Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺。目前,再生纤维素涤面料的仿桃皮绒整理一般先要进行开纤处理,让再生纤维素纤维的大分子链段在浓硫酸等强酸作用下,断裂成短分子链,达到增加起毛,改善柔软性,悬垂性和外观的目的;但是这样的操作,增加了一道染整工序,提高了生产成本。本发明的仿桃皮绒整理工艺包括如下步骤:S1、开纤同浴染涤组分;S2、砂洗;S3、活性染再生纤维素组分;S4、浸渍上软。本发明创新地将开纤步骤与分散染涤纶步骤结合起来同浴一步完成,在达到理想开纤效果的同时缩短了工艺流程,而开纤同浴对分散染色的色光和得色量影响也不大。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料染整工艺,具体地说是一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺。
背景技术
随着人们对环境保护越来越重视,同时石油资源的日益枯竭和耕地的减少,合成纤维、天然纤维的产量受到更多的制约。再生纤维素纤维来源十分丰富,是可再生的自然资源,具有可持续性,可参与自然界的生态循环,具有环保性。再生纤维素纤维作为纺织纤维,不但可以满足人们对服装舒适性、功能性和美观性的要求,而且可以通过染整工艺获得特殊手感的面料。
再生纤维素纤维(天丝、莫代尔和黏胶等)几乎都具有皮芯层,天丝纤维具备天然纤维和合成纤维的特点,不但吸湿透气,强力好,抗静电,色泽艳丽持久,手感柔软滑爽,穿着舒适,且强度高,又具有极佳的悬垂性、丝一般的光泽。莫代尔纤维具有棉的柔软、丝的光泽,麻的滑爽,而且其吸水、透气性能都优于棉,具有较高的上染率,织物颜色明亮而饱满。黏胶纤维的光泽、柔软性、吸湿性、染色性、染色牢度均优于纯棉产品。铜氨纤维的截面呈圆形,虽然无皮芯结构,铜氨纤维面料手感柔软,光泽柔和,有真丝感,具有会呼吸、清爽、抗静电、垂坠性佳的特点。然而,单一的再生纤维素纤维服装成本高,同时由于其再生纤维素纤维各自的挺括性等结构特征有所不同,存在一定的缺陷性。但再生纤维素纤维与涤的交织将纱线通过经、纬向交错组成,不仅结构稳定、布面稳定,而且吸湿透气、挺括性好,手感滑爽、穿着舒适。通过涤纶与再生纤维素交织方式生产出来的面料,结合了再生纤维素面料和交织方式两者的优点,一方面可以提高纺纱的强度,降低不匀率;另一方面可以提升布料的品质,使面料能保持柔软、顺滑。
目前,再生纤维素涤面料的仿桃皮绒整理一般先要进行开纤处理。让再生纤维素纤维的大分子链段在浓硫酸等强酸作用下,断裂成短分子链,达到增加起毛,改善柔软性,悬垂性和外观的目的。但是这样的操作,增加了一道染整工序,提高了生产成本,许多工厂不愿接受。其次,采用浓硫酸开纤时体系会大量放热,而涤纶纤维遇高温有严重收缩性,直接影响产品的成功率和制成率。此外,浓硫酸开纤还存在危险性大,对设备、人员的操作要求高,以及环境污染性大,废水难处理的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种具有仿桃皮绒风格手感的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的染整加工工艺,利用公司开发的新型开纤剂TF-1051代替传统浓硫酸,并将其开纤步骤与分散染涤纶步骤结合起来同浴一步完成,在达到理想开纤效果的同时缩短工艺流程,降低生产成本,避免设备腐蚀和操作安全的风险。
为此,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其包括如下步骤:
S1、开纤同浴染涤组分
将开纤剂、分散染料、染色同浴去油剂和涤纶匀染剂加水配成工作液,将涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织的面料投入工作液,在高温高压溢流机中按2.0-3.0℃/min的速率升温到85-90℃,之后以0.7-1.2℃/min的速率升温到110-115℃,之后再以1.0-1.5℃/min的速率升温到所需温度,保温一段时间进行开纤同浴染涤处理,完成后按1.5-2.2℃/min的速率降温到65-70℃排水,再将面料进行还原清洗和水洗;
S2、砂洗
将工业用砂洗粉和工业纯碱投入工业水洗机,加水配成砂洗工作液,将按S1步骤开纤同浴染涤后的面料投入其中,按2.0-3.0℃/min升温到50-60℃,保温运行30-40min,再按1.0-1.5℃/min升温到90-95℃,保温砂洗一段时间,然后降温放水洗水,出缸后烘干处理;
S3、活性染再生纤维素组分
将活性染料、工业元明粉和活性染料匀染剂加水配成活性染色工作液,将已经按S2步骤砂洗过的面料投入活性染色工作液,运行20-30min,按1.0-1.2℃/min升温到60-80℃,保温运行20-30min,之后在20-30min内均匀加入工业纯碱,继续保温30-60min,再排水水洗,皂洗,水洗,脱水烘干;
S4、浸渍上软
取硅油和软片加水配成工作液,将上一步骤所得面料投入溢流染色机或工业水洗机中浸渍一段时间后,出缸进行脱水5-10min,然后放入工业转筒烘干机中烘干一段时间后得到成品。
