【技术领域】
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种哺乳母猪饲料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,对猪肉的需求量不断上升,对猪肉整体品质要求不断提高,要求饲养业不断地发展。动物营养理念由全面补充,平衡动物生长发育所需的各种营养要素,因此有益于猪生长发育,健康无毒,加快猪生长,保证猪肉品质的饲料是人们追求的目标。
新生仔猪本身没有保护性免疫机能,通常只有从初乳中获取免疫球蛋白才能初步建立免疫力。初乳中免疫球蛋白的含量虽很高,但下降也快,仔猪肠道免疫应答能力也低下。因此仔猪受环境中病原微生物的侵袭易患病。初生仔猪体温调节的神经系统中枢尚未发育完善,仔猪在出生20天内体温受环境变化的影响很大,当外界环境温度比仔猪的体温低很多时,仔猪的体温能迅速下降,代谢减弱,机体的免疫抵抗力降低,常发生各种疾病,特别是腹泻病的发生。
哺乳母猪泌乳量低,造成仔猪营养不足,生长速度缓慢,仔猪断奶体重低,从而延长母猪非生产天数,这些都是繁育母猪养殖过程中常见的问题。现有的解决方法一般通过抗生素、激素或其他药物提高产奶量,这不仅会对母猪的身体造成伤害,也不利于小猪的健康成长,并不能从根本上解决问题,因此,急需一种安全高效,能够替代药物且能增加产奶量、提高奶水质量的哺乳母猪饲料。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种哺乳母猪饲料及其制备方法,本发明的哺乳母猪饲料通过多种成分的科学复配,营养合理,能够有解决母猪泌乳量不足、奶水质量不高等问题,从而大幅度降低新生猪的生病率和死亡率,促进仔猪健康生长,同时还能改善母猪肠道健康,调节代谢功能,提高母猪的免疫力,有利于减少抗生素等的使用;另外本发明的产品主要成分均为天然产物无残留、无毒副作用,有利于饲料行业和畜牧业的健康可持续发展。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种哺乳母猪饲料,所述哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米20-30份、糠麸15-25份、豆粕15-25份、虾皮粉10-20份、中草药添加剂15-25份、氯化钠3-8份、红糖3-8份、磷酸氢钙3-8份、草菇多糖5-10份、石粉5-10份、L-赖氨酸1-3份、维生素A 0.1-0.6份、维生素D3 0.05-0.1份、维生素E 0.1-0.5份、维生素K3 0.06-0.12份、维生素B12 0.05-0.1份、矿物元素0.3-0.6份、植酸酶0.2-0.6份和水适量;所述中草药添加剂包括质量比为1-2:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂,所述强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪8-16份、花旗参5-12份、杜仲5-10份、枸杞3-9份、生姜3-9份、虫草花3-9份、田七花2-6份、仙鹤草2-6份、紫苏2-6份和水适量;所述通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草6-12份、木瓜5-10份、川木通3-8份、益母草3-8份、陈皮2-6份、全瓜蒌2-6份、泽兰叶2-6份和水适量。
本发明中,进一步地,2.所述哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米25份、糠麸20份、豆粕20份、虾皮粉15份、中草药添加剂20份、氯化钠6份、红糖6份、磷酸氢钙6份、草菇多糖7份、石粉7份、L-赖氨酸2份、维生素A 0.4份、维生素D3 0.07份、维生素E 0.3份、维生素K3 0.09份、维生素B12 0.07份、矿物元素0.5份、植酸酶0.4份和水适量;所述中草药添加剂包括质量比为1.5:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂,所述强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪12份、花旗参9份、杜仲7份、枸杞6份、生姜6份、虫草花6份、田七花4份、仙鹤草4份、紫苏4份和水适量;所述通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草9份、木瓜7份、川木通6份、益母草6份、陈皮4份、全瓜蒌4份、泽兰叶4份和水适量。
