背景技术
近年来,随着饲料工业及饲养业的发展,饲料添加剂的品种日趋增多,由于饲养中常用的抗生素、化学合成抗菌剂、促生长剂等在动物体内的残留及耐药性等问题,已经开始威胁到人类的健康,也影响到我国农副产品的出口,并且会影响羊肉的品质,而中草药添加剂是天然物质,无毒副作用,不会产生耐药性,因此需要提供一种新的饲料。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种肉羊用饲料,本发明能增强肉羊的免疫力,能在促进生长的同时保证羊肉的品质,而且营养全面,能量充足,无毒副作用,不产生耐药性。

蒲公英,别名为黄花地丁、婆婆丁、凫公英、蒲公草、耩褥草、仆公荚、仆公罂、地丁、金簪草等,为菊科植物蒲公英或其它同属植物的干燥全草。味甘、苦,性寒;入胃、肝经。能清热解毒,消肿散结,利尿通淋。用于疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疠,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。蒲公英具有抗菌抗病毒的作用,能增强抵抗力。
白头翁,别名为毛姑朵花、老婆子花、老公花、野丈人、胡王使者、白头公等,为毛茛科植物白头翁的干燥根。味苦,性寒。入胃、大肠经。能清热凉血,解毒。用于热毒血痢,温疟寒热,鼻衄,血痔。
大青叶,别名为大青、蓝叶、蓝菜、蓝腚叶等,为马鞭草科植物路边青、蓼科植物蓼蓝、十字花科植物菘蓝、草大青或爵床科植物马蓝等的叶或枝叶。味苦,性寒。入胃、心经。能清热解毒,凉血消斑。用于温邪入营,高热神昏,发斑发疹,黄疸,热痢,痄腮,喉痹,丹毒,痈肿。大青叶具有抗菌消炎的作用。
女贞子,别名为爆格蚤、冬青子、女贞实、冬青子、白蜡树子、鼠梓子等,为木犀科女贞属植物女贞的果实。味甘、苦;性平。归肝、肾经。能滋补肝肾,明目乌发。用于眩晕耳鸣,腰膝酸软,须发早白,目暗不明。女贞子具有增强免疫功能,升高外周白细胞,增强网状内皮系统吞噬能力,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫的作用;还有保肝、止咳、缓泻、抗菌等作用。
甘草,别名为甜草根、红甘草、粉甘草、粉草、美草、蜜甘等,为双子叶植物豆科甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的根及根茎。味甘,性平;入胃、肺、脾经。能清热解毒,润肺止咳,调和诸药;炙甘草能补脾益气。主治咽喉肿痛,咳嗽,脾胃虚弱,胃、十二指肠溃疡,肝炎,癔病,痈疖肿毒,药物及食物中毒。
白术,别名为于术、冬术、浙术、种术、山蓟等,为菊科植物白术的干燥根茎。味甘、苦,性温;入胃、脾经。能补脾,益胃,燥湿,和中,安胎。用于脾胃气弱,不思饮食,倦怠少气,虚胀,泄泻,痰饮,水肿,黄疸,湿痹,小便不利,头晕,自汗,胎气不安。白术还具有增强机体免疫力,抗氧化,延缓衰老的作用。
山药,别名为山药、怀山药、淮山药、土薯、山薯、山芋、玉延等,为薯蓣科薯蓣属植物山药的根茎。味甘,性平;归脾、肺、肾经。能补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾填精。主治脾虚食少,便溏久泻,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。山药还具有止咳、祛痰、脱敏、抗炎、降脂、抗肿瘤、杀昆虫和抗须癣毛菌等真菌的作用。
桑椹子,别名为桑实、葚、乌椹、文武实、黑椹、桑枣、桑葚子、桑粒、桑果等,为桑科落叶乔木桑树的成熟果实。味酸、甘,性寒;归肝、肾经。能滋阴养血,生津,润肠。用于肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩,腰酸耳鸣,须发早白,失眠多梦,津伤口渴,消渴,肠燥便秘。
桑叶,别名为铁扇子、蚕叶等,为桑科植物桑的干燥叶。味甘、苦,性寒;归肺、肝经。能疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目。用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。桑叶还具有降血压、血脂、抗炎、抗氧化等作用。
