Abstract

本发明提供一种上胶装置,包括搅拌箱、上胶箱和余胶收集箱,所述上胶箱包括内、外箱体,在所述外箱体顶部设有进胶口,内箱体内部左、右两侧分别间隔设有数根导料辊,在所述外箱体的左、右两侧分别设有一根输胶管,所述输胶管竖直的部分通向所述内箱体内连接数块胶板,所述胶板与所述导料辊间隔排列,所述胶板向下倾斜,所述胶板为三层结构,包括上端的顶盖、中部的圆孔板和位于底部的底板。有益效果:在布料传输过程中对布料进行均匀上胶,且上胶的胶液在搅拌箱中提前拌匀保证胶液浓度均一,上胶完成后利用刷胶板可对布料表面进行进一步地处理保证布料表面上胶均匀,利用余胶收集箱进行余胶的回收可重复利用。

一种上胶装置
技术领域
本发明涉及工业用布纺织设备技术领域,具体地涉及一种上胶装置。
背景技术
工业用布在生产过程中需要经过上胶工艺,胶液的附着量多少关乎工业用布的整体质量,上胶过程不均匀会导致布料表面胶量过多、不均匀、布料较厚等各种现象,且随着上胶的进行需要不断补充新的胶液,在补充的过程中新加的胶液与槽内原有的胶液浓度不一,难以在短时间内混匀也会导致上胶质量较低,因此需要设计出一种上胶效率高且能保证上胶效果的浸胶装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种上胶装置,该装置可在布料在导料辊上传输的过程中对布料进行均匀上胶,且上胶的胶液在搅拌箱中提前拌匀保证胶液浓度均一,上胶完成后利用刷胶板可对布料表面进行进一步地处理保证布料表面上胶均匀且不会过厚,利用余胶收集箱进行余胶的回收可重复利用提升企业的经济效益。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种上胶装置,包括搅拌箱、上胶箱和余胶收集箱,在所述上胶箱包括内箱体和外箱体,在所述外箱体顶部设有进胶口,在所述内箱体内部左、右两侧分别间隔设有数根导料辊,所述导料辊纵向平行于所述上胶箱底部,在所述外箱体的左、右两侧分别设有一根输胶管,所述进胶口底部与所述输胶管连通,所述输胶管竖直的部分通向所述内箱体内连接数块胶板,所述胶板与所述导料辊间隔排列,所述胶板向下倾斜,所述胶板为三层结构,包括上端的顶盖、中部的圆孔板和位于底部的底板,在所述顶盖的顶表面内侧设有数根电加热管,在所述底板的底表面上设有若干圆孔,所述输胶管与所述顶盖的侧面连通。
进一步地,在所述上胶箱的右上方设有液位检测器。
进一步地,在所述搅拌箱内从顶部向下垂直连接一根搅拌杆,在所述搅拌杆上连接有多层搅拌叶,在所述搅拌箱顶部设有电机控制所述搅拌杆的转动,在所述搅拌箱的右上方设有补胶口,在所述搅拌箱的右下方设有出胶口。
进一步地,所述出胶口与所述进胶口以连接管连接,在所述连接管上设有启动阀门。
进一步地,在所述上胶箱的右下方设有出料口,所述出料口与所述余胶收集箱连接,在所述余胶收集箱内设有平行于所述余胶收集箱底部的两块刷胶板,所述刷胶板相对的侧面上设有软毛刷,下端的所述刷胶板底部设有若干通孔,在所述余胶收集箱的右下方设有余胶出口,所述余胶出口与所述补胶口连接。
本发明的有益效果为:对布料在导料辊上传输的过程中,该装置利用胶板对布料进行均匀上胶,保证上胶的均一度;且上胶的胶液在搅拌箱中提前拌匀,保证胶液浓度均一,不会出现新加胶液与原始剩余胶液无法充分混合均匀的情况,上胶完成后利用刷胶板可对布料表面进行进一步地掸刷处理,保证布料表面上胶均匀且不会过厚,利用余胶收集箱进行余胶的回收,可重复利用,提升企业的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2以及具体实施例对本发明的结构、原理和工作过程作进一步地说明,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
一种上胶装置,包括搅拌箱1、上胶箱2和余胶收集箱3,在所述上胶箱2包括内箱体和外箱体,在所述外箱体顶部设有进胶口4,在所述内箱体内部左、右两侧分别间隔设有数根导料辊5,所述导料辊5纵向平行于所述上胶箱2底部,在所述外箱体的左、右两侧分别设有一根输胶管6,所述进胶口4底部与所述输胶管6连通,所述输胶管6竖直的部分通向所述内箱体内连接数块胶板7,所述胶板7与所述导料辊5间隔排列,所述胶板7向下倾斜,所述胶板7为三层结构,包括上端的顶盖8、中部的圆孔板9和位于底部的底板10,在所述顶盖8的顶表面内侧设有数根电加热管11,在所述底板10的底表面上设有若干圆孔,所述输胶管6与所述顶盖8的侧面连通,胶液通过所述输胶管6运输进入所述胶板7内,首先经过所述圆孔板9滴落在所述底板10上,再通过所述底板10上的圆孔滴落在相邻的布料表面,所述圆孔板9与所述底板10上均设有圆孔,保证了胶液滴落的速度变缓,滴落的过程更加的均匀,使得布料上的上胶量更加的均匀,所述胶板7向下倾斜可保证胶液滴落的更为流畅,设有所述电加热管11可以对经过所述胶板7的胶液进行加热保温,不会因外界温度过低而使胶液凝结,黏性变差。
在所述上胶箱2的右上方设有液位检测器12可以随时监测所述上胶箱2内部的胶液量;在所述搅拌箱1内从顶部向下垂直连接一根搅拌杆13,在所述搅拌杆13上连接有多层搅拌叶14,在所述搅拌箱1顶部设有电机15控制所述搅拌杆13的转动,在所述搅拌箱1的右上方设有补胶口16,在所述搅拌箱的右下方设有出胶口17,当所述液位检测器12显示需要补充胶液时,首先将新鲜的胶液从所述补胶口16补充进所述搅拌箱1中,启动所述电机15带动所述搅拌杆13转动,所述搅拌叶14转动对所述搅拌箱1内的胶液进行搅拌混匀。
所述出胶口17与所述进胶口4以连接管连接,在所述连接管上设有启动阀门18,需要添加胶液时开启所述阀门18,在所述搅拌箱1内预先搅拌好的胶液便会从所述连接管中流入所述输胶管6内,需要添加新鲜胶液时,关闭所述阀门18,在所述搅拌箱1内完成预先搅拌的工作。
在所述上胶箱2的右下方设有出料口19,所述出料口19与所述余胶收集箱3连接,在所述余胶收集箱3内设有平行于所述余胶收集箱3底部的两块刷胶板20,所述刷胶板20相对的侧面上设有软毛刷,下端的所述刷胶板20底部设有若干通孔,在所述余胶收集箱3的右下方设有余胶出口21,所述余胶出口21与所述补胶口16连接,布料完成上胶之后进入所述余胶收集箱3,所述刷胶板20便会对布料的表面进行轻柔的掸刷以除去布料表面多余的胶液,多余的胶液通过所述通孔全部流入所述余胶收集箱3底部,累积一定量后从所述余胶出口21通入所述补胶口16完成余胶的再利用,该设备可节约企业资本,提升经济效益。

