Abstract

沸水洗衣机设有一用于加热器的安全控制设 备。该安全控制设备包括一封闭接装在桶上的金属 托架。加热器接触着安装在托架顶上。在托架内侧 上面安装有最先检测加热器温度的热敏电阻,并安装 有在热敏电阻无法正常工作时用于控制加热器的恒 温器。在金属托架的边缘处安装一熔丝组件。该熔 丝在过多的热量经该金属托架传导时切断供电。加 热器则关上减少了着火的危险,因而使用户对洗衣机 的安全更具信心。

Description

本发明涉及一种装在用沸水或热水洗涤衣物的洗衣机内的安全控制系统,特别涉及一种具有熔丝组件在水加热器温度检测装置失灵时控制水加热器工作的沸水洗衣机的安全控制系统。
图1示出已有技术的具有加热器温度检测装置和洗涤水温度检测装置的沸水洗衣机的局部侧面立视图。用于使桶1中洗涤水沸腾的加热器2置于旋转筐7的外侧底面和桶1的内侧底面之间。加热器2的底面部分置于与安装在桶1内侧底面的金属托架3顶部的相接处。热敏电阻Th1和恒温器36安装在金属托架3顶端的内面,这样热敏电阻Th1和恒温器36不直接与桶1中洗涤水相接触但能检测加热器2的温度。这样,加热器2的工作是由热敏电阻Th1和恒温器36控制的。另外,另有一温度检测装置即热敏电阻6和恒温器37安装在桶1的内侧底面上而使其直接浸于桶2里的水中。热敏电阻6和恒温器37检测水温,因而加热器2的工作受到控制。在上述系统中,通过加热器温度检测装置即热敏电阻Th1和恒温器36的作用来防止加热器2的过热。并且在加热器温度检测装置不起作用时,水温检测装置即热敏电阻6和恒温器37起到切断向加热器供电的作用。从而防止加热器的过热。
但在上述系统中,当加热器温度检测装置失灵,水温检测装置需再过一段时间才能检测出水温正在变得过热。在这段时间耽误期间桶的内侧底面就会因安装在附近的加热器所发出的过多热量而变形。而且加热器的过热使洗衣机部件的着火可能性增大。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有熔丝阻件以解决沸水洗衣机中上述问题的安全控制系统。
本发明的另一目的在于在沸水洗衣机中提供一种安全控制系统以增强用户对减少着火风险的信心。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种当前两个加热器温度检测装置失灵,过多的热量经加热器支承件导入时会切断水加热器电流的沸水洗衣机的安全控制系统。
为达到上述目的,该安全控制系统包括一水平地安装于桶的内侧底面邻近处的加热器,和一安装在桶内并位于与加热器相接触处的金属加热器支承件。
该安全控制系统还包括:一最初(第一)加热器温度检测装置,安装在支承件的背面以控制加热器工作;和一第二加热器温度检测装置,安装在支承件的背面用来当最初(第一)加热器温度检测装置失灵的情况下控制加热器的工作。
安全控制系统进一步包括一安装在支承件背面的第三加热器温度检测装置,在第二加热器温度检测装置失灵的情况下通过测出经金属支承件传导的热量以控制加热器的工作。
图1示出根据已有技术将若干安全器件安装在桶的内侧底面上的说明例。
图2示出根据本发明安装若干安全器件的说明例。
图3是图2安全控制系统的熔丝组件的透视图。
如图2所示,安全控制系统包括一水平地安装在旋转筐外侧底面和桶的内侧底面之间的加热器2A。加热器2A靠“U”型夹具2B附着托架3A的顶部。托架3A呈帽状,且由黄铜制成以便有效地传导加热器2A的热量。在托架3A的垂直内壁处安装有最先检测加热器2A温度的热敏电阻Th1。热敏电阻Th1的检测头位于与托架3A的平顶部分3B的下表面邻近的位置,由环氧树脂模压制成。恒温器36A附着托架3A的平顶部分3B的中央下表面,这里最容易检测加热器2A的温度。在恒温器36A与托架3A之间可插入铝薄片以高效地传导加热器2A的热量。在托架3A的边缘3D的下表面安装有一熔丝组件4。该熔丝组件4具有一六边形的主体4A。熔丝(未示出)以与热敏电阻Th1相同方式由环氧树脂模压在主体4A中。如图3所示,引线与熔丝的每端相连,每一引线与凸出于主体4A的插脚41相连。该熔丝包含一达到预定温度就分离的热敏小球。该熔丝组件还有一在主体4A的一侧凸出地形成的加接板40。在加接板40的中央部分形成一加接孔40A,由螺栓50将熔丝组件4牢靠地安装到边缘3D上。
如上安装,安全控制系统工作如下:
当达到水沸腾方式的第一阶段时,加热器2A起动,并由热敏电阻Th1首先检测加热器2A的温度。热敏电阻Th1产生的信号被送到微机(未示出)以控制加热器2A的工作。然而在热敏电阻Th1无法正常工作的情况下,加热器2A继续起动因而加热器温度上升。升高的热量由恒温器36A检测。串接在加热器2A和电源间的恒温器36A一旦达到预定温度即暂时地断开电源。若恒温器36A失灵,则继续向加热器2A供电。过多的热量经金属托架3A的平顶部分3B、垂直内壁3C和边缘3D传导。这样,边缘3D的热量传导到熔丝组件4的主体4A。插入在埋置于熔丝中引线的二个端点间的固态热敏小球被熔化。由热敏小球相接的端部就分离,供给加热器2A的电源就被切断。
因此,如果热敏电阻和恒温器都失灵,至加热器的电流就被切断以防止桶的变形和洗衣机部件着火的可能性。该附加的安全特性提高了用户对沸水洗衣机的信心。

Claims (2)

1、一种沸水洗衣机的安全控制系统其特征在于包括:
水平地安装于桶的内侧底面邻近处的加热器;
安装在所述桶内并位于直接与所述加热器接触处的金属加热器支承件;
安装在所述支承件背面用于控制所述加热器工作的第一加热器温度检测装置;
安装在所述支承件背面用于在所述第一加热器温度检测装置失灵情况下控制所述加热器工作的第二加热器温度检测装置;
安装在所述支承件背面上用于在所述第二加热器温度检测装置失灵情况下控制所述加热器工作的第三加热器温度检测装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的沸水洗衣机的安全控制系统,其特征在于所述第一加热器温度检测装置包括热敏电阻,所述第二加热器温度检测装置包括恒温器,所述第三加热器温度检测装置包括熔丝。
