本发明公开一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物及其制备方法,按照重量配比,包括以下原料:燕麦片1‑40份、冻干玉米粒1‑20份、小麦胚芽1‑25份,酶解燕麦粉1‑25份,冻干马蹄1‑30份,白芸豆提取物1‑5份,通过称量、过筛、混合包装后制得,本发明成分天然,无添加剂,也不添加白砂糖;营养全面,碳水化合物、蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素、脂质均能摄入;风味好,无需额外添加其它成分,自带甜味和香味,百吃不腻;饱腹感强,含有较多的燕麦和小麦胚芽,使产品具有易饱腹的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着消费市场的升级和8090甚至00后成为了食品消费的主力军,消费者对食品的要求也越来越高,现在的食品越来越趋向于天然、健康、美味、便捷、趣味性强等方面发展。
在粥类食品中,以往都是用各种米、麦、豆等,在锅里熬煮半小时甚至更久的时间,才能食用,这需要大量的时间和精力,需要的工具比较多,使用场景也受限。
在冲调类食品里,以往大多是芝麻糊、藕粉、米粉、奶粉这类成分单一的产品,他们使用方便,但是产品风味口感单一,且饱腹感不强;或者麦片类产品,要么纯麦片风味口感不好,需要自行调味,要么是含有香精、植脂末、大量白砂糖或葡萄糖的产品,改善了风味,但是不健康,对人体代谢有负担。
市场比较缺乏能够同时满足食用方便、饱腹感强、风味口感好、趣味性强、健康的产品。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前背景技术中存在的缺点,提出了一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,按照重量配比,包括以下原料:燕麦片1-40份、冻干玉米粒1-20份、小麦胚芽1-25份,酶解燕麦粉1-25份,冻干马蹄1-30份,白芸豆提取物1-5份,
一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称量,用电子秤按照上述的配比称取每一种原料;
步骤二:过筛,对每种原料过筛,
步骤三:混合,三维立体混合机混合,转速60转/min,混合时间25min。
步骤四:加工成粥料,粥料为固态,全自动包装机分装,包装规格5g/袋。
进一步的,所述燕麦片14.9份、冻干玉米粒4份、小麦胚芽2.5份,酶解燕麦粉2份,冻干马蹄1.5份,白芸豆提取物1份。
进一步的,所述燕麦片25份、冻干玉米粒5份、小麦胚芽4份,酶解燕麦粉6份,冻干马蹄3份,白芸豆提取物1份。
进一步的,所述步骤二中对每种原料过60目筛。
进一步的,所述燕麦片采用两种燕麦加工方式,一种是燕麦颗粒经清洗、熟化、干燥、筛选、碾压成燕麦片,燕麦片比燕麦颗粒更加易熟,口感也更软糯,且经熟化,能够直接冲泡后食用;另一种是经纤维素酶、淀粉酶等酶制剂酶解,再干燥而成的酶解燕麦粉,酶解燕麦粉具有营养成分分子更小,更有利于吸收,口感更细腻、香甜等特点。
进一步的,所述冻干玉米粒采用新鲜玉米粒,经速冻、真空干燥工艺加工而成,经该工艺干燥后的玉米粒,与普通烘干玉米相比,一方面能够保持玉米粒的完整形状,以及新鲜玉米原有的嫩黄色泽和原有的玉米风味,另一方面,在经过冲泡后,能够迅速复水,使玉米口感Q弹饱满,最大限度地还原了新鲜玉米的脆嫩。
进一步的,所述冻干马蹄为新鲜马蹄经去皮、切丁、冷冻、真空干燥工艺加工而成,经该工艺加工而成的马蹄丁,在冲泡后能够最大限度的还原马蹄的形状,香气、滋味及脆爽的口感。
进一步的,所述小麦胚芽经清洗、筛选、干燥而成。
采用上述技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
本发明成分天然,无添加剂,也不添加白砂糖;营养全面,碳水化合物、蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素、脂质均能摄入;风味好,无需额外添加其它成分,自带甜味和香味,百吃不腻;饱腹感强,含有较多的燕麦和小麦胚芽,使产品具有易饱腹的特点;趣味性强,突破了传统粥料都是半固体状的限制,本发明的粥中含有脆爽的马蹄丁,脆嫩的玉米粒,让吃粥的体验感不同以往;能够抑制人体淀粉酶的活性,减少淀粉的吸收,防止能量过多转化成脂肪。

以下通过具体较佳实施例对本发明作进一步详细表述,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。
实施例1:一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,按照重量配比,包括以下原料:所述燕麦片14.9份、冻干玉米粒4份、小麦胚芽2.5份,酶解燕麦粉2份,冻干马蹄1.5份,白芸豆提取物1份。

