Abstract

本发明公开了一种锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,具有以下步骤:①将织物浸在前处理液处理20min~60min,然后进行酸洗;②将前处理后的织物浸在含有涤用增白剂、阳离子染料以及酸性染料的染液中,在110℃~130℃的温度下进行染色30min~60min,然后降温至60℃以下排液;③将染色后的织物先进行室温水洗,排液后,再进行酸性固色。本发明的方法通过选择合适的涤用增白剂、阳离子染料以及酸性染料,从而能够实现锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物的一浴染色,染色后的织物无色花、色斑等瑕疵,水洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度均较高,品质较好,而且缩短了染色工艺流程,也减少了对纤维的损伤,从而降低了能耗。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法。
背景技术
随着纺织纤维材料的日益丰富,越来越多的合成纤维被开发出来,而多种合成纤维混纺、交织能够在性能上取长补短,不仅具有保暖舒适等服用性能,也因为不同的染色性能,使面料具备多元色彩,但是这对染整工艺提出越来越高的要求。
锦纶纤维耐磨性极好、吸湿性好等优点,但是存在透气性差、易皱折、易产生静电等缺点。普通涤纶纤维(以下均简称涤纶纤维)具有强度高、不易变形等优点,但是存在透气性差、吸湿性差等缺点。阳离子可染涤纶纤维(英文名称为Cationic Dyeable PET,化学名称为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-5-钠磺基间苯二甲酸酯共聚物,又称阳离子改性涤纶纤维)具有抗毛球性好、手感柔软的特点,可仿毛织物。
对于涤纶纤维与阳离子可染涤纶纤维混纺或者交织织物以及涤纶纤维与锦纶纤维混纺或者交织的织物及其染色方法,已有文献报道。
但是对于锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和阳离子可染涤纶纤维交织或者混纺的织物及其染色方法,目前尚未发现相关文献报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种染色效果较好、能耗较低的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法。
实现本发明上述目的的技术方案是:一种锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,具有以下步骤:
①将织物浸在前处理液中,在90℃~100℃的温度下进行前处理20min~60min,然后进行酸洗;
②将经过步骤①前处理后的织物浸在含有涤用增白剂、阳离子染料以及酸性染料的染液中,在110℃~130℃的温度下进行染色30min~60min,然后降温至60℃以下排液;
③将经过步骤②染色后的织物先进行室温(15℃~25℃,下同)水洗,排液后,再进行50℃~70℃的酸性固色10min~30min。
上述步骤①中所述的前处理液是每升含有1.0g~3.0g精炼乳化剂和0.5g~3.0g碳酸钠的水溶液;所述的精炼乳化剂的主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚。
上述步骤②中所述的染液是每升含有3.0g~7.0g元明粉、0.5g~1.0g冰醋酸、0.5g~1.5g沉淀防止剂、1.0g~3.0g酸性均染剂、0.1g~1.0g涤用增白剂、0.15g~1.5g阳离子染料以及0.05g~1.0g酸性染料的水溶液;并且阳离子染料的总重量为织物重量的0.15%~1.5%,酸性染料的总重量为织物重量的0.05%~1.0%。
所述的沉淀防止剂的主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述的酸性均染剂的主要成分为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述的涤用增白剂的主要成分为1-邻氰苯乙烯基-4-对氰苯乙烯基苯;所述的阳离子染料包括为织物重量0.05%~0.5%的阳离子染料Scation Red CD-GRL和为织物重量0.1%~1.0%的阳离子染料Sunacry Blue FGL;所述的酸性染料包括为织物重量0.02%~0.2%的酸性染料Sunacid Yellow N3R、为织物重量0.01%~0.4%的酸性染料Sunacid Red 2BL以及为织物重量0.02%~0.4%的酸性染料Sunacid Blue RL。
上述步骤③中所述的酸性固色采用的是每升含有0.5g~1.5g酸性固色剂的水溶液;所述的酸性固色剂的主要成分为合成单宁酸衍生物。
所述锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物为锦纶纤维、阳离子可染涤纶纤维和涤纶纤维交织的织物或者锦纶纤维、阳离子可染涤纶纤维和涤纶纤维混纺的织物。
本发明具有的积极效果:(1)本发明的方法通过选择合适的涤用增白剂、阳离子染料以及酸性染料,从而能够实现锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物的一浴染色,染色后的织物无色花、色斑等瑕疵,水洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度均较高,品质较好。(2)本发明的一浴染色方法既缩短了染色工艺流程,也减少了对纤维的损伤,从而降低了能耗,提高了染缸利用率,提高了产品品质,具有明显的节能优势。(3)本发明的一浴染色方法适用于各种颜色,如荧光色、深色、浅色、亮色。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法具有以下步骤:
①将织物浸在前处理液中,在95℃的温度下进行前处理40min,然后进行酸洗。
该前处理液是每升含有2.0g精炼乳化剂和1.0g碳酸钠的水溶液。
其中,精炼乳化剂采用的是上海信守化工有限公司生产的SEM-35N精炼乳化剂,其主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚。
本实施例采用的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物为35%锦纶、35%阳离子可染涤纶、30%涤纶交织针织物。
②将经过步骤①前处理后的织物浸在染液中,在120℃的温度下进行染色45min,然后降温至60℃以下排液。
该染液是每升含有3.0g元明粉、0.5g冰醋酸、1.0g沉淀防止剂、2.0g酸性均染剂、0.5g涤用增白剂、0.55g阳离子染料以及0.3g酸性染料的水溶液。
其中,沉淀防止剂采用的是江苏德旺化工工业有限公司生产的沉淀防止剂HT-77,其主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;酸性均染剂采用的是江苏德旺化工工业有限公司生产的酸性均染剂HT-33N,其主要成分为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚;涤用增白剂采用的是旭泰化学工业股份有限公司生产的涤用增白剂,其主要成分为1-邻氰苯乙烯基-4-对氰苯乙烯基苯。
阳离子染料采用的是上海倚孚染料貿易有限公司生产的阳离子染料Scation RedCD-GRL和Sunacry Blue FGL;酸性染料采用的是江苏德旺化工工业有限公司生产的酸性染料Sunacid Yellow N3R、Sunacid Red 2BL以及Sunacid Blue RL。
阳离子染料Scation Red CD-GRL的重量为织物重量的0.05%;阳离子染料SunacryBlue FGL的重量为织物重量的0.50%。酸性染料Sunacid Yellow N3R的重量为织物重量的0.10%;酸性染料Sunacid Red 2BL的重量为织物重量的0.05%;酸性染料Sunacid Blue RL的重量为织物重量的0.15%。
③将经过步骤②染色后的织物先进行室温水洗,排液后,再在60℃下进行酸性固色20min。
其中,酸性固色采用的是每升含有1.0g酸性固色剂的水溶液,该酸性固色剂采用的是苏州和泰化工有限公司生产的HT-GL酸性固色剂,其主要成分为合成单宁酸衍生物。
(实施例2~实施例4)
各实施例的染色方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处见表1。

