一种铁皮石斛狮子头,制备方法为1)藕,葱姜切碎;生菜、石斛花洗净沥干水分;2)肉糜中加入葱姜末、蚝油、生抽、料酒、香油、鸡蛋、盐、鸡精顺同一方向搅拌;再放入石斛干粉、石斛伴生茶粉、石斛花、藕末和淀粉,葱花搅拌均匀,腌制十分钟,肉泥揉成较大的肉丸;3)热锅放入300ml油,油烧全熟下肉丸下锅炸至表面金黄捞出;4)用一干净大碗加入100ml清水调入生抽、老抽、蚝油、卤水汁、砂糖拌匀;另起小碗加入淀粉和清水搅拌均匀;5)锅内留少许底油放入炸好的肉丸开火倒入汁水大火烧10‑12分钟在倒入水淀粉勾芡即可出锅;6)装盘用生菜装饰,生菜蘸酱汁吃。本发明止泻、健脾生肌、清热润燥、增强免疫力、护眼明目,营养丰富。

背景技术
现市场铁皮石斛大多为大棚种植,农药残留、药效功能质量差;食材不保证等。
滋补通俗地说,用食物和中药来调节身体功能,也就是给人体输送营养,便于人们在生活、工作中不断消耗掉的精力和能量得到及时补充,在提高抗病能力和抗衰老能力的同时,达到健康延年的目的。
进补是为了补充身体的不足,也就是身体缺少什麽营养物质,就进补什麽,所以,进补要讲究对象和方法,有的放矢。中医认为:药症相符,吃泻药也是补;药不对症,参茸也是毒。
本发明人将自选优等铁皮石斛品种与当地铁皮石斛通过人工授粉培育出新一代铁皮石斛种植在5年以上茶树上伴生互养3年以上。自有原料基地、质量保证,药效高。见专利201510266191.0(公开号CN104904540A、公开日期20150916)公开的《一种石斛伴生茶》。
本发明将上等野生铁皮石斛与原生态食物巧妙结合而配制的食品。通过烹调加工,制作出既具有食品作用,也具有药品作用的美味佳肴,也叫铁皮石斛药膳食疗。由10-100g上等野生生态铁皮石斛、10-100g重量份红茶、10-5000g食材组成。
所述上等野生生态铁皮石斛为专利ZL201410024655.2公开的《一种菌根化石斛苗茶树仿野生栽培方法》(原申请人是“贵州清控置业有限公司”于2014年4月28日经丹寨县工商行政管理局变更为

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铁皮石斛狮子头,本发明止泻、健脾生肌、清热润燥、增强免疫力、护眼明目,营养丰富,适合所有人食用,是一项具有开发前景和开发价值的保健药膳食疗。本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的:一种铁皮石斛狮子头,其原料组成:铁皮石斛干粉、铁皮石斛花、皮石斛伴生茶粉10g、肉糜、藕、生菜、生态土鸡蛋、食盐、葱花10g、卤水汁、香油、生姜、淀粉、生抽、老抽、白糖、蚝油;制备方法:1)藕,葱姜切碎;生菜、石斛花洗净沥干水分;所述皮石斛伴生茶粉是将铁皮石斛伴生茶通过制作烘焙好的红茶加工成茶粉;
2)肉糜中加入葱姜末、蚝油、生抽、料酒、香油、鸡蛋、盐、鸡精顺同一方向搅拌上劲越粘稠越好;再放入石斛干粉、石斛伴生茶粉、石斛花、藕末和淀粉,葱花搅拌均匀,腌制十分钟,肉泥揉成较大的肉丸;
3)热锅放入300ml油,油烧全熟下肉丸下锅炸至表面金黄捞出;
4)用一干净大碗加入100ml清水调入生抽、老抽、蚝油、卤水汁、砂糖拌匀;另起小碗加入淀粉和清水搅拌均匀;
5)锅内留少许底油放入炸好的肉丸开火倒入汁水大火烧10-12分钟在倒入水淀粉勾芡即可出锅;
6)最后装盘用生菜装饰即可,生菜蘸酱汁吃。

1.一种铁皮石斛狮子头,其特征在于:其原料组成:铁皮石斛干粉、铁皮石斛花、皮石斛伴生茶粉10g、肉糜、藕、生菜、生态土鸡蛋、食盐、葱花10g、卤水汁、香油、生姜、淀粉、生抽、老抽、白糖、蚝油;制备方法:1)藕,葱姜切碎;生菜、石斛花洗净沥干水分;所述皮石斛伴生茶粉是将铁皮石斛伴生茶通过制作烘焙好的红茶加工成茶粉;
2)肉糜中加入葱姜末、蚝油、生抽、料酒、香油、鸡蛋、盐、鸡精顺同一方向搅拌上劲越粘稠越好;再放入石斛干粉、石斛伴生茶粉、石斛花、藕末和淀粉,葱花搅拌均匀,腌制十分钟,肉泥揉成较大的肉丸;
