Description

Cultivation method of sugarcane seedlings
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of crop cultivation, and particularly relates to a cultivation method of sugarcane seedlings.
Background
Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is the most important sugar crop and energy crop in the world, and the sugar consumption of sugarcane accounts for about 94 percent of the total sugar consumption in China. Sugarcane is an important economic crop in tropical and subtropical regions in China, is an important source of finance in the regions, and is an important economic source for increasing income of farmers. In recent years, sugarcane is also being researched and utilized as an important energy crop.
The sugarcane seedlings are seedlings cultivated from sugarcane sexual hybridization seeds, due to the fact that the seeds are small, the technical performance of the cultivation process is high, all the seedlings can die due to poor cultivation, the sugarcane seedlings are basic work of hybridization breeding, and the quality and the speed of the cultivation of the seedlings are directly related to the implementation effect of a breeding plan.
At present, few mechanisms for researching sugarcane seedlings are available, and the research institutions mainly include Guangzhou sugarcane sugar industry research institute, Guizhou subtropical crop research institute, Yunnan agricultural science institute, Yunnan Yunyan sugarcane science development Co., Ltd, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region agricultural science research institute and Guangxi southern subtropical agricultural science research institute. As a further illustration of the invention, the substrate sludge comprises 80% dry land soil and 20% farmyard manure, and is stirred with quicklime in an amount of 0.5% by weight of the substrate sludge.
As a further explanation of the invention, the sludge is pond sludge with the thickness of 4-5cm and the water content of more than 80%, and potassium permanganate solution is sprayed for disinfection during paving.
As a further illustration of the invention, the sludge is air-dried for a period of 20 to 28 hours.
As a further illustration of the invention, the depth of the gutter is 3-4 cm.
As a further illustration of the invention, the thickness of the soil mixture above the sludge and below the seeds is 0.8-1.3 cm.
As a further illustration of the invention, the mixed soil is sand and surface soil, and the volume ratio is 1:1.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects of
1. Conventional sugarcane seedling adopts seedling raising box to cultivate more, because seedling raising box area is less, and a combination needs a plurality of seedling raising box to cultivate according to the germination percentage, and this method causes the confusion of serial number easily in handling to lead to makeing mistakes, and seedling raising box all loses every year moreover, has increased the cost of growing seedlings. The combined sugarcane seedling bed is used, sugarcane seeds of the same combination are sowed in one place, confirmation is facilitated, the seedling bed can be reused, seedling is facilitated, and seedling cost is saved.
2. The seedling raising bed is provided with a soil layer of 8-12cm, the seedling raising matrix on the seedling raising bed is divided into 3 layers, namely bottom mud, silt and mixed soil, and the thickness of the seedling raising matrix is about 11cm, namely the seedling raising matrix is thick, the 3 layers of the matrix contain rich nutrients, the nutrient substances are rich, and sufficient nutrients can be provided for the growth of sugarcane seedlings, so that the sugarcane seedlings grow rapidly, and the seedling stems are thick and strong. In addition, the silt provided by the invention has strong viscosity after irrigation, and more matrix can be attached to the root system of the sugarcane seedlings during transplantation, so that the survival rate during transplantation is improved.
3. The conventional sugarcane seedling raising method is characterized in that the conventional sugarcane seedling raising method is implemented by one-time watering and water permeating after sowing, and because the sugarcane seeds are light, the sugarcane seeds are easy to wash together during watering, so that the seedling raising density is different during seedling emergence, the germination rate of the sugarcane seedlings is reduced, and the seedlings are good and uneven after seedling emergence. According to the invention, a layer of sludge is laid on the seedling bed, and the sludge has high water content and can provide sufficient moisture for sugarcane seeds, so that water spraying is not required when the seeds are sowed, and water mist is properly sprayed for moisturizing at the early stage of seedling emergence according to weather conditions.
4. The conventional sugarcane seedling raising is carried out in a greenhouse, the cost for building the greenhouse is high, and the occupied area is wide. The invention applies the small arched shed, is convenient and quick, has low cost, removes the small arched shed when the sugarcane seedlings grow to 3-5 leaves, and carries out full-light seedling culture, the sugarcane seedlings can carry out full-light photosynthesis, so that the sugarcane seedlings accumulate more nutrient substances, the growth speed of the sugarcane seedlings is accelerated, and simultaneously the full-light culture can observe the stress resistance of the parent combination in the seedling stage.
5. The conventional sugarcane seedlings need to be watered every morning and evening during the seedling raising period, and much time and labor are consumed. The seedling bed has an irrigation function, when the sugarcane seedlings grow to be more than 3cm, water is irrigated along the ditches on the two sides of the seedling bed according to weather conditions, so that the soil layer absorbs water to be saturated, then redundant water is discharged, and water is not accumulated on the surface of a ridge. After the sludge absorbs water, a large amount of water can be stored. Therefore, the irrigation mode of the invention only needs to irrigate once in 3-5 days even if the weather is hot, thereby greatly reducing the watering times, and reducing the time and labor cost by only needing to perform drainage work in rainy days.
6. The method for cultivating the sugarcane seedlings is simple in operation method, equipment and raw materials do not need to be specially processed, consumed manpower and material resources are few, the cost is low, the obtained sugarcane seedlings are high in germination rate and fast in growth speed, the sugarcane seedlings are thick and strong, root systems are developed, the number of leaves is large, the transplanting survival rate is high, and the method has good economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits and is suitable for being popularized and used in a large range.