本发明中,进一步地,所述中草药添加剂中的强体助剂通过以下方法得到:将黄芪、花旗参、杜仲、枸杞、生姜、虫草花、田七花、仙鹤草和紫苏混合洗净后晾干,得到混合中草药;将混合中草药添加剂碎至过50-60目标准筛,然后放入砂锅中,按料液比为1:3-5加入蒸馏水,在60-80℃条件下煮30-60分钟,将温度调降至30-40℃,按质量比加入1%的混合酶,维持60-120分钟,干燥粉碎过60目筛,即得强体助剂;所述混合酶为纤维素酶和木聚糖酶按质量比2-3:1组成。
本发明中,进一步地,所述中草药添加剂中的通乳助剂通过以下方法得到:a.取通草、川木通、益母草、陈皮、全瓜蒌和泽兰叶得到混合中草药,将混合中草药经过蒸法炮制后,加入其总质量8-12倍的水,浸泡3.5-5h,浸泡温度为65±2℃;b.将浸泡后的中药材与切成块状的木瓜混合,一起压榨取汁,压榨压力为28-32MPa,待榨汁完全后,所得提取液和药渣备用;c.取药渣,再加水洗涤2-3次,然后将所得洗涤液与步骤b提取液合并,即可得到通乳助剂。
本发明中,进一步地,所述草菇多糖是通过以下方法得到的:1)将新鲜的草菇干燥至其含水量低于10%,粉碎过30-40目筛,将草菇乙醇提取,取滤渣备用;2)往滤渣中按料液比1:2-3加入蒸馏水,超声提取20-30分钟,超声为功率200-240W,温度为55-65℃,过滤,取其滤液;3)将滤液浓缩浸膏,乙醇沉淀,离心得沉淀;4)将沉淀依次无水乙醇、丙酮分别洗涤,将洗涤后的沉淀用蒸馏水溶解,过截留分子量为100万的中空纤维膜,收集浓缩液,然后将浓缩液过截留分子量为180万的中空纤维膜,收集透过液离心,过滤,取滤液备用;5)取滤液喷雾干燥过60-70目标准筛,即为草菇多糖。
本发明还提供上述一种哺乳母猪饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米、糠麸、石粉、豆粕和虾皮粉分别通过清理筛、圆筒初清筛进行除杂,然后混合,再加入氯化钠和红糖充分搅拌均匀,得到物料A备用;
(2)将磷酸氢钙、草菇多糖、L-赖氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和矿物元素混合,得到物料B备用;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合,加入中草药添加剂和植酸酶,将所以物料搅拌均匀,然后利用发酵池进行密封发酵3-6天,并保持发酵温度为35-50℃,即可得到所述哺乳母猪饲料。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的哺乳母猪饲料通过多种成分的科学复配,营养合理,能够有解决母猪泌乳量不足、奶水质量不高等问题,从而大幅度降低新生猪的生病率和死亡率,促进仔猪健康生长,同时还能改善母猪肠道健康,调节代谢功能,提高母猪的免疫力,有利于减少抗生素等的使用;另外本发明的产品主要成分均为天然产物无残留、无毒副作用,有利于饲料行业和畜牧业的健康可持续发展。
2.本发明的哺乳母猪饲料针对母猪的身体状况以及营养需求添加了中草药添加剂,首先,哺乳母猪产仔后身体虚弱,免疫力低下,中草药添加剂中的强体粉是由9味原料组成,其中,黄芪益气固表、敛汗固脱,增强机体免疫;花旗参补气养血、滋阴补肾、健脾养胃;杜仲补肝肾、强筋骨、清除体内垃圾;枸杞补肾益精、养肝明目、补血安神;生姜解毒杀菌、温中开胃;虫草花益虚损、养精气;田七花清热解毒、平肝降压;仙鹤草收敛止血、抗菌消炎;紫苏发表散寒、理气健脾;上述原料的配合,在功效上相辅相成,赋予了饲料强身健体、提高母猪免疫力的保健功能;另外,在哺乳期间由于哺乳的仔猪数量较多,乳汁分泌不足则会导致仔猪的营养不良,同时,母乳的质量也营养着仔猪的健康成长,中草药添加剂中的通乳粉是由通草、木瓜、川木通、益母草、陈皮、全瓜蒌和泽兰叶组成的,几味原料共奏通气下乳、活血通经、利尿通淋之功效,可促进母猪的产奶量,且中草药绿色安全,无副作用,使得母猪奶水质量高,奶水足,对新生猪的健康成长有着良好的促进作用。