采用上述实施方法制备的燕麦粥,天然健康,本发明的燕麦片的加工包括两种,一种是燕麦颗粒经清洗、熟化、干燥、筛选、碾压成燕麦片,燕麦片比燕麦颗粒更加易熟,口感也更软糯,且经熟化,能够直接冲泡后食用;另一种是经纤维素酶、淀粉酶等酶制剂酶解,再干燥而成的酶解燕麦粉,酶解燕麦粉具有营养成分分子更小,更有利于吸收,口感更细腻、香甜等特点。
玉米为新鲜玉米粒,经速冻、真空干燥工艺加工而成,经该工艺干燥后的玉米粒,与普通烘干玉米相比,一方面能够保持玉米粒的完整形状,以及新鲜玉米原有的嫩黄色泽和原有的玉米风味,另一方面,在经过冲泡后,能够迅速复水,使玉米口感Q弹饱满,最大限度地还原了新鲜玉米的脆嫩。
马蹄为新鲜马蹄经去皮、切丁、冷冻、真空干燥工艺加工而成,经该工艺加工而成的马蹄丁,在冲泡后能够最大限度的还原马蹄的形状,香气、滋味及脆爽的口感。
小麦胚芽,经清洗、筛选、干燥而成。
白芸豆提取物,为经特定工艺从白芸豆中提取而来,其中的成分,能够显著抑制人体淀粉酶的活性,让淀粉缓慢地吸收,由此减少血糖的波动和多余热量的囤积,对糖尿病人群比较友好,且能辅助减少能量摄入和长胖,减少贪吃又怕胖人群的代谢负担。
燕麦是一种非常好的健康食材,营养成分丰富,蛋白质和氨基酸比大米、小麦等都高,还含有丰富的维生素和矿物质,比较突出的是燕麦总纤维素含量为17-21%,其中可溶性膳食纤维(主要成分是β-葡聚糖)约占总膳食纤维的1/3,明显高于其他谷物,且燕麦β-葡聚糖还具有很多生物活性,如降血脂、改善便秘、调节体重等。
小麦胚芽是小麦发芽及生长的器官之一,约占整个麦粒的2.5%,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质,营养价值非常的高。胚芽是小麦生命的根源,是小麦中营养价值最高的部分。小麦胚芽最突出的成分是其中的脂肪,小麦胚芽的脂肪含量可超过10%,油脂中不饱和脂酸占84%(亚油酸52.31%、油酸28.14%、亚麻酸3.55%),饱和脂肪酸中棕榈酸占91%,其次是硬脂酸,另外还含有1.38%的磷脂及4%的不皂化物。从营养学上看,小麦胚芽的油脂在组成上是非常理想的。小麦胚芽脂肪是优质的植物脂肪酸,84%是对人体有益的不饱和脂肪酸,特别是其中的亚油酸等是人体三种必需脂肪酸中最重要的一种,其含量占整个小麦胚芽油脂的十分之一还多。
玉米中的维生素含量非常高,是稻米、小麦的5-10倍,在所有主食中,玉米的营养价值和保健作用是最高的。玉米中含有的核黄素等高营养物质,对人体是十分有益的。
马蹄中含有很多的蛋白,而且是粗蛋白,此外还有一定量的淀粉,这些物质对于我们的大肠是非常有帮助的,马蹄中含有的磷磷元素是非常丰富的,这要比其它的蔬菜略高一筹。这种营养元素是人体正常生长不可缺少的,而且可以给生理功能提供很大的帮助,尤其是对牙齿骨骼,起到的作用很大,此外还可以促进体内脂肪和蛋白质的代谢。
白芸豆提取物能抑制α-淀粉酶的作用,阻断淀粉分解,减少葡萄糖吸收,从而起到降低餐后血糖升高,减少胰岛素分泌,降低脂肪合成等作用,可以有效配合糖尿病人和减肥者的饮食治疗,使他们饭吃饱、消除饥饿感,而餐后血糖不高,体重不增。

1.一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,按照重量配比,包括以下原料:燕麦片1-40份、冻干玉米粒1-20份、小麦胚芽1-25份,酶解燕麦粉1-25份,冻干马蹄1-30份,白芸豆提取物1-5份。
2.一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称量,用电子秤按照上述的配比称取每一种原料;
步骤二:过筛,对每种原料过筛;
步骤三:混合,三维立体混合机混合,转速60转/min,混合时间25min;
步骤四:加工成粥料,粥料为固态,全自动包装机分装,包装规格5g/袋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,所述燕麦片14.9份、冻干玉米粒4份、小麦胚芽2.5份,酶解燕麦粉2份,冻干马蹄1.5份,白芸豆提取物1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,所述燕麦片25份、冻干玉米粒5份、小麦胚芽4份,酶解燕麦粉6份,冻干马蹄3份,白芸豆提取物1份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中对每种原料过60目筛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,所述燕麦片采用两种燕麦加工方式,一种是燕麦颗粒经清洗、熟化、干燥、筛选、碾压成燕麦片,另一种是经纤维素酶、淀粉酶等酶制剂酶解,再干燥而成的酶解燕麦粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,所述冻干玉米粒采用新鲜玉米粒,经速冻、真空干燥工艺加工而成,经该工艺干燥后的玉米粒。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,所述冻干马蹄为新鲜马蹄经去皮、切丁、冷冻、真空干燥工艺加工而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然健康燕麦粥组合物,其特征在于,所述小麦胚芽经清洗、筛选、干燥而成。
