Abstract

本发明提供一种醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法。本发明包括(1)对需要染色的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行皂化改性处理;(2)对皂化改性处理后的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行活性染料染色;(3)再进行分散酸性染料染色;(4)染色后水洗。本发明首先对醋酸锦纶纤维长丝复合纱线所含醋酸纤维成份进行部分皂化改性,醋酸纤维改性后,采用活性染料,分散、酸性染料的2浴法染色工艺进行染色,运用该创新染色方法染出的醋酸锦纶纤维长丝复合纱线,其色泽艳丽、光泽优雅、染色鲜艳、染色牢度强,手感柔软滑爽。深色系耐皂洗牢度均可达4级以上。

醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,属于纺纱工艺技术领域。
背景技术:
醋酸纤维(Acetel)具有真丝一样的独特性能,纤维光泽及颜色鲜艳,悬垂性及手感优良。用其生产的针织面料手感滑爽、穿着舒适、吸湿透气、质地轻、回潮率低、不易起球、抗静电等优点,且无毒、无害,长期和皮肤接触不过敏。CA易湿,有很好的液体透过和优良的吸附性,穿着舒适、吸汗,但是当CA湿透时,也存在强度下降的缺点。可以用作混合肥或者焚烧,对环境无影响,二醋纺丝级醋酸纤维素:纺丝级产品是国际公认并且至今未找到可替代材料的无毒、无害的产品。但是,断裂强力低,尤其是吸湿后断裂强力可下降40%~50%左右,耐磨性差又是其存在的缺点。为了把醋酸纤维的优点充分发挥到极致,淡化和消除其存在的缺点,我们选择优质锦纶6网络高碳纤维与其配伍,首先通过网络复合,再根据纤度的不同及其体现的质感风格的不同,选取合理初、复捻配比,把2种差别化纤维的优点充分发挥出来。醋酸纤维适用于分散染料染色,分散染料可以同时对锦纶上染。但是其饱和值很低,染深色比较困难,色牢度极低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,首先对醋酸锦纶纤维长丝复合纱线所含醋酸纤维成份进行部分皂化改性,醋酸纤维改性后,采用活性染料,分散、酸性染料的2浴法染色工艺进行染色,运用该创新染色方法染出的醋酸锦纶纤维长丝复合纱线,其色泽艳丽、光泽优雅、染色鲜艳、染色牢度强,手感柔软滑爽。深色系耐皂洗牢度均可达4级以上。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,改方法包括如下步骤:
(1)对需要染色的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行皂化改性处理;
(2)对皂化改性处理后的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行活性染料染色;
(3)再进行分散酸性染料染色;
(4)染色后水洗。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,该方法还包括在活性染料染色之后进行中和并清洗的步骤。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,所述的中和采用冰醋酸进行中和到溶液的pH值为6.5—7.5。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,步骤(1)中所述的对需要染色的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行皂化改性处理的方法是:用纯碱5—10克/升调整溶液的pH值11—13,溶液温度为95—100℃下保温50—70分钟。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,所述的活性染料染色在pH值13—14的条件下进行。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,所述的活性染料染色的温度为95—100℃下保温50—70分钟。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,所述的酸性染料染色在pH值3—5的条件下进行。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,所述的酸性染料染色的温度为95—100℃下保温50—70分钟。
所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,所述的染色后水洗包括采用75—85℃ 的水洗 5—10分钟和室温水洗5—10分钟两步。

上述2种染色工艺,一种是创新皂化染色工艺;另一种是普通染色工艺。被染纱线均为同规格、同批号新型醋酸锦纶纤维长丝纱线;颜色均为咖啡色。染色后经耐皂洗牢度测试,创新皂化染色工艺染出的纱线耐皂洗牢度达到了4级以上;常规普通染色工艺染出的纱线其耐皂洗牢度在2-3级之间,耐皂洗牢度很低。数据表明,创新皂化染色工艺研发项目取得了圆满成功。

(1)对需要染色的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行皂化改性处理;
(2)对皂化改性处理后的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线进行活性染料染色;
(3)再进行分散酸性染料染色;
(4)染色后水洗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,其特征是:该方法还包括在活性染料染色之后进行中和并清洗的步骤。
3.根据权利要求2所述的醋酸锦纶纤维复合纱线皂化染色的方法,其特征是:所述的中和采用冰醋酸进行中和到溶液的pH值为6.5—7.5。
