实施例1
一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉、阿胶、百合、黑枸杞、木瓜、鸡蛋壳微粉、红枣、乳矿物盐、葡萄糖酸锌、血红素铁、维生素C、维生素D、果汁粉和木糖醇。
其中,所述果汁粉选自苹果果汁粉、葡萄果汁粉、橙汁粉、柠檬果汁粉、菠萝果汁粉、水蜜桃果汁粉、椰子果汁粉、芒果果汁粉、荔枝果汁粉、草莓果汁粉、琵琶果汁粉中的一种或两种。
实施例2
一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉15份、阿胶5份、百合3份、黑枸杞5份、木瓜5份、鸡蛋壳微粉2份、红枣5份、乳矿物盐0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1份、血红素铁0.1份、维生素C0.1份、维生素D0.1份、果汁粉20份和木糖醇2份。
其中,果汁粉选自苹果果汁粉、葡萄果汁粉、橙汁粉、柠檬果汁粉、菠萝果汁粉、水蜜桃果汁粉、椰子果汁粉、芒果果汁粉、荔枝果汁粉、草莓果汁粉、琵琶果汁粉中的一种或两种。
实施例3
一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉20份、阿胶8份、百合5份、黑枸杞8份、木瓜9份、鸡蛋壳微粉3份、红枣8份、乳矿物盐1份、葡萄糖酸锌0.2份、血红素铁0.2份、维生素C0.2份、维生素D0.2份、果汁粉30份和木糖醇4份。
其中,果汁粉选自苹果果汁粉、葡萄果汁粉、橙汁粉、柠檬果汁粉、菠萝果汁粉、水蜜桃果汁粉、椰子果汁粉、芒果果汁粉、荔枝果汁粉、草莓果汁粉、琵琶果汁粉中的一种或两种。
实施例4
一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉18份、阿胶6份、百合4份、黑枸杞6份、木瓜7份、鸡蛋壳微粉2份、红枣5份、乳矿物盐0.6份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1份、血红素铁0.1份、维生素C0.1份、维生素D0.2份、果汁粉22份和木糖醇3份。
其中,果汁粉选自苹果果汁粉、葡萄果汁粉、橙汁粉、柠檬果汁粉、菠萝果汁粉、水蜜桃果汁粉、椰子果汁粉、芒果果汁粉、荔枝果汁粉、草莓果汁粉、琵琶果汁粉中的一种或两种。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述鸡蛋蛋白粉为选用3天以内的新鲜鸡蛋,使用全自动打蛋机进行自动清洗、消毒、风干,使蛋黄、蛋白自动分离,然后灭菌、喷雾干燥,在相对湿度25%以下,摄氏温度75度的室内加热18天所得的高凝胶性鸡蛋蛋白粉。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述鸡蛋壳微粉为采用新鲜鸡蛋壳,经过摄氏110度烘干、灭菌,使用超微粉碎机粉碎,细度在1250目以上所得的微粉。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述的一种含有生物钙的复合干粉使用V型粉体混合机,按照重量组份进行称量,然后通过上料机输入到V型粉体混合机内,混合20分钟,即得所述的含有生物钙的复合干粉。(6)自然冷却至待室温后,用100目筛网过滤,制得的酶解液,待用。

本发明的一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,鸡蛋蛋白粉吸收率高,风味保存完好,不添加任何香精,食味品质佳,易于吸收,易保存,食用方便。

1.一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉、阿胶、百合、黑枸杞、木瓜、鸡蛋壳微粉、红枣、乳矿物盐、葡萄糖酸锌、血红素铁、维生素C、维生素D、果汁粉和木糖醇。
2.一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于:所述果汁粉选自苹果果汁粉、葡萄果汁粉、橙汁粉、柠檬果汁粉、菠萝果汁粉、水蜜桃果汁粉、椰子果汁粉、芒果果汁粉、荔枝果汁粉、草莓果汁粉、琵琶果汁粉中的一种或两种。
3.一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于:以重量份计,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉15-20份、阿胶5-8份、百合3-5份、黑枸杞5-8份、木瓜5-9份、鸡蛋壳微粉2-3份、红枣5-8份、乳矿物盐0.5-1份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1-0.2份、血红素铁0.1-0.2份、维生素C0.1-0.2份、维生素D0.1-0.2份、果汁粉20-30份和木糖醇2-4份。
4.一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于:以重量份计,由以下组分组成:鸡蛋蛋白粉18份、阿胶6份、百合4份、黑枸杞6份、木瓜7份、鸡蛋壳微粉2份、红枣5份、乳矿物盐0.6份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1份、血红素铁0.1份、维生素C0.1份、维生素D0.2份、果汁粉22份和木糖醇3份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于:所述鸡蛋蛋白粉为选用3天以内的新鲜鸡蛋,使用全自动打蛋机进行自动清洗、消毒、风干,使蛋黄、蛋白自动分离,然后灭菌、喷雾干燥,在相对湿度25%以下,摄氏温度75度的室内加热18天所得的高凝胶性鸡蛋蛋白粉。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于:所述鸡蛋壳微粉为采用新鲜鸡蛋壳,经过摄氏110度烘干、灭菌,使用超微粉碎机粉碎,细度在1250目以上所得的微粉。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种含有生物钙的复合干粉,其特征在于:所述的一种含有生物钙的复合干粉使用V型粉体混合机,按照重量组份进行称量,然后通过上料机输入到V型粉体混合机内,混合20分钟,即得所述的含有生物钙的复合干粉。
