Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒护肝含片的配方,可用于经常饮酒人群的解酒及肝保健。所述含片葛根提取物、五味子提取物、决明子提取物、枳椇子提取物、玉米蛋白多肽、大豆蛋白多肽、蒲公英提取物,枸杞提取物,大枣提取物、薏米、百合、木糖醇、麦芽糊精为主要原料加工而成。本发明首先采用真空冻干结合常温湿法造粒技术得到均一的固体颗粒,然后进行压片制成片剂。不仅可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,最大程度地保留其风味,且方便保存和食用。本产品既可用于日常解酒,也可用于经常饮酒人群的肝损伤防护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒护肝含片的配方,属于特殊用途食品领域。
背景技术
乙醇在体内代谢时首先通过乙醇脱氢酶转化为乙醛,然后经乙醛脱氢酶转化为乙酸,最后变成水和二氧化碳排出体外。大量饮酒会引起急性酒精中毒,且导致急性肝损伤。长期饮酒可引起胃溃疡以及脂肪肝、精神障碍、肝硬化、酒精肝等疾病,有研究表明食道癌、肝癌的发病率升高与饮酒有关。
为解决上述问题,本发明以葛根、五味子、决明子、枳椇子、玉米蛋白多肽、大豆蛋白多肽、金银花,枸杞,大枣、薏米及百合为原料,对其中的活性成分进行提取得到提取物,然后再以麦芽糊精和木糖醇为辅料进行造粒,得到粒度均一的颗粒后,经压片机压片后得到一种便携易食的具有解酒护肝作用的含片。
葛根性平,味甘辛,具有生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒的功效。可具有改善心脑血管疾病、提高学习记忆能力、抗氧化及清除自由基的作用、降血糖、血脂及血压作用及保护肝脏作用。葛根中的葛根素及葛根异黄酮等活性成分就有解酒功能。
五味子是木兰科植物中的一种常见的药食同源的中药材,具有敛肺、涩精、滋肾,生津,收汗等主要功效。其中含有的木脂素类化合物具有解酒护肝功能。
决明子是豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子,主要含蒽醌类化合物,是传统的保肝食材。
枳椇子为鼠李科植物枳椇的干燥成熟带肉质果柄的果实或种子,具有清热利尿、解酒毒之功效,主治酒病、烦热、口渴、呕吐、二便不利等症,其中治疗酒病是其最常用的功效。
玉米肽是玉米蛋白的水解产物,是多种寡肽的混合物。玉米蛋白经特定蛋白酶限制
性水解后,一些主要功能特性包括:溶解性、乳化性、起泡性、持水性、粘度和风味特
征等,得到了显著的改善。此外,玉米肽的摄入可延缓乙醇从胃中释放或者通过玉米肽与乙醇竞争阻碍乙醇在胃中的吸收,从而有效降低血液中的乙醇浓度。
大豆蛋白多肽是大豆蛋白经部分酶解后得到的,其可通过加强乙醇在胃肠道的首过效应,降低血中的乙醇浓度;和直接作用于肝代谢酶系,提高肝脏组织中的 GSH、ADH水平,加速乙醇的消除,从而起到醒酒的作用。
枸杞在调节免疫、降低血脂、血糖、延缓衰老、抗遗传损伤等方面具有重要的作用,因而在药材、食品等领域被普遍使用。枸杞果实含有丰富的蛋白质、膳食纤维、碳水化合物以及人体必需的微量元素,此外,枸杞提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性。
金银花,又名忍冬,其提取物具有多种作用,包括:抑菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、保肝等。
枣味甘、性微温,对胃、脾、肝、心等器官有益,并有益血安神、补 脾益胃、缓和药性的作用。大枣可保护肝脏、提高免疫功能,故大枣对肝炎有食疗作用。此外,大枣含有丰富的维生素P,可改善长期饮酒导致的肝病及肝损伤。
薏米又称薏苡仁,含有优质蛋白,多种氨基酸,维生素及矿物元素等,还含有薏米素,薏米酯等多种药用成份,具有滋补、强身等功效,常食薏米可滋养肝脏。
百合:性平、味甘,含蛋白质、脂肪、脱甲秋水仙碱。具有益气补中、益肺止咳的作用,并可软坚安神。秋水仙碱具有抗肝纤维化和肝硬化作用,常食百合可防治肝硬化。
本发明首次将葛根提取物、五味子提取物、决明子提取物、玉米蛋白多肽、大豆蛋白多肽、蒲公英提取物,枸杞提取物,大枣提取物复合,添加木糖醇、麦芽糊精制粒后压片,得到复合解酒保肝含片,属于天然食品。本发明不仅可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,最大程度地保留其风味,且方便保存和食用。本产品既可用于日常解酒与防醉,也可用于经常饮酒人群的肝损伤防护。
