背景技术
柠檬酸铁,也叫做柠檬酸三铁,红褐色透明小薄片结晶,或结晶性粉末,不溶于乙醇,在冷水中慢慢溶解,在热水中很易溶解。柠檬酸铁是一种可食用的柠檬酸盐,常用作食品和饲料的添加剂或者酸味剂。柠檬酸铁在食品科学领域常用作食品铁质强化剂、营养增补剂;在医药领域,可以用作放射性医药品,用于检查铁代谢异常及造血功能;还可以用做饲料添加剂等。
现有的柠檬酸铁产品的制备及应用专利技术并不多。比如,申请号为CN2016103691034的发明涉及一种饲用柠檬酸铁的制备方法。将淀粉物质粉碎、调浆,酶解液化糖化、灭菌后,接入产柠檬酸菌种发酵后制得柠檬酸发酵液。将柠檬酸发酵液升温后,加氢氧化铁,再固液分离制得柠檬酸铁发酵液和菌体酸渣。将柠檬酸铁发酵液蒸发浓缩制得柠檬酸铁浓缩液。将糖渣湿基和菌体酸渣、饲料原料的一种或一种以上与干净水、石粉、复合菌种液和复合酶混合后,酶解发酵后,制得酵解饲料湿基。最后将酵解饲料湿基与柠檬酸铁浓缩液混合烘干后,制得饲料用柠檬酸铁。本发明制备的饲料用柠檬酸铁富含柠檬酸铁、乳酸、乳酸钙,具有吸收快、补铁效果好、适口性好等特点。

申请号CN2013105386808的发明公开了一种制备纳米柠檬酸铁脂质体的方法。(1)按照一定质量比称取大豆卵磷脂和胆固醇,将其溶于无水乙醇中;用PBS缓冲液配制柠檬酸铁溶液;(2)取一定体积柠檬酸铁溶液于烧杯中,置于40~60℃水浴中,边搅拌边滴加卵磷脂和胆固醇的混悬液,滴加完毕,继续搅拌,至乙醇完全挥发出去,将脂质体悬浮液水浴超声处理5~30min,得到乳黄色半透明脂质体悬浮液,避光透析4-5h,用滤膜过滤,置于棕色瓶中,4℃保存。本发明得到的纳米柠檬酸铁脂质体粒径规整、均一,稳定性好、包封率高,具有长效缓释性,滴鼻给药用于大鼠脑补铁,效果明显优于未经脂质体包封的柠檬酸铁。
通过调研发现,柠檬酸铁在食品、医药等领域具有非常广阔的应用前景,但有关柠檬酸铁的制备研究报道还不多,由于生产工艺用到氢氧化铁作为原料,如何获得高纯度的、具有高附加值的高品质柠檬酸铁产品,依然是一个具有挑战性的课题,非常值得企业去研究和探索。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出一种高纯度柠檬酸铁的制备方法,在生产过程中无任何工业污染产生,能耗低,获得的产品具有纯度高、分散性好、成本低廉等特点,本发明的工艺为食品科学领域提供了一种高品质的柠檬酸铁添加剂。
本发明提出的一种食品添加剂柠檬酸铁的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、是将一定量的氢氧化铁置于胶棉液制成的渗析袋内,渗析袋外面为柠檬酸水溶液,柠檬酸和氢氧化铁的摩尔比为1:1;
步骤二、是将整个装置再置于超声波分散器中,常温下超声反应10~60分钟;
步骤三、是加热浓缩后,加入少量柠檬酸铁晶核,冷却干燥,获得高纯度的柠檬酸铁产品。
作为优化:所述的超声波分散器的功率为50-300W。
有益效果:本发明具有如下优点:1、首次提出采用渗析袋束缚氢氧化铁原料的流动,并控制铁离子的释放,有效防止氢氧化铁原料混入产品影响产品品质,有助于生产出高纯度的柠檬酸铁产品;
2、本发明首次将超声波控制反应物传输工艺应用在柠檬酸铁产品的制备领域,不仅有利于体系的均匀分散,而且能够加速反应进度;
4、由于本方法采用浓缩冷结晶的方式,大大减少了晶体夹杂等造成纯度降低现象的发生,提高了产物的纯度,提高了产品的品质。
5、本发明采用的工艺过程无废水、固体废弃物等任何工业污染产生,属于绿色环保生产工艺,符合可持续发展要求。

实施例2

实施例3
将5.35g的氢氧化铁置于采用胶棉液制成的渗析袋中,密封出口后再将该渗析袋置于烧杯中。烧杯中含有10.50g一水柠檬酸配成的溶液,整个反应器置于超声波分散器中。将第一步制备的盛有氢氧化铁的渗析袋置于该反应器中,超声波的功率为200w,反应时间为60分钟。反应结束后,将反应体系蒸发,浓缩,加入晶种后结晶,干燥后,获得高纯度的柠檬酸铁产品。
对比例
将5.35g的氢氧化铁、10.50g一水柠檬酸配成的溶液,加入到同一个烧杯中,搅拌后,浓缩干燥,获得柠檬酸铁产品,产品的色泽及纯度均不如本发明方法制备的产品。
Claims (2)
1.一种食品添加剂柠檬酸铁的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、是将一定量的氢氧化铁置于胶棉液制成的渗析袋内,渗析袋外面为柠檬酸水溶液,柠檬酸和氢氧化铁的摩尔比为1:1;
步骤二、是将整个装置再置于超声波分散器中,常温下超声反应10~60分钟;
步骤三、是加热浓缩后,加入少量柠檬酸铁晶核,冷却干燥,获得高纯度的柠檬酸铁产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品添加剂柠檬酸铁的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的超声波分散器的功率为50-300W。
