Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗疲劳膏滋。它包括黄精、杜仲雄花、人参、茯苓、枸杞子、山药、芡实、陈皮、覆盆子、肉桂、黄秋葵、玛卡粉、茶叶、阿胶、蜂蜜;所述黄精的用量为1~20重量份、杜仲雄花1~20重量份、人参1~10重量份、茯苓1~20重量份、枸杞子1~15重量份、山药1~35重量份、芡实1~20重量份、陈皮1~15重量份、覆盆子1~15重量份、肉桂1~10重量份、黄秋葵1~20重量份、玛卡粉1~20重量份、茶叶1~15重量份、阿胶1~10重量份、蜂蜜30‑80重量份。具有增强免疫,改善疲劳的优点。本发明还公开了制备一种抗疲劳膏滋的方法。

背景技术
疲劳已成为当今人们关注的热点问题之一,是当以肌肉活动为主的体力活动和以精神和思维活动为主的脑力活动经过一段时间或达到一定程度时,出现活动能力下降的现象,表现为疲倦或肌肉酸痛或全身无力;疲劳即机体生理过程不能将其技能持续在一特定水平或各器官不能维持其预定的运动强度;总体表现为:运动能力的快速降低,包括力量和做功无法达到目的水平;疲劳的本质是一种生理性的改变,经过适当的休息便可恢复或减轻的疲劳的分类包括体力抗疲劳、精神疲劳、病理疲劳、轻度疲劳、过度紧张、过度疲劳等;还有一种疲劳不能通过休息得到缓解,并伴有头痛、咽喉痛、肌肉管接头、记忆力下降、注意力不集中等症状,并且反复发作,持续时间大于6个月,称为慢性疲劳(chronic fatiguesyndrome,CFS)。
心里因素影响是产生CFS的重要原因之一,其次是病毒感染因素,疲劳毒素包括乳酸、氨、氧自由基,过氧化脂质、脂褐等,此外,免疫功能失调、遗传因素也会引起慢性疲劳;疲劳对脑组织有损害,轻则出现犯困、头昏、记忆力下降;长期慢性毒害,可又发脑神经细胞凋亡;疲劳对心血管系统有损害,从而出现胸闷、气短、心慌、导致动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、脑血管硬化,心、脑血管以外可以致命;疲劳对免疫系统有损害,导致T细胞功能下降、白细胞介素、α-干扰素等免疫因子生成减少,自然杀伤细胞的数目和活性都有所下降;此外,疲劳对泌尿系统、肌肉组织、皮肤和肝脏都有一定的损害。
膏滋又称煎膏剂,为我国习用的一类膏状口服剂型;膏滋以滋补为主,兼有缓慢的治疗作用,且因含有蔗糖,蜂蜜而味美可口,为病者所乐用。
黄精(学名:Polygonatum sibiricum),又名:鸡头黄精、黄鸡菜、笔管菜、爪子参、老虎姜、鸡爪参;为黄精属植物,根茎横走,圆柱状,结节膨大;叶轮生,无柄;为药用植物,能补脾,润肺生津;黄精主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)抗病原微生物作用:体外试验表明、黄精水提出液(1:320)对伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、抗酸杆菌有抑制作用,2%黄精在沙氏培养基内对常见致病真菌有不同程度的抑制作用;(2)调节血糖作用:兔灌胃黄精浸膏,其血糖含量渐次增高,然后降低;黄精浸膏对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显着抑制作用;(3)抗疲劳作用:黄精煎剂17.67%浓度0.3ml/只腹腔注射,可延长小鼠游泳时间;(4)抗氧化作用:黄精煎液20%浓度,13ml/只喂饮,连续27天,使小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,心肌脂褐质含量降低;(5)延缓衰老作用:黄精煎剂,20%浓度浸泡桑叶喂养家蚕,有延长家蚕幼虫期的作用;(6)止血作用:黄精甲醇提取物40mg/只,正丁醇部分20mg/只,水层部分20mg/只,腹腔注射,对干冰-甲醇冷冻小鼠尾部1分钟,切尾法实验表明有止血作用,使小鼠出血量减少;(7)对心血管作用:黄精水浸膏0.16~0.26g/kg静脉注射,明显增加麻醉犬冠脉流量;1.5g/kg静脉注射,对垂体后叶素引起的兔心肌缺血有对抗作用,对抗垂体后叶素引起的T波增高,促进T波异常提前恢复;12g/kg腹腔注射,可增强小鼠对缺氧的耐受力;(8)抗病毒作用:黄精多糖0.2%眼液滴眼,6次/天,或加服黄精多糖10mg/kg,2次/天,对兔实验性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎均有治疗作用;(9)其它作用:黄精煎剂6g/kg灌胃,连续10天,可提高小鼠红细胞膜Na+,K+--ATP酶活性。