3.本发明的哺乳母猪饲料中添加草菇多糖,多糖体能够促进免疫系统功能,让免疫系统能够不断生产自然杀手细胞、干扰素、白细胞介素来摧毁已经保存在的癌细胞,进而维护整个免疫系统的健康平衡,多糖活化免疫细胞,抑制肿瘤的生长,而菇类的多糖成分最纯,菇类中的多糖体能够活化免疫细胞,抑制肿瘤的生长,另外,草菇的维生素C含量高,在植酸酶降解细胞壁木聚糖和细胞间质的果胶成分后,猪体对草菇多糖的利用率大大提高,促进母猪新陈代谢,提高机体免疫力,从而增强母猪体质。

实施例1
本实施例提供的一种哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米20份、糠麸15份、豆粕15份、虾皮粉10份、中草药添加剂15份、氯化钠3-8份、红糖3份、磷酸氢钙3份、草菇多糖5份、石粉5份、L-赖氨酸1份、维生素A 0.1份、维生素D3 0.05份、维生素E 0.1份、维生素K3 0.06份、维生素B12 0.05份、矿物元素0.3份、植酸酶0.2份和水适量;其中,中草药添加剂包括质量比为1:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂;强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪8份、花旗参5份、杜仲5份、枸杞3份、生姜3份、虫草花3份、田七花2份、仙鹤草2份、紫苏2份和水适量;通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草6份、木瓜5份、川木通3份、益母草3份、陈皮2份、全瓜蒌2份、泽兰叶2份和水适量。
本实施例还提供上述一种哺乳母猪饲料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(一)制备强体助剂
将黄芪、花旗参、杜仲、枸杞、生姜、虫草花、田七花、仙鹤草和紫苏混合洗净后晾干,得到混合中草药;将混合中草药添加剂碎至过50目标准筛,然后放入砂锅中,按料液比为1:3加入蒸馏水,在60℃条件下煮30分钟,将温度调降至30℃,按质量比加入1%的混合酶,维持60分钟,干燥粉碎过60目筛,即得强体助剂;所述混合酶为纤维素酶和木聚糖酶按质量比2:1组成;
(二)制备通乳助剂
a.取通草、川木通、益母草、陈皮、全瓜蒌和泽兰叶得到混合中草药,将混合中草药经过蒸法炮制后,加入其总质量8倍的水,浸泡3.5h,浸泡温度为63℃;b.将浸泡后的中药材与切成块状的木瓜混合,一起压榨取汁,压榨压力为28MPa,待榨汁完全后,所得提取液和药渣备用;c.取药渣,再加水洗涤2次,然后将所得洗涤液与步骤b提取液合并,即可得到通乳助剂;
(三)制备草菇多糖
1)将新鲜的草菇干燥至其含水量低于10%,粉碎过30目筛,将草菇乙醇提取,取滤渣备用;2)往滤渣中按料液比1:2加入蒸馏水,超声提取20分钟,超声为功率200W,温度为55℃,过滤,取其滤液;3)将滤液浓缩浸膏,乙醇沉淀,离心得沉淀;4)将沉淀依次无水乙醇、丙酮分别洗涤,将洗涤后的沉淀用蒸馏水溶解,过截留分子量为100万的中空纤维膜,收集浓缩液,然后将浓缩液过截留分子量为180万的中空纤维膜,收集透过液离心,过滤,取滤液备用;5)取滤液喷雾干燥过60目标准筛,即为草菇多糖;
(四)制备哺乳母猪饲料
(1)将玉米、糠麸、石粉、豆粕和虾皮粉分别通过清理筛、圆筒初清筛进行除杂,然后混合,再加入氯化钠和红糖充分搅拌均匀,得到物料A备用;
(2)将磷酸氢钙、草菇多糖、L-赖氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和矿物元素混合,得到物料B备用;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合,加入中草药添加剂和植酸酶,将所以物料搅拌均匀,然后利用发酵池进行密封发酵3天,并保持发酵温度为35℃,即可得到所述哺乳母猪饲料。