Abstract

本发明涉及一种锦纶/氨纶混纺织物的染色方法。该方法包括:将锦纶/氨纶混纺织物前处理;然后同浴染色,染色过程中加入酸性染料、匀染剂和醋酸,调节pH,升温保温染色,降温后加入分散染料、分散剂和硫酸铵,调节pH,升温保温染色,降温,水洗;再固色。该方法利用酸性染料和分散染料一浴两步法染色,工艺简单,采用常规染色设备便可大规模投入生产。

一种锦纶/氨纶混纺织物的染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于织物染色方法领域,特别涉及一种锦纶/氨纶混纺织物的染色方法。
背景技术
尼龙具有优异的强力、耐磨性及柔软手感,是羽绒服、登山服、渔网等成品的最佳材料,常与其它纤维混纺或交织,它的特点如下:1.结实耐磨,锦纶织物是织物中耐磨性最优的一种,比其它纤维织物高很多;2.锦纶织物较轻,穿着舒适;3.弹性及其恢复、化学稳定性及吸湿性较好。
氨纶是聚氨酯类纤维,因其具有优异的弹力,故又名弹性纤维,在服装织物上得到了大量的应用。氨纶织物的主要特点为:1.弹性非常高,一般制品不使用100%的聚氨酯,多在织物中混用5~30%的比例,所得各种氨纶织物均具有15%~45%的舒适弹性;2.氨纶织物常以复合纱制成,即以氨纶为芯,用其它纤维做皮层制成包芯纱弹力织物,其对身体的适应性良好,很适合做紧身衣,无压迫感;3.氨纶弹力织物的外观风格及服用性能与所包覆外层纤维织物的同类产品接近。
采用锦纶与氨纶进行混纺织造经编针织网眼布面料是将锦纶/氨纶纱线按经编针织方法编织成网眼布,其耐磨、耐汗、结构较稀松、透气性、透湿性良好,孔眼结构增加透气性,同时使面料质地更加轻薄、柔软,提高了舒适性。由于锦纶和氨纶混纺面料的优异性能,目前,锦纶/氨纶混纺面料广泛应用于运动、休闲等多个行业,且需求量大。
在公开的报道中,有关锦纶/氨纶混纺织物一浴一步法或者两步法的报道不多,其中大部分涉及的是酸性染料对锦纶织物的染色探讨,由于锦纶/氨纶混纺纱线常以包芯纱的形式进行混纺,因此锦纶和氨纶混纺面料主要针对锦纶进行染色。目前,有关锦纶/氨纶混纺织物染色的专利主要有锦纶/氨纶混纺织物两步法(中国专利CN201711379546.2)、一种锦纶6织物一浴一步法(印染,2013,18,30~31)、一种高耐晒高耐汗渍牢度锦纶箱包材料的制备方法(中国专利CN 201310004738.0)。
中国专利201711379546.2公开了一种罗马布的制备方法,该方法包括:将预处理后的坯布放入染缸中加入低温型分散染料和相关助剂,常温升温至60℃,保温30~50min,再加入酸性染料和助剂,升温至90℃,保温20~30min,随后降温至40~50℃取出洗净。经固色后,其耐酸碱汗渍牢度均在4级以上。
侯峰的提高锦纶6汗渍色牢度运用传统的一浴一步法用弱酸性染料对锦纶6进行染色,第一次采用酸性固色剂RFX-1206 2%,固色温度85℃,保温30min;第二次采用FK-407固色剂2%,固色温度50℃,保温20min。二次固色后,明显提高锦纶6汗渍色牢度,碱汗渍色牢度能达到3~4级,酸汗渍色牢度能达到4级;摩擦色牢度无明显下降,达到3级以上。
中国专利CN201310004738.0公开了一种高耐晒高耐汗渍牢度锦纶箱包材料的制备方法,该方法采用分子量较大的弱酸性染料对锦纶织物进行浸染染色,在染色中加入匀染剂和耐光牢度增强剂,调节pH至弱酸性,在40~50℃放样,升温至100℃后保温30~45min,染色后织物具有高耐晒和高耐汗渍牢度。
总之,锦纶和氨纶混纺或交织织物在目前印染加工过程中存在的主要问题是生产效率低下,工艺流程较长,能源和染化料消耗大。故探索新的工艺如一浴一步法或一浴两步法对锦纶和氨纶混纺织物进行染色是很有意义的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种锦纶/氨纶混纺织物的染色方法,以克服现有技术中锦纶和氨纶混纺织物染色过程中耐日晒、耐水洗以及耐汗渍牢度低的缺陷。
本发明提供了一种锦纶/氨纶混纺织物的染色方法,包括:
(1)将锦纶/氨纶混纺织物浸轧碱液,水洗,焙烘,扩幅定型;
