背景技术
广义的疲劳包括身体疲劳、脑力疲劳、心理疲劳和混合型疲劳。中医于《黄帝内经·素问》、《素问·举痛论》、《金匮玉函要略辑义》等古籍中已有关于疲劳的相关记载,其中主要将疲劳归于肝功能主导、疲劳损耗元气。疲劳的产生机制十分复杂,近现代相关研究认为引起疲劳的原因主要归结于以下三种:1、能源物质消耗;2、代谢产物大量积累;3、体内外环境改变、内分泌紊乱、血糖下降、ATP减少等,该原因会造成中枢神经系统的冲动不能够产生或者不能够足够的维持冲动给肌肉以满足运动所需,是工作时肌肉疲劳的主要原因。
据世界卫生组织(WHO)的调查结果显示全球人口中健康人群仅占5%,病人占20%,而75%的绝大多数的人群是处于健康和病态之间的亚健康状态。据调查显示我国亚健康人群约占总人口的60%一70%。经相关研究发现,疲劳是亚健康中最常见的症状之一,在亚健康人群中占40%以上,也是最影响亚健康人群生活质量的原因之一。据世界卫生组织调查,全球约有35%以上的人处于疲劳状态,尤其是中年男性人群疲劳状态者高达60%-75%。伴随着社会发展,疲劳已经成为越来越不容忽视的成为现代人普遍具有的问题,相关医学研究表明长期疲劳会引起人对工作、学习产生厌倦和抵触的情绪,人际关系障碍及同时伴有多个系统的症状,如头痛、头晕、咽痛、肌肉关节疼痛、厌食、恶心、盗汗等,并且常有入睡困难、睡眠中经常觉醒、白天嗜睡等表现。伴随着人们对疲劳问题的关注,巨大的抗疲劳保健品需求油然而生。
目前市面上的抗疲劳保健品大致分为三类,其中主要以前两类为主。
一、第一类是各类功能性饮料,其主要功能为抗运动疲劳。1982年在第五届国际运动生化会议上,将运动性疲劳的定义作了统一,认为运动性疲劳是:“机体生理过程不能持续其机能在一定水平或和各器官不能维持预定的运动强度。
以功能性饮料为例,以罐为单位其配方组成为:
牛磺酸125mg、赖氨酸50mg、咖啡因50mg、肌醇50mg、维生素B61mg、维生素B123ug、烟酰胺10mg。
牛磺酸125mg、赖氨酸50mg、肌醇50mg、咖啡因50mg、维生素PP10mg、维生素B61mg、维生素B123ug。
对上述两者配方进行归纳可得;两者共有成分为牛磺酸、赖氨酸、咖啡因、维生素。其实现抗运动疲劳的功能主要通过下列机制进行;
1、牛磺酸
牛磺酸是人体条件必需氨基酸,它的主要生物学作用是能够维护膜结构的稳定和调节渗透平衡,对细胞膜的脂质过氧化反应具有防止作用,是重要的细胞保护剂。运动时自由基的生成增多与运动能力降低关系最为密切的表现是自由基使体内各种器官的生物膜中发生了脂质过氧化反应。牛磺酸作为运动营养补剂,可以直接发挥其抗氧化功能,也可通过提高体内抗氧化酶系统的活力来增强机体的抗氧化能力,保护细胞膜免受自由基的攻击,从而能增强机体的运动能力。牛磺酸能有效调节多种原因所致的Ca2+稳态失调,是一种良好的内源性Ca2+稳定调节剂。运动性疲劳时出现的脂质过氧化、Ca2+稳态失调、能量代谢紊乱以及生物膜损伤之间具有紧密的联系,而牛磺酸对上述诸过程均有良好作用。
2、咖啡因
咖啡因作用于腺苷受体延缓疲劳,其中具体可以表现为咖啡因增加脂肪分解,节约糖原以延缓疲劳、通过调节Ca2+浓度增加肌肉收缩效能、通过降低对努力感知而延缓疲劳。同时咖啡因可促使血液中肾上腺素明显增加,从而加快心率,增加血流量,提高氧输送能力,促使三羧酸循环得以顺利进行,保证能量不断得到补充。
3、维生素
由于维生素参与机体的各种代谢,缺乏和不足时均可对运动能力产生不利的影响,可使做功输出量降低,易发生运动性疲劳等。综合性补充比单一性补充好。
4、糖
是运动时肌肉的主要能源物质,在体内的来源有血糖、肌糖原和肝糖原。在长时间运动过程中,体内的能量供应,血糖浓度的维持主要靠肌糖原和肝糖原的解。在运动前增加体内碳水化合物的摄入量,可以增加肌肉对糖的摄取利用,减少肝糖原的分解,从而节省肌糖原和肝糖原,达到提高运动能力,延缓疲劳出现,预防运动外伤等作用。
运动饮料的糖类以葡萄糖、蔗糖以及低聚糖多种糖源复配较好。除了减轻胰岛素反应外,还可以调整渗透压、改善风味,激发人体多种糖源吸收途径,促进糖和水分的吸收利用。
5、电解质