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米25份、糠麸20份、豆粕20份、虾皮粉15份、中草药添加剂20份、氯化钠6份、红糖6份、磷酸氢钙6份、草菇多糖7份、石粉7份、L-赖氨酸2份、维生素A 0.4份、维生素D3 0.07份、维生素E 0.3份、维生素K3 0.09份、维生素B12 0.07份、矿物元素0.5份、植酸酶0.4份和水适量;其中,中草药添加剂包括质量比为1.5:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂;强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪12份、花旗参9份、杜仲7份、枸杞6份、生姜6份、虫草花6份、田七花4份、仙鹤草4份、紫苏4份和水适量;通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草9份、木瓜7份、川木通6份、益母草6份、陈皮4份、全瓜蒌4份、泽兰叶4份和水适量。
本实施例还提供上述一种哺乳母猪饲料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(一)制备强体助剂
将黄芪、花旗参、杜仲、枸杞、生姜、虫草花、田七花、仙鹤草和紫苏混合洗净后晾干,得到混合中草药;将混合中草药添加剂碎至过55目标准筛,然后放入砂锅中,按料液比为1:4加入蒸馏水,在70℃条件下煮45分钟,将温度调降至35℃,按质量比加入1%的混合酶,维持90分钟,干燥粉碎过60目筛,即得强体助剂;所述混合酶为纤维素酶和木聚糖酶按质量比2.5:1组成;
(二)制备通乳助剂
a.取通草、川木通、益母草、陈皮、全瓜蒌和泽兰叶得到混合中草药,将混合中草药经过蒸法炮制后,加入其总质量10倍的水,浸泡4h,浸泡温度为65℃;b.将浸泡后的中药材与切成块状的木瓜混合,一起压榨取汁,压榨压力为30MPa,待榨汁完全后,所得提取液和药渣备用;c.取药渣,再加水洗涤2次,然后将所得洗涤液与步骤b提取液合并,即可得到通乳助剂;
(三)制备草菇多糖
1)将新鲜的草菇干燥至其含水量低于10%,粉碎过35目筛,将草菇乙醇提取,取滤渣备用;2)往滤渣中按料液比1:2.5加入蒸馏水,超声提取25分钟,超声为功率220W,温度为60℃,过滤,取其滤液;3)将滤液浓缩浸膏,乙醇沉淀,离心得沉淀;4)将沉淀依次无水乙醇、丙酮分别洗涤,将洗涤后的沉淀用蒸馏水溶解,过截留分子量为100万的中空纤维膜,收集浓缩液,然后将浓缩液过截留分子量为180万的中空纤维膜,收集透过液离心,过滤,取滤液备用;5)取滤液喷雾干燥过65目标准筛,即为草菇多糖;
(四)制备哺乳母猪饲料
(1)将玉米、糠麸、石粉、豆粕和虾皮粉分别通过清理筛、圆筒初清筛进行除杂,然后混合,再加入氯化钠和红糖充分搅拌均匀,得到物料A备用;
(2)将磷酸氢钙、草菇多糖、L-赖氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和矿物元素混合,得到物料B备用;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合,加入中草药添加剂和植酸酶,将所以物料搅拌均匀,然后利用发酵池进行密封发酵5天,并保持发酵温度为42℃,即可得到所述哺乳母猪饲料。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一种哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米30份、糠麸25份、豆粕25份、虾皮粉20份、中草药添加剂25份、氯化钠8份、红糖8份、磷酸氢钙8份、草菇多糖10份、石粉10份、L-赖氨酸3份、维生素A 0.6份、维生素D3 0.1份、维生素E 0.5份、维生素K3 0.12份、维生素B12 0.1份、矿物元素0.6份、植酸酶0.6份和水适量;其中,中草药添加剂包括质量比为2:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂,所述强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪16份、花旗参12份、杜仲10份、枸杞9份、生姜9份、虫草花9份、田七花6份、仙鹤草6份、紫苏6份和水适量;所述通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草12份、木瓜10份、川木通8份、益母草8份、陈皮6份、全瓜蒌6份、泽兰叶6份和水适量。
本实施例还提供上述一种哺乳母猪饲料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(一)制备强体助剂
