Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及车用窗玻璃的包边构造。
背景技术
已知如下车用的窗玻璃,其包括:设置在玻璃的周缘的树脂包边;出于装饰等目的设置在树脂包边的表面的金属包边。例如,日本特开2013-188967号公报公开的带包边的窗玻璃是在模具的腔室内配置了金属包边和玻璃板后,向腔室射出熔解的树脂并将金属包边、树脂包边和玻璃板一体化,从而形成的。
如上所述,在树脂包边的成型时,金属包边直接配置在模具内。因此,由于与模具的接触,在金属包边的外观设计面有可能产生损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够在制造过程中抑制在金属包边的外观设计面产生损伤的车用窗玻璃的包边构造。
为解决上述问题,根据本发明的第一形态,提供一种适用于车用窗玻璃的包边构造,所述车用窗玻璃具有:玻璃板;利用一体成型设置在玻璃板的周缘的树脂包边;以及设置于树脂包边的铸造件的金属包边。包边构造包括配设在树脂包边与金属包边之间并固定于树脂包边和金属包边的保持架。

具体实施方式
下面,参照图1~图5说明将本发明的车用窗玻璃的包边构造具体化的一个实施方式。在下面的说明中,“前”、“后”是指车辆的前后,“上”、“下”是指铅垂方向的上下。
如图1所示,车辆100包括前侧门200和后侧门300。另外,车辆100包括主要构成车身侧面的后部外板的侧梁外板110。在侧梁外板110固定有构成车用窗玻璃的后角窗400。后角窗400在其周缘具有包边。后角窗400形成为近似三角形。后角窗400的后侧角部弯曲为圆弧状。
如图2所示,后角窗400包括形成为近似三角形的板玻璃30、密封唇90、树脂包边40、金属包边50。密封唇90安装在板玻璃30的前部边缘部,并且与后侧门300的后缘部紧贴。树脂包边40利用一体成型设置在板玻璃30的周缘。金属包边50为了装饰树脂包边40,安装在树脂包边40的表面。树脂包边40由聚氯乙烯制成。树脂包边40也可以由氨酯树脂、硅树脂等其他树脂制成。
金属包边50是铸造件,利用将锌合金用作材料的注射成型制造。金属包边50的从车辆外侧所见的表面是外观设计面51。也可以由与铅合金不同的金属,例如铝合金、镁合金等金属来制造金属包边50。另外,也可以利用与注射成型不同的已知方法来铸造金属包边50。
金属包边50和树脂包边40经由设置在金属包边50与树脂包边40之间的保持架70互相固定。后角窗400具有金属包边50与树脂包边40经由保持架70被固定的多个固定部位K。保持架70由AES树脂等热塑性树脂制成。
如图3所示,保持架70包括板状的底座部71。在底座部71的中央形成有近似四边形的基座部74。在基座部74的中央形成从基座部74垂直突出的棒状的销部75。
在底座部71铸入有由不锈钢制成的平板状的金属板72。金属板72从位于基座部74两侧的底座部71的表面露出。因此,底座部71在基座部74的两侧具有金属板72的露出面76。在各露出面76的中央形成有将底座部71和金属板72贯通的作为第1贯通孔的贯通孔73。也可以由不锈钢以外的金属来形成金属板72。
如图4所示,树脂包边40包括:利用一体成型设置在板玻璃30的周缘的玻璃保持部41;在玻璃保持部41的上部形成的保持架固定部42。保持架70固定于保持架固定部42。玻璃保持部41由粘接剂800固定于侧梁外板110。
如图4和图5所示,在金属包边50的外观设计面51的背面53与保持架固定部42之间设置有空间80。空间80容纳保持架70的底座部71。
如图5所示,在每个固定部位K,棒状的两个突起部52从金属包边50的背面53突出。两个突起部52与金属包边50一体形成。突起部52从露出面76的背面侧插入到底座部71的贯通孔73。突起部52的端部从贯通孔73突出到露出面76的表面侧。在突起部52的端部进行利用热变形的铆接加工。由此,突起部52的端部铆接于金属板72。更具体而言,在突起部52的端部进行使用了旋转铆接机的旋转铆接。利用旋转铆接,保持架70的底座部71与金属包边50的背面53固定。在利用旋转铆接的铆接加工中,首先,将旋转的主轴抵压在突起部52的端部。接下来,利用与主轴的摩擦热,将突起部52的端部熔解。而且,使突起部52的端部变形为圆盘状、半球状等形状之后冷却,从而将突起部52的端部铆接。