40%黄精醇提液0.3ml/只腹腔注射,能提高小鼠心肌、肝、脾组织细胞DNA对3H~TdR的掺入率。黄精煎剂0.5g/只灌胃使小鼠血浆cAMP,cGMP含量均下降,而以cGMP下降更多,因此cAMP/cGMP比值大于对照组,对脾组织cAMP,cGMP含量均上升,但cAMP/cGMP比值无明显变化;黄精多被用于治疗脾胃虚弱、阴虚肺燥、干咳少痰、须发早白、精血不足、内热消渴等症。现代医学研究表明,黄精还具有降血压、降血糖、降血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化、延缓衰老和抗菌的作用,对于糖尿病也很有疗效,对多种细菌和皮肤真菌有抑制作用。如果把它跟枸杞合用,补精气的功效会增加很多。《本草纲目》中曾记载:“黄精、苍术各四斤;枸杞根、柏叶各五斤;天门冬三斤。煮汁一石,同曲十斤,糯米一石,如常酿酒饮。”此方能“壮筋骨、益精髓、消白发”。医学名著《奇效良方》中也提出用黄精和枸杞子互相配伍能益补精气的论述。
杜仲是雌雄双株的树,雄花就是杜仲雄树开的花;杜仲,又名思仙(《本经》);科学研究发现:杜仲雄花特含60多种有效植物成分,如木质素类,环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类活性物质(如京尼平甙酸、绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚甙)、松脂醇双糖甙、黄酮、生物碱、氨基酸、多糖以及矿质元素Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe、Ca、P、B、Mg、K等,其中氨基酸含量达21.47%,钙的含量达0.92%,锌含量达51mg/100g,分别是杜仲叶的1.8倍和5.2倍,有效成分最为全面,而且含量更高,杜仲雄花,汇集了所有杜仲的精华,可以说杜仲雄花具备植物杜仲所有的保健功效,而且对于“强肝、补肾、通便、安眠、降三高”的效果尤为显著!杜仲雄花主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)保肝护肝,杜仲雄花中的桃叶珊瑚甙具有明显的护肝活性,能促进肝细胞的再生,能明显抑制乙型肝炎病毒DNA的复制,同时还具有较强的抗菌作用,是一种天然抗菌素;(2)补肾壮阳,肾阳虚患者多见肾上腺系统功能低下,木脂素类活性成分能增加吞噬细胞活性,有促进免疫、兴奋垂体-肾上腺皮质系统,增强肾上腺皮质功能的作用;(3)降血脂降血压,杜仲雄花所含松脂醇双糖甙、桃叶珊瑚甙、绿原酸、多糖等多种活性成份均有降血压、降血脂作用,且降压持久无任何副作用;美国哈佛大学胡秀英教授研究认为,杜仲(指是杜仲皮,成分远不及雄花)是目前世界上最高质量的无毒副作用的天然降压药物;(4)降血糖,1997年德国人Hemmerle研究发现绿原酸可以有效抑制肝细胞中6-磷酸葡萄酶的活性而降低肝糖元的分解代谢,从而降低血糖浓度;这一发现为人们提供了一种非依靠胰岛素的糖尿病治疗方法;而杜仲雄花的主要活性成分槲皮素降低血糖的效果非常好,对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率达57%。所以,杜仲雄花具有显著的降低血糖效果;(5)润肠通便,杜仲雄花含有的苯丙素和环烯醚萜类化合物等对润肠通便有作用,同时杜仲雄花还能促进肠、胃胶原蛋白的合成,增强肠胃功能。中国科学院周俊院士认为,杜仲雄花比市场上用的排毒养颜药会更好,因为杜仲是调养型渗透型通便产品,而不是刺激性泻药;(6)安神、促进睡眠杜仲雄花的天然活性成分有安神、镇静及镇痛作用,长期服用可明显改善睡眠。