背景技术
青少年正值青春期,青春期是机体第二个快速生长发育的时期,身体生长发育极为迅速。总体营养需求旺盛,同时膳食摄入量也维持在较高水平。在青少年的营养需求中,能量供给对青少年的生长发育和健康最为重要。能量摄入过多会引起肥胖,能量摄入不足会导致能量和其他营养素的不足,使青少年生长发育迟缓。随着社会经济迅速发展,青少年的学习压力越来越重,脑力活动和体力活动消耗青少年大量的精力,若青少年机体不能得到充分的营养与能量供给,则会大大影响青少年学习效率,降低青少年身体抵抗力,不利于青少年健康成长。处于心理叛逆期的青少年容易产生暴躁厌烦等不良情绪,伴随挑食、厌食、偏食等不良习惯,家长往往只关注青少年的学习成绩而忽略其营养健康,或一味纵容青少年的饮食习惯转而用各种功效笼统的营养品为青少年补充营养,违背了青少年正常的生长发育规律,这在不同程度上危害青少年成长健康,阻碍青少年正常生长发育。因此,在课业繁重压力巨大的环境下,如何为青少年科学合理地补充生长发育所需的营养,调节青少年的膳食结构,促进青少年学习效率与快速成长成为越来越受到热切关注的问题。

优选地,其特征在于,所述大豆卵磷脂的制备方法为:取大豆按料液比为1:8加入无水乙醇,在20℃下搅拌浸泡65min后,倒入萃取釜中,在40MPa,40℃下萃取60min,收集萃取液,减压回收乙醇,真空干燥至恒重,得到大豆卵磷脂。
优选地,所述红菇娘提取液的制备方法为:取红菇娘洗净,于65℃烘干粉碎,按料液比为1:50加入蒸馏水,浸泡30min,煎煮10min,降温至40℃时用150目滤布过滤,将滤渣按料液比为1:50加入蒸馏水,浸泡30min,煎煮10min,过滤,合并滤液,得红菇娘提取液。
本发明还提供一种青少年茶花粉饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将茶花粉调湿至湿度为30-40%,接入茶花粉重量1-3%的曲霉菌,加热至35-40℃,调节湿度为80-95%,保湿保温发酵24-36h,然后加入10倍量蒸馏水,再加入0.2-0.5%的由果胶酶:纤维素酶:蛋白酶=1:1:1组成的复合酶,加热至40-50℃,酶解24h后,加热至85℃,灭酶15min,过滤,取滤液;
(2)将步骤(1)的茶花液加热至75℃,加入大豆卵磷脂、红菇娘提取液、柠檬酸、蔗糖、蜂蜜搅拌均匀成混合液;
(3)将复合稳定剂加水加热溶解,加入复合维生素和矿物质搅拌均匀,加入步骤(2)的混合液中搅拌均匀后,再加入香精,抗坏血酸搅拌均匀成饮料;
(4)将步骤(3)调配好的饮料置于80℃,25-30MPa下均质2次,再在121℃下杀菌3s;
(5)待料温降至85-90℃时,灌装,密封,再在121℃下灭菌15min,得到青少年茶花粉饮料。
本发明所述各主要功效成分作用机理如下:
大豆卵磷脂能够促进大脑神经系统与脑容积的增长、发育,使大脑神经及时得到营养补充,有利于消除疲劳,缓解神经紧张,卵磷脂还能够分解体内过多的毒素,消除青少年的青春痘、雀斑并滋润皮肤,使皮肤变得光滑。
茶花粉中含有的多种不饱和脂肪酸、磷、活性物质等对神经系统有滋养和改善功能,能够促进青少年神经系统的发育,增强记忆力,有效预防脑细胞功能的衰退,改善失眠,健忘,头痛,神经质等症状。
红菇娘含多种人体所需的营养物质,其中钙和维生素C含量较高,其含有十八种氨基酸,有二十一种微量元素和矿物质,还有八种维生素,能够及时补充青少年生长发育所需的营养的物质,并增强青少年的免疫功能,提高抵抗力。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用醇提法提取大豆卵磷脂,使所得的大豆卵磷脂具有显著的神经辅助活性,将其添加至饮料中,制得的饮料可针对青少年生长发育特点,缓解青少年脑疲劳与神经紧张,有助于青少年维持清醒头脑,保持注意力集中,还能够帮助青少年排除体内毒素,减少青少年青春痘的发生,有助于促进青少年生理心理健康。
2、本发明采用水提法提取红菇娘皮提取液,所得的红菇娘皮提取液具有显著强化免疫系统的效果,将其添加至饮料中,制得的饮料能够增加青少年的免疫功能,提高青少年的免疫力,促进脑细胞增殖分裂,帮助青少年消除脑力疲劳与体力疲劳,增强记忆力,提高学习效率。
3、本发明将大豆卵磷脂、红菇娘皮提取液与茶花粉复配,并加入合理配比的维生素和矿物质制作饮料,制得的饮料含有丰富的青少年生长发育所需的营养物质,且配合青少年生理代谢特点,提高青少年对功效成分与营养物质的利用率,保证青少年营养均衡,帮助清除青少年体内毒害物质,缓解青少年焦虑烦躁的不良情绪,促进青少年智力开发,提高青少年学习效率与生活质量。

