随着人民经济的高速发展,人们生活节奏和膳食结构也发生了很大的变化,生活节奏快,膳食单调化,特别是上班一族一天二顿或三顿在外面凑合着吃盒饭或便餐,这样时间一长身体就会出现营养不良或缺少一些微量元素而产生疾病,影响工作,影响健康,严重者甚至危及生命,因此需要提供一种食用方便且能为人体快速提供有益成分的糖果。

牡蛎肽粉35-40份,玉米淀粉20-30份,玛咖粉100-150份、黄精提取物40-60份,人参提取物20-40份、蛹虫草粉20-30份,异麦芽酮糖醇150-200份、枸杞子提取物20-30份和硬脂酸镁2-3份。
优选的,所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60-80目。
一种所述的玛咖压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料;
(b)将所述牡蛎肽粉和玉米淀粉混合均匀后过60目筛得到第一混合物;
(c)将第一混合物与所述异麦芽酮糖醇、玛咖粉、黄精提取物、人参提取物、蛹虫草粉和枸杞子提取物混合均匀得到第二混合物;
(d)在所述第二混合物内加入所述第二混合物重量份5%-15%的浓度为50%的食用酒精混合均匀得到第三混合物;
(e)将所述第三混合物过18目筛后60℃干燥,保证水分在2.5%~3.5%;
(f)将所述步骤(e)中干燥后的混合物过18目筛进行整粒;
(g)将所述步骤(f)中整粒后的混合物中加入所述硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后进行压片即得到所需的糖果。

实施例4
一种所述的玛咖压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料;
(b)将所述牡蛎肽粉和玉米淀粉混合均匀后过60目筛得到第一混合物;
(c)将第一混合物与所述异麦芽酮糖醇、玛咖粉、黄精提取物、人参提取物、蛹虫草粉和枸杞子提取物混合均匀得到第二混合物;
(d)在所述第二混合物内加入所述第二混合物重量份5%-15%的浓度为50%的食用酒精混合均匀得到第三混合物;
(e)将所述第三混合物过18目筛后60℃干燥,保证水分在2.5%~3.5%;
(f)将所述步骤(e)中干燥后的混合物过18目筛进行整粒;
(g)将所述步骤(f)中整粒后的混合物中加入所述硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后进行压片即得到所需的糖果。
将利用本发明的方法制备得到的糖果进行检测,检测结果如下:

采用本发明的方法制备过程简单且能满足食品加工类标准的要求。

Claims (3)
1.一种玛咖压片糖果,其特征在于:包括如下重量份原料:
牡蛎肽粉35-40份,玉米淀粉20-30份,玛咖粉100-150份、黄精提取物40-60份,人参提取物20-40份、蛹虫草粉20-30份,异麦芽酮糖醇150-200份、枸杞子提取物20-30份和硬脂酸镁2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玛咖压片糖果,其特征在于:所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60-80目。
3.一种如权利要求1-2所述的玛咖压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料;
(b)将所述牡蛎肽粉和玉米淀粉混合均匀后过60目筛得到第一混合物;
(c)将第一混合物与所述异麦芽酮糖醇、玛咖粉、黄精提取物、人参提取物、蛹虫草粉和枸杞子提取物混合均匀得到第二混合物;
(d)在所述第二混合物内加入所述第二混合物重量份5%-15%的浓度为50%的食用酒精混合均匀得到第三混合物;
(e)将所述第三混合物过18目筛后60℃干燥,保证水分在2.5%~3.5%;
(f)将所述步骤(e)中干燥后的混合物过18目筛进行整粒;
(g)将所述步骤(f)中整粒后的混合物中加入所述硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后进行压片即得到所需的糖果。
