背景技术
全民健身运动正在火热进行中,而在运动健身增强体质的同时也会产生运动性疲劳,高强度运动更会导致生理机能和运动能力的下降,对筋骨及脏腑的影响极大,损耗大量的精气和能量。合理的补充运动型饮料可为运动人群提供能量,保证身体机能正常运转,还有助于剧烈运动后的体能恢复,减轻运动性疲劳的程度或延缓其发生。面对市场上多数勾兑的运动饮料,含糖量高,使用多种添加剂,不适合糖尿病人及大众人群饮用。大众迫切需要一款通过天然产物之间的科学合理配比来缓解运动疲劳,改善身体机能,维持血糖平衡,并快速补充电解质的运动功能性饮料。
发明内容
为满足运动后疲劳人群特别是糖尿病人群恢复体力的需要,本发明提供一种含多种中草药成分的运动饮料。本发明的技术方案如下:一种天然中草药运动饮料,由如下质量份数的原料制成:
人参8-12份,玫瑰茄6-10份,甘草3-6份,熟地黄6-9份,金银花1-4份,干姜1-3份,枸杞10-20份,食盐1-3份;
所述天然中草药运动饮料的制备方法如下:
(1)清洗上述原料;
(2)将人参与干姜放入同一容器中,加入其总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液A;
(3)向玫瑰茄中加入其总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液B;
(4)将甘草3-6份,熟地黄6-9份,金银花1-4份,枸杞10-20份放入同一容器中,加入其总重量40倍的清水,得到浸泡液C;
(5)将浸泡液A加热至沸腾后持续加热15分钟取出干姜,继续加热30-50分钟,过滤得到清液A;
(6)将浸泡液B加热至沸腾后,持续加热30-50分钟,过滤得到清液B;
(7)将浸泡液C加热至沸腾后,继续加热30分钟后,过滤得清液C;
(8)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物;(9)向水提物中加入食盐、甜味剂搅拌均匀;
(10)采用超高温瞬时灭菌进行灌装;
所述天然中草药运动饮料的甜度占饮料总重量的3.5-4.5%。
作为优选的,所述原料的质量份数如下:人参10份,玫瑰茄8份,甘草5份,熟地黄8份,金银花3份,干姜2份,枸杞15份,食盐2份。

