Abstract

Zwei jeweils über eine Gelenkstelle (11) mit einem Stopfpickel (2) eines Stopfaggregates (1) verbundenen Beistellantriebe (3) sind in ihrer Position zueinander unveränderlich zu einer Antriebseinheit (12) miteinander verbunden. Diese weist zwischen den beiden Gelenkstellen (11) ein Gleitlager (13) auf, das in einer mit dem Aggregatrahmen (5) verbundenen Lagerführung (14) in vertikaler Richtung frei beweglich ist.

Description

Stopfaggregat
[01] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stopfaggregat zum Unterstopfen von Schwellen eines Gleises, mit einem höhenverstellbar auf einem Aggregatrahmen gelagerten Pickelträger, auf dem jeweils durch einen hydraulischen, eine Zylinderachse aufweisenden und mit einem Vibrationserreger verbundenen Beistellzylinder zueinander verschwenkbare, ein Stopfpickelpaar bildende Stopfpickel gelagert sind.
[02] Stopfaggregate zum Unterstopfen von Schwellen eines Gleises sind bereits vielfach bekannt, wie z. B. durch US 4 240 352, AT 339 358, EP 0 331 956 oder US 4 068 595. Die auf die Stopfpickel einwirkenden Vibrationen des Vibrationserregers können entweder durch eine Exzenterwelle oder durch hydraulische Impulse in einem Linearantrieb erzeugt werden, der gleichzeitig auch die Beistellbewegungen der Stopfpickel ausführt.
[03] Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung eines Stopfaggregates der eingangs genannten Art, mit dem eine verringerte Vibrationsbelastung des Aggregatrahmens erzielbar ist.
[04] Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einem Stopfaggregat der gattungsgemäßen Art durch die im Kennzeichen des Hauptanspruches angeführten Merkmale gelöst.
[05] Mit dieser Verbindung der beiden Beistellzylinder zu einer starren Konstruktionseinheit wird der besondere Vorteil erreicht, dass sich die durch den Vibrationserreger erzeugten Schwingungen der beiden Beistellantrie- be großteils aufheben. Mit dem vertikal verstellbaren Gleitlager ist eine problemlose Beistellbewegung der, Stopfpickel gewährleistet.
[06] Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der Zeichnungsbeschreibung.
[07] Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht eines Stopfaggregates mit Stopfpickel zueinander bewegbaren Beistellantrieben, und Fig. 2, 3 je eine vergrößerte Darstellung der Beistellantriebe.
[08] Ein in Fig. 1 dargestelltes Stopfaggregat 1 zum Unterstopfen von Schwellen eines Gleises weist zwei ein Stopfpickelpaar 10 bildende Stopfpickel 2 auf, die jeweils mithilfe eines Beistellantriebes 3 für eine Schotterverdichtung zangenartig zueinander bewegbar sind. Jeder Stopfpickel 2 ist um eine Schwenkachse 4 verschwenkbar auf einem relativ zu einem Aggregatrahmen 5 höhenverstellbaren Pickelträger 6 gelagert. Jedem eine Zylinderachse 7 aufweisendem Beistellantrieb 3 ist ein hydraulisch basierter Vibrationserreger 8 zur Erzeugung von einer Beistellbewegung der Stopfpickel 2 überlagerten Vibrationen zugeordnet.
[09] Wie insbesondere in Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich, sind die beiden jeweils über eine Gelenkstelle 1 mit einem der beiden Stopfpickel 2 verbundenen Beistellantriebe 3 des Stopf pickelpaares 10 in ihrer Position zueinander un- veränderlich zu einer Antriebseinheit 12 miteinander verbunden. Diese weist zwischen den beiden Gelenkstellen 11 ein Gleitlager 13 auf, das in einer mit dem Pickelträger 6 verbundenen Lagerführung 14 in vertikaler Richtung frei beweglich ist.
[10] Die Zylinderachsen 7 der beiden miteinander verbundenen Beistellahtrie- be 3 sind in einer gemeinsamen Linie bzw. koaxial angeordnet. Das Gleitlager 13 ist mittig zwischen den beiden Gelenkstellen 11 positioniert.
[11] In einer alternativen Lösung der Erfindung wäre es insbesondere aus
Platzgründen auch möglich, die Zylinderachsen 7 der beiden Beistellantriebe 3 in einem kleinen Winkel zueinander anzuordnen.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e
1. Stopfaggregat (1) zum Unterstopfen von Schwellen eines Gleises, mit einem höhenverstellbar auf einem Aggregatrahmen (5) gelagerten Pickelträger (6), auf dem jeweils durch einen hydraulischen, eine Zylinderachse (7) aufweisenden und mit einem hydraulischen Vibrationserreger (8) verbundenen Beistelläntrieb (3) zueinander verschwenkbare, ein Stopfpickelpaar (10) bildende Stopfpickel (2) gelagert sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
a) die beiden jeweils über eine Gelenkstelle (11) mit einem Stopfpickel (2) verbundenen Beistellantrieb (3) eines Stopfpickelpaares (10) sind in ihrer Position zueinander unveränderlich zu einer Antriebseinheit (12) miteinander verbunden, b) die Antriebseinheit (12) weist zwischen den beiden Gelenkstellen (11) ein Gleitlager (13) auf, das in einer mit dem Pickelträger (6) verbundenen Lagerführung (14) in vertikaler Richtung frei beweglich ist.
2. Stopfaggregat nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinderachsen (7) der beiden miteinander verbundenen Beistellantriebe (3) koaxial angeordnet sind.
3. Stopfaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitlager (13) mittig zwischen den beiden Gelenkstellen (11) angeordnet ist.
