L,片碱3g/L,85℃*30min,前处理工艺浴比为1:10。
染色:采用常规活性染料,前处理工艺浴比为1:10,染料配方为:活性橙ED-2R1.5wt%、活性红LC-DB 0.9wt%;染料倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,50℃化料10min,线性注料,持温运转5min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转5min,每隔10min加入3wt%元明粉;

3.将织造后面料经后处理水洗工艺:常温加入除油剂DM-1119为1g/L,纯碱为1g/L,升温至70℃处理20min。再经过烘干平衡获得成品面料,进行功能性测试。
本实施例的面料具有以下特征:
1、面料的防污性能符合过GB T 30159.1-2013纺织品防污性能的检测和评价第1部分:耐沾污性国家标准;
2、面料的透湿性符合GB/T 12704.1-2009透湿量测试标准;
3、面料的防水性能符合AATCC193-2005抗润湿性:防水/乙醇溶液试验美国标准的要求;
4、起毛起球马丁代尔2500转3-4级;
5、里层面料滴水扩散时间小于3S。
实施例4:三防色织面料的制备经过以下步骤:
1.设于贴肤面的吸湿速干筒染纱的制备
普通纱原料为:40wt%棉,40wt%天丝,20%涤纶成分,经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纺纺纱工艺采用紧密赛络纺,纱支为32S1;
筒染工艺路线:前处理-染色-上油(吸湿快干整理剂)-烘干。
前处理工艺:精炼剂2.0g/L,片碱4g/L,85℃*30min,前处理工艺浴比为1:10。
染色:采用常规活性染料,染料配方为:活性橙ED-2R 1.5wt%、活性红LC-DB0.9wt%;染料倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,50℃化料10min,线性注料,持温运转5min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转5min,每隔10min加入3wt%元明粉;

筒染工艺路线:前处理-染色-上油(防水防污整理)-烘干。
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.5g/L,片碱3g/L,85℃*30min,前处理工艺浴比为1:10。
染色:采用常规活性染料,染料配方为:活性橙ED-2R 1.5wt%、活性红LC-DB0.9wt%;染料倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,50℃化料10min,线性注料,持温运转5min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转5min,每隔10min加入3wt%元明粉;