这对因失眠而不宜喝的患者尤为适宜;(7)调节心脑血管功能,杜仲雄花所含的如槲皮素等多种天然活性成分,能促进冠状动脉血液循环,有效治疗心、脑血管疾病;(8)抗疲劳,杜仲雄花含有的人体必需的胶原蛋白,具有促进肌肉发达强健的功效,其活性成分木脂素类具有的抗疲劳作用十分明显,对于长期从事室内工作而缺乏运动量的人群尤为适宜;(9)增强机体免疫功能,杜仲雄花中氯仿提取物分离得到黄普内酯(lolidide),有免疫抑制活性,抗免疫缺陷病毒,可增强机体免疫力;其富含的多糖类活性物质,具有活化网状内皮系统作用,可增强机体非特异性免疫功能,抗破坏人体免疫系统病毒功能,有抗艾滋病毒(HIV)功能;(10)抗衰老美容养颜,杜仲雄花中的天然活性成分,能促进人体消化功能、能够加速人体胶原蛋白的新陈代谢,防止、推迟皮肤起皱及老化,增强皮肤光泽,改善毛发质地,从而使头发光亮且减少脱发,延缓衰老,预防老年痴呆症。杜仲雄花所含丰富的黄酮类化合物对妇女雌性激素有双向调节作用。杜仲雄花中的天然活性成分槲皮素,具有显著的抗衰老作用。
人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey)为多年生草本植物,喜阴凉,叶片无气孔和栅栏组织,无法保留水分,温度高于32度叶片会灼伤,郁闭度0.7-0.8;根中含人参皂甙0.4%,少量挥发油,油中主要成份为人参烯(panacen,C15H24)0.072%。据报导从根中分离出皂甙类:人参皂甙A、B、C、D、E和F(panaxosideA、B、C、D、E、F)等,人参皂甙A(C42H72O14),为人参皂甙Rg1(ginsenosideRg1);人参皂甙B和C水解后产生人参三醇(panaxatriol)皂甙元,人参皂甙D、E和F水解后得20-表人参二醇(20-epiprotopanaxo-diol)皂甙元;又自乙醚提取物的低沸点部分分离出β-榄香烯(β-elemene,C15H24);高沸点部分分离出人参炔醇(panaxynol,C17H26O);此外尚含有单糖类:葡萄糖、果糖、蔗醣,三种三糖:葡萄糖-果糖-果糖、三聚葡萄糖,葡萄糖-葡萄糖-果糖,人参酸(为软脂酸、硬脂酸及亚油酸的混和物),多钟维生素(B1、B2、菸酸、菸酰胺、泛酸),多种氨基酸、胆碱、酶(麦芽糖酶、转化酶、酯酶),精胺(spermine)及胆胺(cholamine);人参的地上部分含黄酮类化合物,人称人参黄甙(panasenoside)、三叶甙(trifolin)、山柰醇、人参皂甙、β-谷甾醇及糖类;人参自古誉为“百草之王”“滋阴补生,扶正固本”之极品,含多种皂甙和多糖类成分,浸出液可被皮肤缓慢吸收且无不良刺激,能扩张皮肤毛细血管,促进皮肤血液循环,增加皮肤营养,调节皮肤的水油平衡,防止皮肤脱水、硬化、起皱,人参活性物质抑制黑色素的还原性能,使皮肤洁白光滑,能增强皮肤弹性,使细胞获得新生,是护肤美容的极品;人参的肉质根为著名强壮滋补药,适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症,也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效。
茯苓,中药名,为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)健脾、渗湿,对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、带下有标本兼顾之效;(2)能治疗脾虚不能运化水湿、停聚化生痰饮之症;(3)养心安神,能可用于心神不安、心悸、失眠等症;(4)抗癌,临床常用于治疗食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌、舌癌、乳腺癌、膀胱癌、肺癌、溃疡性黑色素瘤等癌瘤中属脾虚湿盛、痰饮内停、湿热壅结者;(6)茯苓功能利水渗湿,而药性平和,利水而不伤正气,为利水渗湿要药。凡小便不利、水湿停滞的症候,不论偏于寒湿,或偏于湿热,或属于脾虚湿聚,均可配合应用。
