本发明涉及一种食品的加工方法,尤其是涉及一种灵芝精粉的制作方法。
背景技术
灵芝又称灵芝草、神芝、芝草、仙草、瑞草,是多孔菌科植物赤芝或紫芝的全株。以紫灵芝药效为最好,原产于亚洲东部,中国分布最广的在江西,灵芝作为拥有数千年药用历史的中国传统珍贵药材,具备很高的药用价值,经过科研机构数十年的现代药理学研究证实,灵芝对于增强人体免疫力,调节血糖,控制血压,辅助肿瘤放化疗,保肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效。灵芝其成份的主要特征是能抑制组织胺,具有抗炎抗过敏的效应,灵芝的高分子多醣体能增加人体之抗体,增强人体的免疫功能,此外,灵芝多醣体对降血压、降血糖、改善血脂都很有效果,灵芝的有机锗可促使人体血液循环,增强人体吸氧能力,促进新陈代谢。现代医学证明,灵芝含有多种生理活性物质,能够调节、增强人体免疫力,对神经衰弱、风湿性关节炎、冠心病、高血压、肝炎、糖尿病、肿瘤等有良好的协同治疗作用。最新研究表明:灵芝还具有抗疲劳,美容养颜,延缓衰老的功效。
灵芝营养价值极高,用于加工成灵芝精粉可实现对灵芝的综合利用,便于储存,提高其经济价值和营养价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种灵芝精粉的制作方法,能够发挥中药的保健治病功效的保健食品,能够利用保健食品的载体作用,使人们在日常的饮食中就能食用灵芝,增强体质。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种灵芝精粉的制作方法,其特征在于:采用选料→粉碎→浸提→过滤→浓缩→干燥→包装→成品的加工工艺流程,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无杂质、无病虫害、无霉变的干灵芝子实体作原料;选用无杂质、无霉变的优质浙贝母、白术、地黄及厚朴;
(2)粉碎:将选好的原料洗净,入粉碎机粉碎成直径0.2厘米的颗粒备用;
(3)浸提:采用热水提取法,先将粉碎后的原料颗粒放入夹层反应罐中,加适量的水,在85℃下浸提8-10小时,压挤出浸液;再将原料颗粒渣再加适量水浸提5小时,压挤出浸液,如此反复3-5次,然后合并浸液,过滤浓缩;
(4)浓缩:将滤液倒入真空滤膜浓缩器中加热,将滤液浓缩至8-12波美度备用;
(5)干燥:采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,将浓缩液、牛奶、冰糖粉、糊精拌匀后,导入喷雾干燥机中,输入108℃的热气体,喷头压力保持507千帕,排除气体的温度为92℃;
(6)包装:待干燥物冷却后,及时用食品塑料袋分装密封,置阴凉通风处贮存备用或上市。
有益效果:本发明产品色泽淡黄,易溶,清香适口,具有灵芝的清香风味。本产品营养丰富,可以调节、增强人体免疫力,对神经衰弱、风湿性关节炎、冠心病、高血压、肝炎、糖尿病、肿瘤有良好的协同治疗作用,还具有抗疲劳,美容养颜,延缓衰老的功效。老少皆宜,绿色保健。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种灵芝精粉的制作方法,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无杂质、无病虫害、无霉变的干灵芝子实体作原料;选用无杂质、无霉变的优质党参、葛根、白芷及鲜芦根;
(2)粉碎:将选好的原料洗净,入粉碎机粉碎成直径0.35厘米的颗粒备用;
(3)浸提:采用热水提取法,先将粉碎后的原料颗粒放入夹层反应罐中,加适量的水,在102℃下浸提3-4小时,压挤出浸液;再将原料颗粒渣再加适量水浸提2.5小时,压挤出浸液,如此反复2-3次,然后合并浸液,过滤浓缩;
(4)浓缩:将滤液倒入真空滤膜浓缩器中加热,将滤液浓缩至15波美度备用;
(5)干燥:采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,将浓缩液、绿茶粉、红糖、甘草、牡丹皮粉拌匀后,导入喷雾干燥机中,输入112℃的热气体,喷头压力保持306千帕,排除气体的温度为105℃;
(6)包装:待干燥物冷却后,及时用食品塑料袋分装密封,置阴凉通风处贮存备用或上市。
实施例2:
一种灵芝精粉的制作方法,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无杂质、无病虫害、无霉变的干灵芝子实体作原料;选用无杂质、无霉变的优质当归、芡实、薏苡仁及刀豆;
(2)粉碎:将选好的原料洗净,入粉碎机粉碎成直径0.5厘米的颗粒备用;
(3)浸提:采用热水提取法,先将粉碎后的原料颗粒放入夹层反应罐中,加适量的水,在65℃下浸提20小时,压挤出浸液;再将原料颗粒渣再加适量水浸提3小时,压挤出浸液,如此反复2次,然后合并浸液,过滤浓缩;
(4)浓缩:将滤液倒入真空滤膜浓缩器中加热,将滤液浓缩至6-8波美度备用;
(5)干燥:采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,将浓缩液、蛋白粉、麦芽糖、枸杞汁、醋栗果浆拌匀后,导入喷雾干燥机中,输入121℃的热气体,喷头压力保持404千帕,排除气体的温度为108℃;
(6)包装:待干燥物冷却后,及时用食品塑料袋分装密封,置阴凉通风处贮存备用或上市。

1.一种灵芝精粉的制作方法,其特征在于:采用选料→粉碎→浸提→过滤→浓缩→干燥→包装→成品的加工工艺流程,具体操作步骤为:
(1)选料:选用无杂质、无病虫害、无霉变的干灵芝子实体作原料;选用无杂质、无霉变的优质浙贝母、白术、地黄及厚朴;
(2)粉碎:将选好的原料洗净,入粉碎机粉碎成直径0.2厘米的颗粒备用;
(3)浸提:采用热水提取法,先将粉碎后的原料颗粒放入夹层反应罐中,加适量的水,在85℃下浸提8-10小时,压挤出浸液;再将原料颗粒渣再加适量水浸提5小时,压挤出浸液,如此反复3-5次,然后合并浸液,过滤浓缩;
(4)浓缩:将滤液倒入真空滤膜浓缩器中加热,将滤液浓缩至8-12波美度备用;
(5)干燥:采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,将浓缩液、牛奶、冰糖粉、糊精拌匀后,导入喷雾干燥机中,输入108℃的热气体,喷头压力保持507千帕,排除气体的温度为92℃;
(6)包装:待干燥物冷却后,及时用食品塑料袋分装密封,置阴凉通风处贮存备用或上市。