进一步的,所述超高温瞬时灭菌的条件为在140℃下,灭菌10秒。
进一步的,所述步骤(9)为向水提物中加入食盐后搅拌均匀后,再加入甜味剂搅拌均匀。因为食盐有很强的渗透结合能力,所以食盐在补充电解质的同时,会形成味觉上的对比效应,会使甜味更醇厚,进而可减少用糖量。人参是本发明天然运动型饮料中的重要原材料。人参性平,味甘、微苦,微温,归脾、肺、心、肾经,其中含有维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、烟酸、泛酸、烟酰胺等多种维生素,可补充运动时流失的维生素,具有大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血的功效。人参能促进睾酮的分泌,还可增强SOD的活性来消除自由基。人参有促使蛋白质、DNA、RNA的生物合成的作用,从而具有促进机体组织损伤修复的作用;提高心肌工作能力,对有氧代谢,无氧代谢均有良好的影响,在安静状态下能促使肌肉和肝脏中糖原的合成。在运动时能提高糖代谢,满足机体对能量的需要,能提高肌肉中无氧氧化酶和有氧氧化酶的活性,特别适合添加于运动饮料中。人参皂苷Rg1能节省糖原利用,促进其他能源物质代谢,以维持血糖浓度。
本发明加入的甘草具有“协和诸药,使之不争;解百药毒”的美誉,据《本经》记载,甘草主治五脏六腑寒热邪气,坚筋骨,长肌肉,倍气力,解毒。久服轻身延年。现代药理研究指出,甘草解毒的有效成分为甘草甜素,甘草甜素有肾上腺皮质激素抗应激反应,减少毒性及燥性物质吸收,提高肌体对此类物质的耐受力。使用甘草在本发明中可缓解部分人群使用人参燥热之感,并使本配方中各药材更好的发挥药效。
本发明中玫瑰茄具有丰富的药用价值和保健作用,玫瑰茄含有丰富的蛋白质、有机酸、多种氨基酸、大量的天然色素及矿物质,其中维生素C、接骨木三糖苷、柠檬酸等营养成份,有益于调节和平衡血脂,增进钙质吸收,促进消化,降低血压,清凉利水的功效。有利于运动后的营养补充。玫瑰茄在本发明中的使用的另一作用在于可掩盖其他草药的清苦口感,易于大众接受。
本发明中所用的金银花久服轻身,延年益寿,其中含环己六醇、黄酮类、肌醇、皂甙及鞣质等;熟地黄可滋阴补血,益精填髓,抗脂质过氧化,可增加红细胞的生成,增加氧运能力,对有氧耐力有良好的作用,特别适合添加于运动型饮料中;枸杞,主五内邪气,热中消渴,周避风湿。久服,坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑(《本经》)。多用于滋阴益气,扶正固本增强肌体免疫功能,提高DNA分子的修复功能,对抗遗传物质的损伤,延缓衰老,抗脂质过氧化的作用。
在本发明中干姜回阳通脉,温中散寒,通四肢关节,开五脏六腑,用于调节运动后产生的脾胃虚寒的症状。干姜中的姜辣素和姜烯酚等刺激性物质能够掩盖人参所带有的土腥味道,改善人参用于饮料中的口感。
运动员在训练中排汗量不断增加,体内水分和盐分伴有丢失,电解质失衡,稳定性受到破坏。血浆渗透压增高,细胞内液往细胞外液渗透造成细胞失水,这些使机体内部环境的稳定性发生变化,协调机能出现紊乱、效率降低,因而容易出现疲劳。本发明中加入适量食用盐来补充运动所流失的盐分,而本发明中各味中草药中富含丰富的微量元素,玫瑰茄中钾含量就达到0.112mg/g,足够补充运动后流失的电解质,无需再另外使用食品添加剂。
本发明的优势在于,使用低聚糖调节甜度。低聚糖是保持体力的一种重要营养成分,能够在短时间内迅速补充糖原,可延长供能时间,增强肌体耐力,抗疲劳等功能,人体经过重大体力消耗和长时间的剧烈运动后容易出现脱水,消耗能源储备,血糖降低,体温升高,肌肉神经传导受影响,脑功能紊乱等一系列生理变化和症状。而食用低聚异麦芽糖后,不仅能保持血糖水平,减少血乳酸的产生,而且不改变胰岛素水平,人体实验证明,使用低聚糖后耐力和功能力可增加30%以上,功效非常明显。低聚糖很难或不会被人体消化吸收,因此,它所提供的能量值很低或根本没有,还可供糖尿病人、肥胖病人食用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。本发明所应用的化学试剂以及仪器如未经特别说明,均可从商业渠道购买。
实施例1
(1)分别称取人参800克,玫瑰茄600克,甘草300克,熟地黄600克,金银花100克,干姜100克,枸杞1000克,食盐100克。
(2)按重量称取各药材后清洗。
(3)将人参与干姜(干姜装入纱包中)放入同一容器中,加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液A。
(4)向玫瑰茄中加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液B。
(5)将其他几味药材放入同一容器中,加入总重量40倍的清水,得到浸泡液C。
(6)将浸泡液A加热至沸腾后15分钟取出干姜,继续加热40分钟,过滤得到清液A。
(7)将浸泡液B加热至沸腾后,持续加热40分钟,过滤得到清液B。
(8)将浸泡液C加热至沸腾后,继续加热30分钟后,过滤得清液C。
(9)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物。
(10)向水提物中加入称好的食食盐搅拌均匀。
(11)加入低聚异麦芽糖溶解于水提物中,甜度为4wt%。
(12)140℃超高温瞬时灭菌10s,无菌条件下热罐装。冷却后检验得到成品。
实施例2
(1)分别称取人参1200克,玫瑰茄1000克,甘草600克,熟地黄900克,金银花400克,干姜300克,枸杞2000克,食盐300克。
(2)按重量称取各药材后清洗。
(3)将人参与干姜(干姜装入纱包中)放入同一容器中,加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液A。
(4)向玫瑰茄中加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液B。
(5)将其他几味药材放入同一容器中,加入总重量40倍的清水,得到浸泡液C。
(6)将浸泡液A加热至沸腾后15分钟取出干姜,继续加热30分钟,过滤得到清液A。
(7)将浸泡液B加热至沸腾后,持续加热30分钟,过滤得到清液B。