枸杞,又称枸杞子、红耳坠,是茄科小灌木枸杞的成熟子实;枸杞子药食同源的历史悠久,是驰名中外的名贵中药材,早在《神农本草经》中就被列为上品,称其为“久服轻身不老、耐寒暑”;有延衰抗老的功效,又名“却老子”;枸杞子中含有多种氨基酸,并含有甜菜碱、玉蜀黍黄素、酸浆果红素等特殊营养成分,使其具有非常好的保健功效;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)免疫调节,枸杞子富含枸杞多糖,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖这6种单糖成分组成,具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变;(2)抗衰老,免疫衰老与细胞凋亡密切相关,枸杞多糖(LBP)能明显提高吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高淋巴细胞的增殖能力;(3)抗肿瘤,枸杞多糖不仅是一种调节免疫反应的生物反应调节剂,而且可通过神经--内分泌--免疫调节网络发挥抗癌作用;(4)抗疲劳,枸杞多糖能显著增加小鼠肌糖原、肝糖原储备量,提高运动前后血液乳酸脱氢酶总活力;降低小鼠剧烈运动后血尿素氮增加量,加快运动后血尿素氮的清除速率。这表明枸杞多糖对消除疲劳具有十分明显的作用;(5)抗辐射损伤,枸杞子有抗Y射线辐射、保护机体的作用,可作为辅助药物来配合放疗等抗肿瘤治疗,减轻放疗的毒副作用,提高疗效,保护机体的免疫功能;(6)调节血脂,枸杞子能有效降低患高脂血症的大鼠血清中甘油三酯和胆固醇的含量,具有明显的降血脂、调节脂类代谢功能,对预防心血管疾病具有积极作用;(7)降血糖,枸杞多糖能明显增强受损胰岛细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,降低内二醛生成量,这表明枸杞多糖对胰岛细胞有一定的保护作用;(8)降血压,枸杞多糖可降低大鼠血压(收缩压和舒张压均见效果);降低血浆及血管中丙二醛、内皮素含量,增加降钙素基因相关肽的释放,防止高血压形成;(9)保护生殖系统,枸杞多糖可使睾丸受损伤的大鼠的血清性激素水平升高;增加睾丸、附睾的脏器系数,提高大鼠睾丸组织SOD(超氧化物歧化酶Orgotein(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD),别名肝蛋白、简称:SOD)活性,降低丙二醛含量,使受损的睾丸组织恢复到接近正常水平;(10)提高视力,人体的视网膜光感受器是由视黄醇和视蛋白所构成,枸杞中所含丰富的β-胡萝卜素可在人体内转化成维生素A,而维生素A可生成视黄醇,从而提高视力,防止黄斑症;(11)提高呼吸道抗病能力,枸杞富含胡萝卜素,在人体内能转化成维生素A,具有维持上皮组织正常生长与分化的功能,量充足时可预防鼻、咽、喉和其他呼吸道感染,提高呼吸道抗病能力;(12)美容养颜,滋润肌肤,皮肤衰老主要是由于自由基氧化所造成,而枸杞中所含的枸杞多糖、B一胡萝卜素都是强力的抗氧化剂,再加上枸杞所含的微量元素硒和维生素E的协同作用,组成了强大的抗氧化部队;另外,维生素A可维持上皮组织的生长与分化,防止皮肤干燥和毛囊角化,从而起到美容养颜、滋润肌肤的作用;(13)保护肝脏.抗脂肪肝枸杞中所含的甜菜碱有抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积、促进肝细胞新生的作用;同时可防止四氯化碳引起的肝功能紊乱,故而构杞具有明确的保护肝脏、抗脂肪肝的功效;(14)增强造血功能构杞所含枸杞多糖可保护白细胞,促进机体造血功能恢复;此外,宁夏枸杞还具有调节神经内分泌、修复缺血性脑损伤、减轻脑水肿、改善大脑功能等作用。
山药又称薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药,是《中华本草》收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎;药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎;现代科学分析,山药的最大特点是含有大量的黏蛋白;黏蛋白是一种多糖蛋白质的混合物,对人体具有特殊的保健作用,能防止脂肪沈积在心血管上,保持血管弹性,阻止动脉粥样硬化过早发生;可减少皮下脂肪堆积;能防止结缔组织的萎缩,预防类风湿关节炎、硬皮病等胶原病的发生;其所含的多巴胺,具有扩张血管、改善血液循环的重要功能,该成分在治疗中占有重要位置;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)健脾益胃助消化,山药所含的能够分解淀粉的淀粉糖化酶,是萝卜中含量的3倍,胃胀时食用,有促进消化的作用,可以去除不适症状,有利于