本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种辅助减肥的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖被视为世界上出现过的最糟糕的麻烦,世界卫生组织于1997 年将其宣布为一种疾病。自从20 世纪60 年代以来,超重和肥胖现象一直呈不断增长之势,并且这样的趋势几乎从来没有下降过。
随着经济发展、现代化和城市化所推动的环境变化,肥胖人口迅猛增长。男性人口的超重率高于女性人口,但是男性人口的肥胖率则一般低于女性人口。发达国家和高度发达国家的青年儿童肥胖率都非常高,肥胖已成为严重的公共健康问题。肥胖不仅影响外观和行动,而且会伴发心血管和营养代谢等方面的疾病,如高血压、心脏病、高血脂、糖尿病等。随着人们对肥胖所带来的不良后果的认识逐渐加深,具有减肥功效的食品应运而生。
基于食品安全性考虑,绝大数肥胖者都倾向于使用安全的保健食品或营养膳食,但目前的保健食品或营养膳食普遍存在减肥效果不明显,营养搭配不全面的缺陷。因此,有必要研究一种营养均衡、减肥效果明显的保健食品,以满足人体生存营养所需,又满足减肥人群营养特点。
桑叶,是桑科植物桑的叶子,中医典籍记载其有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效,可预防脑溢血、解热、改善视觉灵敏度,并能治疗发热、头痛、红眼病、多饮等症状。桑叶包含黄酮类化合物,包括芸香苷、槲皮苷、异槲皮苷和桑甙;以及多糖、生物碱(如DNJ)、昆虫变态激素(如,牛膝蜕皮酮、蜕皮甾酮等)。现代药理学研究表明,桑叶具有降低血糖、抑制脂肪肝的形成、降低血清脂肪和抑制动脉粥样硬化形成等功效。目前一般是直接将桑叶打成粉,制成桑叶粉添加至辅助减肥的保健食品或营养膳食中,制成的产品多残留有桑叶特殊的青草腥味,口感偏苦涩,严重影响产品的市场接受度。
目前,通过将特定工艺制成的桑叶粉与其他营养膳食原料进行伍配应用作为辅助减肥的保健食品的文献未见报道。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种营养均衡、减肥效果明显的辅助减肥的保健食品。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种辅助减肥的保健食品,由下述重量份数的原料制成:
桑叶粉3-7份,燕麦20-40份,山药10-30份,荞麦5-15份,小米5-15份,大枣5-15份,黑木耳3-7份,山楂3-7份,菊粉3-7份,菱角粉3-7份,麦芽糊精20-40份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述辅助减肥的保健食品,由下述重量份数的原料制成:
桑叶粉5份,燕麦30份,山药20份,荞麦10份,小米10份,大枣10份,黑木耳5份,山楂5份,菊粉5份,菱角粉5份,麦芽糊精30份。
其中,所述桑叶茶粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取新鲜桑叶在200℃~280℃温度下杀青至叶片偏干;将完成杀青的桑叶抖散后在环境25~35℃下堆放24h~48h;再将桑叶于70~100℃温度下干燥至含水率在15%以下,最后将干桑叶粉碎得到桑叶粉,桑叶粉粒径应小于30μm。
燕麦,其含有的β-葡聚糖可减缓血液中葡萄糖含量的增加,预防和控制肥胖症、糖尿病及心血管疾病。燕麦富含的膳食纤维能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,具有清理肠道垃圾的作用。
山药,含有多种微量元素、丰富的维生素和矿物质。现代科学研究发现山药含有大量的黏蛋白,能防止脂肪沉积在心血管上,阻止动脉粥样硬化发生;可减少皮下脂肪堆积,所含热量又相对较低,经常食用,有减肥健美的作用。。
荞麦,含有丰富的膳食纤维,其含有的铁、锰、锌等微量元素也比一般谷物丰富。具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂等功效。
小米,含丰富的蛋白质和脂肪和维生素,不仅供食用,入药有清热、清渴,滋阴,补脾肾和肠胃,利小便、治水泻等功效。
大枣,含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。其含有较多的膳食纤维,具有润肠通便的作用。
黑木耳,是一种营养丰富的食用菌,又是我国传统的保健食品,其含有的卵磷脂在体内可使体内脂肪呈液质状态,有利于脂肪在体内完全消耗,带动体内脂肪运动,使脂肪分布合理,形体匀称。纤维素促进肠蠕动,促进脂肪排泄,有利于减肥。
山楂,能健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰。山楂果含糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、胡萝卜素、淀粉、苹果酸、构橼酸、钙和铁等物质,具有降血脂、血压的作用。
菊粉,其减肥作用是提高内容物的黏度,降低食物从胃进入小肠的速度,从而降低饥饿感,减少食物的摄食量。其中的膳食纤维减少食物在胃肠的停留时间,以及增加粪便量,可有效地治疗便秘。
菱角粉,含有丰富的淀粉、蛋白质、葡萄糖、不饱和脂肪酸及多种维生素及钙、磷、铁等微量元素,不含脂肪,是减肥的优良辅助食品。
麦芽糊精,具有甜度低,无异味,易消化,低热,溶解性好,发酵性小,填充效果好,不易吸潮,增稠性强,载体性好,稳定性好,难以变质的特性。麦芽糊精含有大量的多糖类,另外还含有钙、铁等对人体有益的微量元素及矿物质,并能促进人体正常的物质代谢。
本发明还公开了上述辅助减肥的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将燕麦、荞麦、小米、山药低温烘熟、焙干,碾磨成粉;同时按照配比将大枣、黑木耳、山楂烘干,碾磨成粉;
2)按照配比称取以上原料,然后将以上原料置于三维多向运动混合机内混匀,即得辅助减肥的保健食品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明的保健食品以特定工艺制备得到的桑叶粉与其他营养膳食原料进行伍配,制备得到的辅助减肥的保健食品既满足减肥人群对营养的全面需求,同时,桑叶中特有的多羟基生物碱(如:脱氧野尻霉素)能竞争性抑制人体对葡萄糖的吸收,桑叶黄酮类物质也能干预人体糖脂代谢过程,促进脂肪的代谢,显著提高了减肥的效果。