离子代谢在运动性疲劳的作用越来越受到人们的重视,运动时离子代谢紊乱可导致运动性骨骼肌疲劳。
但研究表明,咖啡因虽然可以提高人的警觉性、灵敏度以及注意力,但是,长期大量服用,可能会出现咖啡碱中毒,症状与焦虑症类似,并且咖啡因对于骨质疏松症或者髋关节骨折的发生可能有一定的负面影响,尤其是对于钙摄入量偏低的人群,易造成骨质流失。长期大量服用功能性饮料可能导致成瘾,甚至出现一些精神障碍。同时功能性饮料中的钠等元素还可能增加机体负担,造成心脏负荷加大,血压升高等负面影响。所以,此类功能性饮料并不适宜有高血压和心脏病的人群。
二、第二类抗疲劳保健品以现有研究较多的具有抗疲劳植物活性成分为主组成。其中主要有以下几种植物:
1、人参
人参(PanaxginsengC.A.Meyer)为五加科人参属多年生草本植物。现代药理研究发现,人参含有多种化学成分,主要有人参皂苷、参多糖、多肽、脂肪酸、氨基酸、聚乙炔醇类等。近年来,国内外多中心动物和临床实验研究均证实人参有抗疲劳的作用,人参抗疲劳物质基础被认为主要是人参皂苷,关于人参皂苷抗疲劳作用机理相关研究,分别从抗自由基、调节糖代谢、减少乳酸堆积、抗中枢神经递质紊乱等多个角度进行了相关阐述。
2、黄精
黄精(Polygonatumsibiricum)为百合科黄精属植物黄精的根茎,具有补脾,润肺生津的作用。其根茎中含有多糖、黄酮和微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg等多种成分,其中主要成分黄精多糖具有多种生物学功能和生物活性,在抗菌、抗氧化、抗疲劳等方面具有作用。
3、红景天
红景天为景天科红景天属(RhodiolaL)多年生草本或亚灌木植物,主要活性成分是红景天甙及其甙元酪醇,另外还有酚类、黄酮类以及香豆素类、有机酸、微量元素等。大量研究表明,红景天有降低耗氧速率,增加运动耐力,增强糖原储备,改善心脑等重要脏器的有氧代谢过程,显著提高肝、心肌糖原的含量及提高动物心、肺组织中心钠素水平,从而减轻因缺氧导致的脏器损害。
4、沙棘
沙棘(HippophaerhamnoidesL.)是胡颓子科沙棘属(HippophaeL.)的落叶灌木或小乔木,又名醋柳、酸刺。沙棘是我国卫生部1988年颁布的药食两用的植物之一,它含有多种生理活性物质,其中检出维生素14种、有机酸和单糖类12种、氨基酸和酰氨类22种、脂肪酸7种、脂类32种、酚类和黄酮类30种、蛋白质4种、微量元素29种。
研究表明,沙棘具有良好的耐缺氧、降低心肌氧耗、抗氧化等功能,还具有增强免疫能力以及辅助性降血脂等功效。
5、蒺藜
《中国药典》记载为蒺藜科植物蒺藜(Tribu-lusterrestrisL.)的干燥成熟果实,别名刺蒺藜、硬蒺藜、白蒺藜,具“平肝解郁,活血祛风,明目,止痒。用于头痛眩晕,胸胁胀痛,乳闭乳痈,目赤翳障,风疹瘙痒”之功效。主要含有皂甙类、黄酮类、生物碱、多糖类等化合物,其它尚含甾醇类、氨基酸类、萜类、脂肪酸、无机盐等成分。
蒺藜提取物可以延长大鼠跑台至力竭时间,具有抗疲劳作用;其抗疲劳作用可能与其增加糖原含量,升高血睾酮的水平有关。
此类保健品主要依托现代科技发展,发掘传统药用植物中的活性成分,阐明活性成分在人体内作用机制,达到抗疲劳的保健效果,但此类保健品存在以下几方面问题。其一为此类活性物质目前多从天然植物中提取,且如人参、黄精之类的传统名贵中药存在野生资源匮乏,人工种植产量有限且存在农残重金属污染等一系列风险。其二为此类保健品多需一定服用周期才能出现较为明显的改善效果。其三为其作用成分多单一,适用人群或产品效果有限。
三、在中医理论指导下通过合理配伍得到的中药配方在抗疲劳保健品方面的应用。
中医认为疲劳型亚健康主要病机为脾虚肝郁兼有心虚,脾主肌肉四肢,脾虚则身体疲劳无力;肝调畅气机、调畅神志,肝郁则情绪容易烦躁或压抑;心主神志为五脏六腑之大主,心虚则头脑昏沉,思维混乱,记忆欠佳。故中医在治疗疲劳时主要治疗方针为疏肝解郁,健脾益气。但因为实际环境及情况影响,传统医学在抗疲劳保健品药品领域未见较大建树。