改善脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之佳品;(2)滋肾益精,山药含有黏蛋白、淀粉酶、皂苷、游离氨基酸、多酚氧化酶等物质,且含量较为丰富,具有滋补作用,为病后康复食补之佳品,有强健机体、滋肾益精的作用;(3)益肺止咳,山药含有皂苷、黏液质,有润滑、滋润的作用,故可益肺气、养肺阴,治疗肺虚痰嗽久咳之症;(4)预防心血管病,山药几乎不含脂肪,而且所含的黏蛋白能预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,防止动脉过早地发生硬化;山药含有皂苷能够降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,对高血压和高血脂等病症有改善作用;(5)延年益寿,山药可增加人体T淋巴细胞,增强免疫功能,延缓细胞衰老;(6)抗肝昏迷,山药所含的胆碱是与学习记忆有关的神经传递物质——乙酰胆碱的物质基础,研究发现山药具有镇静作用,可以抗肝昏迷;(7)减肥健美,山药含有多种微量元素、丰富的维生素和矿物质,尤其钾的含量较高,所含热量又相对较低,经常食用,有减肥健美的作用。
芡实,中药名,为睡莲科植物芡Euryale ferox Salisb.的干燥成熟种仁,分布于从黑龙江至云南、广东等地,具有益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带之功效;常用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)健脾益肾、防止未老先衰;(2)补中益气,为滋养强壮性食物,收敛镇静作用较强,适用于慢性泄泻和小便频数,梦遗滑精,妇女带多腰酸等;(3)治疗遗精滑精,虚弱小儿遗尿,老年人小便频数;(4)治疗慢性泄泻(包括慢性肠结核,五更泄泻等);(5)固肾涩精、补脾止泄。
陈皮,中药名,为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)对消化系统的作用:陈皮所含挥发油,对胃肠道有温和的刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠管内积气,显示了芳香健胃和驱风下气的效用;(2)对心血管系统的作用:陈皮煎剂、醇提物等能兴奋心肌,但剂量过大时反而出现抑制。另外,它还可使血管产生轻度的收缩,迅速升高血压;陈皮中的果胶对高脂饮食引起的动脉硬化也有一定的预防作用;(3)对呼吸系统的作用:陈皮所含挥发油有刺激性被动祛痰作用,使痰液易咯出;陈皮煎剂对支气管有微弱的扩张作用。其醇提物的平喘效价较高;(4)对泌尿生殖系统的作用:陈皮煎剂可使肾血管收缩,使尿量减少;(5)抗炎作用:陈皮煎剂与维生素C、维生素K并用,能增强消炎作用。
覆盆子,中药名,为蔷薇科植物华东覆盆子Rubus chingii Hu的干燥果实;覆盆子富含有机酸、糖类及少量维生素C;果实中还含有三萜成分、覆盆子酸、鞣花酸和β-谷甾醇;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)益肾、固精、缩尿,用于肾虚遗尿、小便频数、阳痿早泄、遗精滑精;(2)健脑益智,覆盆子中所含的抗氧化剂,能有效地防止自由基对大脑的损伤,并改善大脑的血液及氧气供应,从而达到健脑益智的作用;(3)美容养颜,覆盆子中所含的黄酮类物质,除了具有抗菌消炎、降低血压及抗过敏等作用外,还具有改善皮肤血液循环,增强皮肤毛细血管弹性,促进皮肤细胞再生,从而发挥美容养颜的功用;(4)防治癌症,覆盆子中含有一种非常有益于健康的成分——花色素苷,它具有清除自由基、防治癌症发生之功用;(5)减肥,覆盆子含有烯酮素,能够加速脂肪的代谢燃烧,效果比辣椒素强三倍,比平常进食加快5倍脂肪代谢燃烧。