实施例3

(2)按重量称取各药材后清洗。
(3)将人参与干姜(干姜装入纱包中)放入同一容器中,加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液A。
(4)向玫瑰茄中加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液B。
(5)将其他几味药材放入同一容器中,加入总重量40倍的清水,得到浸泡液C。
(6)将浸泡液A加热至沸腾后15分钟取出干姜,继续加热40分钟,过滤得到清液A。
(7)将浸泡液B加热至沸腾后,持续加热50分钟,过滤得到清液B。
(8)将浸泡液C加热至沸腾后,继续加热30分钟后,过滤得清液C。
(9)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物。
(10)向水提物中加入称好的食食盐搅拌均匀。
(11)加入低聚异麦芽糖溶解于水提物中,甜度为3.8wt%。
(12)140℃超高温瞬时灭菌10s,无菌条件下热罐装。冷却后检验得到成品。
实施例4
(1)分别称取人参1000克,玫瑰茄1000克,甘草600克,熟地黄800克,金银花200克,枸杞2000克,食盐100克。
(2)按重量称取各药材后清洗。
(3)称取人参加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液A。
(4)向玫瑰茄中加入总重量50倍的清水浸泡一小时,得到浸泡液B。
(5)将其他几味药材放入同一容器中,加入总重量40倍的清水,得到浸泡液C。
(6)将浸泡液A加热至沸腾后,继续加热30-50分钟,过滤得到清液A。
(7)将浸泡液C加热至沸腾后,继续加热30分钟后过滤得清液C。
(8)将浸泡液B加热至沸腾后,持续加热30-50分钟,过滤得到清液B。
(9)将清液A、清液B、清液C混合均匀后再次过滤,得到水提物。
(10)向水提物中加入称好的食食盐搅拌均匀。
(11)加入低聚异麦芽糖溶解于水提物中,甜度为4.5wt%。
(12)140℃超高温瞬时灭菌10s,无菌条件下热罐装。冷却后检验得到成品。
对实施例1-4所制备的饮料进行感官评定,结果如下:
由上表可知本产品色泽透明,呈均匀的红棕色,草药香气协调适合大众口味,酸甜适宜,不会形成甜味食品的尾酸口感。由实施例4的感官评定结果可知未加干姜与人参同煮会带有人参的土腥味道,口感不适合大众饮用,由此可见干姜的加入确实能够掩盖人参的土腥气味。

1.一种天然中草药运动饮料,其特征在于,由如下质量份数的原料制成:
人参8-12份,玫瑰茄6-10份,甘草3-6份,熟地黄6-9份,金银花1-4份,干姜1-3份,枸杞10-20份,食盐1-3份;
所述天然中草药运动饮料的制备方法如下:
(1)清洗上述原料;

3.如权利要求1所述的天然中草药运动饮料,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为低聚异麦芽糖。
4.如权利要求1所述的天然中草药运动饮料,其特征在于,所述天然中草药运动饮料的甜度占饮料总重量的4%。
5.如权利要求1所述的天然中草药运动饮料,其特征在于,所述超高温瞬时灭菌的条件为在140℃下,灭菌10秒。
6.如权利要求1所述的天然中草药运动饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(9)为向水提物中加入食盐后搅拌均匀后,再加入甜味剂搅拌均匀。