根据中医学理论.慢性疲劳综合征的发病原因是由于先天不足、劳逸失度、起居失常、饮食不当、情恋不遂、居处不镇、年老体衰等因素.引起机体阴阳失衡、气血失调、脏腑功能失和所致。常见症候有肝气郁结证、肝郁脾虚证、心脾两虚证、肝肾阴虚证、肺脾气虚证、脾虚湿阻证、肝郁化火证、痰热内扰证,主要病位在肝、脾、肾三脏。
常见临床表现可以分为以下几类
①以疲劳、或睡眠紊乱、或疼痛等躯体症状表现为主;
②以抑郁寡欢,或焦躁不安、急躁易怒、或恐惧胆怯、或短期记忆力下降、注意力不能集中等精神心理症状表现为主;
③以人际交往频率减低、或人际关系紧张等社会适应能力下降表现为主;
目前西药尚无被认为能有效治疗CFS的化学成分或药物,只能缓解部分症状,改善功能状态,且不少药物存在不良反应。
中医采取中药内治慢性疲劳综合征手段丰富、不少文献表明其效果上佳;。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗疲劳保健品及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前的抗疲劳保健品,在人体长期服用下,会使得人体产生不良反应,且针对心理疲劳、脑力疲劳方面有所忽略,并且见效慢,制备条件复杂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗疲劳保健品,所述抗疲劳保健品包含以下原料:麦芽、大枣、枸杞子、山药、薄荷、绿茶和添加料。
优选的,所述添加料为油松节甘松、黄芪。
优选的,所述添加料为菊花、银耳、黄芪。
优选的,所述添加料为菊花、银耳、肉桂。
优选的,所述添加料为菊花、银耳、人参。
优选的,所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由黄芪1-10份、1-10份油松节与1-5份甘松构成的添加料。

本发明提供另一种技术方案是提供一种抗疲劳保健品的制备方法,所述抗疲劳保健品的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一:当选用黄芪、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,选取优质的麦芽、大枣、黄芪、枸杞子、山药、银耳、菊花抢洗加入干重8-12倍清水置入提取容器提前浸润12h;另将上佳的薄荷、绿茶洗净,加干重4-6倍的清水另取容器置入提前浸润2h;
步骤二:将麦芽等药材煎煮1.5h后加入提前浸润好的薄荷、绿茶,共煎0.5h,过滤得第一遍药液,药渣加入于第一次提取等量的清水复煎1-2次,每次2-3h,合并药液过滤;
步骤三:将上述药液在沸腾状态下浓缩至清膏;
步骤四:趁热加入清膏质量2-3倍麦芽糖或1-2倍的蜂蜜,不断搅拌至药液呈糊膏状,拉起挂旗或滴水成珠即可;
步骤五:所述步骤三的判断标准为取桑皮纸或草纸药液滴于其上边缘无水迹;
步骤六:当选用油松节、甘松、黄芪当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的银耳替代为油松节、菊花替换为甘松即可;
当选用肉桂、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的黄芪替代为肉桂即可;
当选用人参、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的黄芪替代为人参即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该抗疲劳保健品及其制备方法,基于中医理论指导组配而成,具有主要成分选自药食两用药材无毒副作用,适用人群广泛,见效快效果良好,制备简单等优势,健脾益气之功效对于多种因素引起的疲劳均有良好的治疗缓解效果,兼有扶正固本之功效,其药性温和适合长期服用;
本方选用甘松、油松节、黄芪时,方中甘松、麦芽、大枣补脾养血与黄芪合用共奏益气养血之功;甘松、薄荷、麦芽、绿茶四药合用起到醒脾养神,疏肝解郁之功效;油松节、大枣、枸杞子、山药四药联用起到养后天之本补先天之本功效;上方结合清补不泻、气血同养、脾胃同济,以达益气养血,解淤抗病之功;
