本发明涉及一种左旋肉碱,尤其涉及一种左旋肉碱微囊粉及其制备方法。
左旋肉碱
(L-carnitine),又称L-肉碱,是一种促使脂肪转化为能量的类氨基酸,红色肉类是左旋肉碱的主要来源,对人体无毒副作用。左旋肉碱是脂肪代谢过程中的一种关键的物质,能够促进脂肪酸进入线粒体氧化分解。可以说左旋肉碱是转运脂肪酸的载体。在长时间大强度运动中,左旋肉碱提高了脂肪的氧化速率,减少了糖原的消耗,同时也延缓了疲劳,目前人们已把它应用于大众减肥、竞技运动员减脂抗疲劳,经多年观察,效果明显。目前左旋肉碱已应用于医药、保健和食品等领域,并已被瑞士、法国、美国和世界卫生组织规定为法定的多用途营养剂。我国于1996年正式将左旋肉碱列入营养强化剂,允许在饮料、乳饮料、饼干、乳粉中添加左旋肉碱。
但目前市场上很少有直接将纯左旋肉碱应用于这类产品中,这是因为纯左旋肉碱吸湿性太强易结块变质,人们一般是将其制作成左旋肉碱盐及其衍生物,如左旋肉碱酒石酸盐,左旋肉碱富马酸盐,左旋肉碱盐酸盐,乙酰左旋肉碱等。关于这方面的研究报告国内外也有很多,如中国专利(CN
1349976A)制备左旋肉碱酒石酸盐,中国专利(CN
101209975A)制备左旋肉碱富马酸钙,国际上的方法如美国专利(4,602,039左旋肉碱酒石酸盐),(5,703,376
左旋肉碱富马酸盐)。通过这些方法制备得到的左旋肉碱的衍生物相比于左旋肉碱,更加稳定,在运输、保持、使用过程中不易吸潮,但会有一些特征风味,同时产品中含有的左旋肉碱有效含量均偏低:左旋肉碱酒石酸盐约为55%,左旋肉碱富马酸盐约为58%,更重要的是将左旋肉碱制备成盐的过程涉及相关化学反应,需要用到相关化学试剂,在工业化生产中需要控制工艺,处理污水等相关质量环境因素,虽然最终能得到稳定性较好的左旋肉碱衍生物,但过程过于繁琐。
本发明采用制备微囊粉的方法,将纯左旋肉碱晶体通过喷雾干燥的方法,选择合适的包材将其制备成左旋肉碱微囊粉,可以有效包埋左旋肉碱,形成保护层,将左旋肉碱与外界环境隔绝,解决其吸湿性过强的问题,同时产品中左旋肉碱的有效含量在80%以上,远高于左旋肉碱盐类,整个过程简单,不涉及化学反应及污水处理,环境友好。
本发明的目的在于提供一种左旋肉碱微囊粉及其制备方法,可以明显改善左旋肉碱的强吸湿性,工艺更加简单、高效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的提供的左旋肉碱微囊粉,包括:包括左旋肉碱,麦芽糊精,阿拉伯胶,明胶,抗坏血酸钠,磷酸三钙。
其中,按质量百分比,所述左旋肉碱85%,麦芽糊精4%,阿拉伯胶4%,明胶5%,抗坏血酸钠1%,磷酸三钙1%。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的提供的左旋肉碱微囊粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取5%质量百分比的明胶,加入到水中,溶胀1小时左右,升温到45℃,搅拌,至明胶完全溶解,再加入4%质量百分比的阿拉伯胶与4%质量百分比的麦芽糊精到明胶溶液中,搅拌,使其溶解,最终得到包材溶液;
2)将85%质量百分比的左旋肉碱、1%质量百分比的抗坏血酸钠、1%质量百分比的磷酸三钙加入到所述包材溶液中,搅拌,使其充分溶解,混合均匀,得到包埋液;
3)将包埋液用喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,得到微囊化类左旋肉碱粉。
其中,所述喷雾干燥的条件为:进风口温度为160-190℃,出风口温度70-100℃,料液流速控制在5-30mL/s。
采用本方法制得的左旋肉碱微囊粉,包埋率大于90%,其大小为60目左右。
本发明的左旋肉碱微囊粉及其制备方法,将具有强吸水特性的左旋肉碱用包材进行包埋,有效隔绝了其与外界环境的联系,增强了其稳定性,与本领域现有技术相比,本发明简单、高效,不涉及制备左旋肉碱盐及其衍生物过程中所用的化学反应,带来的污水处理等问题,整个过程更加绿色环保。
为了更好的解释本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。下列实施例中所述的材料和试剂,如无特殊说明均可从商业途径获得,实施例中的“%”代表质量百分比。
微囊化左旋肉碱,以重量计,包括以下组份:
左旋肉碱纯品 85%
麦芽糊精 4% 阿拉伯胶 4%
明胶 5%
抗坏血酸钠 1%
磷酸三钙 1%
微囊化左旋肉碱,其制备工艺为:
首先,将50g明胶加入到1500g水中,溶胀1小时后,升温到45℃,搅拌使其完全溶解,再加入40g阿拉伯胶和40g麦芽糊精到溶液中,搅拌使其完全溶解,得到包材溶液。
其次,将850g左旋肉碱纯品,10g抗坏血酸钠和10g磷酸三钙依次加入到包材溶液中,充分搅拌使其混合均匀,得到包埋液。
最后,将包埋液用喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥条件为:进风口温度为170℃,出风口温度90℃,料液流速控制在10mL/s。

Claims (4)
- 一种左旋肉碱微囊粉,其特征在于,所述左旋肉碱微囊粉,包括左旋肉碱,麦芽糊精,阿拉伯胶,明胶,抗坏血酸钠,磷酸三钙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的左旋肉碱微囊粉,其特征在于,按质量百分比,所述左旋肉碱85%,麦芽糊精4%,阿拉伯胶4%,明胶5%,抗坏血酸钠1%,磷酸三钙1%。
- 一种左旋肉碱微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)称取5%质量百分比的明胶,加入到水中,溶胀1小时左右,升温到45℃,搅拌,至明胶完全溶解,再加入4%质量百分比的阿拉伯胶与4%质量百分比的麦芽糊精到明胶溶液中,搅拌,使其溶解,最终得到包材溶液;2)将85%质量百分比的左旋肉碱、1%质量百分比的抗坏血酸钠、1%质量百分比的磷酸三钙加入到所述包材溶液中,搅拌,使其充分溶解,混合均匀,得到包埋液;3)将包埋液用喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,得到微囊化类左旋肉碱粉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥的条件为:进风口温度为160-190℃,出风口温度70-100℃,料液流速控制在5-30mL/s。