(2)将定型的织物进行同浴染色,在染浴中加入酸性染料1~2%o.w.f,匀染剂2~3g/L和醋酸2~3g/L,调节pH值至5~6,浴比1:8-1:20,常温以1~2℃/min升温至100℃,保温30~60min,降温至60~70℃,加入分散染料1~2%o.w.f,分散剂2~3g/L和硫酸铵2~3g/L,调节pH值至6~7,以1~2℃/min升温至100℃,保温20~30min,以1.5~2℃/min降温至40~50℃,取出水洗;
(3)将水洗后的织物置于阴离子固色剂溶液中进行固色。
所述步骤(1)中锦纶/氨纶混纺织物为锦纶/氨纶混纺高弹透气网眼布。
所述步骤(1)中碱液组分为:纯碱2~4g/L,保险粉0.4~0.6g/L,JFC 1~3g/L。
所述步骤(1)中浸轧的工艺参数为:二浸二轧,轧余率为70%~80%。
所述步骤(1)中焙烘温度为120~140℃,焙烘时间为2~3min。
所述步骤(2)中酸性染料为弱酸性艳蓝RAW、酸性大红、美佳尼尔系列(Meganyl L、Meganyl A、Meganyl M)、以及百丽伦系列(Prolon S)等常见锦纶用酸性染料;匀染剂为β-环糊精。
所述步骤(2)中分散染料为分散蓝2BLN、分散蓝SE-2R或分散红3B。
所述步骤(2)中分散剂为分散剂NNO。
所述步骤(3)中阴离子固色剂为DM-2539D。
所述步骤(3)中阴离子固色剂溶液中阴离子固色剂的质量百分数为1~3%。
所述步骤(3)中固色为一次固色或者二次固色。
所述一次固色温度为70~95℃,一次固色时间为30~50min。
所述二次固色为:第一次固色温度为70~95℃,第一次固色时间为30~50min,第二次固色温度为45~60℃,第二次固色时间为15-25min。
有益效果
(1)与传统包芯纱相比,本发明可以通过一浴二步法使锦纶和氨纶纱线交织混纺织物获得较优异的耐色洗牢度,无需通过将氨纶包裹在锦纶内的包芯处理这一复杂过程获得,减少了纱线处理步骤,生产更简易。
(2)本发明先用酸性染料对锦纶和氨纶混纺面料进行染色,由于酸性染料对氨纶的沾染作用使得染色后氨纶耐水洗和耐汗渍色牢度较低,降低了整体耐汗渍色牢度,利用分散染料对氨纶的上染性,再以分散染料对锦纶和氨纶混纺面料进行染色可提高面料的耐汗渍和耐水洗牢度。
(3)本发明采用阴离子固色剂DM-2539D,耐汗渍牢度优良。
(4)本发明利用酸性染料和分散染料一浴两步法染色,工艺简单,采用常规染色设备便可大规模投入生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
本发明的性能测试方法:耐汗渍牢度参照GB/T 3922-2013,耐水洗牢度参照GB3921-2008,耐日晒牢度参照GB/T 8427-2008。
中国专利CN2017113795462中,先加入分散染料,后加入酸性染料,锦纶会对部分分散染料进行吸附上染,染色产品存在日晒牢度低的问题。相比之下,本发明技术可更大程度提高耐日晒牢度,且不影响染色产品的耐水洗和耐汗渍牢度,能获得质量更高的产品。具体参见下面实施例中耐晒、耐水洗和耐汗渍牢度的结果。
实施例1
首先对上海景萱服装有限公司提供的锦纶和氨纶混纺织物进行前处理,采用二浸二轧,轧余率为70%,温度为90℃,时间为1h,浴比为1:10,前处理液组分为:纯碱3g/L、保险粉0.5g/L,JFC 2g/L。取出水洗,皂粉2g/L,130℃焙烘3min,扩幅定型。
其次配置染液:弱酸性艳蓝RAW 2%o.w.f,匀染剂β-环糊精3g/L,醋酸3g/L,pH调节至5~6,浴比1:10,常温投料,以2℃/min升温至100℃,保温60min,降温至60℃,在染浴中加入分散蓝2BLN 2%/o.w.f,分散剂NNO 3g/L,硫酸铵3g/L,pH调节至6~7,以2℃/min升温至100℃并保温30min,以2℃/min降温至50℃取出,水洗。
最后固色:将水洗后的织物置于阴离子固色剂DM-2539D溶液(阴离子固色剂DM-2539D的质量分数为2%)中,第一次固色温度80℃,固色30min;第二次固色温度50℃,固色20min,水洗,烘干,得到染色后的锦纶和氨纶混纺织物,测试性能(结果见表1)。