进一步地,所用涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织的面料为涤/莫代尔、涤/黏、涤/铜氨或涤/天丝的针织或梭织面料。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中,所用开纤剂为TF-1051,其包含苹果酸、植酸和生物酸中的一种或几种,用量为2-8g/L;染色同浴去油剂为TF-115D/115C,用量为0.5-2g/L;涤纶匀染剂为TF-212系列/215系列,用量为0.5-1g/L;开纤同浴染涤的染色温度为120-130℃,染色时间为60-90min。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中,所用砂洗粉目数为400-600目,用量为5-8g/L;工业纯碱用量为3-6g/L;浴比1:12-15,砂洗时间为60-100min。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中,所用活性染料匀染剂为TF-210系列,用量为0.5-2g/L;皂洗所用皂洗剂为TF-231系列,用量为0.5-2g/L;元明粉的用量为20-50g/L,工业纯碱的用量为10-25g/L。
进一步地,所述步骤S4中,所用硅油为TF-4918/4918D/4981,用量为步骤S3得到的面料重量的4-8%;所用软片为TF-446/446B/442C,用量为步骤S3得到的面料重量的8-15%,浸渍浴比为1:10-15,时间15-20min;烘干采用工业烘干机中温模式20-30min,然后冷风模式10-20min。
上述牌号TF的原料均为传化智联股份有限公司生产的产品。
本发明具有的有益效果:创新地将开纤步骤与分散染涤纶步骤结合起来同浴一步完成,在达到理想开纤效果的同时缩短了工艺流程,而开纤同浴对分散染色的色光和得色量影响也不大;采用新开发的开纤剂TF-1051代替常规的浓硫酸进行酸化开纤,不仅能达到与浓硫酸相近的开纤效果,而且大大降低了设备腐蚀情况,在减少污染的同时有效地提高了操作安全性。此外,为进一步增强面料绒感,引入砂洗操作,通过纯碱的膨化、砂洗粉的摩擦以及机械作用,大大增强了面料的仿桃皮绒风格,对强力的影响也不大。

实施例中所述的%均为相对于被染面料的质量百分比。
实施例1
一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,所述涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料为40S莫代尔与50D涤纶针织双面鸟眼布,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、开纤同浴染涤组分:将龙盛分散蓝ACE 0.013%、安诺可隆分散橙PUD-SD 0.35%、安诺可隆分散深红PUD-SD 0.9%、开纤剂TF-1051 5g/L、染色同浴去油剂TF-115D 2.0g/L、涤纶匀染剂TF-212 0.5g/L加水配成工作液加入溢流染色机,将40S莫代尔与50D涤纶针织双面鸟眼布投入工作液。按3.0℃/min的速率升温到85℃,之后以1℃/min的速率升温到110℃,之后再以1.2℃/min的速率升温到130℃,保温60min进行开纤同浴染涤处理。完成后按2.0℃/min的速率降温到70℃排水,再将保险粉4g/L,液碱4g/L加水配成工作液,在缸中升温到90℃还原清洗20min,之后排水、水洗。
S2、砂洗:将400目砂洗粉8g/L,工业纯碱5g/L,按浴比1:15加水配成砂洗工作液,将按S1步骤开纤同浴染涤后的面料投入工业水洗机。按2.0℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行40min,再按1.5℃/min升温到90℃,保温砂洗80min,然后降温放水洗水,出缸后烘干处理。
S3、活性染莫代尔组分:将雅格素活性藏青EN 0.5%、雅格素活性黄BF-3R 0.82%、雅格素活性红BF-3B 2.2%、工业元明粉50g/L、活性染料匀染剂TF-210A 1.0g/L加水配成活性染色工作液,将已经按S2步骤砂洗过的面料投入工作液,运行20min,按1℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行20min,之后将20g/L工业纯碱在30min内均匀加入,继续保温45min,排水水洗,之后将皂洗剂TF-231A 1.0g/L加水配成皂洗液升温到90℃皂洗10min后水洗,脱水烘干。
S4、浸渍上软:取亲水硅油TF-4918 8%,软片TF-446B 15%按浴比1:12加水配成工作液,将上一步骤所得面料投入溢流染色机或工业水洗机中浸渍15min后,出缸脱水10min,然后放入工业转筒烘干机中中温模式转烘30min,再冷风转烘20min后得到成品。
实施例2
