背景技术
五味子始载于《神农本草经》,性温,味酸,含有多种化学成分,主要含有木质素、挥发油、多糖、有机酸、维生素等。五味子具有益气补肾、安神宁心、生津敛汗等功效,有镇咳和祛痰的作用,可用于缓解久咳虚喘,津伤口渴等症状。近年来研究表明五味子挥发油具有镇咳作用,其主要成分为萜类化合物,以倍半萜类为主。同时,五味子的酸性成分也具有祛痰和镇咳作用。目前,市场上销售的五味子润肺止咳饮品少,不能满足需求。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有润肺止咳功效的五味子饮品,其口感醇厚,回味绵长,并且不添加防腐剂,符合现代人的消费观念。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种营养保健五味子饮品的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按份数称取原料:五味子20-25份,百合20-25份,甘草8-10份,紫苏子15-20份,雪梨300-600份;
(2)将五味子加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液A;
(3)将百合加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液B;
(4)将甘草加入其质量20倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液C;
(5)将浸泡液A、浸泡液B、浸泡液C混合后,加热至95-100℃,恒温熬制40-50分钟,过滤得清液A、滤渣A;
(6)将滤渣A加入其质量5倍的纯净水,加热至95-100℃,恒温熬制20-30分钟,过滤得清液B、滤渣B;
(7)将滤渣B加入其质量5倍的纯净水,再加入紫苏子,加热至95-100℃,恒温熬制15-20分钟,过滤得清液C、滤渣C;由于紫苏子颗粒小,熬制过程中容易沉底糊锅,为防止药效降低,故只提取一次;
(8)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物Ⅰ;
(9)将雪梨去皮、去核、切块放入水提物Ⅰ中,加入冰糖5-10份,加热至95-100℃,煮15-20分钟,过滤制备得到营养保健五味子饮品;
(10)杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌条件为115-125℃下,恒温20-30分钟。
本发明加入的百合是重要的药食同源植物,中国应用百合治疗疾病已经有2000多年的历史。近年来研究发现药用百合植物的鳞茎中主要含有甾体皂苷、甾醇、酚酸、甘油酯、黄酮、苯丙素、生物碱和多糖等化学成分,百合具有广泛的药理作用,如止咳祛痰、镇静催眠、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等作用。百合既能养心肺之阴,又能清心肺之热,使用百合能协同五味子起到祛痰镇咳的作用。
甘草是蒙药里常用的蒙药材,在《蒙药学》中记载,具有润肺止咳,滋补,止吐,止咳,解毒等作用,同时甘草具有“协和诸药”的美誉。甘草中含有多种化学成分,其中甘草酸、甘草次酸及甘草的黄酮类化合物具有镇咳、祛痰、平喘的作用。使用甘草协同作用,增加本发明的镇咳功效。