若采用银耳、菊花、黄芪,则为方中麦芽、大枣补脾养血与黄芪合用共奏益气养血之功;菊花、薄荷、麦芽、绿茶四药合用起到醒脾养神,疏肝解郁之功效;银耳、大枣、枸杞子、山药四药联用起到养后天之本补先天之本功效;
若采用银耳、菊花、肉桂,则为方中麦芽、大枣补脾养血,合用共奏益气养血之功;菊花、薄荷、麦芽、绿茶四药合用起到醒脾养神,疏肝解郁之功效;银耳、大枣、枸杞子、山药四药联用起到养后天之本补先天之本功效,灌中焦以养五脏合余药以开其志,清其窍,共凑醒神抗疲之功;肉桂与上述药材结合达到引火归元、补火助阳,化精为气,化气为神之功效;
若采用银耳、菊花、人参,则为方中麦芽、大枣补脾养血与人参合用共奏益气养血之功;菊花、薄荷、麦芽、绿茶四药合用起到醒脾养神,疏肝解郁之功效;银耳、大枣、枸杞子、山药四药联用起到养后天之本补先天之本功效,灌中焦以养五脏合余药以开其志,清其窍,共凑醒神抗疲之功。
1.本方案中采用有薄荷,薄荷油是薄荷中的主要化学成分,薄荷新鲜叶含0.8%-1%挥发油,干茎叶中含1.3%-2%挥发油,以及酚类化合物、氨基酸、各种微量元素和其他非挥发性成分,而薄荷挥发油中主要成分为左旋薄荷醇(Mentho1),其含量为62%一87%,还含左旋薄荷、异薄荷酮、胡薄荷酮等60多种倍半萜挥发性成分,通过内服少量薄荷油可通过兴奋人中枢神经,使皮肤毛细血管扩张,促进汗腺分泌,增加散热,有发汗解热作用,同时能够抗早孕、抗着床、抑制子宫收缩、抗真菌、抗病毒;而非挥发性成分具有保肝利胆及抗肿瘤、乌发、抗氧化作用;
同时薄荷为唇形科植物薄荷(MenthahaplocalyxBriq.)的干燥地上部分,味辛,性凉,入肺、肝经,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气,为传统药食两用植物,研究表明,薄荷中含有以薄荷脑、薄荷醇为主的挥发性成分及以黄酮、蒽醌、有机酸类等酚类化合物、氨基酸微量元素等组合而成的非挥发性成分,药理研究表明非挥发性成分中的薄荷黄酮具有良好的抗疲劳作用;
2.本方案中采用有大枣,大枣的成分比较复杂,时至今日,从大枣中进行先后分离得到三萜类、皂苷类、生物碱类、黄酮类、糖苷类、核苷类、糖类、蛋白质、氨基酸类、维生素类、酰胺类、有机酸类、甾体类等化学成分,大枣还具有多重药理活性及保健作用,主要表现在有增加白细胞内cAMP的作用,抗变态反应,对神经的抑制作用,对肝脏的保护作用,增强肌力作用,抗癌抗突变抗脂质过氧化作用等,临床用于治疗过敏性紫癜、非血小板减少性紫癜、内痔出血、慢性萎缩性胃炎、溃疡病、泻痢、小儿哮喘和皮肤癌等疾病;
同时大枣为鼠李科植物枣(ZiziphusjujubeMill.)的干燥成熟果实,秋季果实成熟时采收,晒干,甘,温,归脾、胃、心经,补中益气,养血安神,用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁,我国大枣种质资源十分丰富,占世界总量的98%以上,是传统药食同源品种,大枣含有丰富的多糖、纤维素、果糖等糖类物质、有机酸及其酯类物质、皂苷类物质、黄酮类物质、维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸、矿质元素等多种化学成分,现代研究表明,大枣具有促进免疫、抗氧化、保肝降脂、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,多项研究证明大枣具有抗疲劳作用,其中大枣多糖被证明具有抗疲劳及抗肝损伤作用;
3.本方案中采用有甘松,甘松内含有萜类、黄酮类、香豆素和木脂素类、挥发油,此外还有糖类、无机素及其他类化学成分,甘松具有清热、解毒、消炎的功效,同时甘松有抗癫痫、抗惊厥、抗抑郁、抗疟、抑菌、抗炎、抗心律失常、抗氧化、抗焦虑、改善血糖代谢等作用;
同时甘松为败酱科植物甘松(NardostachysjatamansiDC.)的干燥根及根茎,味辛、甘,性温,归脾、胃经,理气止痛,开郁醒脾,外用祛湿消肿,甘松化学成分的研究目前已有报道,包括多糖、有机酸、黄酮类、苯丙素类、萜类、挥发油等,主要成分是萜类和挥发油,具有抗抑郁、抗心律失常、影响黑斑产生、保护神经元、诱导神经干细胞选择性表达等药理作用;