实施例2
根据实施例1,只进行一次固色,固色温度80℃,固色30min,其余均与实施例1相同,得到染色后的锦纶和氨纶混纺织物,测试性能(结果见表2)。

根据实施例1,将分散染料改为分散蓝SE-2R,其余均与实施例1相同,得到染色后的锦纶和氨纶混纺织物,测试性能(结果见表3)。

根据实施例1,将酸性染料改为酸性大红,将分散染料改为分散红3B,其余均与实施例1相同,得到染色后的锦纶和氨纶混纺织物,测试性能(结果见表4)。

对比例1
与中国专利CN2017113795462的实验例1不同之处在于,对比例在染色过程中第一染料为酸性染料,第二染料为低温型分散染料,其他实验条件和过程保持一致,将中国专利CN2017113795462中的样品命名为试验样品,将对比例中样品称为对照样品,得到染色后的锦纶和氨纶混纺织物,测试性能(结果见表5)。

对比例2
有关锦纶和氨纶混纺织物染色的论文(锦—氨纶弹性针织物的色牢度控制)中,有对锦纶氨纶混纺织物染色牢度进行探究,如表6所示。其中:
面料品种:纬编弹力布;
原料成分:69%锦纶(60D/68F)+31%氨纶(70D);
颜色:咖啡色。

与本发明相比,均采用弱酸性染料对混纺织物进行染色,但本发明后续加入了分散染料提高织物的耐水洗牢度,由原来的3级提高到3~4级。

Claims (7)

1.一种锦纶/氨纶混纺织物的染色方法,包括:
(1)将锦纶/氨纶混纺织物浸轧碱液,水洗,焙烘,扩幅定型;
(2)将定型的织物进行同浴染色,在染浴中加入酸性染料1~2%o.w.f,匀染剂2~3g/L和醋酸2~3g/L,调节pH值至5~6,浴比1:8-1:20,常温以1~2℃/min升温至100℃,保温30~60min,降温至60~70℃,加入分散染料1~2%o.w.f,分散剂2~3g/L和硫酸铵2~3g/L,调节pH值至6~7,以1~2℃/min升温至100℃,保温20~30min,以1.5~2℃/min降温至40~50℃,取出水洗;
(3)将水洗后的织物置于阴离子固色剂溶液中进行固色。
2.根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中碱液组分为:纯碱2~4g/L,保险粉0.4~0.6g/L,JFC 1~3g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中浸轧的工艺参数为:二浸二轧,轧余率为70%~80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中焙烘温度为120~140℃,焙烘时间为2~3min。
5.根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中阴离子固色剂为DM-2539D。
6.根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中阴离子固色剂溶液中阴离子固色剂的质量百分数为1~3%。
7.根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中固色为一次固色或者二次固色;所述一次固色温度为70~95℃,一次固色时间为30~50min,二次固色为:第一次固色温度为70~95℃,第一次固色时间为30~50min,第二次固色温度为45~60℃,第二次固色时间为15-25min。