本发明利用木糖醇与麦芽糊精为辅料造粒后压片不仅可以掩盖冲剂中活性物质产生的涩味,还可使产品便携易食。所得含片不仅营养丰富、具有天然植物的清香风味,还具有包装简易、运输方便、保存期长等优势。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒保肝含片的配方。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的
一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒保肝含片的配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述含片应由以下原料加工而成:葛根提取物3g~10g、五味子提取物2g~9g、决明子提取物2g~9g、枳椇子提取物2g~9g、玉米蛋白多肽10g~20g、大豆蛋白多肽10g~20g、蒲公英提取物3g~10g、枸杞提取物2g~9g、大枣提取物5g~15g、薏米5g~15g、百合2g~8g、木糖醇15g~30g、麦芽糊精5g~15g。
上述天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒保肝含片按照以下加工步骤加工而成:
一、采用水提法对葛根中的葛根素、葛根异黄酮等活性成分进行提取,提取条件为:料液比1:10,温度80℃,时间20min。
二、采用乙醇浸提法对五味子中活性成分进行萃取,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:8,温度60℃,时间30min。
三、采用微波辅助萃取法对决明子和枳椇子中的活性成分进行提取,提取条件为:料液比1:30,微波功率500W,微波处理15s,间隔30s,总处理时间5min。
四、将玉米粉预处理后,选择碱性蛋白酶对其进行酶解制备玉米肽,酶解条件为:底物浓度3%、酶浓度(E/S)3.0%、水解时间1h、温度45℃, pH值为9.0,分离后得到玉米肽。干燥后过40目筛备用。
五、将大豆预处理后,利用蛋白酶制备大豆多肽,条件为:底物浓度4%、酶浓度(E/S)5.0%、水解时间1.5h、温度50℃。干燥后过40目筛备用。
六、采用超声波辅助溶剂萃取法对金银花中活性成分进行提取,提取条件为:超声功率400W,时间20min,料液比1:15。
七、将枸杞、大枣于沸水中煎煮,得到浓稠提取物后,过滤残渣,取滤液,于烘箱中烘干。
八、将薏米粉碎后焙烤,温度120℃,时间1h,粉碎后过40目筛。
九、采用水提法提取百合中活性成分,料液比1:10,温度90℃,时间30min。重复提取3次,合并上清液,旋转浓缩后冻干,后过40目筛。
十、将一、二、三、六中的提取液分别进行浓缩后冻干,得到葛根提取物、五味子提取物、决明子提取物、枳椇子提取物和蒲公英提取物冻干品,然后过40目筛备用。
十一、将木糖醇和麦芽糊精过40目筛备用。
十二、将葛根提取物3g~10g、五味子提取物2g~9g、决明子提取物2g~9g、枳椇子提取物2g~9g、玉米蛋白多肽10g~20g、大豆蛋白多肽10g~20g、蒲公英提取物3g~10g、枸杞提取物2g~9g、大枣提取物5g~15g、薏米5g~15g、百合2g~8g、木糖醇15g~30g、麦芽糊精5g~15g混合,置于三维混合罐中中充分混合30min。
十三、选用体积分数为85%的乙醇溶液作润湿剂,将步骤十二中已混合均匀的物料揉成软硬度适中的团,然后过40目筛子造粒,颗粒放入50 ℃鼓风干燥箱干燥 1 h。
十四、经压片机压片,为了方便食用,选择直径为1.5cm的模具进行压片。
本发明的特点是葛根提取物、五味子提取物、决明子提取物、枳椇子提取物、玉米蛋白多肽、大豆蛋白多肽、蒲公英提取物,枸杞提取物,大枣提取物、薏米、百合、木糖醇、麦芽糊精为主要原料加工而成,不添加任何添加剂,属于健康功能性保健食品。此外,采用真空冻干结合常温湿法造粒技术可有效避免原料中活性成分的破坏,且最大程度地保留其风味。制成片剂可方便食用,且有利于保存。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此,凡是对本发明技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围中。
实施例一
一、采用水提法对葛根中的葛根素、葛根异黄酮等活性成分进行提取,提取条件为:料液比1:10,温度80℃,时间20min。