在保持架固定部42形成有朝向保持架70的基座部74开口的作为第2贯通孔的贯通孔43。贯通孔43插入有筒状的衬套60。衬套60具有与衬套60的中心轴同轴的贯通孔62。衬套60在两开口端中与底座部71相反侧的开口端具有在衬套60的径向拓宽的凸缘61。
在衬套60的贯通孔62插入有保持架70的销部75。销部75从衬套60的两开口端中与凸缘61相反侧的开口端插入,从贯通孔62突出。在从贯通孔62突出的销部75的端部,进行利用热变形的铆接加工。由此,销部75的端部与衬套60的凸缘61铆接。更具体而言,在销部75的端部进行使用了热铆接机的热铆接。利用热铆接,保持架70的销部75与包括衬套60的保持架固定部42固定。热铆接也是已知的铆接加工方法。具体而言,首先,使用用加热器等加热的冲床等,将销部75的端部熔解。然后,使销部75的端部变形为圆盘状、半球状之后冷却,从而将销部75的端部铆接。此处,凸缘61的径向的尺寸比铆接加工之后的销部75的端部的径向的尺寸大。另外,衬套60由通过热铆接而高温化的销部75的端部接触也难以熔化的材料制成。
用于对突起部52的端部进行铆接的旋转铆接与用于对销部75的端部进行铆接的热铆接相比,在铆接加工时会产生较多发热量。因此,在本实施方式中,由金属形成的突起部52的端部的热变形使用旋转铆接。另一方面,由树脂形成的销部75比由金属形成的突起部52的熔点低。因此,若进行发热量多的旋转铆接,则不仅销部75的端部,而且整个销部75有可能熔解。因此,销部75的端部的铆接使用比旋转铆接发热量少的热铆接。
以上,根据说明的实施方式,能够得到以下的作用效果。
(1)保持架70的底座部71固定于金属包边50,保持架70的销部75固定于保持架固定部42。这样,具有保持架固定部42的树脂包边40与金属包边50经由保持架70互相固定。因此,可以用一体成型以外的方法来固定金属包边50与树脂包边40。即,在后角窗400的制造工序中,不需要将金属包边50配置在树脂包边40的模具内。因此,与在模具内配置金属包边之后将树脂包边成型来制造的以往的后角窗不同,在金属包边50的外观设计面51不会产生与模具接触导致的损伤。
(2)由于使用铸造件作为金属包边50,因此与将平板等进行冲压加工的金属包边相比,金属包边50的外观形状的设计的自由度提高。因此,能够提高金属包边50的外观设计性。
(3)根据以往的后角窗的制造工序,在树脂包边的模具内配置金属包边之后,向模具内流入熔解的高温树脂,从而利用一体成型将金属包边与树脂包边固定。在该情况下,由于配置在模具内的金属包边被高温的树脂加热比较长的时间,因此,容易高温化。因此,金属包边有可能产生热形变,而金属包边变形。关于这一点,根据本实施方式,由于没有利用一体成型将金属包边50与树脂包边40固定,因此,抑制熔解树脂导致的金属包边50的高温化。所以,能够抑制热形变导致的金属包边50的变形。
虽然在金属包边50的突起部52进行利用热变形的铆接加工,但铆接加工所导致的金属包边50的高温化是局部的,被限定为突起部52与突起部52的附近。另外,金属包边50局部地高温化的时间与利用一体成型将金属包边50与树脂包边40固定的情况相比,非常短。所以,即使在突起部52进行利用热变形的铆接加工,也能在突起部52抑制热形变导致的金属包边50的变形。
(4)考虑利用旋转铆接将金属包边50的突起部52直接铆接在树脂包边40。然而,在该情况下,若通过旋转铆接而熔解的突起部52的端部与树脂包边40接触,则树脂包边40有可能熔化并损伤。关于这一点,在本实施方式中,金属包边50的突起部52不是与树脂包边40铆接,而是与保持架70铆接。因此,能够抑制通过旋转铆接而熔解的突起部52的端部与树脂包边40接触而导致树脂包边40熔损。
(5)考虑利用热铆接将保持架70的销部75直接铆接在树脂包边40。然而,在该情况下,由于通过热铆接而熔解的销部75的端部与树脂包边40接触,树脂包边40有可能熔解并损伤。关于这一点,在本实施方式中,由于保持架70的销部75不与树脂包边40直接铆接,因此,与装在树脂包边40的保持架固定部42的衬套60的凸缘61铆接。因此,能够抑制通过热铆接而熔解的销部75的端部与树脂包边40接触而导致树脂包边40的熔损。