Claims (5)

1.一种上胶装置,其特征在于,包括搅拌箱(1)、上胶箱(2)和余胶收集箱(3),所述上胶箱(2)包括内箱体和外箱体,在所述外箱体顶部设有进胶口(4),在所述内箱体内部左、右两侧分别间隔设有数根导料辊(5),所述导料辊(5)纵向平行于所述上胶箱(2)底部,在所述外箱体的左、右两侧分别设有一根输胶管(6),所述进胶口(4)底部与所述输胶管(6)连通,所述输胶管(6)竖直的部分通向所述内箱体内连接数块胶板(7),所述胶板(7)与所述导料辊(5)间隔排列,所述胶板(7)向下倾斜,所述胶板(7)为三层结构,包括上端的顶盖(8)、中部的圆孔板(9)和位于底部的底板(10),在所述顶盖(8)的顶表面内侧设有数根电加热管(11),在所述底板(10)的底表面上设有若干圆孔,所述输胶管(6)与所述顶盖(8)的侧面连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种上胶装置,其特征在于,在所述上胶箱(2)的右上方设有液位检测器(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种上胶装置,其特征在于,在所述搅拌箱(1)内从顶部向下垂直连接一根搅拌杆(13),在所述搅拌杆(13)上连接有多层搅拌叶(14),在所述搅拌箱(1)顶部设有电机(15)控制所述搅拌杆(13)的转动,在所述搅拌箱(1)的右上方设有补胶口(16),在所述搅拌箱的右下方设有出胶口(17)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种上胶装置,其特征在于,所述出胶口(17)与所述进胶口(4)以连接管连接,在所述连接管上设有启动阀门(18)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种上胶装置,其特征在于,在所述上胶箱(2)的右下方设有出料口(19),所述出料口(19)与所述余胶收集箱(3)连接,在所述余胶收集箱(3)内设有平行于所述余胶收集箱(3)底部的两块刷胶板(20),所述刷胶板(20)相对的侧面上设有软毛刷,下端的所述刷胶板(20)底部设有若干通孔,在所述余胶收集箱(3)的右下方设有余胶出口(21),所述余胶出口(21)与所述补胶口(16)连接。
