针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种养心安神小麦粉。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种养心安神小麦粉,包括以下重量份组份:
灵芝粉20-80份;
缬草粉20-80份;
柏子仁粉20-80份;
首乌藤粉20-80份;
小麦粉600-1000份。
缬草,别名:满山香、拔地麻、甘松、五里香、小救驾。英文名:Rhizoma Et RadixValerianae。性味归经:性平,味苦,微甘。归心经、肝经。功效与作用:具有宁心安神的功效。
首乌藤,别名:夜交藤、棋藤。英文名:Polygni Multiflori Caulis。性味归经:性平,味甘。归心经、肝经。功效与作用:养血安神、祛风通络。药理研究其具有镇静催眠及降脂作用。
柏子仁,别名:柏实、柏子、侧柏子、柏仁。英文名:Platycladi Semen。性味归经:性平,味甘。归心经、肾经、大肠经。功效与作用:养心安神、止汗、润肠。药理研究:改善记忆再现障碍、记忆消去及获得障碍。
灵芝,拉丁学名:Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.)Karst。具有补气安神、止咳平喘、延年益寿的功效。用于眩晕不眠、心悸气短、神经衰弱、虚劳咳喘。
本发明将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁和灵芝等四味具有养心安神植物与小麦粉有机结合,具有养心滋肝作用,用于心肝血虚、心神失养所致的心悸怔忡、失眠多梦等神志不宁的虚证。并且可以长期食用,没有任何副作用。
将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦,采用常规方法干燥粉碎,即可制得相对应的粉体,按比例称取粉体,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的养心安神小麦粉。
优选的,一种养心安神小麦粉,包括以下重量份组份:
灵芝粉20-80份;
缬草粉20-80份;
柏子仁粉20-80份;
首乌藤粉20-80份;
小麦粉600-1000份;
抗老化植物提取物5-15份。
优选抗老化植物提取物为槟榔提取物和/或葡萄籽提取物。所述抗老化剂为葡萄籽提取物和槟榔提取物按质量比为(1-3):(1-3)混合。
葡萄籽提取物是从葡萄籽中提取分离得到的一类多酚类物质,主要由原花青素,儿茶素,表儿茶素,没食子酸,表儿茶素没食子酸酯等多酚类物质组成。葡萄籽提取物是纯天然物质,是迄今发现的植物来源最高效的抗氧化剂之一,试验表明,其抗氧化效果是维生素C和维生素E的30-50倍。可以通过市售而得。
槟榔提取物(Areca Catechu Extract)提取自槟榔成熟果,其主要化学成分为槟榔碱(arecoline)、槟榔次碱(arecaine)、去甲槟榔碱(gUVacoline)、去甲槟榔次碱(guvacine)、异去甲槟榔次碱(isoguvacine)等。槟榔提取物可以通过市售而得。
将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦,采用常规方法干燥粉碎,即可制得相对应的粉体,按比例称取缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦粉体,再加入抗老化植物提取物,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的养心安神小麦粉。
本发明的养心安神小麦粉,将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁和灵芝等四味具有养心安神植物与小麦粉有机结合,具有养心滋肝作用,用于心肝血虚、心神失养所致的心悸怔忡、失眠多梦等神志不宁的虚证。并且可以长期食用,没有任何副作用。本发明的养心安神小麦粉,营养丰富,含有丰富的维生素、蛋白质,是人们日常生活的健康保健食品。
发明人还发现,在本发明中添加槟榔提取物和/或葡萄籽提取物,可以进一步提高养心安神效果,并且可以提高产品的抗老化性能。
具体实施方式
槟榔提取物,采用中国发明专利CN104887887A实施例1的方法制备而得。即:取新鲜槟榔青果,60℃烘干后,粉碎得过15目筛得槟榔粉;槟榔粉装进超临界流体萃取仪的萃取釜,在压力为15MPa,温度为40℃下,萃取2h,得到膏状槟榔提取物。
葡萄籽提取物,采用中国发明专利CN104547305A实施例1的方法制备而得。即:葡萄籽提取物的制备工艺,称取葡萄籽,在温度为80℃条件下、pH7.0,提取溶剂为纯水,进行超声波破碎提取,提取液在3000r/min条件下进行离心,过滤、用冷冻干燥机在温度为-60℃条件下冻干,冻干提取物加不同体积分数甲醇并超声溶解,再吸取1mL提取物采用铁盐催化比色法和高效液相色谱法,对提取物含量进行分析定量。所述的过滤采用0.22μm的微孔滤膜器。所述工艺还包括前处理,将葡萄籽阴干后,粉碎并过40目筛,以超临界二氧化碳萃取法提取葡萄籽油。所述釜压力50MPa,温度35℃,二氧化碳流量8L/h,萃取时间1.5h,得残渣用于葡萄籽提取物的制备。
实施例1
一种养心安神小麦粉,包括原料:
灵芝粉50克;
缬草粉50克;
柏子仁粉50克;
首乌藤粉50克;
小麦粉800克。
将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦,采用常规方法干燥粉碎,即可制得相对应的粉体。按比例称取缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦粉体,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的养心安神小麦粉。
本发明的养心安神小麦粉,将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁和灵芝等四味具有养心安神植物与小麦粉有机结合,具有养心滋肝作用,用于心肝血虚、心神失养所致的心悸怔忡、失眠多梦等神志不宁的虚证。并且可以长期食用,没有任何副作用。本发明的养心安神小麦粉,营养丰富,含有丰富的维生素、蛋白质,是人们日常生活的健康保健食品。