所述复合稳定剂由以下重量份的原材料组成:黄原胶0.01-0.03份、CMC-Na 0.05-0.07份、海藻酸钠0.02-0.04份;所述矿物质由以下重量份的原材料组成:氯化钠0.1-0.3份、磷酸氢二钾0.2-0.4份、氯化钙0.05-0.1份、氯化镁0.03-0.06份、柠檬酸亚铁0.01-0.03份、柠檬酸锌0.05-0.1份。
所述大豆卵磷脂的制备方法为:取大豆按料液比为1:8加入无水乙醇,在20℃下搅拌浸泡65min后,倒入萃取釜中,在40MPa,40℃下萃取60min,收集萃取液,减压回收乙醇,真空干燥至恒重,得到大豆卵磷脂。

一种青少年茶花粉饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:茶花粉16.5份、大豆卵磷脂0.75份、红菇娘提取液3.5份、柠檬酸0.16份、蔗糖6份、蜂蜜1.5份、抗坏血酸0.01份、香精0.002份、复合维生素0.44份、复合稳定剂0.10份、矿物质0.55份;所述复合维生素为:维生素A 0.06份、维生素B30.02份、维生素B50.15份、维生素B60.025份、维生素B120.003份、维生素D 0.3份。

由上表,通过实施例1与对比例1的对比可知,在本发明制备的饮料中添加茶花粉,可将饮料中蛋白质、氨基酸和矿物质的含量提高44.8%、28.3%和45.9%;通过实施例1与对比例3的对比可知,在本发明制备的饮料中添加红菇娘提取液,可将饮料中蛋白质、氨基酸和矿物质的含量提高36.6%、25.3%和39.7%。
综上可知,在本发明制备的饮料中加入茶花粉和红菇娘提取液,可有效提高饮料中蛋白质、氨基酸和矿物质等营养成分的含量,补充青少年生长所需的营养物质,促进青少年的发育。
试验例2
选择30名亚健康青少年进行观察,年龄15-18岁,同时选择身体健康状况相当的亚健康青少年30名作为对照组,每天试验者分别食用本发明实施例1制备的饮料和普通的运动饮料500ml。实验结果如下表2:

由上表可知,食用本发明指标的饮料1个月后,81%的参试者睡眠充足,青春痘、雀斑减少,记忆力增强;3个月后,88%的参试者睡眠充足,青春痘、雀斑减少,记忆力增强;6个月后,93%的参试者睡眠充足,青春痘、雀斑几乎消失,体脂几记忆力增强,各种亚健康症状几乎消失。而采用普通运动饮料食用作为对照组的青少年,体征和症状无明显改变。

