本发明涉及一种玉米肽解酒护肝组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将枳椇子、山楂、甘草、陈皮、葛花,加入纯化水,搅拌混合均匀;(2)煮沸提取2‑3次,每次提取时间为1‑3h,过滤,得提取液;(3)提取液煮沸浓缩后烘箱烘至半干,再用真空干燥箱干燥,干燥物备用;(4)将上述干燥物混合均匀制成颗粒,再加入玉米肽,混合均匀得成品。本发明充分利用了各原料之间的相辅相成,相互协同的作用,使得制备而的组合不仅具有解酒功效,而且具有养肝护肝的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种玉米肽解酒护肝组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
枳椇子
枳椇子,中药名。为鼠李科枳椇属植物枳椇的成熟种子。10~11月果实成熟时采收,将果实连果柄一并摘下,晒干,或碾碎果壳,筛出种子,晒干。本品呈扁圆形,表面棕红色、棕黑色或绿棕色,有光泽,平滑或可见散在的小凹点,顶端有微凸的合点,基部凹陷处有点状种脐,背面稍隆起,腹面有一条纵行隆起的种脊。枳椇子具有解酒毒,止渴除烦,止呕,利大小便之功效。主治醉酒,烦渴,呕吐,二便不利。枳椇子中含有大量的葡萄糖、有机酸,既能扩充人体的血容量,又能解酒毒,故有醒酒安神的作用。
葛花
葛花为豆科植物野葛、甘葛藤的花。野葛分布除新疆、西藏外,全国各地均有分布;甘葛藤分布于广东、广西、四川、云南等地。葛花味甘,性凉。具有解酒醒脾,止血之功效,用于饮酒过度,头痛,头昏,烦渴,胸膈饱胀,呕吐酸水等伤及胃气之症。葛花水提物通过激活乙醇脱氢酶活性来降低乙醇的浓度,对酒精引起的肝细胞损害有保护作用。葛花的有效成分对酒精代谢障碍及肝功能有改善作用,对酒精引起的脏器障碍及消化道功能障碍也有一定作用。科学家认为,葛花中含有的皂角苷和异黄酮分别在免疫系统和内分泌系统发挥协调作用,它们共同作用可以改善酒精引起的新陈代谢异常,从而发生解酒醒酒作用。
玉米肽
玉米肽是从玉米中提取的蛋白质,经过定向酶切及特定小肽分离技术获得的小分子多肽物质。玉米肽可抑制血管紧张素转换酶的活性,作为一种血管紧张素的竞争性抑制剂,减轻血管紧张读,产生降压作用。玉米肽能抑制胃对酒精的吸收,增加体内乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,促进酒精在体内的代谢和排出。玉米肽的氨基酸组成中,支链氨基酸(亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸)含量很高。有报道,肝昏迷、肝性脑病患者血中支链氨基酸含量下降,输入高含量支链氨基酸可使病情得到缓解,高支链输液广泛应用于肝昏迷、肝硬化、重症肝炎和慢性肝炎的治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种以玉米肽、枳椇子为主要成分,有显著解酒护肝效果的组合物的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种玉米肽解酒护肝组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将枳椇子、山楂、甘草、陈皮、葛花,加入纯化水,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)煮沸提取2-3次,每次提取时间为1-3h,过滤,得提取液;
(3)提取液煮沸浓缩后烘箱烘至半干,再用真空干燥箱干燥,干燥物备用;
(4)将上述干燥物混合均匀制成颗粒,再加入玉米肽,混合均匀得成品。
优选地,步骤(1)中原料的重量份数如下:
枳椇子40-60份、山楂20-30份、甘草20-30份、陈皮20-30份、葛花100-140份,纯化水的加入量为上述原料总重量的8-12倍。
优选地,步骤(4)中颗粒的粒径为12-16目。
优选地,步骤(4)中玉米肽的加入量为成品总重量的5%~15%。

(1)称取原料枳椇子40份、山楂20份、甘草20份、陈皮20份、葛花100份,加入纯化水,纯化水的加入量为原料总重量的10倍,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)煮沸提取2次,每次提取时间为2h,过滤,得提取液;
(3)提取液煮沸浓缩后烘箱烘至半干,再用真空干燥箱干燥,干燥物备用;
(4)将上述干燥物混合均匀制成颗粒(12目),再加入10%玉米肽,混合均匀得成品。

(1)将枳椇子、山楂、甘草、陈皮、葛花,加入纯化水,搅拌混合均匀;
(2)煮沸提取2-3次,每次提取时间为1-3h,过滤,得提取液;
(3)提取液煮沸浓缩后烘箱烘至半干,再用真空干燥箱干燥,干燥物备用;
(4)将上述干燥物混合均匀制成颗粒,再加入玉米肽,混合均匀得成品。
