本申请公开了一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,包括:食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米粉或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉和纯净水。通过增加食叶草粉或食叶草原浆,使人造营养大米的营养更加丰富,保证食物所固有的脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维的基础上,增加了人体所需的蛋白质、氨基酸、绿原酸、β‑胡萝卜素、维生素、大黄素、钙、硒、钾、铁等微量元素,并具有品质细腻、有韧性、口感好、增强食欲、易吸收等特性,没有任何添加剂,对人们身体有益健康。

本申请涉及食品技术领域,特别是涉及一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米及加工方法。
背景技术
食叶草,也称之蛋白草。来源于北京军信泉盛环境科学技术研究院始创研发培育的新植物品种,是蓼科酸模属多年生宿根草本植物。
食叶草高含蛋白质,富含十八种氨基酸、绿原酸、维生素、SOD、异黄酮、叶绿素、大黄素、钾、硒、钙等多种有益元素和矿物质,是一种新型的高蛋白植物,用于发展食品、饮料、保健品、医药品、植物提取物等领域,强壮人类身体,改善生活质量。食叶草属高产植物,北方每年收割6~8次,亩产量达20~40吨;南方一年四季收获,产量更高。作为一种天然资源,能确保本发明方案的原料保障。
天然大米及现有的人造大米营养成分比较单一,无法满足人体营养需求。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米及加工方法,具有营养丰富、可满足人体需求。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,包括:食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米粉或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉。
可选地,在上述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米中,包括以下重量份的各组分:所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆10~25份,所述玉米粉5~50份,所述木薯粉5~30份,所述小米粉或所述大米粉5~20份,所述高粱米粉10~30份,所述绿豆粉5~15份。
可选地,在上述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米中,包括以下重量份的各组分:所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆15~25份,所述玉米粉10~40份,所述木薯粉10~25份,所述小米粉或所述大米粉10~15份,所述高粱米粉15~25份,所述绿豆粉10份。
可选地,在上述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米中,包括以下重量份的各组分:所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆20份,所述玉米粉20~30份,所述木薯粉18份,所述小米粉或所述大米粉12份,所述高粱米粉20份。

根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米的加工方法,包括以下步骤:将食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米粉或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉,按照配比混合搅拌均匀成原料;使用专用设备通过膨化、挤出机处理,使原料形成所述的人造营养大米颗粒;再使用冷却装置将所述营养大米颗粒烘干;烘干后的所述营养大米颗粒过筛分检,将确定为合格产品的所述人造营养大米进行包装。
本申请的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米的加工方法,通过将原料混合搅拌均匀,再经过专用设备膨化、挤出机处理,使原料形成所需的人造营养大米颗粒,在进行烘干分检,加工方便、快捷,米粒整齐。

根据本申请的第一个方面,提供了一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养米,包括:食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉。
可选地,在使用食叶草粉增加纯净水,水的加入量示情况而定;使用食叶草原浆不添加纯净水。
通过增加食叶草粉或食叶草原浆,使人造营养米保证食物所固有的脂肪,碳水化合物、膳食纤维的基础上,营养更加丰富,增加了人体所需的蛋白质、氨基酸、绿原酸、β-胡萝卜素、维生素、大黄素、钙、硒、钾、铁等微量元素,并具有口感细腻,有韧性,适口性好,增强食欲,易吸收,没有任何添加剂,对人们身体有益健康。
在一个实施例中,所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆10~30份,所述玉米粉5~60份,所述木薯粉5~30份,所述小米粉或所述大米粉5~60份,所述高粱米粉10~30份,所述绿豆粉5~15份。通过改善配比可以使营养米口感更佳,况且营养丰富。
在一个实施例中,所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆15~25份,所述玉米粉10~60份,所述木薯粉10~25份,所述小米粉或所述大米粉10~60份,所述高粱米粉15~25份,所述绿豆粉10~10份。通过改善配比可以使人造营养大米口感更佳,况且营养丰富。