Claims (10)
1.一种具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于所述织物面料为双面结构,正面由经过防水、防油和防污功能整理后的三防纱编织,贴肤面由普通纱编织,采用双面结构织造成坯布,所述双面结构面料为双罗纹组织、空气层组织、添纱组织、卫衣布等任意一种组织结构。
2.一种具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于所述织物面料为双面结构,由防水、防油、防污功能的筒染纱和吸湿速干筒染纱织造而成,正面具有防水、防油、防污功能,贴肤面具有吸湿速干功能。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于面料的原料纤维选自为纤维素纤维、蛋白质纤维和化学合成纤维中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于所述纤维素纤维选自棉、天丝和莫代尔中的一种或多种;所述蛋白质纤维选自羊毛和蚕丝中的一种或多种;所述化学合成纤维选自涤纶、腈纶和锦纶中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于正面三防纱用以下方法制备:
先将原料纤维纺制成纱,纱支为10-80S1,再进行筒子纱功能整理;
筒子纱处理工艺路线为:松筒-装笼-前处理-无氟功能整理剂处理-脱水-烘干-络筒,其中:
松筒工艺:先用松筒机进行松纱,单个筒纱重量为0.5-1.0kg;
装笼工艺:用大筒管配套的专用塑料碟装笼,笼纱需配有螺丝杆纱钎;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.2-2.0g/L,片碱2-6g/L,80-100℃*20-60min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
无氟功能整理剂处理:筒纱前处理后加入纱线重3.0-7.0wt%的亨斯曼PHOBOL RSH无氟防水整理剂,在40-80℃*20-60min;
脱水-烘干-络筒:筒纱进行脱水烘干后进行络筒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于正面三防纱用以下方法制备:
先将原料纤维纺制成纱,纱支为10-80S1,再进行筒子纱功能整理;
筒子纱处理工艺路线为:松筒-装笼-前处理-无氟功能整理剂处理-脱水-烘干-络筒,其中:
松筒工艺:先用松筒机进行松纱,单个筒纱重量为0.5-1.0kg;
装笼工艺:用大筒管配套的专用塑料碟装笼,笼纱需配有螺丝杆纱钎;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.4-1.8g/L,片碱3-4g/L,75-85℃*40-50min,前处理工艺浴比为1:8-12;
无氟功能整理剂处理:筒纱前处理后加入纱线重4.0-6.0wt%的亨斯曼PHOBOL RSH无氟防水整理剂,在50-75℃*25-35min;
脱水-烘干-络筒:筒纱进行脱水烘干后进行络筒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于采用双面结构织造成坯布后再对坯布进行后处理,具体工艺为:
前处理配方及工艺:双氧水(20-40%):2-8g/L,片碱:1.0-1.8g/L,去软剂DM-1114:0.5-1.5g/L,85-100℃*20-40min,浴比为1:10-25;
染色:将0.1-8.0wt%的活性染料加入染缸副缸,于40-60℃化料8-15min,然后打入染缸,常温运转3-8min,副缸回流,并从副缸加入0.5-1.5wt%元明粉,化开后打入主缸,运转5-15min,后续按此方法,每隔10min加入2-5wt%元明粉,染色浴比为1:5-15;
后处理:以2℃/min升温至40-70℃保温3-8min后加入0.5-1.5wt%纯碱,10min再加入2-5wt%纯碱,再过10min加入3-6wt%纯碱,保持温度40-60min后排掉液体,水洗1次,加入1.0-3.0%wt%醋酸,在60℃运行20-40min,再水洗两次,然后再加入皂洗剂WRL2.0wt%,在85-100℃下运行8-15min,水洗两次,浴比为1:15-25,然后按1-3℃/min的速率升温至40-60℃,运行15-25min后,以1℃/分钟的速率降至常温,排水,脱水,110℃烘干。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于采用双面结构织造成坯布后再对坯布进行后处理,具体工艺为:
前处理配方及工艺:双氧水(25-35%):2-6g/L,片碱:1.1-1.5g/L,去软剂DM-1114:0.8-1.2g/L,90-98℃*25-30min,浴比为1:15-20;
染色:将0.1-8.0wt%的活性染料加入染缸副缸,于45-55℃化料8-12min,然后打入染缸,常温运转4-6min,副缸回流,并从副缸加入0.8-1.2wt%元明粉,化开后打入主缸,运转8-12min。后续按此方法,每隔10min加入2-4wt%元明粉,染色浴比为1:8-12;
后处理:以2℃/min升温至50-65℃保温4-6min后加入0.8-1.2wt%纯碱,10min再加入2-4wt%纯碱,再过10min加入3-5wt%纯碱,保持温度45-55min后排掉液体,水洗1次,加入1.5-2.5%wt%醋酸,在60℃运行25-35min,再水洗两次,然后再加入皂洗剂WRL2.0wt%,在90-98℃下运行8-12min,水洗两次,浴比为1:15-20,然后按1-2℃/min的速率升温至45-55℃,运行15-20min后,以1℃/分钟的速率降至常温,排水,脱水,110℃烘干。
9.根据权利要求2所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A.设于贴肤面的吸湿速干筒染纱:
普通纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.2-2.0g/L,片碱2-6g/L,80-100℃*20-60min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料按照所需颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,30-60℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至50-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 1-2.0g/L,在85-100℃下运行5-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
筒纱上油:加入吸湿速干整理剂TF-620,用量为2-5wt%;最后烘干制得吸湿速干筒染纱;
B、设于正面的三防筒染纱:
外层纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.0-3.0g/L,片碱4-5g/L,80-100℃*20-60min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料,按对应颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,40-50℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至50-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 1.2-1.8g/L,在85-95℃下运行10-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
上油:加入三防功能整理剂,三防整理剂为传化的TF-501GS,用量为3.0-8.0wt%,最后烘干制得三防筒染纱;
C、织造,将织造后面料经后处理水洗工艺,常温加入除油剂DM-1119为1g/L,纯碱为1g/L,升温至70℃处理20min,再经过烘干平衡获得成品面料。
10.根据权利要求2所述的具有防水、防油、防污功能的织物面料的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、设于贴肤面的吸湿速干筒染纱的制备
普通纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:1.4-1.8g/L,片碱3-5g/L,85-95℃*30-40min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料按照所需颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,上油工艺浴比为1:10,30-60℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,清水化元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至60-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 1.2-1.6g/L,在85-95℃下运行10-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
筒纱上油:加入吸湿速干整理剂TF-620,用量为3-4wt%;最后烘干制得吸湿速干筒染纱;
B、外层三防筒染纱制备工艺:
成纱原料经过清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工序织成普通纱,纱支为10-80S1;
前处理工艺:精炼剂1.5-2.5g/L,片碱4.5-5g/L,85-95℃*30-40min,前处理工艺浴比为1:5-15;
染色:采用常规活性染料,按对应颜色配方倒入染缸副缸,浴比为1:10,40-50℃化料10-30min,线性注料,持温运转3-8min,从副缸加入2wt%元明粉,运转3-10min,每隔8-12min加入2-6wt%元明粉;
后处理:升温至50-80℃保温3-10min后加入1-5wt%纯碱,3-20min加入2-10wt%纯碱,再过5-20min加入剩余的2-10wt%纯碱;保持温度50-80min排掉,水洗1次,加入醋酸1.0-3.0wt%,50-80℃在运行20-40min,水洗两次,加入皂洗剂M916 2.0g/L,在70-100℃下运行5-15min,水洗两次,水洗工艺浴比为1:20;
上油:加入三防功能整理剂,三防整理剂为传化的TF-501GS,用量为4.0-7.0wt%,最后烘干制得三防筒染纱;
织造,将织造后面料经后处理水洗工艺,常温加入除油剂DM-1119为1g/L,纯碱为1g/L,升温至70℃处理20min,再经过烘干平衡获得成品面料。