首先将燕麦、荞麦、小米、山药低温烘熟、焙干,碾磨成粉;同时按照配比将大枣、黑木耳、山楂烘干,碾磨成粉;然后按照配比称取以上原料,然后将以上原料置于三维多向运动混合机内混匀,即得辅助减肥的保健食品。
对比例1
不添加桑叶粉,其余同实施例1。
通过人体试食数据进一步阐述本发明配方的有益效果。
一、实验目的
通过对比分析评价实施例1-3、对比例1所制得的辅助减肥的保健食品对肥胖人群的减重效果。
二、实验方法
A、研究对象
单纯性肥胖人群,年龄30-50岁,成人体质指数(BMI)≥30,或总脂肪百分率达到男性>25%,女>30%的自愿受试者100名,男女各50名。排除标准:合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病及精神病患者;短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品,影响到对结果的判断者;未按规定食用受试样品,无法判断功效或资料不全影响功效或安全性判断者。
B、配方食品
每日两次,每次75克,共应用60天,每75克用水溶解后配制为300ml后使用。
C、实验方法
采用自身对照及组间对照试验设计。按试食者体重、体脂质量随机分为试验组1-3、对照组1和对照组2,尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如年龄、性别、饮食、运动状况等,进行均衡性检验,以保证组间的可比性。试验组1-3使用的配方食品为实施例1-3所制得的具有辅助减肥的保健食品,对照组1采用安慰剂对照,对照组2使用对比例1所制备得到的减肥食品。
D、观察指标
各项指标于试食试验开始及结束时各测1次。
一般状况:包括精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便等;
安全性观察:
①血液常规检查:白细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞计数。
②生化指标测定:血脂(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、白蛋白、总蛋白、血糖、肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、尿酮体。
③心电图、B超(肝、胆、胰、脾、肾)。
④运动耐力测试:试食前后受试者以相同的运动方案做功率自行车试验,记录心率,并应用Astrand和Ryhming的列线图法间接测定每个受试者的最大摄氧量(L/min)。
功效学指标:
①测量身高(cm)、体重(kg)
②体内脂肪总量(kg)及脂肪百分率(%)测定:用电阻抗仪测定人体脂肪含量。
③皮下脂肪厚度(mm)测量:用皮卡钳法,4个测定位点分别为:右三角肌下缘臂外侧正中点、右肩胛下角、右脐旁3cm、右髂前上棘。
④腰围、臀围(cm)测量:用皮尺测量。
三、实验结果
3.1 一般情况
试食试验后,受试者精神状况、睡眠情况、大小便情况未见异常。
3.2 安全性观察指标
3.2.1 血液常规检查
试验前后受试者红细胞计数、血红蛋白、白细胞计数的两次测定结果无明显变化,均在正常值范围内,结果见表1。