4.本方案中采用有枸杞子,枸杞子是一种中草药,性甘平,其药理作用为补肾养阴,治虚劳消渴;
同时枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞(LyciumbarbarumL.)的干燥成熟果实,是传统药食两用补益中药,性平,味甘,归肝、肾经,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效,现代研究表明枸杞子中含有丰富的枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、枸杞色素等物质,其中枸杞多糖具有加强人体及动物免疫力、抗衰老能力、预防肿瘤、抗疲劳、预防辐射、护肝养肝等作用,枸杞色素对抗氧化有很重要的作用,许多临床和药理学实验研究表明了枸杞子具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗疲劳等作用;
5、本方案中采用有黄芪,黄芪中11种活性成分,包括毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花苷、芒柄花素、异黄烷、紫檀烷6种黄酮类成分,黄芪皂苷I、II、III、IV4种皂苷类成分及蔗糖,黄芪主要涉及一氧化氮的生物合成、过氧化氢反应、棕色脂肪细胞分化的正调节、活性氧代谢等生物过程,通过调节癌症通路,FoxO、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)-蛋白激酶B(Akt)、低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、Ca2+信号通路、氧化应激反应等来发挥抗疲劳作用;
同时黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪(Astragalusmembranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao)或膜荚黄芪(Astragalusmembranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.)的干燥根,春、秋二季采挖,除去须根和根头,晒干,甘,微温,归肺、脾经,黄芪作为我国传统药食同源补益药被《神农本草经》列为上品,传统中医认为黄芪是补气良药,素有“十药八芪”之称,黄芪具有补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹等功效,常用于食少便溏,中气下陷,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,内热消渴等,黄芪中主要成分包括黄酮类、皂苷类、糖类、有机酸类、氨基酸类等,文献研究表明黄芪具有显著的抗疲劳、抗炎、抗免疫等作用,其中现代药理学研究表明有研究表明,黄芪皂苷明显提高运动性疲劳大鼠骨骼肌的过氧化物酶(POD)水平、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,降低乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量,具有保护运动性疲劳大鼠肌组织的作用,黄芪中黄酮类成分与一些其他类成分(包含皂苷类)指纹图谱色谱峰对抗疲劳呈增强作用,黄芪多糖可延长小鼠负重力竭游泳时间,降低机体血乳酸的积累,增加肝糖原的储备,起到延缓疲劳发生/提高运动能力的作用,能提高小鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,具有抗氧化损伤作用,能保护运动诱导的氧化应激
6、本方案中采用有菊花,菊花中有效成分包括挥发油、氨基酸、黄酮类及微量维生素B等,药理学研究表明菊花有抗病原体的作用,在体外对革兰氏阳性细菌、人型结核杆菌有些抑制作用,菊花还可以增强毛细血管抵抗力,抑制毛细血管的通透性而有抗炎作用;