槟榔提取物10克。
将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦,采用常规方法干燥粉碎,即可制得相对应的粉体。按比例称取缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦粉体,再加入槟榔提取物,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的养心安神小麦粉。
实施例3
一种养心安神小麦粉,包括原料:
灵芝粉50克;
缬草粉50克;
柏子仁粉50克;
首乌藤粉50克;
小麦粉800克;
葡萄籽提取物10克。
将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦,采用常规方法干燥粉碎,即可制得相对应的粉体。按比例称取缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦粉体,再加入葡萄籽提取物,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的养心安神小麦粉。
实施例4
一种养心安神小麦粉,包括原料:
灵芝粉50克;
缬草粉50克;
柏子仁粉50克;
首乌藤粉50克;
小麦粉800克;
槟榔提取物5克;
葡萄籽提取物5克。
将缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦,采用常规方法干燥粉碎,即可制得相对应的粉体。按比例称取缬草、首乌藤、柏子仁、灵芝和小麦粉体,再加入槟榔提取物和葡萄籽提取物,混合均匀,即可制得本发明的养心安神小麦粉。
测试例1
对实施例1-4进行安神性能测试。
为表明养心安神小麦粉的安神效果,每组分别选100例睡眠障碍者(年龄40-70岁),每天以本发明为主食食用,连续食用2月,不食用其他任何具有安神效果的药物及主食,经系统临床观察进行统计分析总结如下:
一、临床表现
失眠多梦、心烦心悸、乏力、口干耳呜、善太息、健忘惊悸、腰膝痠软、尿频、神志恍惚、睡眠障碍。
二、疗效判定标准
临床治愈:各种症状均消失。
显效:各种症状明显改善。
有效:各种症状有所改善。
无效:各种症状无改变。
具体测试结果见表1。

其中,有效以上例为临床治愈例、显效例和有效例的总和。
测试例2
将实施例1-4的养心安神小麦粉制备为馒头,并对制得的馒头的的抗老化性能进行测定。
(1)馒头制备工艺:
称取300g养心安神小麦粉和3g高活性干酵母;加水,其中水的添加量为粉质仪所测的吸水率的80%,用和面机和面10分钟,制成面团;
将所述面团置于温度37℃、相对湿度85%的发酵箱中发酵60分钟;
分割成50g的面团块,手工成型;
置于同一发酵条件的发酵箱中二次醒发20分钟;
将二次醒发后的面团于蒸笼中汽蒸25分钟,自然冷却,制得馒头。
(2)将馒头冷冻干燥并磨粉,称1g馒头粉样品,溶于100mL 50wt%乙醇水溶液中,避光持续震荡12小时,3000转/分钟离心10分钟,取上清液,得到馒头样品液。
馒头抗氧化能力的测定:将7mMABTS溶液与2.45mM K2O8S2混合,室温下避光储存16小时,用乙醇稀释,使其在734nm处的吸光值为0.7±0.02;取80μL馒头样品液与4mL稀释后的ABTS+溶液混合均匀,避光25℃水浴30分钟后,在734nm处测定其吸光值。以Trolox标准溶液制备标曲,最终结果以TEAC(Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity)值表示,单位为μmolTrolox/g馒头,以当量的葡萄籽提取物作为对照。
具体测试结果见表2。

灵芝粉20-80份;
缬草粉20-80份;
柏子仁粉20-80份;
首乌藤粉20-80份;
小麦粉600-1000份。
2.一种养心安神小麦粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组份:
灵芝粉20-80份;
缬草粉20-80份;
柏子仁粉20-80份;
首乌藤粉20-80份;
小麦粉600-1000份;
抗老化植物提取物5-15份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的养心安神小麦粉,其特征在于:所述抗老化植物提取物为槟榔提取物和/或葡萄籽提取物。