山楂,别名为朹、粱梅、朹子、鼠查、羊梂、赤爪实、棠梂子、赤枣子、山里红果等,为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实。味酸、甘,性温;归胃、脾、肝经。能消食积,化滞瘀。用于饮食积滞,脘腹胀痛,泄泻痢疾,血瘀痛经,闭经,产后腹痛,恶露不尽。
柏子仁,别名为柏实、柏子、柏仁、侧柏子等。味甘,性平;入心、肾、大肠经。能养心安神,润肠通便。用于惊悸,失眠,遗精,盗汗,便秘。
陈皮,别名为橘皮、贵老、红皮、黄橘皮、广橘皮、新会皮、柑皮、广陈皮等,为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的成熟果皮。味辛、苦;性温。能理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
蜂蜜,别名为蜂糖、蜜糖、石蜜、石始、食蜜、蜜、白蜜、白沙蜜、沙蜜、石饴等,为蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜。味甘,性平;入肺、脾、大肠经。能补中,润燥,止痛,解毒。用于脘腹虚痛,肺燥干咳,肠燥便秘;外治疮疡不敛,水火烫伤。蜂蜜的成分除了葡萄糖、果糖之种还含有各种维生素、矿物质和氨基酸。蜂蜜还具有抗菌、消炎、促进组织再生、增强免疫力、促进消化、抗疲劳等作用。

优选地,在添加剂的制备过程中,将青蒿、蒲公英、白头翁、大青叶、女贞子、甘草、白术、桑叶、葡萄籽、山楂、柏子仁、陈皮粉碎至20-40目,混匀得到混合物;向混合物中加水,升温至90-100℃,保温2-3h,过滤得到滤渣和滤液;将蜂蜜加入滤液中混匀得到溶液A;向滤渣中加入水、麸皮、豆粕混匀,高压灭菌,加入浓度为4×106-6×106CFU/ml的乳酸芽孢杆菌培养液混匀,升温至35-37℃,保温5-7天,升温至45-50℃,烘干得到物料B;将山药、桑椹子、胡萝卜蒸熟后与青贮番茄皮、物料B混匀得到物料C;将溶液A喷洒于物料C中混匀,升温至40-50℃,烘干得到添加剂。
优选地,在添加剂的制备过程中,溶液A中,混合物和水的重量比为1:20-30。
优选地,在添加剂的制备过程中,物料B中,滤渣、水、麸皮、豆粕、培养液的重量比为10-12:5-6:6-14:10-15:0.2-0.4。
上述羊用多维粉、羊用微量元素粉可以从市场上购得。
上述水均为去离子水。
上述在添加剂的制备过程中,“乳酸芽孢杆菌培养液”中的培养液可以从市场上购买,经乳酸芽孢杆菌培养后得到不同浓度的乳酸芽孢杆菌培养液。
本发明的制备方法如下:将玉米、豆粕、麦麸、菜籽饼、氯化钠、白酒酒糟、鱼粉混合蒸熟,加入腐殖酸钠、鱼肝油、青贮甜菜渣、青贮麦草、青贮玉米秸、磷酸氢钙、碳酸氢钠、羊用多维粉、羊用微量元素粉、添加剂混合得到肉羊用饲料。
本发明选用青蒿、蒲公英、白头翁、大青叶相互配合,清热解毒,抗菌抗炎抗病毒增强体抗力,并且能预防肉羊的一些肠道疾病,并配合白术、桑叶、葡萄籽、青贮番茄皮的抗氧化作用,直接增强肉羊的抗氧化防护机能,增强肉羊的免疫力,促进肉羊的生长,并且不产生耐药性和毒性;女贞子、甘草、白术、山药、桑椹子相互配合,可以滋补肝肾,补脾,益胃,养血,从内部调理肉羊的身体机能,增加肉羊的免疫力,与青蒿、蒲公英、白头翁、大青叶、桑叶、葡萄籽、青贮番茄皮相互配合,可以大大促进肉羊的生长;山楂、柏子仁、陈皮相互配合可以消积食、安神、理气,配合上述各物质,可以进一步促进肉羊的生长;中药经水提取后,中药滤渣经乳酸芽孢杆菌发酵培养后,含有丰富的营养物质,可以促进肉羊生长,并且可以避免中药渣污染环境;蜂蜜含有丰富的营养物质,且具有补中,润燥,止痛,解毒,抗菌、消炎、促进组织再生、增强免疫力、促进消化、抗疲劳等作用,白术、桑叶、葡萄籽、青贮番茄皮具有抗氧化作用,山药、桑叶具有降血脂作用,蜂蜜、白术、桑叶、葡萄籽、青贮番茄皮、山药相互配合,可以清除DPPH、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