同时菊花为菊科植物菊(ChrysanthemummorifoliumRamat.)的干燥头状花序,药材按产地和加工方法不同,分为“亳菊”、“滁菊”、“贡菊”、“杭菊”、“怀菊”,甘、苦,微寒,归肺、肝经,具有散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒,用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花,疮痈肿毒,李时珍《本草纲目》道:菊能利五脉,调四肢,治头风热补;为药食两用品种;现代药理研究表明:菊花富含挥发油、黄酮类,此外还含有绿原酸、多糖、酚类、脂肪酸及微量元素等多种生理活性物质,另据相关实验表明菊花提取物具有抗疲劳、抗衰老作用;
7、本方案中采用有绿茶,绿茶提取物是对抗无氧运动疲劳最有效物质,绿茶提取物能有效减轻无氧运动后运动员身体的疲劳状态,同时能使运动员身体迅速恢复至正常状态,保证了良好的运动成绩和运动员身体的健康,同时这种物质是无毒性、无兴奋剂成分的,能够控制血清水平、减缓自由基代谢、保护骨骼肌和保护肾脏等;
同时绿茶为中国主要茶类之一,是传统药食同源品种之一,含有的茶多酚、儿茶素、叶绿素、咖啡碱、氨基酸、维生素等营养成分,众多研究表明,绿茶具有调节糖脂代谢、改善心血管疾病、抗癌、抗氧化等多重功效,同时现代药理研究也证明了绿茶具有良好的抗疲劳及有效减轻无氧运动后人身体的疲劳状态,同时帮助能使身体迅速恢复至正常状态功效,茶多酚是决定茶叶色、香、味及功效的主要成分,占茶叶干重的20%~30%,相关研究表明了茶多酚具有良好的抗运动疲劳作用;

9、本方案中采用有山药,特别是铁棍山药,其中富含丰富的多糖,是一种重要的活性物质,山药多糖是山药中的主要活性成分,主要由甘露糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,具有较为丰富的药理活性;

10、本方案中采用有银耳,银耳是一种食用茵,具有补脾开胃、滋阴润肺等功效,银耳多糖作为其主要的活性成分之一,具有广泛的药理作用,例如免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖血脂等;
同时银耳为银耳(TremellafuciformisBerk,TF),又称雪耳、白木耳,属于担子菌纲银耳科,是治疗虚弱和衰老的滋补药,入肺、胃、肾三经,具有滋阴补肺、养胃生津、补肾益精、安神定志之效,银耳作为传统的食用菌,有“菌中之冠”的美称,被视为一种名贵的滋补佳品于明清之际为宫廷延年益寿之贡品,银耳中含有蛋白质、脂肪和17种氨基酸、矿物质,现代药理学对银耳的研究证明银耳多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降糖调脂、抗辐射、抗病毒等多种作用;
11、本方案中采用有油松节,油松节的内部挥发油带有特殊的香味,且油松节有利于进行活血止痛,有利于抗疲劳使用;
同时油松节为松科植物油松(PinustabulieformisCarr.)或马尾松(PinusmassonianaLamb.)的干燥瘤状节或分枝节,全年均可采收,锯取后阴干,味苦、辛,性温,入肝、肾经,具祛风除湿、通络止痛之功效。
12、本方案中采用有人参,人参我国传统的滋补养生名贵药食同源药材,具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津养血、安神益智等功效。现代药理研究发现,人参含有多种化学成分,要有人参皂苷、参多糖、多肽、脂肪酸、氨基酸、聚乙炔醇类等
人参(PanaxginsengC.A.Meyer)为五加科人参属多年生草本植物。现代药理研究发现,人参含有多种化学成分,要有人参皂苷、参多糖、多肽、脂肪酸、氨基酸、聚乙炔醇类。等近年来,国内外多中心动物和临床实验研究均证实人参有抗疲劳的作用,且人参具有同时治疗物理疲劳、术后疲劳、精神疲劳等多种疲劳的功效。物质基础认为主要是人参皂苷,关于人参皂苷抗疲劳作用机理研究,分别从抗自由基、调节糖代谢、减少乳酸堆积、抗中枢神经递质紊乱等多个角度进行了相关阐述。