(6)在铆接金属包边50的突起部52的端部时,由于熔解的突起部52的端部与保持架70的树脂部分接触,保持架70的树脂部分有可能熔化并损伤。关于这一点,在本实施方式中,由于将突起部52的端部铆接在金属板72,因此,熔解的突起部52的端部不是与保持架70的树脂部分接触,而是与金属板72接触。这样由树脂形成的保持架70的与高温化的突起部52的端部接触的部位被金属板72保护。因此,能够抑制通过铆接加工而熔解的突起部52的端部与保持架70接触而导致保持架70的熔损。
(7)也可以不利用热变形,而是利用塑性变形将突起部52的端部铆接。但是,为了使突起部52的端部塑性变形,需要在突起部52的端部施加高按压力。在该情况下,在金属包边50中形成有突起部52的部位与突起部52以外的部位相比,会施加高压力。若对于金属包边50局部地施加高压力,则施加了高压力的部分有可能变形且外观设计面51形变。关于这一点,在本实施方式中,由于使突起部52的端部热变形,因此,在突起部52不会施加那么高的按压力。所以,在外观设计面51不会产生铆接加工引起的形变。
(8)也可以不利用热变形,而是利用塑性变形将销部75的端部铆接。但是,为了使销部75的端部塑性变形,需要在销部75的端部施加高按压力。在该情况下,若在销部75的端部施加高按压力,则保持架70会被金属包边50的背面53强力按压。因此,金属包边50有可能变形,外观设计面51有可能形变。关于这一点,在本实施方式中,由于使销部75的端部热变形,因此,在销部75不会施加那么高的按压力。所以,在外观设计面51不会产生铆接加工引起的形变。
上述实施方式也可以变更如下。
如果能够使突起部52热变形,那么也可以代替旋转铆接,在突起部52进行热铆接。另外,如果能够避免整个销部75的熔解,那么也可以代替热铆接,在销部75进行旋转铆接。
也可以用与旋转铆接、热铆接不同的方法,使突起部52的端部、销部75的端部热变形并进行铆接固定。
也可以省略衬套60,在保持架固定部42直接铆接销部75。在该情况下,能够得到上述(5)以外的作用效果。
也可以代替在保持架70浇铸金属板72,在位于基座部74两侧的底座部71的表面分别粘贴金属板72。
也可以从保持架70省略金属板72。在该情况下,能够得到上述(6)以外的作用效果。
在1个固定部位K,将金属包边50与保持架70固定的突起部52的数量、将树脂包边40与保持架70固定的销部75的数量也可以适当变更。
保持架70的形状也可以适当变更。
后角窗400为了进行车厢内的换气等可以开关。
本实施方式的包边构造除了车辆的后角窗400以外,也可以适用于设置在图1所示的车辆侧面的前方的前角窗500、挡风玻璃玻璃600、设置在车辆后面的后玻璃700。
Claims (6)
1.一种车用窗玻璃的包边构造,适用于车用窗玻璃,所述车用窗玻璃具有:玻璃板;树脂包边,该树脂包边利用一体成型设置在所述玻璃板的周缘;以及铸造件的金属包边,该金属包边设置于所述树脂包边,
所述包边构造包括保持架,所述保持架配设在所述树脂包边与所述金属包边之间并固定于所述树脂包边和所述金属包边。
2.如权利要求1所述的车用窗玻璃的包边构造,
所述保持架具有第1贯通孔和棒状的销部,
所述金属包边具有插入到所述第1贯通孔的突起部,
所述突起部具有在插入到所述第1贯通孔的状态下从所述第1贯通孔突出的端部,
所述树脂包边具有插入所述销部的第2贯通孔,
所述销部具有在插入到所述第2贯通孔的状态下从所述第2贯通孔突出的端部,
所述突起部的端部通过利用热变形的铆接加工被铆接于所述保持架,并且
所述销部的端部通过利用热变形的铆接加工被铆接于所述树脂包边。
3.如权利要求2所述的车用窗玻璃的包边构造,
所述保持架的材质是热塑性树脂,并且
在所述保持架的表面具有金属板,所述突起部的端部被铆接于该金属板。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的车用窗玻璃的包边构造,
还包括设置于所述树脂包边的衬套,
所述衬套具有:使所述销部插入的贯通孔;以及凸缘,所述销部的端部被铆接于该凸缘。
5.如权利要求2~4中的任一项所述的车用窗玻璃的包边构造,
所述突起部的端部通过旋转铆接被铆接于所述保持架。
6.如权利要求2~5中的任一项所述的车用窗玻璃的包边构造,
所述销部的端部通过热铆接被铆接于所述树脂包边。