将黄芪、花旗参、杜仲、枸杞、生姜、虫草花、田七花、仙鹤草和紫苏混合洗净后晾干,得到混合中草药;将混合中草药添加剂碎至过60目标准筛,然后放入砂锅中,按料液比为1:5加入蒸馏水,在80℃条件下煮60分钟,将温度调降至40℃,按质量比加入1%的混合酶,维持120分钟,干燥粉碎过60目筛,即得强体助剂;所述混合酶为纤维素酶和木聚糖酶按质量比3:1组成;
(二)制备通乳助剂
a.取通草、川木通、益母草、陈皮、全瓜蒌和泽兰叶得到混合中草药,将混合中草药经过蒸法炮制后,加入其总质量12倍的水,浸泡5h,浸泡温度为67℃;b.将浸泡后的中药材与切成块状的木瓜混合,一起压榨取汁,压榨压力为32MPa,待榨汁完全后,所得提取液和药渣备用;c.取药渣,再加水洗涤3次,然后将所得洗涤液与步骤b提取液合并,即可得到通乳助剂;
(三)制备草菇多糖
1)将新鲜的草菇干燥至其含水量低于10%,粉碎过40目筛,将草菇乙醇提取,取滤渣备用;2)往滤渣中按料液比1:3加入蒸馏水,超声提取30分钟,超声为功率240W,温度为65℃,过滤,取其滤液;3)将滤液浓缩浸膏,乙醇沉淀,离心得沉淀;4)将沉淀依次无水乙醇、丙酮分别洗涤,将洗涤后的沉淀用蒸馏水溶解,过截留分子量为100万的中空纤维膜,收集浓缩液,然后将浓缩液过截留分子量为180万的中空纤维膜,收集透过液离心,过滤,取滤液备用;5)取滤液喷雾干燥过70目标准筛,即为草菇多糖;
(四)制备哺乳母猪饲料
(1)将玉米、糠麸、石粉、豆粕和虾皮粉分别通过清理筛、圆筒初清筛进行除杂,然后混合,再加入氯化钠和红糖充分搅拌均匀,得到物料A备用;
(2)将磷酸氢钙、草菇多糖、L-赖氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和矿物元素混合,得到物料B备用;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合,加入中草药添加剂和植酸酶,将所以物料搅拌均匀,然后利用发酵池进行密封发酵6天,并保持发酵温度为50℃,即可得到所述哺乳母猪饲料。
实验例
为了验证本发明对哺乳母猪的饲喂效果,在申请人自有的大型养猪场选择200头健康、体质相当、哺乳95天的母猪进行试验,随机分为4组(3个试验组和1个对照组),对照组猪饲料选用饲料配方为:喂50%玉米粉+15%豆粕+10%麦麸+18%豆饼+3%麦麸+4%罗维素,其余4个试验组猪饲料中分别为实施例1-3制得的哺乳母猪饲料,仔猪初生重、断奶重、哺乳期日增重、哺乳期成活率、母猪发病情况、母猪粪便评分,试验期为母猪哺乳95天至仔猪25日龄断奶,其他按常规方式进行。
仔猪初生重、断奶重、哺乳期日增重均为平均值。
表1试验结果
注:母猪粪便评分标准:粪便成颗成算盘子状1分、粪便成大颗粒状2分、粪便成颗粒结团3分、粪便成堆湿润4分、粪便成堆不成形5分。
试验结果表明,与常规饲料相比,给母猪饲喂本发明饲料能提高仔猪初生重、断奶重、哺乳期日增重和哺乳期成活率,另外还能减少母猪发病、改善母猪肠道健康。
结论:本发明配方中的主要成分都是是天然产物,在动物体内无残留,不产生抗药性,能克服滥用抗生素所带来的耐药性和药物残留问题,而且能显著提高哺乳母猪的泌乳量和免疫力,从而提高仔猪的成长质量,使得仔猪增重快,体质健康,是理想的绿色无公害生物饲料添加剂,有利于饲料行业和养殖业的健康可持续发展。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米20-30份、糠麸15-25份、豆粕15-25份、虾皮粉10-20份、中草药添加剂15-25份、氯化钠3-8份、红糖3-8份、磷酸氢钙3-8份、草菇多糖5-10份、石粉5-10份、L-赖氨酸1-3份、维生素A0.1-0.6份、维生素D3 0.05-0.1份、维生素E 0.1-0.5份、维生素K3 0.06-0.12份、维生素B12 0.05-0.1份、矿物元素0.3-0.6份、植酸酶0.2-0.6份和水适量;
