进一步,所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉按质量计,包括大米500份、白砂糖120份、枸杞子粉20份、全脂奶粉15份、决明子粉10份、越橘干粉4份和菊花粉2份。
进一步,所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉按质量计,包括大米700份、白砂糖100份、枸杞子粉35份、全脂奶粉10份、决明子粉20份、越橘干粉2份和菊花粉5份。
进一步,所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉按质量计,包括大米800份、白砂糖200份、枸杞子粉50份、全脂奶粉30份、决明子粉30份、越橘干粉10份和菊花粉10份。
一种缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉的制备方法,包括如下具体步骤:
S1.按质量百分比,取一定量的大米,将大米粉碎,粉碎后用一定数目的筛网过筛;
S2.膨化大米,将水分降低至一定百分比,粉碎膨化后的大米,具有一定数目的平均颗粒;
S3.该缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉的配方组成为:大米、白砂糖、枸杞子粉、全脂奶粉、决明子粉、越橘干粉和菊花粉;
S4.按质量百分比,取配料:白砂糖、枸杞子粉、全脂奶粉、决明子粉、越橘干粉、菊花粉,将该配料与大米混合后搅拌均匀,将搅拌后的材料进行蒸煮、干燥、粉碎处理,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉;
S5.杀菌:预热至一定温度,灌装,密封,杀菌在相应温度,保持一段时间;
S6.采用三片罐的包装形式,杀菌后迅速冷却至室温。
进一步,步骤S1所述所用的筛网为35~40目。
进一步,步骤S2膨化大米时,需将水分从12%-16%降低到6.0%-6.5%以下,平均颗粒在50~70目。
进一步,步骤S5所述预热的温度为60~80℃,杀菌的温度为75~95℃,杀菌时间在4~7min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的营养谷粉经用多种高营养原料复合谷粉制成,营养均衡,香味浓郁,松软可口。因为没有汤剂之药味苦涩,而被人们所喜爱。
2.本发明的制得的具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉由于主要成分中含有枸杞子、决明子、越橘和菊花物质,其营养价值高,在调节免疫功能、调节神经系统功能、防止血管破裂、保护眼睛、防癌变、对慢性乙肝、降血压降血脂、延缓衰老等方面都有一定的保健作用,还有润肺、清肝、滋肾、益气、补虚、祛风、明目的功效。
3.本发明配方中的枸杞子、决明子、越橘、菊花物质都具有明目的功效,这四种原材料是非常常用的,也是功效比较确切的,安全性比较高,一起使用,可以达到缓解视觉疲劳的最佳效果。
4.本发明的制取配方主要是中药成分,我国因广阔的国土面积、独特的地貌特征以及多种气候带的分布使我国中药资源具备了种类繁多、储量巨大的特点,资源丰富。
5.本发明提供的具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉的制备方法简易,成本低,利润空间大,既具有发展的前景和市场。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
按以下重量比,取配料:白砂糖120份、枸杞子粉20份、全脂奶粉15份、决明子粉10份、越橘干粉4份和菊花粉2份。取大米500份,将大米粉碎,粉碎后用35目数目的筛网过筛;再将大米膨化,将水分降低至6.0%,粉碎膨化后的大米,具有50目的平均颗粒;得到的大米与白砂糖、枸杞子粉、全脂奶粉、决明子粉、越橘干粉和菊花粉混合后搅拌均匀,将搅拌后的材料进行蒸煮、干燥、粉碎处理,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉;再进行预热、灌装,最后采用三片罐的包装形式包装,杀菌后迅速冷却至室温,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉。
实施例2
按以下重量比,取配料:白砂糖100份、枸杞子粉35份、全脂奶粉10份、决明子粉20份、越橘干粉2份和菊花粉5份。取大米700份,将大米粉碎,粉碎后用38目数目的筛网过筛;再将大米膨化,将水分降低至6.2%,粉碎膨化后的大米,具有60目的平均颗粒;得到的大米与白砂糖、枸杞子粉、全脂奶粉、决明子粉、越橘干粉和菊花粉混合后搅拌均匀,将搅拌后的材料进行蒸煮、干燥、粉碎处理,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉;再进行预热、灌装,最后采用三片罐的包装形式包装,杀菌后迅速冷却至室温,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉。
实施例3
按以下重量,取配料:白砂糖200份、枸杞子粉50份、全脂奶粉30份、决明子粉30份、越橘干粉10份和菊花粉10份。取大米800份,将大米粉碎,粉碎后用40目数目的筛网过筛;再将大米膨化,将水分降低至6.5%,粉碎膨化后的大米,具有70目的平均颗粒;得到的大米与白砂糖、枸杞子粉、全脂奶粉、决明子粉、越橘干粉和菊花粉混合后搅拌均匀,将搅拌后的材料进行蒸煮、干燥、粉碎处理,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉;再进行预热、灌装,最后采用三片罐的包装形式包装,杀菌后迅速冷却至室温,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉。
本发明采用的枸杞子、决明子、越橘和菊花具有花色苷、果胶、维生素C和B族维生素等多种成分,而在调节免疫功能、调节神经系统功能、防止血管破裂、保护眼睛、防癌变、对慢性乙肝、降血压降血脂、延缓衰老等方面有一定的保健作用,还有润肺、清肝、滋肾、益气、补虚、祛风、明目等功效。此外,营养谷粉是一种可以食用的便捷超级食物,午餐采用其代餐,不仅可以获得身体所需的各种营养素,避免零食、快餐带来的副作用,还可以有很强的饱腹感,让我们避免晚餐暴饮暴食的情况。或是与正餐配合食用,让我们可以轻松享受健康的饮食方式,维持均衡的营养摄入,拥有更健康的身体。

1.一种缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉,其特征在于,所述配方按质量计包括500份~800份大米、100份~200份白砂糖、20份~50份枸杞子粉、10份~30份全脂奶粉,10份~30份决明子粉,2份~10份越橘干粉,2份~10份菊花粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉,其特征在于,所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉按质量计,包括大米500份、白砂糖120份、枸杞子粉20份、全脂奶粉15份、决明子粉10份、越橘干粉4份和菊花粉2份。

5.一种缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下具体步骤:S1.按质量百分比,取一定量的大米,将大米粉碎,粉碎后用一定数目的筛网过筛;

S4.按质量百分比,取配料:白砂糖、枸杞子粉、全脂奶粉、决明子粉、越橘干粉、菊花粉,将该配料与大米混合后搅拌均匀,将搅拌后的材料进行蒸煮、干燥、粉碎处理,得到具有缓解视觉疲劳功能的营养谷粉;
S5.杀菌:预热至一定温度,灌装,密封,杀菌在相应温度,保持一段时间;
S6.采用三片罐的包装形式,杀菌后迅速冷却至室温。
6.根据权利要求5所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1所述所用的筛网为35~40目。
7.根据权利要求5所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2膨化大米时,需将水分从12%-16%降低到6.0%-6.5%以下,平均颗粒在50~70目。
8.根据权利要求2所述具有缓解视觉疲劳功能营养谷粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5所述预热的温度为60~80℃,杀菌的温度为75~95℃,杀菌时间在4~7min。