基,降低羊肉中的脂肪沉积,提高肉中不饱和脂肪酸的含量,从而可以避免在促进肉羊生长的时候导致羊肉品质降低的问题,使得肉羊既能快速生长又能保证羊肉品质;添加剂中的各物质以合适比例配比时,可以进一步促进肉羊的生长并保证羊肉的品质;蜂蜜还可以配合氯化钠,改善本发明的适口性,促进肉羊的进食,从而促进肉羊生长;碳酸钠可以改善本发明的酸碱度,并中和羊胃液,调节羊胃液pH值,抑制产气荚膜杆菌,进而促进羊瘤胃中有益菌的生长,促进对营养物质的消化吸收,促进肉羊生长;玉米、豆粕、麦麸、菜籽饼、白酒酒糟、鱼粉、腐殖酸钠、鱼肝油相互配合,可以提供充足的能量和营养物质;青贮甜菜渣、青贮麦草、青贮玉米秸可以促进各物质消化吸收,能与碳酸氢钠相互配合,改善羊瘤胃环境的生理参数,提高秸秆的消化率和利用率,促进羊的生长;磷酸氢钙、羊用多维粉、羊用微量元素粉可以提供各种矿物质、维生素和氨基酸;经过蒸熟可以增加本发明的适口性,增加羊的采食量,促进生长;上述各物质相互配合使得本发明营养全面、能量充足,并能从表及里增强肉羊的抵抗力,并能在促进肉羊生长的同时,保证羊肉的品质。

一种肉羊用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米28份,豆粕11份,麦麸4.8份,菜籽饼1.5份,氯化钠0.45份,白酒酒糟12份,鱼粉1.7份,腐殖酸钠0.022份,鱼肝油0.065份,青贮甜菜渣11份,青贮麦草27份,青贮玉米秸22份,磷酸氢钙0.18份,碳酸氢钠0.06份,羊用多维粉0.017份,羊用微量元素粉0.015份,添加剂22份;
其中,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:青蒿4份,蒲公英8份,白头翁4.2份,大青叶7.5份,女贞子2.5份,甘草8份,白术3.5份,山药7.5份,桑椹子1.5份,桑叶5.5份,葡萄籽2.5份,青贮番茄皮11.5份,山楂1.3份,胡萝卜6.5份,柏子仁1.3份,陈皮1.8份,蜂蜜2.5份;

实施例6
一种肉羊用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米25份,豆粕12份,麦麸4.5份,菜籽饼2份,氯化钠0.4份,白酒酒糟13份,鱼粉1.5份,腐殖酸钠0.025份,鱼肝油0.06份,青贮甜菜渣12份,青贮麦草25份,青贮玉米秸25份,磷酸氢钙0.15份,碳酸氢钠0.07份,羊用多维粉0.015份,羊用微量元素粉0.02份,添加剂20份;
其中,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:青蒿4.5份,蒲公英7.5份,白头翁4.5份,大青叶7份,女贞子3份,甘草7.5份,白术4份,山药7份,桑椹子2份,桑叶5份,葡萄籽3份,青贮番茄皮11份,山楂1.5份,胡萝卜6份,柏子仁1.5份,陈皮1.5份,蜂蜜3份;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将青蒿、蒲公英、白头翁、大青叶、女贞子、甘草、白术、桑叶、葡萄籽、山楂、柏子仁、陈皮粉碎至30目,混匀得到混合物;向混合物中加水,升温至95℃,保温2.5h,过滤得到滤渣和滤液;将蜂蜜加入滤液中混匀得到溶液A,其中,混合物和水的重量比为1:25;向滤渣中加入水、麸皮、豆粕混匀,高压灭菌,加入浓度为5×106CFU/ml的乳酸芽孢杆菌培养液混匀,升温至36℃,保温6天,升温至48℃,烘干得到物料B,其中,滤渣、水、麸皮、豆粕、培养液的重量比为11:5.5:10:12:0.3;将山药、桑椹子、胡萝卜蒸熟后与青贮番茄皮、物料B混匀得到物料C;将溶液A喷洒于物料C中混匀,升温至45℃,烘干得到添加剂。
试验例1
随机选取200只健康成年羊,分为实验组和对照组,每组100只,两组在平均体重、性别比例方面,经统计学处理,无明显组间差异(P>0.05)。对照组饲用普通羊饲料,实验组饲用实施例6,两组喂养饲料的次数、数量、时间均相同,饲喂90天,试验结果如下表:
由上表可以看出,本发明营养丰富,能量充足,可以增强羊的抵抗力,促进羊健康生长。

1.一种肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:玉米20-30份,豆粕10-15份,麦麸4-5份,菜籽饼1-3份,氯化钠0.3-0.5份,白酒酒糟10-15份,鱼粉1-2份,腐殖酸钠0.02-0.03份,鱼肝油0.05-0.07份,青贮甜菜渣10-15份,青贮麦草20-30份,青贮玉米秸20-30份,磷酸氢钙0.1-0.2份,碳酸氢钠0.05-0.1份,羊用多维粉0.01-0.02份,羊用微量元素粉0.01-0.03份,添加剂15-25份;
其中,添加剂的原料包括:青蒿、蒲公英、白头翁、大青叶、女贞子、甘草、白术、山药、桑椹子、桑叶、葡萄籽、青贮番茄皮、山楂、胡萝卜、柏子仁、陈皮、蜂蜜。
2.根据权利要求1所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:玉米22-28份,豆粕11-13份,麦麸4.2-4.8份,菜籽饼1.5-2.5份,氯化钠0.35-0.45份,白酒酒糟12-14份,鱼粉1.3-1.7份,腐殖酸钠0.022-0.028份,鱼肝油0.055-0.065份,青贮甜菜渣11-13份,青贮麦草23-27份,青贮玉米秸22-28份,磷酸氢钙0.12-0.18份,碳酸氢钠0.06-0.08份,羊用多维粉0.013-0.017份,羊用微量元素粉0.015-0.025份,添加剂18-22份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:青蒿3-6份,蒲公英6-9份,白头翁4-5份,大青叶6-8份,女贞子2-4份,甘草6-9份,白术3-5份,山药6-8份,桑椹子1-3份,桑叶4-6份,葡萄籽2-4份,青贮番茄皮10-12份,山楂1-2份,胡萝卜5-7份,柏子仁1-2份,陈皮1-2份,蜂蜜2-4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:青蒿4-5份,蒲公英7-8份,白头翁4.2-4.8份,大青叶6.5-7.5份,女贞子2.5-3.5份,甘草7-8份,白术3.5-4.5份,山药6.5-7.5份,桑椹子1.5-2.5份,桑叶4.5-5.5份,葡萄籽2.5-3.5份,青贮番茄皮10.5-11.5份,山楂1.3-1.7份,胡萝卜5.5-6.5份,柏子仁1.3-1.7份,陈皮1.2-1.8份,蜂蜜2.5-3.5份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:青蒿4.5份,蒲公英7.5份,白头翁4.5份,大青叶7份,女贞子3份,甘草7.5份,白术4份,山药7份,桑椹子2份,桑叶5份,葡萄籽3份,青贮番茄皮11份,山楂1.5份,胡萝卜6份,柏子仁1.5份,陈皮1.5份,蜂蜜3份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,在添加剂的制备过程中,将青蒿、蒲公英、白头翁、大青叶、女贞子、甘草、白术、桑叶、葡萄籽、山楂、柏子仁、陈皮粉碎至20-40目,混匀得到混合物;向混合物中加水,升温至90-100℃,保温2-3h,过滤得到滤渣和滤液;将蜂蜜加入滤液中混匀得到溶液A;向滤渣中加入水、麸皮、豆粕混匀,高压灭菌,加入浓度为4×106-6×106CFU/ml的乳酸芽孢杆菌培养液混匀,升温至35-37℃,保温5-7天,升温至45-50℃,烘干得到物料B;将山药、桑椹子、胡萝卜蒸熟后与青贮番茄皮、物料B混匀得到物料C;将溶液A喷洒于物料C中混匀,升温至40-50℃,烘干得到添加剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,在添加剂的制备过程中,溶液A中,混合物和水的重量比为1:20-30。
8.根据权利要求6所述肉羊用饲料,其特征在于,在添加剂的制备过程中,物料B中,滤渣、水、麸皮、豆粕、培养液的重量比为10-12:5-6:6-14:10-15:0.2-0.4。