一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,所述涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料为纬向32S黏胶与经向50D涤纶机织布,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、开纤同浴染涤组分:将安诺可隆分散藏青 ERD 0.5%、安诺可隆分散黄棕 DRDW0.48%、安诺可隆分散酒红 DRDW 0.12%、开纤剂TF-1051 4g/L、染色同浴去油剂TF-115D1.0g/L、涤纶匀染剂TF-212A 1.0g/L加水配成工作液加入溢流染色机,将纬向32S黏胶与经向50D涤纶的机织布投入工作液。按2.0℃/min的速率升温到85℃,之后以0.8℃/min的速率升温到110℃,之后再以1.0℃/min的速率升温到130℃,保温60min进行开纤同浴染涤处理。完成后按2℃/min的速率降温到65℃排水,再将保险粉3g/L,液碱3g/L加水配成工作液,在缸中升温到90℃还原清洗20min,之后排水、水洗。
S2、砂洗:将400目砂洗粉6g/L,工业纯碱4g/L,按浴比1:15加水配成砂洗工作液,将按S1步骤开纤同浴染涤后的面料投入工业水洗机。按2.5℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行40min,再按1.5℃/min升温到90℃,保温砂洗60min,然后降温放水洗水,出缸后烘干处理。
S3、活性染黏胶组分:将科莱素活性藏青CBK 0.35%、科莱素活性黄CBK 0.2%、科莱素活性红CBK 0.1%、工业元明粉20g/L、活性染料匀染剂TF-210A 2.0g/L加水配成活性染色工作液,将已经按S2步骤砂洗过的面料投入工作液,运行20min,按1℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行20min,之后将10g/L工业纯碱在30min内均匀加入,继续保温45min,排水水洗,之后将皂洗剂TF-231 1.0g/L加水配成皂洗液升温到90℃皂洗10min后水洗,脱水烘干。
S4 、浸渍上软:取亲水硅油TF-4918D 6%,软片TF-446B 12%按浴比1:12加水配成工作液,将上一步骤所得面料投入溢流染色机或工业水洗机中浸渍15min后,出缸脱水10min,然后放入工业转筒烘干机中中温模式转烘30min,再冷风转烘10min后得到成品。

S1、开纤同浴染涤组分:将安诺可隆分散藏青 PUD 0.75%、安诺可隆分散橙 PUD-SD0.15%、安诺可隆分散深红 PUD-SD 0.06%、开纤剂TF-1051 6g/L、染色同浴去油剂TF-115D1.5g/L、涤纶匀染剂TF-212 0.5g/L加水配成工作液加入溢流染色机,将75D铜氨和50D涤长丝交织布投入工作液。按2.5℃/min的速率升温到90℃,之后以1.0℃/min的速率升温到110℃,之后再以1.2℃/min的速率升温到130℃,保温60min进行开纤同浴染涤处理。完成后按1.8℃/min的速率降温到70℃排水,再将保险粉4g/L,液碱3g/L加水配成工作液,在缸中升温到90℃还原清洗20min,之后排水、水洗。
S2、砂洗:将600目砂洗粉 8g/L,工业纯碱 4g/L,按浴比1:15加水配成砂洗工作液,将按S1步骤开纤同浴染涤后的面料投入工业水洗机。按2.0℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行30min,再按1.2℃/min升温到90℃,保温砂洗100min,然后降温放水洗水,出缸后烘干处理。
S3、活性染铜氨组分:将雅格素活性藏青 EN 1.85%、雅格素活性黄 BF-3R 0.38%、雅格素活性红 BF-3B 0.6%、工业元明粉40g/L、活性染料匀染剂TF-210 1g/L加水配成活性染色工作液,将已经按S2步骤砂洗过的面料投入工作液,运行20min,按1.2℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行20min,之后将15g/L工业纯碱在30min内均匀加入,继续保温40min,排水水洗,之后将皂洗剂TF-231A 1.5g/L加水配成皂洗液升温到90℃皂洗10min后水洗,脱水烘干。
S4、浸渍上软:取亲水硅油TF-4981 7%,软片TF-442C 13%按浴比1:12加水配成工作液,将上一步骤所得面料投入溢流染色机或工业水洗机中浸渍15min后,出缸脱水8min,然后放入工业转筒烘干机中中温模式转烘30min,再冷风转烘20min后得到成品。
实施例4
一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,所述涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料为经向50D涤纶和纬向30S天丝交织布,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、开纤同浴染涤组分:将润土分散黑 SE-DB 4.0%、龙盛分散橙 NP-4R 0.8%、龙盛分散红玉 NP-5B 0.4%、开纤剂TF-1051 3g/L、染色同浴去油剂TF-115D 1.0g/L、涤纶匀染剂TF-212 0.5g/L加水配成工作液加入溢流染色机,将经向50D涤纶和纬向30S天丝交织布投入工作液,按3.0℃/min的速率升温到90℃,之后以1.0℃/min的速率升温到110℃,之后再以1.5℃/min的速率升温到130℃,保温60min进行开纤同浴染涤处理。完成后按2.0℃/min的速率降温到70℃排水,再将保险粉4g/L,液碱4g/L加水配成工作液,在缸中升温到90℃还原清洗20min,之后排水、水洗。