3.2.2 生化指标测定
受试者各项指标试验前后变化不大,均在正常值范围内,结果见表2-1~2-3。

3.2.3 心电图、B超
试验前后受试者心电图、B超检查结果均无异常。
3.2.4 运动耐力测试
与对照组比较,受试者试食前后的运动心率略有降低,最大摄氧量变化不大,综合评价运动耐力变化不明显,结果见表3。

3.3 功效性观察指标
3.3.1 体重、体内脂肪总量及脂肪百分率测定
试验后试验1-3组受试者平均体重下降6.7-8.9kg,体脂总量平均下降3.4-6.4kg,体脂百分率平均下降1.4-4.3%,与试验前比较试验1-3组在体重,体脂总量及体脂百分率方面均有显著下降(P<0.05)。与试验前比较,对照组1试验后体重,体脂总量及体脂百分率有所增加,对照组2各指标有所下降,但差异均不显著(见表4)。

3.3.2 皮下脂肪厚度
试验后试验1-3组受试者的皮下脂肪厚度均显著下降,其中三角肌处减少3.1-6.2mm,肩胛下处减少7.7-11.8mm,脐旁处减少5.3-10.7mm,髂前上棘处减少5.8-9.8mm,与试验前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。对照组1的受试者的皮下脂肪厚度变化不大,对照组2的受试者的皮下脂肪厚度略有下降,但与试验前比较差异不显著(表5)。

2.3.3 围径
试验后试验1-3组受试者腰围和臀围均显著减少,腰围平均减少6.2-10.9cm,臀围平均减少2.6-4.3cm,与试验前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。对照组1的受试者腰围和臀围变化不大,对照组2的受试者腰围和臀围有所下降,但与试验前比较差异不显著(表6)。

综合分析对照组2的各项试验数据可以发现,由于不添加桑叶粉的对比例对肥胖人群的减肥效果不佳,表明桑叶粉在本发明所述减肥保健食品中发挥了重要作用,这可能与桑叶中含有丰富的黄酮和特殊的生物碱类物质有关,桑叶中的生物碱(如:脱氧野尻霉素)能竞争性的抑制葡萄糖的吸收,黄酮类物质能干预人体糖脂代谢过程,促进脂肪代谢,显著的提高了减肥效果。
尽管减肥可显著改善高血压、糖尿病、高血脂症及心血管危险,但是在研究减肥功效的同时,安全性研究也是不容忽视的,既要达到减肥的目的,又不能对机体健康产生明显损害。减肥主要以减少脂肪为前提,而不是以减少肌肉为代价。
受试者连续食用本发明所制得的辅助减肥保健食品60天后,体重、体内脂肪总量、体脂百分率、皮下脂肪厚度及腰围和臀围均显著下降,试验前、后受试者各项临床指标均未见异常,并且试验后运动耐力未下降。由此可见,本发明所制得的辅助减肥的保健食品对人体具有明显的减肥作用,且对机体健康无明显损害。
Claims (4)
1.一种辅助减肥的保健食品,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的原料制成:
桑叶粉3-7份,燕麦20-40份,山药10-30份,荞麦5-15份,小米5-15份,大枣5-15份,黑木耳3-7份,山楂3-7份,菊粉3-7份,菱角粉3-7份,麦芽糊精20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助减肥的保健食品,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的原料制成:
桑叶粉5份,燕麦30份,山药20份,荞麦10份,小米10份,大枣10份,黑木耳5份,山楂5份,菊粉5份,菱角粉5份,麦芽糊精30份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的辅助减肥的保健食品,其特征在于,所述桑叶粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取新鲜桑叶在200℃~280℃温度下杀青至叶片偏干;将完成杀青的桑叶抖散后在环境25~35℃下堆放24h~48h;再将桑叶于70~100℃温度下干燥至含水率在15%以下,最后将干桑叶粉碎得到桑叶粉,桑叶粉粒径应小于30μm。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的辅助减肥的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将燕麦、荞麦、小米、山药低温烘熟、焙干,碾磨成粉;同时按照配比将大枣、黑木耳、山楂烘干,碾磨成粉;
2)按照配比称取以上原料,然后将以上原料置于三维多向运动混合机内混匀,即得辅助减肥的保健食品。
