Abstract

捣固设备
本发明涉及一种用于捣固轨道的轨枕的捣固设备,所述捣固设备具有可调节高度地支承在设备框架上的鹤嘴锄支架,能够相对彼此摆动的、构成鹤嘴锄对的鹤嘴锄分别通过液压的给进驱动装置支承在所述鹤嘴锄支架上,所述给进驱动装置具有缸轴线并且与液压的振动激发器相连。
用于捣固轨道的轨枕的捣固设备是广泛已知的,例如由US 4 240 352、AT 339358、EP 0 331 956或者US 4 068 595已知。振动激发器的作用在鹤嘴锄上的振动可以或者通过偏心轴或者通过线性驱动装置中的液压脉冲产生,该脉冲同时也实施鹤嘴锄的给进运动。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种前述类型的捣固设备,通过该捣固设备可以减小设备框架的振动负荷。
所述技术问题按照本发明通过具有独立权利要求的特征部分的技术特征的前述类型的捣固设备解决。
两个给进缸体与刚性的结构单元的这种连接方式是特别有利的,可以抵消两个给进驱动装置的由振动激发器产生的大部分振动。可竖向调节的滑动轴承保证了鹤嘴锄的顺利的给进运动。
本发明的其它优点由从属权利要求和附图说明中获得。
以下结合附图中示出的实施例详细阐述本发明。在附图中:图1示出捣固设备的侧视图,其具有鹤嘴锄和可相对运动的给进驱动装置,并且图2和图3分别示出给进驱动装置的放大示图。
图1所示的用于捣固轨道的轨枕的捣固设备1具有两个构成鹤嘴锄对10的鹤嘴锄2,这两个鹤嘴锄2分别借助用于夯实道碴的给进驱动装置3能够钳形地相对运动。每个鹤嘴锄2围绕转动轴线4可摆动地支承在相对于设备框架5可调节高度的鹤嘴锄支架6上。每个具有缸轴线7的给进驱动装置3配有基于液压技术的振动激发器8,以便产生与鹤嘴锄2的给进运动叠加的振动。
尤其如图2和图3所示,鹤嘴锄对10的两个分别通过铰接部位11与两个鹤嘴锄2中的一个相连的给进驱动装置3相对彼此位置固定地与驱动单元12相互连接。该驱动单元12在两个铰接部位11之间具有滑动轴承13,该滑动轴承13在与鹤嘴锄支架6相连的支撑导板14中沿竖向可自由运动。
两个相互连接的给进驱动装置3的缸轴线7布置在同一条线上或同轴布置。滑动轴承13居中定位在两个铰接部位11之间。在本发明的备选解决方案中,尤其由于空间原因也可以将两个给进驱动装置3的缸轴线7布置为相互间呈较小的角度。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于捣固轨道的轨枕的捣固设备(1),所述捣固设备(1)具有可调节高度地支承在设备框架(5)上的鹤嘴锄支架(6),能够相对彼此摆动的、构成鹤嘴锄对(10)的鹤嘴锄(2)分别通过液压的给进驱动装置(3)支承在所述鹤嘴锄支架(6)上,所述给进驱动装置(3)具有缸轴线(7)并且与液压的振动激发器(8)相连,其特征在于,
a)所述鹤嘴锄对(10)的两个分别通过铰接部位(11)与鹤嘴锄(2)相连的给进驱动装置(3)相对彼此位置固定地与驱动单元(12)相互连接,
b)所述驱动单元(12)在两个铰接部位(11)之间具有滑动轴承(13),所述滑动轴承(13)在与所述鹤嘴锄支架(6)相连的支撑导板(14)中沿竖向能够自由运动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的捣固设备,其特征在于,两个相互连接的给进驱动装置(3)的缸轴线(7)同轴地布置。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的捣固设备,其特征在于,所述滑动轴承(13)居中地布置在两个铰接部位(11)之间。