实施例3 25%锦纶+35%阳离子可染涤纶+40%涤纶混纺针织物 0.05%的阳离子染料Scation Red CD-GRL,0.35%的阳离子染料Sunacry Blue FGL;0.05%的酸性染料Sunacid YellowN3R,0.01%的酸性染料Sunacid Red 2BL,0.15%的酸性染料Sunacid Blue RL。
实施例4 20%锦纶+50%阳离子可染涤纶+30%涤纶混纺针织物 0.15%的阳离子染料Scation Red CD-GRL,0.55%的阳离子染料Sunacry Blue FGL;0.10%的酸性染料Sunacid YellowN3R,0.15%的酸性染料Sunacid Red 2BL,0.05%的酸性染料Sunacid Blue RL。
各实施例染色后的织物均没有色花、色斑等瑕疵,水洗色牢度(参照GB/T3921-2008)和摩擦色牢度(参照GB/T3920-2008)均达到4~5级。

Claims (10)

1.一种锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于具有以下步骤:
①将织物浸在前处理液中,在90℃~100℃的温度下进行前处理20min~60min,然后进行酸洗;
②将经过步骤①前处理后的织物浸在含有涤用增白剂、阳离子染料以及酸性染料的染液中,在110℃~130℃的温度下进行染色30min~60min,然后降温至60℃以下排液;
③将经过步骤②染色后的织物先进行室温(15℃~25℃,下同)水洗,排液后,再进行50℃~70℃的酸性固色10min~30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:上述步骤①中所述的前处理液是每升含有1.0g~3.0g精炼乳化剂和0.5g~3.0g碳酸钠的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:所述的精炼乳化剂的主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:上述步骤②中所述的染液是每升含有3.0g~7.0g元明粉、0.5g~1.0g冰醋酸、0.5g~1.5g沉淀防止剂、1.0g~3.0g酸性均染剂、0.1g~1.0g涤用增白剂、0.15g~1.5g阳离子染料以及0.05g~1.0g酸性染料的水溶液;并且阳离子染料的总重量为织物重量的0.15%~1.5%,酸性染料的总重量为织物重量的0.05%~1.0%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:所述的沉淀防止剂的主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述的酸性均染剂的主要成分为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述的涤用增白剂的主要成分为1-邻氰苯乙烯基-4-对氰苯乙烯基苯。
6.根据权利要求4所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:所述的阳离子染料包括为织物重量0.05%~0.5%的阳离子染料Scation Red CD-GRL和为织物重量0.1%~1.0%的阳离子染料Sunacry Blue FGL。
7.根据权利要求4所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:所述的酸性染料包括为织物重量0.02%~0.2%的酸性染料Sunacid Yellow N3R、为织物重量0.01%~0.4%的酸性染料Sunacid Red 2BL以及为织物重量0.02%~0.4%的酸性染料Sunacid Blue RL。
8.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶/阳离子可染涤纶/涤纶织物一浴染色方法,其特征在于:上述步骤③中所述的酸性固色采用的是每升含有0.5g~1.5g酸性固色剂的水溶液。