在一个实施例中,神花草粉10~30份,黍米粉2~9份,苦荞麦粉2~18份,魔芋粉3~15份。可选地,所述神花草粉20份,所述黍米粉6份,所述苦荞麦粉10份,所述魔芋粉9份。
该实施例中,所陈述的神花草,也称金花葵,富含人体所需的多种氨基酸和微量元素,所含的雄性激素较高,被称为植物伟哥补肾草物。神花草粉营养价值很高,经常食用可预防心脑血管疾病,具有明显的缓解紧张情绪,助人放松的调整心态功能,对扩张血管非常有利,是心脑血管疾病患者的首选食品。苦荞麦粉含有生物类黄酮、多种维生素、十八种氨基酸、粗蛋白、叶绿素及其硒、锌、镁、铬、钙等矿物质及微量元素。能辅助治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病患者主粮的最佳选择。黍米粉中所含的脂肪主要有棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、异亚油酸等,均有利于生长发育。黍米中含有的粗纤维、灰分、黍素等有促进消化、滋补身体等功效。黍米中还含有多种米、麦中所缺乏的氨基酸,对调补机体代谢十分重要。魔芋是有益的碱性食品,可以调解食品酸、碱平衡;魔芋还具有水平降血糖、降血脂、降压、散毒、养颜、通脉、减肥、通便、开胃等多功能。
食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米可用做“糖尿病”、“三高”人群主食的必需品。
根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:混合处理,将食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米粉或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉,按照配比混合搅拌均匀,使面团含水率为13~25%形成原料。
步骤2:成形处理,使用专用设备通过膨化、挤出机处理,使原料形成所述的人造营养大米颗粒。
步骤3:杀菌处理,将人造营养大米用蒸汽处理5分钟左右,使米粒表面形成保护膜。
步骤4:烘干处理,烘干温度为80~85℃,烘干时间为15~30分钟,可使营养米水分降至8%~15%,再经过自然冷却,水分可降至10%~11%为成品,即可包装储存使用。本申请的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米的加工方法,通过将原料混合搅拌均匀,再经过专用设备膨化、挤出机处理,使原料形成所述的人造营养大米颗粒,再进行烘干分检,加工成米粒整齐、水分适中、食用方便的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米。
食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米近似于天然大米,并且耐浸,经得起揉搓、色泽美观、有韧性、香气宜人,若与天然大米混合食用效果更佳。
根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种食叶草粉或食叶草原浆获取方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1、将食叶草采收分拣、清洗、切断、烘干、粉碎,过筛80~140目,得到食叶草粉。
2、将食叶草采收分拣、清洗、切断、粉碎、研磨制浆,得到食叶草原浆。
以上所述,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,包括:
食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米粉或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:
所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆10~25份;
所述玉米粉5~50份;
所述木薯粉5~30份;
所述小米粉或所述大米粉5~20份;
所述高粱米粉10~30份;
所述绿豆粉5~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:
所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆15~25份;
所述玉米粉10~40份;
所述木薯粉10~25份;
所述小米粉或所述大米粉10~15份;
所述高粱米粉15~25份;
所述绿豆粉10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:
所述食叶草粉或所述食叶草原浆20份;
所述玉米粉20~30份;
所述木薯粉18份;
所述小米粉或所述大米粉12份;
所述高粱米粉20份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养大米,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:

7.根据权利要求6所述的食叶草植物蛋白人造营养米,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的各组分:
所述神花草粉20份;
所述黍米粉6份;
所述苦荞麦粉10份;
所述魔芋粉9份。
8.一种食叶草植物蛋白人造营养米的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将食叶草粉或食叶草原浆、玉米粉、木薯粉、小米或大米粉、高粱米粉、绿豆粉和纯净水按照配比混合搅拌均形成原料;
步骤2:使用专用设备膨化、挤出机处理,使原料成型为所述的食叶草植物蛋白营养人造米颗粒;
步骤3:再使用冷却装置将所述营养人造米颗粒烘干;
步骤4:将烘干所述的人造营养大米颗粒进行抛光处理。