Claims (8)
1.一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:茶花粉15-20份、大豆卵磷脂0.5-1.5份、红菇娘提取液3-5份、柠檬酸0.15-0.2份、蔗糖5-8份、蜂蜜1-3份、抗坏血酸0.01-0.03份、香精0.002-0.004份、复合维生素0.382-0.975份、复合稳定剂0.08-0.14份、矿物质0.44-0.99份;所述复合维生素为:维生素A 0.05-0.08份、维生素B30.01-0.05份、维生素B50.1-0.3份、维生素B60.02-0.04份、维生素B120.002-0.005份、维生素D0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:茶花粉16.5-18.5份、大豆卵磷脂0.75-1.25份、红菇娘提取液3.5-4.5份、柠檬酸0.16-0.19份、蔗糖6-7份、蜂蜜1.5-2.5份、抗坏血酸0.01-0.03份、香精0.002-0.004份、复合维生素0.44-0.93份、复合稳定剂0.10-0.12份、矿物质0.55-0.88份;所述复合维生素为:维生素A 0.06-0.07份、维生素B30.02-0.04份、维生素B50.15-0.25份、维生素B60.025-0.035份、维生素B120.003-0.004份、维生素D 0.3-0.4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:茶花粉17.5份、大豆卵磷脂1份、红菇娘提取液4份、柠檬酸0.175份、蔗糖6.5份、蜂蜜2份、抗坏血酸0.02份、香精0.003份、复合维生素0.67份、复合稳定剂0.11份、矿物质0.72份;所述复合维生素为:维生素A 0.065份、维生素B30.03份、维生素B50.2份、维生素B60.03份、维生素B120.0035份、维生素D 0.35份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,所述复合稳定剂由以下重量份的原材料组成:黄原胶0.01-0.03份、CMC-Na 0.05-0.07份、海藻酸钠0.02-0.04份;所述矿物质由以下重量份的原材料组成:氯化钠0.1-0.3份、磷酸氢二钾0.2-0.4份、氯化钙0.05-0.1份、氯化镁0.03-0.06份、柠檬酸亚铁0.01-0.03份、柠檬酸锌0.05-0.1份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,所述复合稳定剂由以下重量份的原材料组成:黄原胶0.02份、CMC-Na0.06份、海藻酸钠0.03份;所述矿物质由以下重量份的原材料组成:氯化钠0.2份、磷酸氢二钾0.3份、氯化钙0.075份、氯化镁0.045份、柠檬酸亚铁0.02份、柠檬酸锌0.075份。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,所述大豆卵磷脂的制备方法为:取大豆按料液比为1:8加入无水乙醇,在20℃下搅拌浸泡65min后,倒入萃取釜中,在40MPa,40℃下萃取60min,收集萃取液,减压回收乙醇,真空干燥至恒重,得到大豆卵磷脂。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料,其特征在于,所述红菇娘提取液的制备方法为:取红菇娘洗净,于65℃烘干粉碎,按料液比为1:50加入蒸馏水,浸泡30min,煎煮10min,降温至40℃时用150目滤布过滤,将滤渣按料液比为1:50加入蒸馏水,浸泡30min,煎煮10min,过滤,合并滤液,得红菇娘提取液。
8.一种制备如权利要求1~7任一项所述的一种青少年茶花粉饮料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将茶花粉调湿至湿度为30-40%,接入茶花粉重量1-3%的曲霉菌,加热至35-40℃,调节湿度为80-95%,保湿保温发酵24-36h,然后加入10倍量蒸馏水,再加入0.2-0.5%的由果胶酶:纤维素酶:蛋白酶=1:1:1组成的复合酶,加热至40-50℃,酶解24h后,加热至85℃,灭酶15min,过滤,取滤液;
(2)将步骤(1)的茶花液加热至75℃,加入大豆卵磷脂、红菇娘提取液、柠檬酸、蔗糖、蜂蜜搅拌均匀成混合液;
(3)将复合稳定剂加水加热溶解,加入复合维生素和矿物质搅拌均匀,加入步骤(2)的混合液中搅拌均匀后,再加入香精,抗坏血酸搅拌均匀成饮料;
(4)将步骤(3)调配好的饮料置于80℃,25-30MPa下均质2次,再在121℃下杀菌3s;
(5)待料温降至85-90℃时,灌装,密封,再在121℃下灭菌15min,得到青少年茶花粉饮料。