本发明使用冰糖调节甜度,冰糖具有润肺、止咳、清痰、和去火的功效,能补充体内水分和糖分,具有补充体液、供给能量、补充血糖、强心利尿、解毒等作用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明制备的五味子饮品能够有效治久咳虚喘、燥咳(秋燥伤肺的咳嗽)。四种具有药食同源特性的五味子、百合、甘草、紫苏子协同作用,加入具有镇咳功效的雪梨调味,同时使用具有止咳去火作用的冰糖调节甜度,其口感醇厚,回味绵长,并且不添加防腐剂,符合现代人的消费观念,具有广阔的市场前景。
(2)本发明配方无任何添加剂,原材料五味子中含有的木质素和乙醇具有较好的抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、毛霉和曲霉具有较强的抑制作用。
(3)本发明的制备过程简单易行,所用设备均为常规设备,制备成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明,若无特殊说明,所用原料均市售可得。
实施例1
(1)按份数称取原料:五味子20份,百合20份,甘草8份,紫苏子15份,雪梨300份;
(2)将五味子加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液A;
(3)将百合加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液B;
(4)将甘草加入其质量20倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液C;
(5)将浸泡液A、浸泡液B、浸泡液C混合后,加热至95℃,恒温熬制40分钟,过滤得清液A、滤渣A;
(6)将滤渣A加入其质量5倍的纯净水,加热至95℃,恒温熬制20分钟,过滤得清液B、滤渣B;
(7)将滤渣B加入其质量5倍的纯净水,再加入紫苏子,加热至95℃,恒温熬制15分钟,过滤得清液C、滤渣C;
(8)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物Ⅰ;
(9)将雪梨去皮、去核、切块放入水提物Ⅰ中,加入冰糖5份,加热至95℃,煮15分钟,过滤制备得到营养保健五味子饮品,甜度为9.5wt%;
(10)杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌条件为115℃下,恒温20分钟。
实施例2
(1)按份数称取原料:五味子25份,百合25份,甘草10份,紫苏子20份,雪梨600份;
(2)将五味子加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液A;
(3)将百合加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液B;
(4)将甘草加入其质量20倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液C;
(5)将浸泡液A、浸泡液B、浸泡液C混合后,加热至95℃,恒温熬制40分钟,过滤得清液A、滤渣A;
(6)将滤渣A加入其质量5倍的纯净水,加热至100℃,恒温熬制20分钟,过滤得清液B、滤渣B;
(7)将滤渣B加入其质量5倍的纯净水,再加入紫苏子,加热至95℃,恒温熬制15分钟,过滤得清液C、滤渣C;
(8)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物Ⅰ;
(9)将雪梨去皮、去核、切块放入水提物Ⅰ中,加入冰糖10份,加热至95℃,煮15分钟,过滤制备得到营养保健五味子饮品,甜度为9.5wt%;
(10)杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌条件为115℃下,恒温20分钟。
实施例3
(1)按份数称取原料:五味子25份,百合25份,甘草8份,紫苏子20份,雪梨600份;
(2)将五味子加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液A;
(3)将百合加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液B;

(6)将滤渣A加入其质量5倍的纯净水,加热至100℃,恒温熬制20分钟,过滤得清液B、滤渣B;
(7)将滤渣B加入其质量5倍的纯净水,再加入紫苏子,加热至95℃,恒温熬制15分钟,过滤得清液C、滤渣C;
(8)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物Ⅰ;
(9)将雪梨去皮、去核、切块放入水提物Ⅰ中,加入冰糖10份,加热至95℃,煮15分钟,过滤制备得到营养保健五味子饮品,甜度为9.5wt%;
(10)杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌条件为115℃下,恒温20分钟。
对实施例1-3制备五味子饮品进行感官评定,结果如下表1:

由上表1可知,本产品为红棕色,色泽均匀且无杂质,草药香气协调适合大众口味,酸甜适中,口感醇厚,回味绵长。符合大众对饮品口感的需求。
Claims (2)
1.一种营养保健五味子饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按份数称取原料:五味子20-25份,百合20-25份,甘草8-10份,紫苏子15-20份,雪梨300-600份;
(2)将五味子加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液A;
(3)将百合加入其质量10倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液B;
(4)将甘草加入其质量20倍的25℃纯净水浸泡15分钟,得到浸泡液C;
(5)将浸泡液A、浸泡液B、浸泡液C混合后,加热至95-100℃,恒温熬制40-50分钟,过滤得清液A、滤渣A;
(6)将滤渣A加入其质量5倍的纯净水,加热至95-100℃,恒温熬制20-30分钟,过滤得清液B、滤渣B;
(7)将滤渣B加入其质量5倍的纯净水,再加入紫苏子,加热至95-100℃,恒温熬制15-20分钟,过滤得清液C、滤渣C;
(8)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物Ⅰ;
(9)将雪梨去皮、去核、切块放入水提物Ⅰ中,加入冰糖5-10份,加热至95-100℃,煮15-20分钟,过滤制备得到营养保健五味子饮品;
(10)杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌条件为115-125℃下,恒温20-30分钟。
2.如权利要求1所述的营养保健五味子饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,制备得到的营养保健五味子饮品的甜度为9.8wt%。
