Claims (4)
- 채취한 산수유를 흐르는 물에 씻어 이물질을 제거하는 세척단계;상기 세척단계에서 세척된 산수유를 건조시킨 후 종자를 제거하는 종자제거단계;상기 종자제거단계에서 종자가 제거된 산수유를 곡주에 침지시켜 재우는 침지단계;상기 침지단계 후 산수유를 증제용기에 넣고 밀봉하여 물로 증탕하여 찌는 증숙단계;상기 증숙단계에서 찐 산수유를 건조시키는 건조단계;상기 건조단계 후 산수유를 저온 추출하여 산수유 농축액을 만드는 농축단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산수유를 이용한 건강보조식품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 농축단계 완료 후 농축된 상기 산수유 농축액을 동결건조시켜 얻어진 산수유 분말에 부형제를 첨가하여 환 형상으로 형성하는 제환단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산수유를 이용한 건강보조식품의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제환단계는 동결건조시켜 얻어진 상기 산수유 분말에 마 분말을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산수유를 이용한 건강보조식품의 제조방법.
