本发明涉及面条领域,尤其涉及到一种黄豆面条。
背景技术
面条是一种制作简单,食用方便,营养丰富,即可主食又可快餐的健康保健食品,早已为世界人民所接受与喜爱。但是目前市场上出售的面条花样少、口味单一平淡,传统的面条已经不能满足人们的需求。黄豆制品具有很好的保健功能,能够预防骨质疏松,提高机体的免疫力,预防便秘和心脑血管疾病,减肥和缓解更年期的作用。黄豆中植物蛋白含量极高,富含人体必需的各类氨基酸及多种微量元素,此外还含有可提高人体免疫力的亚油酸、低聚糖等物质,因此人们普遍喜欢食用以黄豆为原料制成的各类食品,面条正是其中一种广受欢迎的食品。可是,市面上的黄豆面条营养成分不高,商家在生产过程中比较注重口感和口味,对于保留其中的营养成分做得不够精细,无法满足人们追求保健养生的营养食品。