所述中草药添加剂包括质量比为1-2:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂,所述强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪8-16份、花旗参5-12份、杜仲5-10份、枸杞3-9份、生姜3-9份、虫草花3-9份、田七花2-6份、仙鹤草2-6份、紫苏2-6份和水适量;所述通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草6-12份、木瓜5-10份、川木通3-8份、益母草3-8份、陈皮2-6份、全瓜蒌2-6份、泽兰叶2-6份和水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述哺乳母猪饲料由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米25份、糠麸20份、豆粕20份、虾皮粉15份、中草药添加剂20份、氯化钠6份、红糖6份、磷酸氢钙6份、草菇多糖7份、石粉7份、L-赖氨酸2份、维生素A 0.4份、维生素D30.07份、维生素E 0.3份、维生素K3 0.09份、维生素B12 0.07份、矿物元素0.5份、植酸酶0.4份和水适量;
所述中草药添加剂包括质量比为1.5:1的强体助剂和通乳助剂,所述强体助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:黄芪12份、花旗参9份、杜仲7份、枸杞6份、生姜6份、虫草花6份、田七花4份、仙鹤草4份、紫苏4份和水适量;所述通乳助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:通草9份、木瓜7份、川木通6份、益母草6份、陈皮4份、全瓜蒌4份、泽兰叶4份和水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂中的强体助剂通过以下方法得到:将黄芪、花旗参、杜仲、枸杞、生姜、虫草花、田七花、仙鹤草和紫苏混合洗净后晾干,得到混合中草药;将混合中草药添加剂碎至过50-60目标准筛,然后放入砂锅中,按料液比为1:3-5加入蒸馏水,在60-80℃条件下煮30-60分钟,将温度调降至30-40℃,按质量比加入1%的混合酶,维持60-120分钟,干燥粉碎过60目筛,即得强体助剂;所述混合酶为纤维素酶和木聚糖酶按质量比2-3:1组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂中的通乳助剂通过以下方法得到:a.取通草、川木通、益母草、陈皮、全瓜蒌和泽兰叶得到混合中草药,将混合中草药经过蒸法炮制后,加入其总质量8-12倍的水,浸泡3.5-5h,浸泡温度为65±2℃;b.将浸泡后的中药材与切成块状的木瓜混合,一起压榨取汁,压榨压力为28-32MPa,待榨汁完全后,所得提取液和药渣备用;c.取药渣,再加水洗涤2-3次,然后将所得洗涤液与步骤b提取液合并,即可得到通乳助剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述草菇多糖是通过以下方法得到的:1)将新鲜的草菇干燥至其含水量低于10%,粉碎过30-40目筛,将草菇乙醇提取,取滤渣备用;2)往滤渣中按料液比1:2-3加入蒸馏水,超声提取20-30分钟,超声为功率200-240W,温度为55-65℃,过滤,取其滤液;3)将滤液浓缩浸膏,乙醇沉淀,离心得沉淀;4)将沉淀依次无水乙醇、丙酮分别洗涤,将洗涤后的沉淀用蒸馏水溶解,过截留分子量为100万的中空纤维膜,收集浓缩液,然后将浓缩液过截留分子量为180万的中空纤维膜,收集透过液离心,过滤,取滤液备用;5)取滤液喷雾干燥过60-70目标准筛,即为草菇多糖。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种哺乳母猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将玉米、糠麸、石粉、豆粕和虾皮粉分别通过清理筛、圆筒初清筛进行除杂,然后混合,再加入氯化钠和红糖充分搅拌均匀,得到物料A备用;
(2)将磷酸氢钙、草菇多糖、L-赖氨酸、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B12和矿物元素混合,得到物料B备用;
(3)将物料A与物料B混合,加入中草药添加剂和植酸酶,将所以物料搅拌均匀,然后利用发酵池进行密封发酵3-6天,并保持发酵温度为35-50℃,即可得到所述哺乳母猪饲料。