13、本方案中采用有肉桂,肉桂为我国传统药食两用药材,肉桂的基本成分有:肉桂油、肉桂多糖、肉桂多酚、肉桂黄酮及其他成分。其中,肉桂油是肉桂的主要成分,肉桂油中主要化学成分以芳香醛类、芳香酯类、脂肪酸类和萜类化合物为主。
肉桂为樟科植物肉桂(CinnamomumcassiaPresl)的干燥树皮,多于秋季剥取,阴干。归肾、脾、心、肝经。味辛、甘,性大热。具有补火助阳,引火归元,散寒止痛,温经通脉之功效。相关动物实验表明,肉桂酸能够显著提高实验动物的运动能力,且肉桂还具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、调节内分泌及基础代谢、保护心血管、抗氧化等多种药理作用。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗疲劳保健品,抗疲劳保健品包含以下原料:麦芽、大枣、枸杞子、山药、薄荷、绿茶和添加料。
本发明进一步的,添加料为油松节、甘松、黄芪。
本发明进一步的,添加料为菊花、银耳、黄芪。
本发明进一步的,添加料为菊花、银耳、肉桂。
本发明进一步的,添加料为菊花、银耳、人参。
本发明进一步的,抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由黄芪1-10份、1-10份油松节与1-5份甘松构成的添加料。
本发明进一步的,抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由黄芪1-10份、1-5份菊花和0.1-5份银耳构成的添加料。

本发明提供另一种技术方案是提供一种抗疲劳保健品的制备方法,抗疲劳保健品的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一:当选用黄芪、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,选取优质的麦芽、大枣、黄芪、枸杞子、山药、银耳、菊花抢洗加入干重8-12倍清水置入提取容器提前浸润12h;另将上佳的薄荷、绿茶洗净,加干重4-6倍的清水另取容器置入提前浸润2h;
步骤二:将麦芽等药材煎煮1.5h后加入提前浸润好的薄荷、绿茶,共煎0.5h,过滤得第一遍药液,药渣加入于第一次提取等量的清水复煎1-2次,每次2-3h,合并药液过滤;
步骤三:将上述药液在沸腾状态下浓缩至清膏;
步骤四:趁热加入清膏质量2-3倍麦芽糖或1-2倍的蜂蜜,不断搅拌至药液呈糊膏状,拉起挂旗或滴水成珠即可;
步骤五:步骤三的判断标准为取桑皮纸或草纸药液滴于其上边缘无水迹;
步骤六:当选用油松节、甘松、黄芪当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的银耳替代为油松节、菊花替换为甘松即可;
当选用肉桂、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的黄芪替代为肉桂即可;
当选用人参、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的黄芪替代为人参即可。
此上,配方可以制备而成的不同剂型,如口服液、片剂、胶囊剂、膏剂、颗粒剂、丸剂、粉末剂、溶液剂等作为一种保健品、食品或药品进行使用。
实施例:
选取临床以疲劳为主诉的受试者120例,男65例,女55例,最大年龄47岁,最小年龄20岁,平均年龄30.2岁,病程3个月-1.5年;
参考《亚健康临床指南》排除其他引起疲劳的疾病后,随机分为四组,每组30人。
两组受试者分别口服(甘松、油松节、黄芪/菊花、银耳、黄芪/菊花、银耳、肉桂/菊花、银耳、人参)四组中药配方熬制而成的膏滋,每次15g,开水冲服,连续服用15d。疗程结束后按照下叙标准对疗效进行评价;
治愈:疲劳及其他并发症状基本消失;
显著疗效;疲劳及其他并发症部分消失且其余得到有效缓解;
有效;疲劳及其并发症有效缓解但并未消失;
无效;对比服药前症状没有明显改善;
实验结果如下:
服用甘松、油松节、黄芪等组方药物:治愈20人,显著疗效6人,有效4人,无无效病例;
服用银耳、白菊花、黄芪等组方药物;治愈18人,显著疗效7人,有效5人,无无效案例。