黄秋葵又称咖啡黄葵(学名:Abelmoschus esculentus(Linn.)Moench),亦称黄秋葵,锦葵科、秋葵属一年生草本植物;主要具有如下作用与功效:(1)助消化,护肠胃,黄秋葵的粘性物质,可促进胃肠蠕动,有益于助消化,益肠胃;(2)降血脂,黄秋葵的粘性物质中含有50%的可溶性纤维素,能有效降低血清胆固醇,预防心血管病;(3)耐缺氧,可提高耐缺氧能力;(5)保护肝脏,黄秋葵的果胶,多糖有护肝功效,防治便秘;(6)防肠癌,黄秋葵的粘性物质中含有50%纤维素有利通便、排毒、防癌;(7)补钙,黄秋葵不仅含钙量与鲜奶相当,且钙的吸收率在50——60%,高于牛奶1倍,故是理想的钙源;(8)减肥,黄秋葵为低能量食物,是很好的减肥食物;(9)延缓衰老:黄酮含量为2.8%,具有抗氧化、防衰老作用,防治糖尿病(10)补肾,黄秋葵又叫羊角豆,美国人称其为“植物伟哥”,可见它的补肾功效。可以让男人的精力、体力全面提升,这绝不等同于普通的壮阳补肾。补肾蔬菜之王黄秋葵是解决身体疲劳的最佳方法;(11)去疲劳,对青壮年和运动员而言,经常食用,可消除疲劳、迅速恢复体力,当然这对所有人群均有此效果。

为了实现上述本发明的第一目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种抗疲劳膏滋,其特征在于:它包括黄精、杜仲雄花、人参、茯苓、枸杞子、山药、芡实、陈皮、覆盆子、肉桂、黄秋葵、玛卡粉、茶叶、阿胶、蜂蜜;所述黄精的用量为1~20重量份、杜仲雄花1~20重量份、人参1~10重量份、茯苓1~20重量份、枸杞子1~15重量份、山药1~35重量份、芡实1~20重量份、陈皮1~15重量份、覆盆子1~15重量份、肉桂1~10重量份、黄秋葵1~20重量份、玛卡粉1~20重量份、茶叶1~15重量份、阿胶1~10重量份、蜂蜜30-80重量份。
在上述技术方案中,还包括莲子皮。

第一次回流提取时,往第一混合物中加入10-18倍于第一混合物重量的纯化水,在温度为70-80℃条件下回流提取2小时,得到第一提取液,将第一提取液过400目筛,得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;
第二次回流提取时,往第一滤渣中加入8-12倍于第一滤渣的纯化水,在温度为70-80℃条件下回流提取2小时,得到第二提取液,将第二提取液过400目筛,得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;
混合第一滤液和第二滤液,得到第一混合物提取液;
步骤2:将第一混合物提取液进行真空浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得到第一混合物流浸膏;真空浓缩时温度设定为60~70℃、真空度设定为-0.04~-0.08Mpa;
步骤3:取所述重量份数的阿胶,碎成小块,加入2-4倍于阿胶重量的水,将电加热锅加热至温度为100-120℃,熬煮融化,得到第二混合物;
步骤4:将莲子皮烘干后用超微粉碎机粉碎成400-500目的微粉,得到莲子皮粉;

本发明具有如下优点:
(1)富含丰富的碳水化合物、维生素和矿物质等成分,能迅速补充人体所需,吸收利用率较高;
(2)莲子皮含有多种人体必需脂肪酸、矿物质、碳水化合物及各种碱类,具有消除疲劳的作用;枸杞等成分富含多糖类物质及矿物质,能改善酶类的活性,各种成分发生协同反应,达到较好的改善疲劳的效果;且枸杞多糖对消除疲劳具有十分明显的作用,杜仲雄花含有的人体必需的胶原蛋白,具有促进肌肉发达强健的功效,杜仲雄花中氯仿提取物分离得到黄普内酯,有免疫抑制活性,抗免疫缺陷病毒,可增强机体免疫力,枸杞、杜仲雄花等各成分均具有较强的改善、消除疲劳的作用;

动物试验:
为了验证本发明的产品是否具有抗疲劳的功能性,本发明样品选择实施例3、实施例9样品进行动物测定,测试过程如下:
受试对象:选择240只健康成年雄性昆明种小白鼠,体重18~22g。
喂养方法:将昆明种小白鼠按体重随机分为24组,每组10只;按照以下配方喂养小白鼠,一日喂养1次,自由进食,连续喂养30天。
水对照组:蒸馏水1g/(kg·d),三组;
茯苓对照组:喂养枸杞子粉1g/(kg·d),三组;
实验组一:设高、中、低三个剂量,分别为低剂量组:采用实施例3制得的本发明0.26g/(kg·d);中剂量组:采用实施例3制得的本发明0.54g/(kg·d),高剂量组:采用实施例3制得的本发明1.1g/(kg·d)进行灌胃,共九组。
实验组二:设高、中、低三个剂量,分别为低剂量组:采用实施例9制得的本发明0.26g/(kg·d);中剂量组:采用实施例9制得的本发明0.54g/(kg·d),高剂量组:采用实施例9制得的本发明1.1g/(kg·d)进行灌胃,共九组。