S2、砂洗:将600目砂洗粉6g/L,工业纯碱4g/L,按浴比1:15加水配成砂洗工作液,将按S1步骤开纤同浴染涤后的面料投入工业水洗机。按2.0℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行40min,再按1.5℃/min升温到90℃,保温砂洗80min,然后降温放水洗水,出缸后烘干处理。
S3、活性染天丝组分:将科华素活性黑CKM 2.5%、瑞华素活性黄3RS 0.4%、瑞华素活性红3BS 0.45%、工业元明粉50g/L、活性染料匀染剂TF-210 1.0g/L加水配成活性染色工作液,将已经按S2步骤砂洗过的面料投入工作液,运行20min,按1℃/min升温到60℃,保温运行30min,之后将20g/L工业纯碱在30min内均匀加入,继续保温50min,排水水洗,之后将皂洗剂TF-231A 2.0g/L加水配成皂洗液升温到90℃皂洗10min后水洗,脱水烘干。
S4 、浸渍上软:取亲水硅油TF-4918D 6%,软片TF-446B 8%按浴比1:12加水配成工作液,将上一步骤所得面料投入溢流染色机或工业水洗机中浸渍15min后,出缸脱水5-10min,然后放入工业转筒烘干机中中温模式转烘30min,再冷风转烘20min后得到成品。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围中。

Claims (7)

1.一种涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、开纤同浴染涤组分
将开纤剂、分散染料、染色同浴去油剂和涤纶匀染剂加水配成工作液,将涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织的面料投入工作液,在高温高压溢流机中按2.0-3.0℃/min的速率升温到85-90℃,之后以0.7-1.2℃/min的速率升温到110-115℃,之后再以1.0-1.5℃/min的速率升温到所需温度,保温一段时间进行开纤同浴染涤处理,完成后按1.5-2.2℃/min的速率降温到65-70℃排水,再将面料进行还原清洗和水洗;
S2、砂洗
将工业用砂洗粉和工业纯碱投入工业水洗机,加水配成砂洗工作液,将按S1步骤开纤同浴染涤后的面料投入其中,按2.0-3.0℃/min升温到50-60℃,保温运行30-40min,再按1.0-1.5℃/min升温到90-95℃,保温砂洗一段时间,然后降温放水洗水,出缸后烘干处理;
S3、活性染再生纤维素组分
将活性染料、工业元明粉和活性染料匀染剂加水配成活性染色工作液,将已经按S2步骤砂洗过的面料投入活性染色工作液,运行20-30min,按1.0-1.2℃/min升温到60-80℃,保温运行20-30min,之后在20-30min内均匀加入工业纯碱,继续保温30-60min,再排水水洗,皂洗,水洗,脱水烘干;
S4、浸渍上软
取硅油和软片加水配成工作液,将上一步骤所得面料投入溢流染色机或工业水洗机中浸渍一段时间后,出缸进行脱水5-10min,然后放入工业转筒烘干机中烘干一段时间后得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,所用涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织的面料为涤/莫代尔、涤/黏、涤/铜氨或涤/天丝的针织或梭织面料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,所用开纤剂为TF-1051,其包含苹果酸、植酸和生物酸中的一种或几种,TF-1051用量为2-8g/L。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,染色同浴去油剂为TF-115D/115C,用量为0.5-2g/L;涤纶匀染剂为TF-212系列/215系列,用量为0.5-1g/L;开纤同浴染涤的染色温度为120-130℃,染色时间为60-90min。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所用砂洗粉目数为400-600目,用量为5-8g/L;工业纯碱用量为3-6g/L;浴比1:12-15,砂洗时间为60-100min。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,所用活性染料匀染剂为TF-210系列,用量为0.5-2g/L,皂洗所用皂洗剂为TF-231系列,用量为0.5-2g/L;元明粉的用量为20-50g/L,工业纯碱的用量为10-25g/L。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶和再生纤维素纤维交织面料的仿桃皮绒整理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,所用硅油为TF-4918/4918D/4981,用量为步骤S3得到的面料重量的4-8%;所用软片为TF-446/446B/442C,用量为步骤S3得到的面料重量的8-15%,浸渍浴比为1:10-15,时间15-20min;烘干采用工业烘干机中温模式20-30min,然后冷风模式10-20min。