服用银耳、白菊花、肉桂等组方药物;治愈17人,显著疗效7人,有效6人,无无效案例
服用银耳、白菊花、人参等组方药物;治愈22人,显著疗效7人,有效1人,无无效案例

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述添加料为菊花、银耳、黄芪。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述添加料为菊花、银耳、肉桂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述添加料为菊花、银耳、人参。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由黄芪1-10份、1-10份油松节与1-5份甘松构成的添加料。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由黄芪1-10份、1-5份菊花和0.1-5份银耳构成的添加料。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由肉桂0.1-5份、1-5份菊花和0.1-5份银耳构成的添加料。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽1-20份、大枣1-20份、枸杞子1-5份、山药1-5份、薄荷1-5份、绿茶1-5份和由人参1-10份、1-5份菊花和0.1-5份银耳构成的添加料。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽18份、大枣8份、枸杞子3份、山药2份、薄荷2份、绿茶1份、黄芪6份、甘松2.4份、油松节0.6份。
11.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽18份、大枣8份、枸杞子3份、山药2份、薄荷2份、绿茶1份、黄芪6份、银耳0.6份、菊花2份。
12.根据权利要求8所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽18份、大枣8份、枸杞子3份、山药2份、薄荷2份、绿茶1份、肉桂0.2份、银耳0.6份、菊花2份。
13.根据权利要求9所述的一种抗疲劳保健品,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品由以下重量配比组成:麦芽18份、大枣8份、枸杞子3份、山药2份、薄荷2份、绿茶1份、人参6份、银耳0.6份、菊花2份。
14.一种抗疲劳保健品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗疲劳保健品的制备方法包含以下步骤:
步骤一:当选用黄芪、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,选取优质的麦芽、大枣、黄芪、枸杞子、山药、银耳、菊花抢洗加入干重8-12倍清水置入提取容器提前浸润12h;另将上佳的薄荷、绿茶洗净,加干重4-6倍的清水另取容器置入提前浸润2h;
步骤二:将麦芽等药材煎煮1.5h后加入提前浸润好的薄荷、绿茶,共煎0.5h,过滤得第一遍药液,药渣加入于第一次提取等量的清水复煎1-2次,每次2-3h,合并药液过滤;
步骤三:将上述药液在沸腾状态下浓缩至清膏;
步骤四:趁热加入清膏质量2-3倍麦芽糖或1-2倍的蜂蜜,不断搅拌至药液呈糊膏状,拉起挂旗或滴水成珠即可;
步骤五:所述步骤三的判断标准为取桑皮纸或草纸药液滴于其上边缘无水迹;
步骤六:当选用油松节、甘松、黄芪当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的银耳替代为油松节、菊花替换为甘松即可;
当选用肉桂、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的黄芪替代为肉桂即可;
当选用人参、菊花、银耳当做添加料进行制备时,将上述步骤一至步骤四中的黄芪替代为人参即可。