(1)游泳实验
末次给予小白鼠受试物30min后,小白鼠尾根部负重为小白鼠体重5%的铅皮,放入水温为25℃、水深为35cm的游泳箱中;每一批小白鼠下水之前均将水温调制25℃,并将室温恒定在25℃;每只水箱以此放入10只小白鼠;用秒表记录自由泳开始至力竭死亡的时间,改时间为小白鼠的游泳时间,测定结果列于表1中。

(2)末次给予小白鼠受试物30min,将小白鼠防于温度为30℃的水中游泳90min,休息60min,摘眼球采血,分离血清用全自动生化分析仪测定,测定结果列于表2中。

(3)肝糖原测定:
末次给予小白鼠受试物30min后,立即处死,取肝脏经生理盐水漂洗后用滤纸系杆,精确称取肝脏100mg,采用蒽酮法检测肝糖原含量(以mg/100g肝表示),测定结果列于表3中。

由上述表1、表2、表3可知,喂养本发明后,小白鼠抗疲劳能力较强,表明本发明具有抗疲劳功能,且本发明实施例3制备的一种抗疲劳膏滋的效果较实施例9制备的一种抗疲劳膏滋的效果好。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗疲劳膏滋,其特征在于:所述黄精的用量为9~11重量份、杜仲雄花12~14重量份、人参4~6重量份、茯苓11~13重量份、枸杞子7~9重量份、山药16~18重量份、芡实10~12重量份、陈皮5~7重量份、覆盆子8~10重量份、肉桂2~4重量份、黄秋葵13~15重量份、玛卡粉12~14重量份、茶叶6~8重量份、阿胶4~6重量份、莲子皮3~5重量份、蜂蜜51~53重量份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗疲劳膏滋,其特征在于:所述黄精的用量为10重量份、杜仲雄花13重量份、人参5重量份、茯苓12重量份、枸杞子8重量份、山药17重量份、芡实11重量份、陈皮6重量份、覆盆子9重量份、肉桂3重量份、黄秋葵14重量份、玛卡粉13重量份、茶叶7重量份、阿胶5重量份、莲子皮4重量份、蜂蜜52重量份。
8.制备上述权利要求1-7中任一权利要求所述的一种抗疲劳膏滋的方法,其特征在于:它包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1:将所述重量份数的黄精,杜仲雄花,人参,茯苓,枸杞子,山药,芡实,陈皮,覆盆子,肉桂,黄秋葵、茶叶混合呈第一混合物后粉碎成30目-40目的粗粉,往第一混合物中加入纯化水后回流提取两次,
第一次回流提取时,往第一混合物中加入10-18倍于第一混合物重量的纯化水,在温度为70-80℃条件下回流提取2小时,得到第一提取液,将第一提取液过400目筛,得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;
第二次回流提取时,往第一滤渣中加入8-12倍于第一滤渣的纯化水,在温度为70-80℃条件下回流提取2小时,得到第二提取液,将第二提取液过400目筛,得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;
混合第一滤液和第二滤液,得到第一混合物提取液;
步骤2:将第一混合物提取液进行真空浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得到第一混合物流浸膏;真空浓缩时温度设定为60~70℃、真空度设定为-0.04~-0.08Mpa;
步骤3:取所述重量份数的阿胶,碎成小块,加入2-4倍于阿胶重量的水,将电加热锅加热至温度为100-120℃,熬煮融化,得到第二混合物;
步骤4:将莲子皮烘干后用超微粉碎机粉碎成400-500目的微粉,得到莲子皮粉;
步骤5:取所述重量份数的蜂蜜在温度为60-70℃,真空度为-0.04~-0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至60-70℃相对密度为1.3-1.6,得到浓缩蜂蜜;
步骤6:将第一混合物流浸膏、第二混合物、浓缩蜂蜜混合均匀,得到第三混合物,将所述重量份数的玛卡粉、莲子皮粉加入第三混合物中混合均匀后进行真空浓缩,且真空浓缩温度为60-70℃、真空度为-0.04~-0.08Mpa,浓缩至60-70℃相对密度为1.2-1.4;得到一种抗疲劳膏滋。