二、采用乙醇浸提法对五味子中活性成分进行萃取,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:8,温度60℃,时间30min。
三、采用微波辅助萃取法对决明子和枳椇子中活性成分进行提取,提取条件为:料液比1:30,微波功率500W,微波处理15s,间隔30s,总处理时间5min。
四、将玉米粉预处理后,选择碱性蛋白酶对其进行酶解制备玉米肽,酶解条件为:底物浓度3%、酶浓度(E/S)3.0%、水解时间1h、温度45℃, pH值为9.0,分离后得到玉米肽。干燥后过40目筛备用。
五、将大豆预处理后,利用蛋白酶制备大豆多肽,条件为:底物浓度4%、酶浓度(E/S)5.0%、水解时间1.5h、温度50℃。干燥后过40目筛备用。

十二、将葛根提取物3g~5g、五味子提取物2g~4g、决明子提取物2g~4g、枳椇子提取物2g~4g、玉米蛋白多肽10g~13g、大豆蛋白多肽10g~14g、蒲公英提取物3g~5g、枸杞提取物2g~4g、大枣提取物5g~8g、薏米5g~8g、百合2g~4g、木糖醇15g~20g、麦芽糊精5g~9g混合,置于三维混合罐中中充分混合30min。

本实施例与实施例一不同的是步骤十二中将葛根提取物5g~7g、五味子提取物4g~6g、决明子提取物4g~6g、枳椇子提取物4g~6g、玉米蛋白多肽14g~16g、大豆蛋白多肽15g~17g、蒲公英提取物6g~8g、枸杞提取物5g~7g、大枣提取物9g~12g、薏米9g~12g、百合5g~6g、木糖醇21g~25g、麦芽糊精10g~12g进行混合造粒。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一不同的是步骤十二中将葛根提取物8g~10g、五味子提取物7g~9g、决明子提取物7g~9g、枳椇子提取物7g~9g、玉米蛋白多肽17g~20g、大豆蛋白多肽18g~20g、蒲公英提取物9g~10g、枸杞提取物8g~9g、大枣提取物13g~15g、薏米13g~15g、百合7g~8g、木糖醇26g~30g、麦芽糊精13g~15g进行混合造粒。

1.一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒护肝含片的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂应以以下原料加工而成:葛根提取物3g~10g、五味子提取物2g~9g、决明子提取物2g~9g、枳椇子提取物2g~9g、玉米蛋白多肽10g~20g、大豆蛋白多肽10g~20g、蒲公英提取物3g~10g、枸杞提取物2g~9g、大枣提取物5g~15g、薏米5g~15g、百合2g~8g、木糖醇15g~30g、麦芽糊精5g~15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒护肝含片的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂由以下原料加工而成:葛根提取物3g~5g、五味子提取物2g~4g、决明子提取物2g~4g、枳椇子提取物2g~4g玉米蛋白多肽10g~13g、大豆蛋白多肽10g~14g、蒲公英提取物3g~5g、枸杞提取物2g~4g、大枣提取物5g~8g、薏米5g~8g、百合2g~4g、木糖醇15g~20g、麦芽糊精5g~9g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒护肝含片的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂由以下原料加工而成:葛根提取物5g~7g、五味子提取物4g~6g、决明子提取物4g~6g、枳椇子提取物4g~6g玉米蛋白多肽14g~16g、大豆蛋白多肽15g~17g、蒲公英提取物6g~8g、枸杞提取物5g~7g、大枣提取物9g~12g、薏米9g~12g、百合5g~6g、木糖醇21g~25g、麦芽糊精10g~12g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然植物提取物复合多肽解酒护肝含片的配方,其特征在于所述冲剂由以下原料加工而成:葛根提取物8g~10g、五味子提取物7g~9g、决明子提取物7g~9g、枳椇子提取物7g~9g玉米蛋白多肽17g~20g、大豆蛋白多肽18g~20g、蒲公英提取物9g~10g、枸杞提取物8g~9g、大枣提取物13g~15g、薏米13g~15g、百合7g~8g、木糖醇26g~30g、麦芽糊精13g~15g。
